WE Love panda, fo a quick and tasty meal 😋. I like that you can get a bowl of your favorite food, or a larger meal and have leftovers for later 😋. Spring rolls are tasty also. Lots of different things to eat and you can sample them before you choose what you want to order. Great variety of things on the menu 👌
Katy was our drive through person and can I just say she is the nicest, didn’t not rush us despite the long line unlike in other places. She is such a sweet girl and needs a raise or to be recognized by HR.
One of the best #PANDAEXPRESS in Fort Worth! We come through here very often.. I’d say at least 3-4 times a week mostly lunchtime and the service is always great! Very friendly & patient no matter how busy they get I never feel rushed and my orders are always on point!
Your gal was hungry after going into whole foods and seeing how expensive all the rich people food was so she went to Panda! The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere in the drive thru honey was great bc the sweet girl at the drive thru was so nice, honey i got sauces i didn't even know i needed. She was so nice and i was so hungry after a 24hr fast. Their fried rice hits different. Like i don't have to make it myself 😂 it was very good
Friendly staff and the food was amazing!! I don’t know what Panda Express did, but the food is better than it ever has been. It is HARD to find a fast food restaurant that offers vegetables as the main dish. I felt guilt free with my string bean chicken and super green bowl. It was nice to have something to eat that was within my nutrition needs. Im a happy customer. Thank you!
Great PE! Very nice staff and very clean store. Also, this is the only PE in Fort Worth with the Beyond "chicken!"
First time at this location. Employees were great from the time I walked in, to the time I left. The food was fresh and served hot. The only complaint I would give is that this location gives smaller amounts of food then any Panda Express that I've been too. I received superb service from everyone but this young lady name Ninii, was so awesome . And we share the same name😀!
We didn't make it past our favorite Sweetfire Chicken to see any other options. Even though they served us the last two orders of it, it was still very tasty and fresh so they must have judged the amount needed to match the demand. Friendly staff too.
I love this location more than almost any other fast food place I’ve ever been. I stop by after the gym probably 2-3 times a week and I always get excellent service and am greeted with a smile. Loveeee this place

Super clean, very good customer service.. kind and helpful specially Arisol. I was doing some shopping I got lost in time and when we order was only like 20 min to close and they made me fresh stake because there was no more. No bad attitude and that was very nice.
Alia was a super thoughtful employee and I saw her go out of her way to hold the door open for a woman holding lots of things without being asked or wanting a thank you. Happy to see stellar customer service from this amazing employee
We went through the drive through only to discover the order kiosk was not working and had to wait until we reached the window to order. Customers like myself with small orders were served quickly, but larger orders held up the line. It would have been more efficient for the person taking orders to go outside to enter orders in advance.
This is probably the best little Panda Express restaurant in the DFW area. Renxia, the beautiful Chinese woman who took care of me, was the most courteous and polite server I've ever known, she is the hardest worker in the place. I give this place a solid 10 out of 10. The food is excellent. Not over cooked, but served to perfection. 👍

This is by far the best Panda in our area. The staff is friendly. Quick food is fresh and lobby is always clean. This is not the closest one to my house. But this is the one that I will always choose to go to because of the way their staff and stores run

I was on vacation visiting family and we decided to grab takeout for dinner. It was my first time trying Panda Express, and the food was really good! I’m from the East Coast, and the closest Panda Express to me is over an hour away. Anyway, the portions were big enough to feed the whole family, and the food tasted amazing.
We love our panda express restaurant. Workers are caring and nice. Remember who we are. And we've only been 5 times. Every time we go to Kohl's we go to PE so thanks Panda Crew for making our PE experience a good one. Shout out to the Hwy 377 store.
Emily was the one that gave us the food and it was closing time and we were the last ones but she was super nice and energetic and she handled our order very nicely, definitely recommend 10/10.
Good quality chinese fast food. Great for when you're tired of McDonald's and Taco Bell. It doesn't have the charm of the mom & pop shops and is a little pricier than they are, but you also know what you're getting and have the option to dine-in in a clean environment which many of those don't.
