I live in Dallas so I have to trek through many towns & cities to get to Eleanor’s! But it is so very worth it. The coffee is 10/10, the service is so amazing (the owners are so attentive and sweet), the atmosphere is so cozy and kid friendly. We get together for a girls coffee date but it is ideal for study time alone or a group gathering. To top it off, they have Eleanor the dog roaming the property and kids love her!! I love it here, it’s becoming a weekly spot. I’d go more often if I didn’t live so far away.
Eleanor's is the cutest coffee shop EVER! i'm not a big coffee drinker, but was tired and needed a pick me up and found Eleanor's near by while my mom was getting her car worked on. They're super inviting, friendly, and sweet! They recommended the march menu and the Lotus coffee caught our attention instantly & it did not disappoint at all! It was SOOOOOO good i finished my cup before we left lol. Everything about this place is 10's across the board!! & Eleanor is the absolute cutest sleeping on the couch 🥹😍 it's not the closest coffee shop to me, but i will drive out of my way to support wherever i can! 💗 they're doing everything right here. I wish them the absolute most success.
Just an amazing little coffee shop with a whole lot of charm! We do not live in the area, but were able to pass by and stop at the suggestion of the owner and her talented musician boyfriend. The coffee was excellent (ordered a vanilla mocha) and the atmosphere was amazing. From the small gift shop you see when you enter to order to the well spaced out comfortable lounge area where you could get lost for a time in the book swap shelf. I will definitely make a point to support this wonderful small business when my travels take me close enough to make a detour.
By far my favorite coffee shop that is local and I love getting The Marley blended Highly recommend!!! - updated 01/21/26 still my favorite coffee shop owners and staff have the best customer service, and are always kind!
I had such a great experience today thanks to the young lady working—Heidi! I originally ordered a Yeller, but didn’t realize how sweet it would be. When I went back in to order something else, Heidi immediately asked if the drink had been too sweet. When I said yes, she kindly offered to remake it for me—even though I was fully prepared to pay for a new one. On top of that, she asked me to try the remade version to make sure it was just right. Such thoughtful service and an amazing coffee—thank you again, Heidi!
Super sweet baristas! Very accommodating:) paid around $11 for two medium drinks! Very well worth the price. I got the lassie (Caramel and vanilla), it was delicious!

Sooooo glad to finally have a cute little coffee shop in Kaufman!! Everything I have tried off of their menu I have loved, and I really like that they have a drive thru for the mornings I’m in a bit of a hurry! The staff are always friendly and helpful! Bonus points for seasonal coffee sleeves +
My wife's favorite place to go. Also easy names to remember not like other coffee shops. Makes it a lot easier on husbands to order their wife's drink.
best place in town! Bianca goes above & beyond, she’s so sweet! even on the busy days, everyone is always so nice & happy to serve.
The best coffee shop I live in Seagoville my sister took me to try this is near her house it’s the best coffee the atmosphere everything will definitely be back soon!!! 😇💕
A good spot run by good people. Having lived in Kaufman, it's great to see a new, independent business making use of the older buildings in town. My wife and I stopped in a couple of times on our last visit to see family and received friendly and personable service on the mornings we grabbed drinks and light bites to go. The retail corner inside and the lounge are nice additions to this cozy local coffee spot.
You won’t find a better coffee shop. The chai is INCREDIBLE, and Avery and Bobby - the owners, are the kindest souls on the planet! This is my favorite coffee shop, on the planet.
Met with husband and wife owners, super nice folks. And coffee was amazing. 100X better than any Starbucks! Highly recommended!
Eleanor’s Coffee Shop is truly my second home. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like family — always kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see you. The coffee is hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and it’s consistently perfect every single time. Whether I’m stopping in for a quick cup or staying awhile, it’s my favorite place to be. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out — Eleanor’s is something special.
Great atmosphere for chatting with friends. We had a wonderful time. Large selection of drinks and coffee flavors! Staff is very friendly and accommodating!
I came here with my family after the turkey trot and had an excellent experience! Even though the place was packed, the drinks came out quick and were delicious. When Im back in Texas, Eleanor’s will be a new staple for me 😃
Malang Motorcycle Riders stopped by on our 200 miles ride at this coffee shop. We had some amazing drinks and to top it off, the owners were great hosts. Beautiful place to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere..

It's a great coffee shop with fun seasonal drinks. Most importantly, Eleanor is a sweet pupper who is the best!

My first time trying and I got stuck behind a van trying to place an order and was denied service once we moved up. I understand we arrived close to their closing time, but the lady at the window was rude, rolled her eyes and said “what do yall want” Update: Was in town again and decided to give it another try. The staff was really sweet and the coffee is really good! Enjoyed the visit and will definitely stop by again once I’m in the area!

Your cute, average, run-of-the-mill coffee shop! Very friendly service. There isn’t really anything outside of the service to set them apart from anywhere else. All of the syrups are commercially processed — Ghirardelli, Monin, etc. rather than made in-house like a lot of other small coffee shops with limited hours pride themselves on. I would return, but don’t find myself going out of the way for it.

I started loving this local coffee shop when I first heard about it a couple months ago but I have stopped going just because i felt the vibe kinda off with the girls at the dt window and coffee has been more on the milky side and flavorless. I decided to give it another try this morning and it happened again. I usually don't take things back but for the price I paid I was like let me take it back. I got there mind you it had only been like 5 mins since I left the ladies were all asking do u remember making this? Did not offer to remake only to hand me a cup of syrup to add in. Owners are nice but staff 👎

Experience was very interesting. First of all, we have were behind an other customer that ordered quite a few orders. We arrived 10 minutes before closing as well. Taking all of that into consideration, we were denied service due to the staff’s lack of ability to complete orders in a timely fashioned. Only after she realized we weren’t lying she asked us in a very demeaning and derogatory tone “what do you want” and rolled her eyes. We drove all the way from Frisco to give this local coffee a try, and unfortunately did not have the best experience.
