Let me just say earlier that day we went to Polite Pig and we were highly disappointed. So we switched up the vibe on Friday night and checked out this spot. I will say the only negative thing I have to say is that it's hot in there. You make a line and order at a register what you want. Then you follow in line and add other toppings to your pizza. They give you a little timer thing and finish up at the end at another register to pay. Afterwards you grab a table and wait til they bring out your food. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with cheesy bread and a bottle of fanta. We paid a total of 26.89 with the tip included. And I have to say I absolutely loved everything we had!! Way better than Polite Pig. The cheesy bread was cheesying and the pepperoni was busting. I'm so happy to finally have found a place I actually love in my favorite place to shop. ❤️❤️ Would highly recommended!!!

Inside of Disney Springs, this was 1 my DILive had to go to, per seen on Tik Tok reviews. It was broiled just like I like it w/thin crust 😋 It was crowded, but they moved the line pretty fast. The staff (young folks) we’re NOT that friendly, but there was this 1 autistic young man (VERY friendly & helpful) who made me forget about how the other staff were. There’s also outside seating & the ice there was delicious if u r a ice eater like me, lol! NJOY if u ever n the area 😋😋😋

I love pizza! If you follow my reviews I have many pies I have shared and boasted. We found Blaze by mistake at Disney Springs, I am always ready for a hot pie. I was impressed that the build your own was so inexpensive (I loaded mine up) I also ordered the garlic knots which I was too full to eat. The pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. The flavor of the ingredients was spot on and portions were NOT small. I was unaware Blaze was a chain until I went to review. They were packed and everyone was cheery the atmosphere was up beat and exciting.

Hands down one of the best spots to get pizza. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. They make it directly in front of you and allow you to choose your toppings and customize it. The pizza is than baked in a wood burning oven and tastes amazing. Highly recommend.

This place and the ambience is absolute heaven .i love the trail n small bridge leading to this place. Walking there is a pain Well sometimes we get lucky n something not so much,it’s worth the wait I wd recommend choosing moderate toppings as the dough has to get cooked. The crust is thinner n smaller than usual,for the same price one cud get a bigger pizza at different place One of our friends overloaded this n it came out a bit undercooked while others pizza were fine. one of my favorite pizza places and the Disney Springs location is so great! the line can get quite long during peak meal hours but it’s so worth it for that delicious, fresh pizza. i always go for the Build Your Own option and load it up with spicy marinara, shredded mozzarella, grilled chicken, spinach, green bell peppers, salt & oregano mix, and pesto on the crust. their cheesy bread and pesto cheesy bread are also so good! they also have dessert options including cinnamon swirls and smores. for drinks, they carry a variety of Coke products, flavored waters, and alcoholic beverages.

Pizza is probably my favorite food, and Blaze Pizza didn’t disappoint! There are hundreds of options available from create your own to standard menu items that are all modified. Service was quick and friendly and the flavor was great! We were also impressed with how reasonable the prices were. We will probably eat here every time we are in Disney!

The blaze pizza at Disney springs. The best pizza I have not had in a long time. I wish one was closer to my house. This type of pizza comes with a plethora of topping options. You can also choose between keto crust, regular thin crust, cauliflower crust, and high rise crust. Did you know that the pizza is baked at a high temperature and the crust is very thin, saving time? The pizza is very affordable and comes with an unlimited number of toppings.

Perfectly cooked pizza in minutes everytime. Great customer service and an unlimited selection of toppings and sauces. I have just filled out a survey about the rewards program.... I have the flames reward however it's a very complex system I have not been able to actually utilize any of the offers at the counter. One issue depending on the speed of the app, I can't even bring up the app fast enough. I feel a lot of pressure at that point in the line to check-out very quickly. And every time that I do try using it they tell me I have to wait until the next time to use my discount. I have been going to Blaze Pizza for over 3 years now, and pretty often as well. To this day I still have never been able to use my app for discounts or free items at the location in Disney Springs.

I love Blaze! This one was very busy today, but still pretty quick service. My pizza was completely delicious. I picked all my favourite things to go on top. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. Recommended.

Blaze at Disney Springs has the same prices as outside the parks! And they did not skimp on the toppings. The deep dish crust add on was great and three of us were full on two pieces each. Such value at Disney!!