Food is always good but, I think that workers that stand around in an area that's not as busy as anothers, should help in areas that are busier... It would help speed up service in drive-thru when very busy lol like y'all have been every time lol when I visited my family just down the road...
The food is the same as all Panda locations. This store can be extremely busy at times and they run out of the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken a lot (I know it's not their fault on a local level but corporate needs to fix this)
I tell ya the temp of our food was not all that great! But Aisia B she greated me with a smile you could hear her smile when she spoke to you! Being in the retail world I know all about having to ask for a donation or a credit card etc. Man I tell ya she hit me with confidence and boldness and asked if I wanted to donate $5 to the cooks children’s, I thought I miss heard her and had her repeat her self and she then followed up with if you can’t do $5 you can donate $1 I said no girl your bold I like attitude and ambition I wanna help you hit your goal! I’ll donated the five dollars! She then repeated my order back to me gave me my total and had her smile on her face when it came time to pay etc. keep up the good work and ambitious attitude Aisia B!
The food at this location was the best I've had at any Panda in a long time. I would have given five stars if I wasn't told at the window that they didn't have what I ordered at the drive thru after such a long wait.
I've recently started coming here from time to time and I really like it. On my last visit, I didn't realize one of the bowls had lots mushrooms in it. I don't digest mushrooms too well, so I kindly asked the manager if I could exchange for something else. She looked and sounded irritated about it but honored my request.
Food was good service was good. The only thing I can tell that needs improvement is for them to not be so stingy with the free sauces.
Food is ready to eat and fresh when you walk in. Plenty of options to choose from. There were several tables not clean that afternoon when we came though.
In years past they would ask you if would like to try a piece of anything for free. Not anymore. I miss trying a new item to decide if I want to purchase a meal of it. Don't go as often there as I used too because of this poor policy change
This location has the fastest drive thru! This time we dined in and it took us longer to get our food than drive thru! (Still not too bad) normally I love the food at Panda but this time the sweet and fire chicken had an old taste and the sesame chicken was flavorless! I did loved the teriyaki chicken and the spring rolls! The rice is my favorite but I also got smaller portion than normal! Staff is friendly and the environment is good! Lots of places to sit!
Staff is nice and the food is good! Nice setup in here and they keep the place clean which I love. Only one toilet in the restroom and no stalls but it's alright. Would return! Was my first time here.
Could be better. They mixed the old rice with the new rice. The old rice is hard and just messed up our whole entree. The staff seems friendly and helpful but make certain expressions that make you think your bothering them. The Manager on Duty Rocky has to keep them in line. They were running out of food at closing time and instead of getting more food ready they were letting it run out. And there was still an hour before closing. Plenty of ppl came through that door while we were dinning in.
Mediocre, idk I guess I miss the old menue options. Did an online order, and it was reported as complete, but it definitely was not. Eventually, the shift manager had to do the order herself. Seemed like there were plenty of employees so I'm not sure why it was late, anyhow I don't mind a 20 minute wait, I do mind that I got the notification that the order was ready to be picked up before the order was even started. Funny enough, if I had just walked in and placed a to-go order, I would have been out the door in half the time.

This location is not up to standard. Beijing beef must have been sitting out for hours, it was very tough. The walnut shrimp was mushy and there was no steamed rice (this was at 6:30 pm on a Saturday).
First time comeing here since I dont live in the area. As soon as I walk in the door and walk up to the menu to check out their prices and menu the guy says "What do you want?" Ummmm OK!? I said give me a minute please. Im ordering food for me and my husband and his workers, then I say I wouod like a bowl and get a whole spoonful of fried rice and like half a spoonful of orange chicken.....UMM NOT OKAY. Then I ask for a plate again he tries to rush me and I tell him I want lo mein and then get AGAIN half a spoonful of the entrees smh....I then see there was an actual chinese place in the same little strip and I could have gotten way more food from there than from this panda express. Really do not come to this location not friendly, bad service, making you rush and there was literally NO LINE. Save your money it was not worth it. I had to eat it I dont waste food but I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first.
