We had such a great experience at Applebee’s! The service was excellent from start to finish. Crystal, the manager, and our waitress Brelle made sure everything was perfect and paid special attention to our food. Their care really stood out and made our meal that much more enjoyable. Brelle’s dessert suggestion was spot on—absolutely delicious and satisfying. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of, and we would definitely come back.

My first time here and it was great I had the chicken and shrimp with garlic sauce w/french fries FANTASTIC. Atmosphere was great waitress was great. Skip the dollar drinks🍸 you might as well be drinking kool-aid with a little,tiny,smidget of alcohol.

Applebees is still a great place to dine and have a good drink. Service was super courteous and fast. COVID-19 safety precautions were used and we felt safe in the restaurant. Social distancing was in full effect. I'm glad we took a chance on an old favorite.

We visited Applebee's by 100 Oaks for a late lunch and really enjoyed our meal. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and my mom got the Prime Rib Dipper. My husband ordered the Broccoli Chicken Pasta Alfredo and had dove into it and demolished it so quickly I couldn't even get a pic of it. He is a really picky eater and the measure of a good meal for him, is if he eats it, finishes it, and how quickly it is eaten! So for him, that meal was a five stars, as he was practically licking the plate afterwards! Our server was very polite and efficient and our food was delicious! The only drawback we had were rude individuals in the parking lot nearly running us over...but that was just people inhabiting Nashville these days...not the restaurant! It's been quite a while since I visited an Applebee's, but they had a great variety on their menu and we will definitely eat there again, when visiting the 100 Oaks area! Bon' Appetite Y'all!

We ordered the $ margaritas, and Eric was our server. Eric was very prompt with our drinks, (VERY FRIENDLY, AS WELL AS VERY EFFICIENT)! Been here a couple times and have enjoyed the environment. It's a cozy little place with staff who feel like real people and the food is good enough to have me coming back for dates with my partner. Came here on New Years night and Steve was our server, he killed it! he was very polite and helpful. He was very attentive to his tables and stayed busy when he was not tending to his tables, he was making sure his tables were bussed and wiped down and the area was swept. I noticed other employees on their phones or standing around talking to each other when there was other things that could have been done. I would recommend Steve as your server if you come here. Food was okay but honestly Steve’s service is the only thing that really stood out and gave us a Great experience. You could tell he really cared about the guest and his job, he has great work ethic, it’s not just a paycheck to him.

Our apps were amazing! I love coming to this location and having date night. My husband and I order two different appetizers it was really cheap. And we ordered two different alcoholic beverages they were okay the other beverages we ended up ordering we liked them a lot better! Can’t go wrong with a margarita! For our food I did the steak with mushrooms and some type of sauce underneath. It was amazing. My husband had the chicken parm pasta and he absolutely loved! Our waiter was amazing the environment was great! Our food came out at a good time, and we loved every bit of it.

Felt like I time traveled back to 2005 when my family and I had dinner here last week, and I mean that in the best and most nostalgic way. The restaurant was immaculate with not a single crumb in sight. Even more impressive was the service. The manager runs a very tight ship and checked on every table with genuine care, and the entire staff was happier and more attentive than what we often see at high-end restaurants in Nashville. They were extremely busy and still delivered warm and outstanding service from start to finish. I honestly cannot believe an Applebees could be this amazing. The whole team deserves major recognition and big raises. We will absolutely be back when I need my next Blondie fix.

My uncle and I went to Applebee's for the free Veterans Day dinner. The staff was exceptionally cordial and helpful. Brittany, our server, was hustling but still most pleasant. The sirloin steak was outstanding, which was a most pleasant surprise, given that Applebee's isn't a steak house. This was definitely a five-star experience. This evening it's been pouring down raining and the hotel we are staying in (Sonesta in Brentwood) power has been out for a few hours. We decided to go to Applebee's. We called ahead to see if they were still going to be open. The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated pretty much immediately. I ordered the Whiskey Bacon Burger with French fries. The burger was perfectly done, it was just the burger was not seasoned at all. The perfect looking burger needed seasoning! I guess it's better to add salt than be too salty. However, my french fries were salty. 😞. The waitress Maiari was nice, friendly, and attentive (her name is pronounced my-ari). My sister ordered the Hot Honey ribs with mashed potatoes. Her ribs were a bit cold so she took the majority of it home. I highly recommend the Watermelon Lemonade which was really good. Overall experience if I had to rate it was 7/10 (no seasoning on burger, ribs were cold. The service 10/10.