You can’t go wrong here. Very good pizza a lot of toppins to choose. Clean establishment with plenty seating. Friendly staff and fast, It’s really nice being able to choose from several fresh toppings. We add the garlic bread.

Where do I even begin? This place is amazing any toppings you want for about 8 something? Sign me up... The fact that it is on Disney property and still manages to keep it's low price is worth it alone. Best pizza for the money you cant beat it anywhere.

The staff was indefinitely helpful in making our son's birthday lunch a success! Everyone was so thoughtful and seemed happy to be there. The food was wonderful. The location is great as well, with close proximity to orange garage and SMC where we were also heading. We had 2 different salads and 2 different pizzas. Everyone left satisfied!

We were here on a busy Friday night. Luckily it wasn't too crazy and they managed to keep things pretty orderly. We had five of us and we all got the orders that we wanted. There were employees frequently circulating to bring pizzas and to wipe down tables.

This has to be the tastiest pizza around ,the quality is there in every bite ,all the toppings are fresh and constantly being replenished, the gluten free option is out of this world and the vegan cheese is phenomenal. This has quickly become my go to food every time I'm in Disney world. The aguas frescas are really good.

I love the freedom to choose any topping you'd like. It's definitely an experience, and simply put, Blaze Pizza is the Subway of pizzas. You can choose a Signature pizza for $9.65 (8 of them) or go for a Build Your Own for $9.65. They have so many options, the choices are always fresh, they do not uncharge for gluten free and vegan options. Best pizza in the USA. They also were kind enough to change the gloves as me and my friends had a vegetarian pizza and used a fresh cutter for our pizza. It was blazed in front of us and has amazing customized options. They also have Cheesy pesto garlic bread which was delicious.

One of the hidden gems in Disney Springs. Great place to end a long day at the amusement resorts. Free parking, lots of shops in Disney Springs, even dine-in cinemas. But if you want to eat quality pizza quickly and with reasonable prices then choose Blaze pizza. We all got their signature pizzas with thin crust. Can't wait to try more choices on the menu. Free refills on sodas. Highly recommended.

I've eaten this pie before, but this is the first time to experience it happen. There were two assembly lines to order. By the time I go a seat for my wife and myself, got some napkins they were calling my name! I bet it took 5 -7 minutes. We had peppers and mushrooms . GREAT tasting pie. This was my first time to try Blaze pizza. It was wonderful! We can choose from many kinds of toppings which are all fresh and tasty. It helped me very much since I couldn't get enough vegetables during Disney stay. Also the price is low. I would definitely like to try again.

Great bar style pizza! Definitely a solid recommend and it's affordable as well compared to everything else in the Springs. I will say, don't go too overboard with the ingredients. Keep it simple and the food will reward you more.

Pizza is my favorite food so I had to give this place a try. I was asked if I'd been here before and I said no. The cast member explained how it work and ask if I would also like some garlic knots or cinnamon rolls. I got the garlic knots. Everything I had got was fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS! The price is awesome and the portions are great! I also like that I can get refills as well. All of the cast members were nice and friendly. They do an outstanding job of keeping the place super clean. You either dine inside or out on the patio. I went with the patio because the weather was amazing. I will definitely be coming back here.

You can never go wrong with Blaze Pizza. This location in Disney Springs is all about efficiency at a great price. There are 2 lines to build one's pizza and lots of great outdoor dining. The staff are very attentive and exhibit part of that Disney spirit. They also have a 10% Disney cast discount which is great. The one complaint I have is they don't have a BBQ Sauce base, but they do have plenty of crust options.

Its quick, its priced right, and its good. I love pizza in general. It's hard to have a bad one, but this is pretty dang tasty. There are quite a few of these style pizza joints popping up. Personal size, make it in front of you, subway sandwhich style. In my opinion, MOD pizza is the best one. This is very close to it. If you like mod you'll like this. For this location, in Disney springs, the prices were very good. I do recommend

Ate here today! Not too crowded, clean areas! Friendly staff. They are very helpful and accommodating with my requests for a delicious pizza! Plenty of toppings to choose from! Blaze Pizza never disappoints!! One of our favorite pizza spots. Started with a Caesar salad. I chose the red vine pizza. Can never go wrong with a margarita style pizza. Everything that so fresh and the thin crust though is magnificent. My misses went with the white too pizza. Which is white sauce based, bacon, arugula, garlic with a bit of oregano and salt. Both are great choices and recommend you try both!

