I always ask for extra pineapples on my sausage and pineapple pizza and I never get the extra pineapples even though I pay the extra charge every time. I might as well just go to the store and buy a can of pineapples and do it myself since they can’t get it correct. The food is always delicious, it’s just the EXTRA pineapples are never there. I order take out from here very often and it’s just upsetting that my order is never correct.

I don’t have problems with food or service but please look into online/app ordering system. EVERY time I order, I always get a call only from this location that I did not include my apartment number when i did. When I check “contactless service” and specifically instruct “LEAVE ON MAT” the delivery driver still knocks and waits at the door. I do not have this issue at any other Pizza Hut location and they can see the apartment numbers and instructions perfectly fine. The amount of times it happens to me, no way I’m the only one it happens to.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and my order wasn’t complete. Missing items when I tried to call the store the number listed goes to an online service that can’t do anything for you. I was told they would send a letter but mail to the store. I went to store and told them I was missing items they told me everything was delivered. I recorded it and I know what I ordered when I showed them the receipt I was told by the guy at the counter that manager wasn’t there so I had to come back in the morning. Worst customer service I’ve experienced from a big food chain. No kind of help and no reassurance of this being solved. But they charged my card and I will be filing a complaint to the BBB about my situation.

I placed and order online. With that I ordered 2 side salads. The description says it comes topped with cucumbers and croutons. Neither of mine came with that. When I called to have it corrected the manager he told me that there was nothing he could do. He said that they don't carry cucumbers and that they were out of croutons that the menu is wrong. He wasn't helpful or willing to try to help.

I'm telling all women to be carefully with this guy. I'm assuming he's a manager because he's dressed all in my black. Everytime I order something from there, this white guy with the grey beard he's about in his 50's, keeps asking a bunch of questions, and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I don't know this guy, and he's talking as if he knows me. He'll take my order, ask me a bunch of questions, and still talking to me after my order is done. When it come to the younger guys that work they'll take my order and tell how long it takes and I'll go on with my day. The white guy with the grey beard is the reason why I stopped going there. I'm a woman and I don't like it when men ask me a bunch of questions and I DON'T know him. I'm asking the owner to look into this matter.

A couple days ago they missed putting one of the toppings on my pizza. When I chatted at the app, they offered a free large pizza. The coupon didn’t work. I proved it didn’t work several times. They told me I signed a contract to close the ticket And they wouldn’t help me. Pizza Hut directed me to the location to solve my issue. I finally contacted the Pizza Hut two days later. Now they wanted to give me $10 off. After tipping the driver seven bucks I spent $22 and received a pizza with spit on it. I’m not going to eat the pizza and I’m looking into having the spit analyze. This kind of thing is a felony offense. If you zoom on the pizza and want to find the split and the only thing connecting two cut slices.

Third time they’ve messed up my order I tried making it super simple this time! Pasta looks old and one of the pizzas in the big dinner box was supposed to be pepperoni and pineapple ( there was no pineapple added)😐The second time I made it a deal and had them correct it. I’ll do them the favor and just stop ordering from them since it’s so hard!

We are right outside of the delivery zone. On the other side of our street in our neighborhood. I went in and talked to a manager. They were super nice and helpful. They said no worries we will take care of you. just called in to order. Now another manager is saying no. we are strict on our delivery locations. I wish the managers would communicate with each other. Telling a client one thing then doing something different. Just shows how the communication is at this store. After looking at the reviews. the owner only comments on 5 starts and dosen't address any of the actual complaints. Hopefully they address some of the issues going on. Some of the issue seem pretty easy to resolve if they just communicate.
