This store has issues with the intentional homeless. Which causes a lower mark for the atmosphere, it is a safety issue.

The service here is amazing in the mornings. Tonya has been there for 7 years or so. Shes the light to that place. Always fast service in the mornings. Now night time is a joke. There's never enough people working. The old people take advantage of the new people. Definitely needs a new night manager. The customers are fun too. Especially the regulars. Always making us laugh. I miss being there. But God has better plans for me. Good times.

I go to this location ALL the time. I would say at least 3 times a week. My order is always right and always good. I am writing the review because there is a lady at the pickup window at lunch everyday. She is ALWAYS nice. She always says something kind to me. "Have a great day!" or "Your makeup looks nice!" or "I like your bracelet" or "Have a great holiday" or "We will see ya baby girl" or "Bye Boo-Boo!". She is the nicest lady and always in a good mood. Rarely, she is working the order placing window/payment window instead of pickup. She has to concentrate a little more there and is thinking more. I say this only to stress, that even though she is more comfortable in her usual spot she is still SO NICE! Nice matters, people! Give that girl a star! She told me her name is Tonya. She wears blue eyeliner and braids and I LOVE her!

If I could post a pictures of my burger with extra ingredients I would. The staff is and has been great and outstanding every visit. I come to this location daily and it’s never let me down! The food is great and the aroma never lets me go hungry⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ll definitely be back!

I love this mcdonalds especially since it's right next to our house but usually it's really busy usually. I recommend a big Mac theirs is especially good, we've had a to go meal there many times.

My order was incorrect I asked for a number 7 plain and got it done all the way. I went in expecting a hassle, but the manager who was working, was so sweet even while working Thanksgiving and fixed my order immediately.

This is a good experience. The inside of the restaurant is very tiny. It looks bigger from the outside so that's kind of weird. I went during the day so they were adults working and the food was fine.

The management seems unstable. I saw a gm yell and disrespect their underlings and just overall being rude to them. The service is okay. I just can't give it 5 stars because of the management and all the experiences I've had here. Heard it is horrible to work here by multiple people. Everything else is okay ish.

When you order oatmeal and you specify that you want a butters for your oatmeal and six packs of Splenda with raisins and cranberries. And as a paying customer I expect to get exactly what I asked for granted if they're only supposed to give out so many butters per oatmeal then they should specify that and tell you anything other than that you will be charged additional fees for the butter. But they did not they got you with me over the butter and I told them I would be glad to pay for it but I still did not get the butter requested. That's bad service in my eye and I run my own business I know what customers satisfaction should be.

Boy this place has changed, Courtney the lady working the front counter was awesome, this place is clean with quick service, always very kind people working here now. Great atmosphere!!

It is dangerous to eat inside. Be safe and do the drive thru. Last time I visited there were three homeless people blocking the entrance door asking for money or food. It seems that at this MD they allow them to hang out both inside and outside.

I ordered in the app for curbside pickup, but it still took half an hour after I got there to get my food. I went in and checked on it twice. The nice lady who brought out my food had to make 3 trips because whomever was giving it to her to bring out kept giving her incomplete things. Everyone was nice, but apparently they were incredibly understaffed. I had 3 meals only, not tons and tons of stuff.

Just got back home with my food. I ordered 2 10 piece nuggets, a fry, 2 cheese burgers, and 2 McDoubles add mayo and lettuce, no pickle. Get home to find the two McDoubles have no onions, no ketchup, no mustard, no lettuce, no mayo, and missing an entire patty with only two slices of cheese on either side of one slimy paddy. Why on earth would I pay extra and order two extra toppings only for the burger to be made not only completely incorrect but also the complete opposite of what I said? Like where was the confusion? Rest of the order was mostly right but the McDoubles weren’t ANYWHERE NEAR correct. Even if you somehow thought I said plain, which is completely impossible but let’s suspend disbelief, it was missing an entire burger paddy. Like I’m not trying to be mean or disrespectful but if I’m paying extra for something, don’t give me a half done product that was nothing like what I asked and paid for. Felt intentional with how wrong the order was… I don’t blame the sweet window workers as they are always nice and get my drinks right, but whoever is making the food in the back needs some extra training because they don’t seem to know what they are doing.

Mcdonald's has gone sooo far downhill. We ordered through the app to make it simple for them since we ordered a plain cheeseburger. After it arrived at the table by the employee who didn't even respond to our "hi" or our "thank you", the triple cheeseburger came with 2 patties. 🫣 my daughter pointed it out to us. The staff quickly fixed it. But when we asked for ketchup, they gave us 4 packets and asked if that would be enough... we ordered 2 large fries and 2 medium fries. So no. That wasn't enough. They have went so far to remove any enjoyment of eating there. Between the unfriendly staff, the being ignored by the staff when you do go to the counter and the having to plead for ketchup, I don't want to go back, ever.

I used to frequent this location as I am a pedestrian, and it was easily accessible and I enjoyed using the app and kiosk. One manager really felt the need to belittle me in front of her employees and other guests in an effort to punish me for making a valid point that I had waited 15 minutes for an item that was bagged ready to go. I wasn't in the appropriate location according to this individual. That made it justifiable to ignore me, my order and my attempt to reason with them. Disappointing but not surprising. I hope the supervisor finds more joy in their life.

I got treated horribly the management is the worst I’ve EVER experienced. Managers are highly unprofessional and always talking rudely and poorly to the workers. Most workers are oblivious, unaware and unattentive. This restaurant has some of the worse employees in town. They are young and have no concept of work ethic, customer service, and no enthusiasm. They have bad attitudes. They wear ear pods to listen to music while they are working! They can't hear the customers. They don't interact with customers. They get the orders wrong all the time because they don't pay attention. It's every single day, the staff sux, on every shift!

