Bacon ultimate cheeseburger????!! Looks like something from 7/11. Haven't eaten at jack in the box in a while and never will again

Rafael R was extremely rude when I was ordering, he was rushing me when there was no cars in back of me nor it was busy. I asked for halfsies fries he said I can’t do that.then proceeded to rush me again . I got my order but was missing the jibbi package so I went inside and asked politely if I can get one he checked my receipt and then rolled his eyes at me went to get the packet handed it to me then rolled his eyes again and walked away. Mgmt needs to retrain him his attitude and demeanor was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This location cannot keep an order straight to save their lives. They left out my side, And when I contacted customer support, they never even contacted me. They will forget your sides and sauces almost every time. Just go to a different restaurant, and you'll be less disappointed.

Omg worst visit ever! Drive thru gal didn’t ask much of anything for my munchie box or drink or size, then I waited like 10 mins for soggy fries and extra drink which were both root beer which I didn’t even ask for. For having to wait that long I would have hoped everything to be fresh and hot and NOT far from it. And here is the kicker no one was in front or behind me. 🤦🏻‍♀️

These location is useless, I've gone here twice to give them the benefit of the doubt and both times, RUDE behavior, they charge you for items and don't give them to you and the food they do give you IS THE WRONG ONE, that girl Hany in the drive thru was very moody and looked like she didn't want to be there, I asked her for sauces same with another male employee and both decided to just ignore me more than once, if you're gonna have an attitude, don't show up at all.

The service at this location was horrible the manager Ashley working during national cheeseburger day September 2024 night shift was unknowing how to ring up the deal that had been advertised for that day and said to come back the next day she did not write down my name and the other two names of who had been there with me and said she would let the manager know… She should not be a manager if she is unable to be knowledgeable of how to operate everything and provide the services that she is supposed to know as other managers I hope actually do know..

Service was nonexistent. The manager meet us feel like we were intruding on her time. We waited for about 10 minutes and Ended up just leaving Without ordering anything Period I don't know how this place is still in business

I shouldn’t even give them a star I never eat at jack anymore because it’s so fattening but my son was craving fries which led to other craving . the girl in drive through plus size with red hair not sure her name but the reciept said Ashley was so rude when taking my order not to to top it off they forgot half of my order I drove back because I live right down the street on la Habra and when I came back it was 12:51 am not even 1:00am yet lights were off and i can here them laughing through the window .I had to knock on the window because they forgot some of my order she comes with attitude to the window as I advised her you forgot some of the food she clearly argued with me said I know how I packed your order .I said either give me my food or I can come back tomorrow or give my money back. She said are registers are closed and still argued on how she made the order correct .she finally had the cook make the food and gave me the tacos and chicken sandwich after arguing with me rolling her eyes at the window made a stupid remark about my son I don’t understand why she had to be so rude to me and make a smart comment she obviously doesn’t know customer service . Never again will I go back to this location .

This is the worst jack In the box I've ever been to. Ordered a large coffee. They give me a small. I tell them I ordered a large so he takes it back fills it the complete rim. I open it in the car and it spills over. After I asked for 6 cream. Where am I supposed to put the cream?? Thankfully the coffee was ice cold or I could've burned myself. Thankfully I was still in pajamas and didn't ruin my nice clothes. The breakfast jack wasn't any better. Probably been sitting for 2 hours next to the cold hash brown. Save yourself the money and drive to one down the street. Way better service. Please train your staff to at least have common sense. Its not that difficult.

The food was not tasty, maybe I ordered the wrong item? Umm the reason why I'm giving it a 1 🌟 it's because they forgot to give my my drink and fries. Had to wait additional time. But the worst of it all was the most disgusting restrooms 🤢🤮 Used then to wash my hands before eating. It's for men/ women but, it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The gas stations bathroom was better than this one 🤦🏻‍♀️

Terrible the hamburgers were nothing like the picture advertised As an update I was contacted by Jack in the Box.....they expressed their apologies and wanted to make this right.....and asked for more information from me. I complied..and that was the last I heard from them....again very disappointing to me....I have not been back to any jack in the box since....
