Packed and crowded, and most of the pizza is mid, not to mention their special ingredient seems to be plastic. Small cups, so not worth a buying a drink .I think the only thing that's saving them right now is their wings, watery pasta , and children hands everywhere, so don't trust that your food hasn't been touched and packed even though it's small. When we tried to bring up the fact that there was plastic in the food, the lady tried to take the food and plastic away from us, we were able to swipe back a couple of pieces from her but she was trying to tell us that it was just a burnt part of the bread. I don't think burnt Bread is going to snap like plastic and shove itself into my gum 🙃

I’ve been going to the Cici’s Pizza in Humble, Texas, on and off for about 5–10 years, and honestly, it’s been a bit of a roller coaster ride. When I first started visiting, I wasn’t impressed and would’ve given them a pretty low rating. Then, things started looking up. They did some remodeling, upgraded their ingredients, and for a while, you could really taste the difference. I went back several times, and each visit was solid. Back then, I would’ve easily given them 4 or 5 stars. Lately, though, it feels like they’ve taken a step backward. The quality isn’t what it used to be—ingredients like shredded cheese, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes are just missing now. On top of that, the staff doesn’t seem very enthusiastic; they’re polite but just kind of going through the motions. Because of all this, I’d have to drop my rating down to 2 or 3 stars. That said, I do appreciate that Cici’s is still affordable. In a time when prices are climbing everywhere, they’ve managed to stay competitive, which makes them a good option for families on a budget. It’s just a shame they couldn’t hold on to the momentum they had after those improvements.

I wish they would clean the tables quickly and refill the beverages and pizza. When we arrived, it was hard to find a clean table, so I had to wipe one down that was big enough for my group. I wanted sweet tea, but it was out the entire time we were there. They were out of peperoni pizza and a few others, and their cinnamon rolls weren't the best I've had. The location in Spring off 249 is clean and always stocked and labeled.

Avoid after 7:30 PM. Extremely very slow replenishing pizza, dessert buffet… more concerned about cleaning, closing off access to seating area, to close facility early…. Customer service and quality of food is NON existent humble location

Came back for the first time after a bad experience several years ago. Hoped things had changed after the renevation, we were not impressed. I ordered a mac and cheese pizza, the first time they added chicken I had not asked for. Wasn't as good as I remembered. He had no complains about his pizza. Pizza buffet was half full. They now ask for customers to bus their own tables, but of course nobody reads the signs, so most of the tables were covered in food, trash and dishes.

Only one employee spoke English when I tried to ask him for a pizza, he laughed at me and then went talking to another Employee in Spanish. It was only one person that spoke English and she was rude. I tried to tell her what kind of pizza I would like. She ignored me. The whole restaurant was nasty leaking water from the ceiling. The restroom was flooding. The salad bar was empty. The silverware was nasty and no tables were clean. We had a horrible experience here we would never go back

The place is very dirty. I saw this woman scraping ice out of the waist tray and putting it in her cup; the manager should have said something. Silverware is dirty. They act slow.

I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER be back here. Found an insect in the salad and informed the workers who then proceeded to throw away the napkin I handed them with the contaminated food. I had to get up and warn a lady who was grabbing more because the workers did not throw it away, they said they were just going to leave it . She then told the manager after I made a scene letting the other lady know. Manager came and took out the salad but once we left the establishment we saw her put it right back. When she came out I tried talking to her and got ignored and we kept seeing her looking at us and laughing before I even tried talking to her. Walked up to her and took a picture of her to make sure nothing like that ever happens again. DISGUSTING DISGUSTING

Me and my daughter and son came to eat lunch, and the cashier rang us for 3 buffet orders. I paid with my card n the machine was showing a blank screen when I swiped my card. The cashier told me to just type in my pin, so I did. When I got my receipt it showed that I gave her a $45 tip. So I told her n the manager to fix it but they told me to call my bank n refused to help me. We won’t be coming back here again.

The one in humble not worth going to I ask her what was the deals are specials she said it wasn’t any but the other guest told me it was a digital coupon for 5.99 Monday and Tuesday for adults I won’t be coming back to this location at all and the pizza was cold they barely changed it out upon request

We used to come here before Covid and it was great now it's just a shame that it has gone downhill. The service was just horrible, and nobody greets you, or helps you if you have questions and literally just stare at you or shrug their shoulders if you ask about pizzas. There weren't many options anymore and you would think by the price you were paying it would be good service and good pizza like before, but no. I'm now seeing all the bad 1 & 2 stars review on this location and management responds but nothing changes. We won't be coming back to this establishment anymore.

I’m currently pregnant craving some cici pizza once I arrived to the humble location They barley had any pizza ,no variety of pizza the staff are in the back gossiping and on their phones instead of making different type of pizza never coming back here they literally only had pepperoni pizza, barbecue pizza and dessert . I ended up ordering a large zesty ham & cheddar pizza which they made incorrectly they only gave me a pizza of ham and Alfredo no cheddar so disappointed if I wanted a pizza of just ham and Alfredo that’s what I would’ve asked for