I love applebees. Its a comfort place for me. I have never been disappointed by the food. This is pretty much my go-to when it comes to appetizers. I am obsessed with with soft pretzels and beer cheese. And I tried their new loaded fries which were phenomenal. There is nothing Ive had from here that I didnt like. My only complaint would just be that they are soo expensive. I wish I could eat here more often but I can hardly ever justify spending how much money it costs. I dont think the price fits what youre buying.

This restaurant has a reduced number of seats and staff, so it all takes time. It's because of Covid,so it's unavaidable.But we enjoyed our dinner. My favorite is Spinach & Artichoke Dip.👍

I’m not going to lie, after reading the reviews while standing in line made me a bit worried. I really wanted to walk out!! Especially because the whole greeting/waiting experience was living up to the reviews. However, the food actually turnt out great. Spinach/artichoke deep was so good. Husband’s first time trying and he enjoyed it. Everything was served fresh!! Server was attentive and quick with getting our drinks/food. We visited for the $2LIT July promo and they were pretty decent for just $2. The only complaint I would have to say is that the hostess definitely seemed clueless as to what her tasks were. She just looked so lost in the sauce; Twirling hair while speaking with customers, and just not very prompt. Which is my main reasoning for 4 stars.

Hostess did not speak to us and walked us to the table, laid down menus and left silently. Weird start... Server was good and so was good.

Food was bland I ordered a classic cheeseburger and the only thing I actually tasted was bread nothing else. The bathrooms was as I could say politely toilets needed service and the floor of the bathroom super sticky feet was sticking badly. The server we had she was great and they took the burger off our order but the wings and tenders kids got was good and the cheese sticks that's all I can recommend.

Food sucked but our server was really nice and friendly. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down.

When you call in to ask about your car side order and the manager rudely says “we don’t do curbside baby you gonna have to come in” but the sign says “dont get up, we come to you”. Love that. Wouldn’t mind it if there wasn’t a sign that said otherwise and a manager with a little less attitude

When we arrived the hostess came over with a scowl and simply said, "how many". No welcome, no smile. When she seated us I said, "thank you" and she just walked away. It took another 15 minutes for someone to come and get our drink order and, at that time, we were told that their computers went down but they should be up soon and she would come back to take our food order. After another 10 minutes, the waitress came back and said she would just write it down. Shouldn't that happen right away if computers go down? It took about 20 minutes for our food to come out, which is fine. I ordered the baby back ribs and they were horrible. Way over cooked (burnt actually). In my experience, baby back ribs fall off the bone; I could barely cut through them with a knife. By the time our waitress came back, my husband had finished his meal and I was not going to wait to get a different dish. Then, it took another 20 minutes or so to get our bill (again, because the computers were still down). I would have understood the issues if this place was busy but there were literally 2 people sitting at the bar and 6 tables with customers. The 3 people (besides the hostess) working the front of the house spent a lot of time chatting by the bar. The hostess was standing at the door turning people away. Seems this place needs a backup plan for what to do if the computers go down. I gave 2 stars because my husband's food was good and they, at least, offered me a different meal.

Food quality very poor. To go area should be more visible people just stand around dining patrons no seats for to go guests and food Is horrible. Im shocked they're still opened.

The food was just decent, and the service was awful. Despite ordering all of our food the same time they took our drink order, we were there for nearly 2 hrs. We went because we saw they brought back the Maple Blondie, but they served it cold. The Blondie itself wasn't warm at all, so the ice cream cooled it down and there was so much ice cream you couldn't taste the maple butter. It was a let down. Just better left to nostalgia.

So, I had a bad experience about a year ago at this location where I came in to be seated, the hostess walked away for an extended period of time, and I was never seated. I ended up leaving then. Last night, I thought maybe that had been a fluke and decided to give this restaurant another chance. It was Sunday before 9 p.m. No one was at the door to greet guests. Finally, an employee comes over and I tell her I am by myself. She thrusts a menu at me and walks away. I call out to her back, “Where should I sit?” She replies, “Wherever you want.” I choose a table and wait. No one appears to notice I’m there. I never am greeted by a server or given water. After a few minutes, the original hostess (?) who also appeared to be cleaning bathrooms walks out to my table with her plastic cleaning gloves still on, (gross), and asks me what I am doing. I tell her I am waiting to order. She asks if I want to sit at the bar. I didn’t. I told her again I wanted to order food, and she says I could also order food at the bar. I said, “No. I want to sit at a table.” She walks away, confused. (Why is this an odd thing? There were other people at tables and booths.) I thought maybe she went to retrieve a server for me and I wait. No one ever comes by to say “Hello, I’ll be with you soon” or to take my order. Unbelievably, I once again leave this restaurant without being greeted properly or served. That was your last chance. Sorry. As far as the response posted here from management, it would be a waste of my time to engage any further on this matter. Thank you, but I am not going to expend any more effort on this establishment. Not acceptable.

