Food was good but a little dry. Wish there was more gravy. Not too expensive either. The staff was great too! Would probably return now that I know it exists. I came for boozie brunch and I was SOOO happy she came to Lafayette! Unfortunately, that area isn’t used to that level of fun and people called the cops for no reason at all but I’m glad the establishment allowed us to keep having fun.

Food was decent for sure. Happy hour menu is good value but I felt like the food could have been a bit less heavy. Wait staff and service was fantastic. Really nice people, accommodating, and welcoming. Will definitely be back just because of that.

The place offers a great vibe that’s perfect for a casual outing or a special occasion. The service is excellent - friendly and attentive staff with beautiful smiles, make the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The menu has a good selection of dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone, and the food is consistently well-prepared. Salad bowls and juicy burgers can be a great pick. Some good deserts to choose from. The main dining area is spacious and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. For those who enjoy dining al fresco, the patio is a nice touch. Parking is convenient with a pay-as-you-go option available in the back. Overall, Batch & Brine is a solid choice for good food and great ambiance here in Lafayette!

Let me say. I had never been to Lafayette before. This is such a cute downtown area. Lots of bars and restaurants. Well placed establishment. Service was absolutely a 5. Staff was very friendly and seemed to be having a lot of fun. We were there on a late Sunday afternoon. We ordered a few things to share. Fish and Chips. Would recommend. Very fresh and crisp. The Wings were the best thing on the menu by far. Memphis Rub was the house recommendation. We got the OG Mac and cheese. It was fine. I would try a different one next time. And we got the loaded pulled pork fries. Could have used a bit more BBQ for me. Overall- food was good. I’ll be back and try different menu items. Fried Chicken Sandwich looks to be a real fav here. Outstanding service. Great cocktails. Full bar. Plenty of parking as well. Thanks for a great afternoon ! See you soon!

Cool place, a nice vibe and a decently diverse "American" menu. Service was excellent, seated right away despite being busy and the server was friendly and very helpful with the menu. They have a dedicated fryer for Gluten Free fries and they have lots of gluten free options for those who need it. My wife said the Blue burger was really good and cooked just the way she likes it. The gluten free bun was decent. The garlic Parmesan fries had good flavor but they could have used a bit more time in the fryer. I actually got two entrees because I couldn't decide which one to get and the server said they weren't huge. Fish tacos and BBQ pork Mac and Cheese. The tacos were good, mostly because the pickled veggies and Salsa Verde had bright, punchy flavor. The fish itself was cooked nice and crispy but lacked a little salt or something, luckily the rest of the taco was bursting with flavor. The BBQ pork was good but the pasta shells and cheese were pretty bland and not very cheesy. Overall, a very good experience. I would go back to try some of the other menu options.

Delicious food. Generous portions. Server was friendly and attentive. The sliders were delicious and fries were crispy. The Brussels were a little spicy. My friend had the salmon sandwich and found 2 bones in her salmon. Otherwise, a great experience with yummy food and friendly staff. The seating is plentiful and we were able to easily find seats at 12:30 on a Monday.

Great atmosphere with outdoor seating. Dog friendly! Came on a Saturday around 4pm and was seated right away. They have a good happy hour menu from 3 to 5 that had delicious chicken tacos and beef taquitos for a good price. Loved the Mac and cheese that has a variety of add-on choices. The fries and pastrami sandwich were enjoyable. I just wish it had more meat. Also loved that they have a Mocktail menu, we tried the lavender haze and red & stormy. The service was a little slow our waitress didn't know we were sat in her section, and then she didn't check on us much. Another kind server or runner was more attentive, bringing all our drinks and food plus water for our dog. Overall would recommend and will be back!

I ordered biscuits and gravy. Two good size biscuits with pork sausage gravy and two over easy eggs. Eggs were made perfect, gravy was spicy but not too spicy. My friends like their orders. Service was good and good patio seatings.

Food was decent but wanted to leave a review to say how shocked I was the restrooms do not have a changing table and are very tight. Very difficult to change a child here. They have high chairs and kids menus it made zero sense. Edit to add: I checked both women’s stalls and didn’t see one. I asked a staff member and they also said I don’t think we have one

Enjoyed a Sunday lunch at Batch & Brine in July 2023. Weather was nice but warm. We opted to sit outside and we were seated immediately as the inside had a long wait. The atmosphere was alive and patrons were in good spirits. We ordered some drinks and reviewed the menu. When the waiter returned we asked to be moved two spots up to capitalize on the vacant spot in the shade. Our requested was honored without a beat. Much appreciated! In the shade even with the heat we were good without shade you may want to eat inside. Ordered: Ahi-Poke Wonton Nachos, Nisi’s Pretzel added on the Beer Cheese, Nashville Hot Slider, Duck Bahn Mi and Fish Tacos Ahi-Poke Wonton Nachos super tasty, flavorful and light. Wanted more wontons. Would order again. Pretzel was soft and easy to share. The cheese should have come standard with the order and not as add-on. Nashville Hot Chicken Slider was just okay and not very “hot”. Standard fare chicken sandwich, nothing special. Duck Bahn Mi was a disappointment. It wasn’t bad it was simply lack luster, dry and bland. Certainly the least flavorful Bahn Mi I’ve tasted. I sadly do not recommend. Fish Tacos were okay. The cabbage/ veg was the star. Everything smelled really good including the burgers ordered at some surrounding tables. I will return and try a burger with a signature drink. Staff were friendly and the bathroom stalls had a cool graffiti aesthetic. Overall food is fair and maybe a tad pricey but the location and atmosphere is inviting and a good time was had by all.

Had brunch with the girlfriends & we ordered a couple of items to share - see pics on what we ordered! We chose outside seating which was pleasant. Overall, the food was a combination of good & just ok. Glad to have tried this place but no need to repeat for me.

Batch and Brine truly disappointed. The burger was extremely dried out, had no flavor and looked frozen. Thankfully, the staff removed it from the bill. The crispy brussels sprouts we so over seasoned, they were black - very little taste of brussels. The pork slider was dry, dominated by fried onions where it should've featured tasty slaw over shredded pork. Garlic fries came dripping with grease. Ugh. I would've given one star but the wings were good. Overall, though, the food was better quality when they had first opened.