“ Off with the gloves” Ok, There wasn’t a line 🤔 actually it was Empty. I ordered the walnut shrimp rice bowl, the rice was dry, the walnut shrimp looked old and not fresh and didn’t have any walnuts 🤦🏾.
I usually love Panda but they changed the honey sesame chicken. It use to be tender small strips and now it's hard chunks. I was so disappointed. The flavor was not the same and my food was Luke warm at best. I also had a huge piece of of the cabbage core in my chow main. You are better than that. Make some changes.
The entree was basically a bowl of rice with a small scoop of meat and sauce over it,which didn't even cover the rice. I saw other people receiving a larger scoop, which I pointed out, but the server shrugged it off. So I contacted the company and they were very sorry and could I send them a scan of my receipt so they could reimburse me. I promptly sent it to them... And never heard back. First of all, for $9 I expect more than a bowl of rice with a smattering of topping. Second, don't ask me for my receipt if you don't plan to follow through. On the plus side, what little I had that wasn't just plain rice was very good. Just wish I could have had a reasonable portion.
Although we had an altercation at this location. Alicia was Very very very sweet and willing to help us. She was genuinely so sweet and i could tell she goes above and beyond for her job ! Thank you alicia you deserve a raise!!!
I have to say I am very disappointed with the customer service. In drive through first they ask do you want to donate $5 - no thank you. Then well do you want to round up- I have done this before but not going to do it every time. The person in the drive through was very unfriendly- I waited they said I will see you at the window. No Hi, thank you, how are you. For this reason I am going to stop going there. Customer service today sucks and as management I would make sure my staff greet and treats customers nicely. Very disappointed. Food is ok for a fast food joint but I think I will spend my money elsewhere.
Customer service for me personally tonight was lackluster to put it politely. My presence wasn’t even acknowledged even while making direct eye contact with multiple employees. Had to speak loudly to get anyone’s attention. No courtesy or kindness expressed by a single employee. Poor service can’t be blamed on business because there was only one other customer in the store at the time. Everyone on shift can & should do better at all times.
While standing in line I thought it was odd that the employees were not wearing masks in a food service I dustry or gloves as far as that goes during COVID; then the line clerk began scooping entries into containers while running them down his thumb, I ordered finger foods to avoid wet contact then he dropped the utensils in the floor, picked them up and placed them in the bag with the food of the customer I front of me just when I thought he needed help he acknowledged friendship with the customers son and failed to charge them for their order of at least 60.00
Everytime we ask for extra sauce we only ever get 1, food is pretty cold we have to reheat it drive through clerk was rude and when we had to take a minute to order for our child to decide she asked if we were ready yet several times, we weren't even at panda for more than 10 minutes. Probably not gonna go back which is sad because we love panda 😕
My teeth hurt from eating the orange chicken, it was just off. The chow mein was so greasy, my kids has stains all over their clothes and my face was just absolutely covered (I promise I eat cleaner than my children so it wasn't just them haha) I will never be returning here because I can find genuine Chinese food for cheaper and much better tasting!
This is one of the NASTIEST panda express in ALL OF FORT WORTH. -First of all they do not give you the appropriate amount of food, always trying to scam people from their money. -Second the food is never fresh and always looks like its been sitting in there all day. - Third the food is so greasy and tastes NASTY. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PANDA, I WOULD RATHER STARVE THAN EAT THERE AGAIN.
They always mess up orders at this location, regardless of whether you go through a drive through or order online. It seems like the only way to get your order right is to go inside and order from the counter so you can see what they put there. It looks like staff are busy being distracted by talking to each other about their personal issues so they do not pay attention!
Ordered with uber, and panda forgot to give them my drink. Then I called they were not helpful at all. Said I could come get my drink, but I'm at home with my kid is why I ordered with uber. Other than that no way to help me, and said an uber can't pick it up I would have to with proof of purchase. Then I opened my broccoli beef, and there was no meat in it just broccoli. Waste of time ordering with them.