server Ryan had black dirty fingernails. served us a bucket drink in a margarita glass stating the glass had less ice that was the only difference. Killed a few ants crawling across the table waiting on food. When food finally came out server took my salad to 3 tables and back to the kitchen before I received it. Then when I said I didn’t want it she copped an attitude and rudely told me she didn’t sit it down anywhere. Asked for napkins and Ryan brings me paper towels from the restroom roll. Asked 3 separate servers for the manager and Crystal finally shows up coughing everywhere. While at the table my guest asked Ryan for his tea while he’s walking by with 2 teas and Ruan says to Crystal when she asked for the tea he’s still brewing the tea. Purchased $50 gift card to get $10 bonus card and when we tried to use them to pay the bill they were both declined. Horrible service horrible staff and horrible food! This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve had in a while.

Where do I start, first they said the where not taking customers 3 hours before closing, ask to speak to the manager, manager never comes out. However, we’re seated only to be ignored for 15 minutes plus. The attitudes are of no care or concern for the customer time choice to dine at your location. Terrible

Took 40 minutes just to receive my drink order. Charged us for another drink that never arrived to the table. The food came before my drink even touched the table. Another table beside me complained about seeing a large roach crawl under her table. Repeatedly asked for the same thing only for them to forget and not bring it. Please keep more servers on during night shift. Especially the last two hours. Nothing against the server at all but the service was terrible.

First it took us forever to get our drinks we ordered,One of us ordered a Diet Pepsi & got Dr.Pepper instead & so much was going wrong he didn't even botjer to complain about it, then when we started getting food we had to ask for silverwear 3 different times to 3 different people & the 2nd one flat out ignored us wouldn't even come to the table until finally someone did. 2 of us had the wrong sides one being mine. I asked for the cheddar broccoli which is a premiun side & my Boyfriend wanted the mac n cheese which is also a premiun side with bacon. I got plain broccoli & he got mashed potatoes & fries!? Like what!? So after we finally get to tell our waitress about our sides being wrong she's gone forever & then all the sudden we get handed what is pictured, Looks like basic Kraft mac n cheese! and all they did for my broccoli was melt some shredded cheese on it! One of our friends ordered a Chicken tender plate which was one of the easiest orders and he didn't get his until we were almost finished eating & when it came it was breaded chicken & he asked for grilled! Okay then there was the check situation, We couldn't split up our orders on the Kiosk so we asked if we could just all get our printed checks, Well our waitress comes back & says she can't split them up right now without her managers badge & she was busy! so we said ring up our friends Chicken Tenders separate & we will try to split the amount up best we can on the kiosk. so we split up all our stuff by dollar amount & we still had $29 left over!? Which made NO sense. also, They charged my BF $2 for that pathetic plate of mac n cheese! One of our friends used the restroom before leaving & saw an employee walk out without washing their hands! and to top the whole expeirence off, When we went outside there were 2 women out there who also had a problem & they were sitting on the opposite side of the resturant,But it gets weirder. They had all of our tickets in their hands & said their waitress tried to say all of that was their order! They complained & said we aren't paying for what we didn't order & they said if their card got charged over the amount they ordered they were coming back tomorrow to tell the manager! we were all baffled by this! I will NEVER go back here. They need to be shutbdown!

At 910p, I went here to have dinner. Even though I didn't it, I ordered an appetizer. That was old and by the looks of it, one can tell it had sat under a warmer for upwards 1 hour, possibly from a return. The plate was dirty. The server said the item was fresh and the plate, despite being dirty, was normal. After trying two pieces of tortilla chips, they broke in half for to the hardness of the dip. Hmmm. The item was returned. I ordered the main entré shown, well, let's just say I paid for mushrooms and got only onions. Water with lemon? Yes. Thank you. It was after I had finished eating and while requesting my receipt I said, " and you can make the water to go!" My request was met with an apology. The level of service here is well below standards and would not recommend.

