The staff at Keller tavern is a 10/10. Harley, polly, Melissa are WOW. Such a fabulous group of people, efficient, fun, radiant, outgoing and beyond professional. Collabed with them in an event and will be going back just to hangout and experience the amazing atmosphere they create in the place indoors and outdoors. I got Ceviche, it's rather small portion and it is not in form of soup. I thought ceviche is a cold soup. Anyways, it tastes good, salsa is spicy, clean inrerior, cool decorations and it's conviniently located almost in Keller downtown. The ceviche would work nice w couple shots of tequila! I would recommend it to a friend.

A bar/restaurant with the right stuff to stand with the other "ice houses" in Keller's Old Town. The patio is nice, spacious, and dog friendly, with an outdoor bar to keep you from waiting on drinks from inside. Our server was quick and friendly, and made sure our four-legged companions got some water for their visit. The menu feels somewhat limited, but still provides the usual tavern faves (burgers, wings, and apps). I went for the Keller King Burger, and while tasty, I didn't detect much of the steak sauce that was promised with the shaved ribeye, so it came off a little dry. Despite my nitpicking, I fully expect to return here to unwind on the patio another day.

Caught the Beerman outta Denton again, oG been playing for decades was in Keller for guests BDay party, service and delivery par for a busy pub but super slammed when we got in.. two of us at the bar 15 minutes before serving us beers at open spots, drank two waters waiting, they blew one keg before we got in for a popular local beir and three others before we left.. had decent wings and okay street tacos both abit higher than real value.

(Recent Edit at Bottom)This a fun place to hang out with some friends and chill. Decent burgers and cold drinks so I can't complain there. The band Iconic was there and they were great. Definitely recommend seeing them. Our server was a great guy who got us taken care of. Recommend giving this place a try. Maybe try this place on a less busy day. Came for a show and it took a friend going and finding a server for me to get something to eat or drink. Got my king burger and the waffle fries were well fried. The burger itself is not what it used to be but was starving so thats on me.

This place is really nice, cozy, friendly servers. Food is good. What is not good is the very sad $13 “old fashioned” i ordered. Tiny thing that seemed like it came from a can. Also they yelled last call 40 minutes before closing. Strange. Don’t order the old fashioned, in fact, just stick with beer or seltzers here.

Second time now (that would be second time), deleted my first post about a year ago but.....guess they train each other!!! Pour light, but the part that's not right is they tip themselves really well!!! Guess all your time is spent in Roanoke Tavern watching that (might watch that too, I know at least one or two work there now). So Keller Tavern is just a free for all again, I like paying extra tips on my card after paying cash tip!!! Good job in training, pouring and keeping an eye on your business guys. Always my go to, but not any more, good luck with Roanoke. Sad, just sad.

Had to have a regular call for an employee apparently they were playing video games. I'm not sure they were in another room somewhere. Anywhere I had to work a 24-hour shift and I was looking for a real food or the closest thing I can get to real food. I kind of figured since the our said you were open until 2:00 that I could get at least a sandwich but it looks like I'm going to starve in this town.

My husband and I walked in with friend who was looking for someone, walked right back to were the electronic slots machines were. A customer who our friend didn't want to interact with who knew he didn't want to talk to started talking. It could have been a whole lot worse situation then it was we stopped our friend and then we actually spoke to the owner said what happened and it seemed fine was not told anything. Husband walked back in to ask for water and was told he wasn't allowed in.... I walked in myself a few moments later was told oh honey your not allowed in here. Ok that's fine you won't get our business. As I was going over some of the reviews I could see why they said the staff was clicky like they walked into a high school cafeteria. I don't recommend this place and I will not change my rating

I have been a long time regular at Keller Tavern since they opened. Did the 100 whiskey challenge and have seen them through the good times and the bad but their wait staff/bartenders now could care less about serving their customers and are just rude. We waited over 20 minutes Sunday night at a table inside without even a nod. This seems to be the new norm there. The staff ignored us and the bartenders were to busy chit chatting to even acknowledge us. I finally went up to the bar and asked if anyone was working the tables and one of the bartenders rolled her eyes huffed and said rudely, I'll be there in a minute, but never came. We eventually left and went to Shotzee's where we got a great meal and drinks right away.

I’ve always loved Keller Tavern — it used to be my go-to spot for great food, good drinks, and friendly faces. But lately, the service just isn’t what it used to be. The bartenders and servers seem distracted, often hanging out in the back at those game machines instead of checking on customers. It’s frustrating because this place has so much potential and such a great vibe when it’s running right. I still want to love it, but lately, it’s been hard to feel valued as a guest. Hoping management brings back the charm and attention that made Keller Tavern special in the first place.

I normally love this place, but last night truly made me angry. Me and my 2 friends came in about 8:30 and were not even greeted. We sat outside for 20 minutes before someone made eye contact and said someone would be right with us. 15 minutes later and still nothing. Someone finally comes over with some water and we were ready to order, but she says just let me run this credit card for another table first. 15 minutes later nothing. We just got up and left after that. Ridiculous. Unfriendly. We would have spent probably a $100. Totally awful and inexcusable.

Went to this restaurant for lunch normally they would have a lunch menu but today for some reason they didn’t OK cool so me and my son a place to eat to go order. After waiting almost 45 minutes my son went in to see was the food we’re done the waitress very rudely told him that he didn’t ask for the order to go. Made it home with our meals and the Salad was old to the point it was black on the ends. So, I decided to give them a call, the same rude Waitress answer the phone I told her my concerns and very rudely she asked if I wanted anything else. I asked Will where the other size is she said them so face and I couldn’t Recognize what you she were saying . So, I decided on Waffle fries and before I could make it in the door. She was handing me my fries with and Attitude and threw the salad in the garbage. Made it back home to my know cold wings and one of them is about to take flight off my plate.