Cook Micah is so rude to his fellow crew and doesn’t really care. Says all kinds of off putting things where customers can hear. Who hired this guy?
I just hate that they give da*n care about the online pick uo orders. 10 people can pass by and the pick ups people will be made waiting all the way until absolutely no one is there. Worst panda express ever.... Came back after a month and still same, they don't treat online pick ups like customer. Slow and of course, u basically get ignored to get help.
Sweet staff but food quality was horrible. Noodles not cooked all the way, meat and veggies were cold. My family loves Panda Express but unfortunately, this one was not a good experience.
Me and 3 other customers waited at the online pickup counter for 20 minutes until the manager told us he didn't get the orders and we should just leave. Even after showing him the receipt he didn't offer to make the orders, just said to complain online. Submitted a complaint online and was not offered a replacement meal. Huge waste of time and poorly handled.
The service at this location is absolutely awful. Food is rarely fresh. Also, more than once I have come just after 9 and they have closed early. Don't waste your time.
Someone here told me duck sauce and sweet and sour sauce were the same think and that makes me sad, because its the furthest thing from true 🤣 OH! and she was rude about it. Like she was mad I questioned her about something I knew she was wrong about!

I've given up on this location because ever since COVID came along their quality has gone down even though their prices have gone up, portions have gotten smaller too. Food tastes old, like it has been sitting and drying out all day. If you order something with broccoli they are gonna load you up with tons of broccoli and shortchange you on the meat.
Small portions, no sauce, employees unwilling to say hello back when you greet them, and eye rolls when you ask for sauce. I was told to "hurry and go" while putting my card back in my wallet at the register. Ranxia K was the name listed as Server on my receipt. Employees showed no unity and customer engagement was a net negative. The confused, disorganized facility reflected that in their product and service. I will not return.
This place has inconsistent food quality. Their honey walnut shrimp always sucks. Also, they don't give you a full refund when you request it. That's literally stealing money from customers. Go to the one down Beach, this one is not worth it.
Went to pick up dinner for the fam and when i got home the Chow Mein was completely burnt. It tasted and smelled burnt. The honey walnut shrimp tasted old like it was left there for days sitting out. The worst experience ever. Don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Don't buy food in this restaurant!!! Them make me wait more than 20 minutes for my order and when I make it my order I asked first about if they have teriyaki chicken!! And the Chinese lady said yes we have, when I go to pay my order in the widow the same Chinese lady tell me they don't has teriyaki chicken so I told the lady: hey I ask you first before make bigger line for my order and she try to lied but I not stupid!!!! I will never come back in this restaurant anymore
I went through the drive-thru and the food at this location Watagua, TX was burnt and awful (NRH location is awesome so it’s not all Panda Express). The staff was rude! I walked in and asked if I could use the restroom and she sarcastically said NO!, No!, No! really rude with no polite explanation. What she should have said was “I am sorry but our restrooms are not available to the public due to covid-19 right now”. I think that the Panda Express management needs to train this person professionalism or just basic manners or they will run off their customers. I will NEVER come back to this location again! Nope!
The drive through is so slow! I'll usually wait in a very long line for 10 minutes, and maybe move once the entire time. Most of the time, it's easier and faster to just go somewhere else. I don't have this issue at any other Pand Express location. If I'm lucky enough to get there when there isn't a line, the food is out in a reasonable amount of time... but is usually dry, like it's been sitting out a while, or like the rice has been in the steamer too long. If you're eating in the area, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually respect your time.
I’m very disappointed. I went on Friday night to buy Orange Chicken order. Honestly the quality of this meal was terrible. The orange chicken was hard that can’t be eat it. This is not the first time that this happened. They will loose as a customer.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. For years, I have loved coming to this Panda Express, and it was always a great time. But in the last few years, it has been awful... There is terrible service, the food is never warm, and not to mention, I've gotten food poisoning from there TWICE! My father, my boyfriend, and his mother have all gotten food poisoning from here as well... MULTIPLE times. I will NEVER go to this Panda ever again. Just awful...
