Counter serve with in-store dining. Portion size is very generous for the price! I travel a lot and would say this is the 2nd best tasting bbq I've ever had, but factor in portion size for the price and it's #1. I had brisket, bbq ribs, sausage, chicken, potato salad and coleslaw.

Came here to eat with my family The service was beyond. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, patient with me! Order your meat then you go down the line getting condiments and sides if you want. Serve yourself. Drink etc then pay. Indoor seating available and restrooms out back!! Delicious food. I ordered the big ol brisket sandwhich

Saw this place on the way to a birthday party, and on the way back we knew we had to stop. Food is delicious and they give you plenty on your plate. Since it was our first time in here and they gave us some small offerings to taste, very friendly staff Will be back

Great BBQ joint. Nothing fancy. Doesn't need to be. People were super friendly and the food was good. The meats were done right and the sides were simple (potato salad, Cole slaw and beans). Everything was fresh, delicious and portions were a good size. Onions, pickles, jalapenos and bread were available also. Good sauce too. Just add a cold beer from the cooler and lunch is served!

You don’t get any more Texas BBQ than this place! If your in the area passing they definitely worth the stop. We do every trip. The smell hits ya as soon as ya get out the car. If you were not hungry, you are now! These are my friends pics from his recent visit. Very reasonable prices! Friendly staff.

What a great place! This is Texas BBQ as it should be. Small quaint roadside BBQ joint with piles of wood and smokers right upfront and in plain sight with outdoor seating. Meat meat and more meat smoked to perfection and sliced right in front of you as you order. Add in homemade pie and Styrofoam cups ... Bills IS Texas BBQ! Update: Back in TX and had to stop by Bills... did not disappoint! Love this place. The people here are always super nice, warm, welcoming and the food is off... the... charts... good! Will be back in March/April.

Brisket and jalapeño cheese sausage are the best, this place really knows how to make the proteins, however the sides could be better, they only have 3 options. Would definitely go again tho!

Did a dinner take-out from Bill’s BBQ…this place has been around for over 40 years and is a local favorite. I went with the 3-meat sampler dish with chicken, pulled pork, and brisket with beans and potato salad as the sides. Overall…the meal was OK. The chicken was good, the pulled pork had nice flavor, and the brisket was just OK, not much bark or flavor. I enjoyed the potato salad but wasn’t a big fan of the beans.

Ordered family pack.. haven’t even tried it yet so can’t speak on the food just yet, but- The prices are way off on the google menu. Google says $34 and picked up and it’s was $54. I wasn’t complaining or asking for anything, but as someone who is also in restaurant industry… suggested they update prices. The lady was super short and kind of rude to me. The whole atmosphere was super uncomfortable. She acted like I should just know that she hasn’t updated google since google came out. Like I was dumb for not knowing better. Of course I tipped because I make my living off tips and will never not tip- but- I promise I will never be back here