This place is hilarious & if it wasn’t for me having a free gift card I would not be here especially after hearing all the other bad reviews previous to me. It’s always empty in the lot & now I see how empty it is inside. The food isn’t good, the fries are the worse ever & to add to that they told us that we were probably too late to order. We arrived about 11:33, they close at 12 & before seating us they went to ask if we were too late. The bartender saw us & hollered out last call. I asked the host that if the kitchen is closing & the bar is saying last call what are people to do seeing as though they don’t close until 12 & she just shrugged her shoulders. The waiter then told us she has to see if she can place our order because the kitchen is supposed to close at 11:30. Goodness gracious I see why they fell off the map. They should have stayed gone & have space to someone else to make an appearance. The waiter tried her best to do all she could which was appreciated & I know it has to suck to work in an environment like this. Food doesn’t even match the menu. The appetizer of boneless wings were so cold the sauce just sat stiff on them lol & Oh & to top it off we only got 2 single forks to eat with chicken instead of a set but I guess we were too late to get the works.

I ordered the all you can eat tenders and it took an hour to get my second plate of just 3 little tenders. I also ordered whiskey sour that’s seen in the picture that says $4 all day and the manager came over after I drank it and said that the menu is misleading and it’s actually $7 and there was nothing she could do to change it. Honestly if I could make it less than 1 start I would. All around terrible experience!

The worst experience ever. I was served raw chicken. I called the store I was offered a free meal. I felt I deserved a refund, I was served raw chicken not to mention the onion rings were gross, the entire meal was awful. I called corporate the manager of that store contacted me and apologized saying I could come by the store to get a refund. I tried reaching out to him the next week so I could pick up my refund when it should have just been refunded back to my card. But 2 weeks i still have not heard back from him. I guess there was a time limit to get money refunded. I should not have been inconvenienced by going back to get my refund. Very disappointed and after this experience I will never consider eating at another Applebees ever in my life.

Usually come here once a week with my significant other. This week.was a horrible experience a newer server (I think the host said her name was Danielle she never greeted us, I am in the industry as a server, bartender and even managed for a few years. in this industry standard greet time is 30 seconds. We had to go to the host after 20 minutes to get hee to come greet the table when she greeted us we never got her name, she didn't ask for temperature on a steak. After our order we had to get a manager after 15-20 minutes to get our salads. Steak.came out med well. Instead of medium rare which is because she didn't ask a temperature. We probably will not return after this.

The wait time after we ordered was ridiculous and they were barely busy. Our order was incorrect when brought to us. I waited 15 minutes for a drink replacement because my soda was out of syrup. My husbands steak was so thin you could see through it. My burger was burnt. The fries were old and cold. So disappointed and a total waste of my money.

Why did we get there, restaurant is nowhere near busy, there’s at least 4 employees on the floor, tables are dirty, we’re watching the server who asked how big our party was clean a table and sweep, then go clean off another table and sweep that one as well, while the rest sit dirty. Why are all of the tables dirty and not ready for guests, and why did we stand there watching her clean instead of being sat when there’s no business happening. I see why the reviews are terrible.

My family and me came in to eat dinner. When someone finally came over to seat us there was no greeting just, “how many” we tell her and she goes “it’s about a 30-45 minute wait for real” very agitated. We said that was fine and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed like it’s 9 o’clock you don’t close til 12 there’s no reason for you to be acting like that.

I want to start by saying that I’m a food taster and review food, though no one at the establishment knew this. At first, the vibe seemed outrageous, almost like a club, which was not what I had in mind for a nice dinner with my husband. The waiter was kind and did his best, but there were several issues: no salt in the container, the ketchup container was empty, and the dinner portions took much longer than expected. We were eventually offered dessert and chose the Triple Chocolate Meltdown with ice cream. While waiting, we noticed several tables who had just arrived left after waiting too long for service. Our waiter remained apologetic throughout, and we appreciated his attitude, so we tipped him well. Unfortunately, after tipping, the dessert that was brought to us was very disappointing and felt like a poor ending to an already frustrating experience. If you’re considering going to this place, I’d seriously reconsider. This will be the last time we ever dine here. Please see the before picture that's advertised, and what we received.