Around a dinner time, the traffic around this place is always crowdy. Therefore, although I received a wrong menu, I hesitate to replace the wrong menu. Today, I ordered a chicken teriyaki, but they gave me orange chicken. I hope this is not on purpose.
After clearly repeating my order several times to the asian girl at window she still got it wrong, Seems like she to worried about getting a donation and getting the order right. Shouldn't be this hard to run a fast food window. Do better or go back to training!
DON’T GO HERE and waste your money!!!! I wasted $14 on a meal for 1 person and I don’t mind spending it IF the food is good. It was old food - dry like it had been prepared the day before and left under heat. Very disappointing when you have a craving for Chinese! I asked her for soy sauce - NOPE no soy sauce in bag. Fine because I couldn’t eat the food anyways.
Updated review (07/02/2022 1pm): I was waiting in line at the counter to order my food. The employees were all wearing their masks improperly, even the manager. I witnessed the person serving the food wipe her nose with her gloved hand and start serving food with that same hand for the person in front of me. I walked out. Absolutely disgusted. Visited this location for the 1st time tonight and I have to say, it will also be the last time. The customer service in the drive thru was terrible. One of the plates I ordered came with fried rice instead of the steamed rice that was ordered. Bonus, both fortune cookies were missing their fortunes. This was a very disappointing trip for dinner.
don't order this panda express with Uber Eats. they give you a tiny portion of dry meat, the oldest of the rice, and Zero condiments.. not even as much as a single pack of soy sauce.. let alone a fortune cookie~ in person, this company is Great.. but with delivery, they go the shady route.
Two people in line, waited for 15 mins to order. Watched everyone in the kitchen communicate poorly on what they were cooking which meant I waited another 10 minutes for my chow mein. Then the pleasure of listening to the manager and an employee yell back and forth across the dining room about what things they hated cleaning.
If “Claudia” really is the general manager of the store you should definitely call ahead to make sure she’s not working before you order. Terrible customer service and VERY obvious that she lacks leadership ability and if she can’t make sure one order is right I am TERRIFIED about seeing how the store is run. After talking to “Claudia” it was apparent she didn’t care about the store at all so I just threw out the food to save from the future food poisoning. DO BETTER or get another job..actually do BOTH!:)
GO ELSEWHERE!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Asked for half chow main, half rice as my side. The chow main was 90% cabbage with little noodles. There was maybe two fork fills of rice. The orange chicken was a brown-purple color and tasted like it was made the previous day.
Update: 1 year later and decided to try again. Our drive through order they STILL FORGOT SAUCES. What in the world. This is probably the 4th time that my husband has picked up dinner for us, only to have no teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken! So frustrated and the icing on the cake tonight was they also forgot the sauce for the cream cheese Rangoon’s.
Was asked if I’d like to donate $5 and I politely declined. I was then asked if I’d at least like to round up my total and again declined. Pritishma decided to go ahead and round up my total anyways. Stealing isn’t cool. If I wanted to donate to anything it wouldn’t be a Panda Express.
CHARGING EXTRA SCAM WATCH OUT Food is good and its clean but I every time I go to pay I noticed the workers ask “You want roundup”. I decline but when I was asked again to roundup my charge. I told the lady she cant do that. Thats a unauthorized surcharge. She snapped back saying that she didnt do it because I said no but I told her “you aren’t supposed to be doing that anyway because your charging extra for no reason.” She got quiet and just handed me my change. Its bad nowadays with inflation but to have people charge you for no reason really grinds my gears.
They never have the Teriyaki Chicken. They will say they that ran out, but it’s 12 noon. So, they NEVER had it. The walnut chicken is horrible. The Asian female manager is rude. She yelled at someone that couldn’t under stand what she was saying. She should be replaced. This is my third time visiting and she is always rude to customers.
Just went here today for the first time in 6 months. Food was cold, rice was hard and stale (and some burnt bits in it). Their orange chicken has seen better days. My kids food was cold and rice was stale like it's been sitting out all day.
