Melt shop is one block off times square. Great offerings for all. We had the chicken parm melt and the patty melt. Both were very good and tasted fresh. The shop is clean, as is the bathroom. The staff were friendly and smiling at each encounter with them. Counter and kiosk service available. Overall, we were very pleased with our stop here today.

Absolutely phenomenal sandwiches. Had the burger melt — and decided to go with the double patty. A wise move! My wife had the Classic Melt. Also delicious! Original Crispy Chicken good as well, but no comparison to the Burger Melt. And the Nutella shake is a MUST TRY!!

Very solid chicken sandwich shop. The orders are called out very distinctly so there's no confusion at the pick-up counter. The store was pretty warm inside, but there's an open air courtyard right across the street with plenty of tables. The fries were nice and crispy with plenty of seasoning. The sandwich (I got a chicken bacon ranch) was well proportioned, so that I could taste all the distinct flavors. I'll definitely head back for a future lunch break.

The Korean fried chicken sandwich was just okay. It needed more components like some onions and the slow had too much mayonnaise. Also the fried chicken was well seasoned but cold. There also wasn’t any heat to the sandwich.

Great location, right off the main street. I ordered at the screen. Ordered the chicken tenders, fries and mozzarella sticks. Food came out hot! The mozzarella sticks were delicious!! The chicken tenders and fries were good as well! We enjoyed it.

We entered with in mind a Mac and cheese sandwich we ate years ago in Boston. It was not in the menu, but the lady that took my order has been super kind and understood my need. We ate a very good mac and cheese sandwich 😋. And we had some rest from the freeze winter outside. Thanks!

Really happy to find this place to eat after being recommended to go here. I ordered a beef burger and my wife ordered a chicken melt. We then ordered fries and chicken tenders as a side. All the food was great! Burger was juicy and flavoursome, chicken was probably some of the best I've had in a fast food place.

The chicken is good, but the portions could be better for the price. Doesn't feel worth it to me, unless you're already in the area or trying it for the first time. I otherwise enjoyed the level of spiciness of their chicken. Fries were meh. The seating area is spacious and generally empty at night from my experience. There are kiosks to order from, as well as napkins, forks and whatnot.

I hope this review doesn’t negatively affect One location vs the other but I can’t find the location I made my purchase (JFK airport). Sandwich was flavorful but certainly not what I expected. Menu pictures are usually exaggerated but social media usually is real representation and that unfortunately wasn’t the case here. I ordered the Korean BBQ sandwich expecting a messy and saucy sandwich of pure goodness! I even snagged extra napkins prior to walking away thinking I’d need them. Definitely not the greatest pic vs reality moment.

Hello My foodies! I am spending the weekend in NY and stopped by here because we were hungry and it was close by. Well it's definitely a place to go if your hungry, but I wouldn't say it's the best tasting. The burger I got wasn't bad, but it was messy and little greasy. It was ok. The cheese fries unfortunately were cold so the taste was not good. The strawberry drink however was pretty good. Best part of a quick meal. I would only recommend if there is nothing else around and your super hungry! However the service was fine and they were cleaning during our meal so they try to keep it clean.

Fire your IT director. Couldn't put an order in your website, then when we get there your machine takes my payment but doesnt put the order in and wastes so much time, then when we try to pu the same order at the counter its not the same price so I just gave up on my drink. You guys should be embarrassed at how bad youre messing up simple and crucial parts of your sevice. This was $50 bucks for two people and McDonald's could have handled it better

Food is pre cooked and when i got my smokin brisket bun it was frozen inside. They also didnt added the extra guacamole i bought, so i had to wait additional time to have it re-done. Tables were dirty and there was a group of customers that were going behind the counter as they looked friends of the staff (?) Customer service none existent, but not because of their lack of, more of being short staffed. Definitely the idea and menu looks tasty, but really needs to be improved 2/10

I tried chicken on bun but it was too basic(pickle and sauce). I expected to be more than that based on the reviews The parmesan with fries not as i expected but it was good

Just not good!! I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and caramelized onions. The sandwich was greasy and cold, the cheese was not melted and the bacon was so thin you could see through it. I was expecting more from an $8 grilled cheese. My tater tots were cold and soggy. I will never return to this establishment. Overall, I would rate a -1 but can’t. Seating is not comfortable and the flow of the restaurant is very poor. I do not recommend.