I placed In order using the McDonald's app. I ordered the two cheeseburger combo, a quarter pounder combo, and four chicken McNuggets. I got to the store to pick it up. My frozen Coke was halfway defrosted, my tea and lemonade had no ice , and when I got home I found only the quarter pounder two orders of fries and the condiments I requested. Well I was thrilled to see that I actually got the condiment I ordered, I was very sad that All I had for dinner tonight was Fry's. I would have tried to settle this through the app, however there was no receipt on my bag for me to double check the store number. This order was just a reminder of why I usually avoid this location.

Mcdonald workers DO NOT deserve anything more than minimum wage. Minimum wage is for minimal skill which they hardly have. The worst McDonald's for service. They intentionally left me in the drive-through waiting to order for at least 5 minutes so that it was 3 am & breakfast food only. The menu board had not changed. Then after I pay and start waiting again, they tell me it's going to be a few minutes before my food is ready because of needing to clean to prevent cross contamination. I intentionally chose this location because it's open 24 hours & very close to my job. Due to the previous day's weather events, I have no power at my house. And now no meal because I could not wait any longer to arrive at work. This isn't the first issue I've run into with this particular location. They have a tendency to be slow. They will have you park to bring out your food. It's almost like they forget they did that. Then the fries will be cold. If you had me wait so you could cook things, how is my food cold as soon as you hand it to me.

Last 2 times I bought a Diet Coke here it tasted weird. They didn't answer the phone the two times I called to warn them to check the dispensing machine. Today, about 2:30 pm, I tried again but tasted it before I left the drive thru. Again weird taste 🙄 Fast forward 4 years, Diet Coke is off, mixture not right, threw it all out. Fries were soggy and room temperature. Just go home and eat leftovers!!!

I don’t eat McDonalds on the regular but every time I have a craving for fries McDonalds is usually the place I want them from. However, every time the service alone reminds me why it’s the last fast food service I even look at as an option for food. Went here around 10:30 pm their was no one in the drive thru and the employees were all in the dining area. When I went to the speaker no one came by I had waited maybe 5 mins and nothing. Pulled out and as I drove by them one of the employees waved and flipped us off. I've had bad experiences at this location with the night crew every time. Horrible restaurant. They never answer the phone even after telling people (even employees) to call. At most the pick it up an inch and slam it back down to hang right back up. My husband's mother is in the hospital his family needs him he tried to tell them he couldn't come in and a MANAGER got in the chat and said he had to call the store then they did their routine of refusing to answer and picking up and hanging up. Terrible people.

I've tried to order curbside here three times and every time I waited 10+ minutes and ended up having to go inside to get my food. One time would be a mistake but I'm honestly convinced that no one wants to bring the food out and they just wait for the customer to come get it. Very slow service. With a line at drive through they spend 5 minutes handing a customer job applications and talking about the job. People in line getting mad. One pulled out and drove away. This is at 10:45 at night. After all that wait my order wasn't even filled. All of this is the managers fault for letting it happen. A cheese burger happy meal not boxed up and large high c not filled. So I had to wait that much longer. I feel for the 3 cars still behind me. I have been to this McDonald's before they were slow that time also and that time it was mid morning. No excuse. It's training and managements problem. But it's obvious they don't see it as a problem. 2 other times I went there for breakfast guess what slow and wrong order. It was very poor and I'm not going there again. I will also tell others pick another McDonald's.. my overall impression is this McDonald's is miss managed on all shifts. The managers let the employees get away with it. I can tell you however the elderly that work the day shifts are the hardest workers and the kids are untrained none caring lazy employees. If I ran the place first shut down 2 days to clean and train and fire some employees right off the bat after watching simply for a couple hours. Not having ever ran a fast food restaurant but having 21 years active military I could do so much better. Because their problem here is training and management.

Every time I come here, something is absolutely wrong in a "the health dept should probably be notified" kind of way. This is a no onion double cheese burger btw. I think the black stuff is a mixture of burnt onion and grill scrapings. I got 2 of these, one for me and one for my child.

This McDonald's has a record of messing up orders frequently. For example, in the pictures below, I ordered a McChicken, extra mayo, add mustard. Instead, I get a McChicken extra mayo, add...mac sauce? Thoroughly confused, grossed out, and disappointed. I frequent this restaurant alot, considering I work nearby, but at this point, I'd rather go to the Elizabethton location. Update 10/25/24 I find they have been giving me wrong sizes for things I ordered. Or when I ask for light ice, they just give me a normal iced drink. Here's a photo of them giving me a medium fry instead of a large fry. Update 03/11/25 Almost complete disregard for instructions. They got my no pickles on my double cheeseburgers right but they didn't give me any onions on the McChickens or extra mayo. And I asked for light ice, but they gave me double the ice according to the fill line. They clearly don't teach listening skills in their training.

She was snappy and said “we can’t do that, we have no control over that” when I’ve gotten receipts for my mobile orders before. I had to pull back around anyway because I was missing items. **update** Got home and all of my mcchickens have lettuce on them when I asked for none, and the one remake had a single drop of Mayo on it. Night shift, do better. Y’all were not even busy when we came around 1:22am yet want to be incredibly rude and lie. I called this store seven times and no one answered. I don’t recommend coming here during later hours.

Stopped by this same location, with hopes for a better experience... ordered large fry, got half and order, and cold. There is no sauce for the nuggets like requested. And with a total order of 50 nuggets, all cold! Never fails at this location that the order is wrong and/ or cold. Always served with an attitude.