Was told 2 hours before close that they couldn't serve us the food we ordered, because the cook wasn't going to make any more. They admitted to having enough food to serve us a family pack, but they didn't want to be out of food, so they refused to sell it to us.

Twice we ordered to be delivered through the Panda App and both times the bag was tampered with and the tape was torn. They refunded the first one after a long time talking but the second one they refused and was very argumentative. I'm not about to eat food that way that could have been tampered with by the driver. They even hung up on me! I'll NEVER order from them again!
Ordered through the drive through on Dec 4 2024. Purchased the Beijing beef and Orange chicken plate with chow mein, veggies and crab Rangoon. About 4 hours later, seriously ill with food poisoning and regret.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. The employee named Gracie was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable—she acted like she didn’t want to be there and took it out on the customers.
ordered doordash for a chow mein and orange chicken bowl seeing as i'm at work today, even ordered in advance since 10am just for the food to get here aaannndd its white rice with the chicken 🤦♂️ thanks for not even bothering to call ahead and let me know you were out of noodles, that is, assuming they were out in the first place and didn't make this mistake in utter incompetence. how do you mess up an order much less not communicate it when placed hours in advance??
$9.00 of my hard earned cash down the drain. I eat panda express at least once a week (beach st, and the Presidio shopping center) and usually I'm satisfied. I thought i should give this location a shot since it's 5 minutes away from where I live. Should've listened to the other negative comments. Cold, stale, and old food. Do yourself a favor and pass!
***UPDATE*** So, the food has gone from bland to just outright disgusting. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was just Shrimp. The egg rolls were old, grease soaked and disgusting. If you're not going to serve fresh food made right, just close. I try to go after the lunch rush in the hope the food will still be fresh. The food is pretty bland. Just confirmation that I need to start cooking my own meals.
Absolutely horrible experience at this location and I love this chain. Not only did they not get my order right once. They got it wrong 3 times and I continued to wait. I waited for an hour and they never came out to bring me the rest of my food. After an hour of sitting in their parking lot they told me they were closed? I didn’t ask for anything extra and I only wanted what I paid for. I had the reciept and everything I showed them and accused me of not ordering even after they saw the receipt and charged me. I will report them as often as I can and I will make it my goal to not have people go through the same bad experience I went through. DO NOT GO HERE. I paid for items I did not receive and I’m pretty sure any reasonable person would consider it theft.
No matter what time we come there never seems to be any eggrolls. I get running out but it’s way to early to deicide your not making anymore.
Received black, burnt egg roll. We returned to the window where the employee argued that the food “wasn’t that burnt” and she would just have eaten it. When asked for our money back she refused to give a refund or speak with her manager to get one stating it was against policy. Last time I checked egg rolls were meant to be golden brown…not black and dark brown…the contents were crumbling out in little black pebbles…no thanks.
My bf and I order two plates last night from them and we both immediately got sick not even minutes after eating. We even both didn't finish because it tasted off. I've been getting sick all night and he had to call off work because of how sick it made him. We both feel the meat wasn't cooked long enough which seems to be a constant issue there just by going through other recent reviews. I also ordered white rice for my meal and the rice seemed to be overcooked or had been sitting there forever. It was all clumped together and hard as a rock. I felt like after a bite of two it made me stomach feel like a rock. Please have your chefs relearn how to cook. It's their only job. It should not be that hard. My bf and I will not be coming back here because this isn't the first time we've left panda and gotten sick. Is there not a corporate person monitoring these reviews that can please put a stop to this nonsense? With how many bad reviews have been posted recently I don't understand why nothing has changed. We also had to wait forever for food that seemed to not even be fully cooked. When the food was ready the lady sat at the window with our food in hand just chit chatting with another employee instead of giving us our food. My bf had to get her attention to get our food since she was too busy flapping her gums. I really don't get how hard it is to find decent people that just do their job. Needless to say if no one from corporate reaches out to give me a refund of some kind my bf and I will not be back.
