Dropped in for lunch on our drive to Livermore. Clean place, quick service, and decent food. Got the vegetarian burrito which had doritos for a crunch.

Good place to stop and use the restroom and pick up food. It's half way between LA and San Francisco.

Historically, I have found Taco Bells usually find it such a challenge to get my order right I'm going to start giving 5 stars just for getting my order right. They got it right! I ordered a black bean crunchwrap without cheese and sour cream, added potatoes and nacho fries with guacamole. The fillings were among the higher quantity of fillings. It was nice and thick. My only complaint would be is that it's a busy location and they only have two self order screens and no employees taking orders, which is ok, but more screens please.

This is honestly the best taco bell I have been tom. Taco Bell is always good but they actually rolled the burritos properly and my potatoes in my taco were soft and fluffy. Other taco bells need to be trained like this one

Stopped by on our way passing through Kettleman. This is more about the service than the food itself. Our order was sort of complicated on account of diet restrictions, & the guy working the drive-thru (who I believe was named Cristian because that's what it said on the receipt) was the nicest guy ever. Great service with a great attitude. Keep it up, dude! Anywhere you go, keep that attitude. People will notice. It seems like a high volume sales store seeing as it is a pit stop for a lot of people passing through Kettleman, so for him to be as awesome as he was under all that pressure, says a lot about an employee like him.

Taco Bell was great as always. But the traffic getting out of the parking lot was unacceptable!! We were in a motorhome and it took us an hour to get out of the parking lot on New Year's Day at 3 pm which is not even lunch time. Because of this we will never stop here again! Something needs to be done about it! Good food but terrible access in and out!

Clean, Fast and Friendly Out of all of the fast food in the area, this is better than others. Nice big parking lot with room for larger vehicles, only draw back is the traffic does back up at the intersection during peak hours.

I was on my way to Fresno when we stumbled upon this Taco Bell. The worker was very kind and accommodated all of my needs. They even cooked me fresh potatoes for my crunch wrap! Great experience!

Service was quick and on target. 3 people plus extra sides. Drive thru was fast. Bathrooms were extremely clean even during the busy rush of lunch hours!

I ordered 4 taco Supreme, looked in the bag only saw 3,the person behind the counter looked and only saw 3 so he made me 1 more. When we sat down to eat I discovered the 3rd was underneath the other 3,so I really got 5. So sorry, but thank you.

Used the touch screen kiosk to order and it allowed a lot more customization than I would normally get at a Taco bell (for example, add onion or potato to anything). Very clean restaurant including the bathroom. Staff were friendly.

This Taco Bell was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The service was timely even though we came in such a big group. The vegetarian spicy potato taco was amazing and I really enjoyed the cinnamon twists.

I had to give this location props. I’ve been grabbing the luxe menu items quite often since they came out and all across the nation. Usually disappointed the supreme dip was mostly just refried beans, this place was different. It is an amazing blend of ALL ingredients. Much better experience than any other Taco Bell I’ve gone too. Additionally, inside is clean, bathrooms are clean and well stocked, and service is second to none. This is an amazingly managed location. I’ll have to make this a must stop at location when I travel I-5.

Loved the long parking stalls for RV parking. We decided to go to tacobell after leaving in n out. 30 minute wait at in n out plus all the little cars took up the long stalls for trailer parking

We stopped at this location on our trip back home. I think this Taco Bell location has one of the best interior decor, lights, seating ,floors in bathroom and outside especially the patterned tiles. The food was fresh and hot. The servers were very good. I wish all taco bell locations would serve the hot sauces in compostible paper bowls instead of black plastic bowl with lid. The bathroom today had 1 dirty stall as a customer had left it dirty. I loved this location will recommend this.

Food is typical Taco Bell, but was on par with their quality standards. There was a young guy in the kitchen putting the orders together, he was entertaining to watch (obviously he has been doing this a while). The service was quick even though it was really busy at this hour for some reason. Good experience over all.

Food and service was decent. My one complaint was that every table was dirty, even though there was an employee who was sweeping the entire time we were there, just didn't wipe down one dirty table.

Clean and modern--and empty when we came. Plenty of parking for all kinds of vehicles. Men's bathroom was 100% functioning and looked as clean as a upscale mall. Nicely done.

Good location for a pitstop when your driving across California. Clean restrooms were a big plus and the food came out quickly. The only problem was that my cholupa came out cold but whatever.

Come to this Taco Bell all the time when I drive up from Los Angeles towards Northern California. I love coming here because it is not as crowded as the In N Out and the other restaurants closer to the gas stations. However, even though this place does not get as crowded, it seems as if the wait for my food is just as long as if I am ordering at the crowded In N Out. I get that this may just be a coincidence, but I have come here more than a few times to realize that this is a pattern. It may that because Kettleman City is an extremely small city and that staffing is lower because of the need, but it is a problem when people need to be in and out, and back on the road. Other reviews say that the wait for the Pizza Hut Express menu is worse, so I can't ever imagine ordering from there. Other than that, I do not see any other problem with this establishment. The food is always as it should be and the service is always splendid. The wait for my food is a bit of a turn off but not enough to drive me away. I will continue to come here during my annual trips up North.

I'm not really a Taco Bell person, but the kids wanted it. The place was nice and clean. The employee was very helpful in using the kiosk or offered to take the order at the counter. Bathrooms were clean, not bad for Taco Bell. Updated on 8/13/25 stopped in cuz of my kids and the place is clean and nice air conditioning and no one was which was Good for my family and enjoyed their food in peace.

I ordered a double tostada and I got a single. If you pay extra for more stuff on it you should get more stuff on it. But the workers were excellent 😊

They don't allow counter orders, so if you're not tech savvy and haven't used the digital ordering system. You might want to skip this taco bell.

I only went the the drive-thru...but good thing I checked the bag because they gave me someone else's order. Lol. Sooo, just make sure tocheck your food before you leave the drive-thru and your good! Other than that, the good was great & customer service was too.

Was only 2 orders in front of me when I was there. Had trouble finding a place to park with my trailer attached to my truck. They were a little slow for a basic order, but not bad.

A regular tasty Taco Bell, but they have 2 self serve kiosks at the front, and it's a bit confusing whether you're supposed to only order on those or if you can also order at the counter. I waited for about 10 mins for 2 couples to input their orders on each one, then a guy came in after me and someone behind the counter waved them up there to order. I was still waiting at the kiosk. 😒. So some signs might be helpful! And it can be tricky to get out due to the street setup over there if it's busy. But the food was Taco Bell tasty

This is not a very fast location. It was clean and a great place to stop. If you are wanting to order from the Pizza hut express menu then be prepared to wait a while, they don't keep any of it ready, even during the busy eating times.

Traffic is insane. Someone should be directing traffic. Lots are poorly designed and it took us no less than 30 minutes to exit the parking lot. Road rage is guaranteed. Taco Bell was good.though.

The Taco Bell prices have just shot up so far that it's not even worth going there anymore. It's highly disappointing when you just have two people and it cost $28 just to get a little dinner. This order did not include any drinks and it will be one of my last times to go to Taco Bell.

First and probably last time at a Taco Bell as they don't have them in sunny Ireland. Dissapointed with size of Taco and Burrito, tasty but very small - no burrito should be that size! Staff very attentive though but store could do with an upgrade. Toilets fairly grim.

We will not be going back. The restrooms were dirty. The floors in the ladies room needs a pressure wash badly. The restroom stinks. I was always told to judge the kitchen by how the restroom appeared. So no if one part is that unkept your employees don't care about any part. Yours is not the only Taco Bell we no longer visit.

After a long drive this is where my family decided to stop for dinner on our way home from the coast. Food was good but there was no changing table in either restroom to change our kids. This is a first time we have ran into this issue and it was a huge inconvenience since our kids were very tired and cranky.

Slowest fast food ever. We were in a hurry going up to 5 and thought Taco Bell would be our best option to get us back in the road. 20 minutes later barely got our food. Tacos were probably worst we ever had... If we weren't so hungry we would have thrown them away. Veggie fiesta burrito was actually pretty fantastic though, and while I will never stop at this Taco Bell to buy one, will maybe get again somewhere else.

Online it says it closes at 11pm however that is far from true, they stopped serving at 10, I came by hungry expecting a nice warm meal since it’s apparently supposed to close at 11, however by the time I arrived it was closed, lights off yet the people still there in the park establishment, not reliable.

In heavy holiday traffic, be prepared for 30 minutes wait to get out of parking lot to return to freeway. This Taco Bell has limited street access.

If I could rate it one star I would. 2 people in front of me, 10 in dining area and I was told it was a 25 plus minute wait. I inquired why and they said their were 9 orders so it'll take 25 min! I could have made these tacos from scratch by myself and fed everyone in 15m! It was insanity, the woman before us couldn't even get a beverage because of employees incompetence and walked out after waiting while they figured out how to ring up a soda. Went to j n b next door 30 people inside and it took 4 min from order till food in my hand. Worst taco Bell ever and they are rarely good

Very dirty women',s bathroom, no toilet paper, no paper towels! How can the employees not see this if they go in there? 25 minute wait for 1 taco. Employees not pleasant at all.. Will avoid this place.

Was traveling home and this location had the worse service. The employee handed us the wrong food. We haven't moved our car yet so we waved at the window and got ignored. We flash the bag and when we did that the employee finally opened the window and we informed the employee this was not our order. The employee tried telling us we were wrong and had to show her the receipt. She took the bag and shut the window without apologizing. The employee finally gave us the right meal and we still had to ask for straws. By that time she was giving us attitude. We will never go back and hope whoever visits doesn't have the s sa me situation.

Ordered the spicy beef burrito and rice was so soggy. Made the whole burrito soggy. Lost my appetite and couldn't even finish it halfway. I asked one worker for fire sauce and he gave me the dirtiest look like he was way too good to be working there.

I don't have high expectations for Taco bell but this was the worst tasting quesadilla and avocado side I've ever had. I was thinking maybe it was actually bad. If it's a new "recipe" I will never eat one again.

This is long but worth it. Workers were rude. They would not Smile and acted like they were bored I asked for a number 3 (taco and Burito supreme) she asked me if I wanted them to be supreme. I asked aren't they all ready supreme and she sighed, rolled her eyes and did not respond. So I clarified my order with her. Her response was oh you wanted a number 3. I heard you say 1. I smiled and said. I could have because that meal has been a number 1 forever Then they had to go and change it. (Chuckled) Nothing from her just a bored look and asked for the next customer. They were all like that. Very disappointed.

This location doesn't do breakfast, they were out of Avocado Verde sauce, and they messed up my order which was supposed to be dairy free due to food sensitivities. Woof.

I would give this place 0 stars for customer service. I was waiting in line to place my order. The gentleman asked for the check in number, I gave it to him and he didn't respond back to me. I waited there for about 5 minutes saying hello and did you get my check in number and are you still there, can anyone hear me and still no response which was pretty freaking rude. So as I was exiting the drive thru I stopped at the window and 2 gentleman were standing there talking to each other. Good job taco bell for the way you treat your customers.

Really a shame that this location doesn't open until 9 AM, and doesn't serve breakfast. Waitstaff was very abrupt and informed us only orders taken at the kiosk and no breakfast. We left and went elsewhere.