What to say about Blaze Pizza? I freaking love it!! This is the first place ever that I do not mind standing in line for. Blaze Pizza is the real deal. They heat up their pies to 180 F and deliver a crispy exterior and soft interior pizza that is a delight to eat. The best feature of this restaurant is that you get to customize your pizza, without buts or grins from servers. It's the best have-it-your-way concept. Talking about ingredients, they are high quality, delicious and fresh. The restaurant can seem a bit cramped because of the line but it has a lot of seating inside and outside, focusing on community tables to maximize on space. I love that they offer a gluten free pie and even vegan cheese!!! GO NOW!!!

This location is fantastic and probably the best Blaze Pizza I have visited. They actually know how to cook the keto pizza crust at this location and they left it in the oven until the edges looked burnt (they are fine). By doing this, it made the entire pizza crust crispy and perfect. Again, this is the only location that had done this. 😀 Side note, this is inside Disney Springs, so expect the place to be very busy and the line to be long. Luckily, they have multiple pizza ovens so things move along quickly. Absolutely fantastic location.

Oh how I miss Blaze Pizza. All the locations in Wisconsin shut down during Covid. This location is absolutely phenomenal. They move so quickly. The staff are not just friendly, but they have remarkable work ethic. We enjoyed our pizza so much that we went twice during our vacation. I cannot wait to go back again.

Unbeatable pizza for the value and taste anywhere in Disney! I went for the take 2 deal for $12.45. I got a half a pizza and the meatballs in the deal. For the pizza, I had the spicy pepperoni and it was delicious. Nice fresh dough and toppings with a stone baked base. The meatballs were huge and soaked in a tasty tomato sauce. A special mention to their blood orange lemonade, it's a must have over the other drinks. If your looking for a tasty and inexpensive meal at Disney Springs then come here.

This was our first time dining at Blaze Pizza, and our impression was so favorable that we will certainly return. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location is quite busy, and the service is fast and efficient.

Very consistently great pizza. My third time eating here and it was great each time. Like subway for pizza. I suggest a carnivore for good topping value. Very reasonably priced also and fast cooked food. Only issue was the inability to find a table inside at times and insufficient heating outside to make it valid.

This was the Blaze location that officially got me and my wife into Blaze Pizza. I love how it is pretty much a buffet of toppings you can get, and as much as you want, for one price with a Build Your Own Pizza option. We’ve gone to a few other different locations since then. Very good food and nice people that work at the locations that we have been to

We always stop here for a quick bite and it never disappoints. It’s a build-your-own pizza spot with fresh ingredients and tons of options. We’ve tried a bunch of different combos and it hits every single time. The place is super spacious with plenty of seating. Lines can get a bit long but they move quickly, so you’re never waiting too long.

Amazing value! Got the half pizza and side salad-both create your own. Salad was huge for a side, and topping choices were great- I got fresh strawberries, blueberries, shaved Parmesan, spinach and onion with a delicious balsamic berry vinaigrette. Pizza was delish as well. Choose as many toppings as you like. Better pizza than we got at Wolfgang Pucks for a fraction of the price. If you are staying at a Disney resort, this is a great budget friendly meal choice that is so tasty!

I had previously tried the food at another branch and loved the customizable options and the fresh, oven-made taste. This time, however, it was the customer service that impressed me the most. I had placed an online order but couldn't arrive on time due to heavy traffic. I had to call a few times to request a change to my order's pickup time. Despite it being one of the busiest days of the year, the staff was very responsive and ensured that we enjoyed our meal on time.

Like Subway for Pizza! You pick the sauce, the cheese, and all the toppings! And you watch them being added. I got blue cheese on my pizza which was amazing. I also had sausage, pepperoni, onion, jalapeños, green peppers, etc. It was a boutique supreme pizza. Dining room was enormous. Line was long but moved quickly! Beautiful building! I’ll be back!

Food was great. Flavor was nice! Ordered on our phone at Disney springs to avoid the long line (long lines means it’s good!) found a table and waited for our pick up order. Everything tasted great and came out quick and great prices!

I like that they have 1/2 and 1/2 options - pizza, salad, cheese sticks, meatballs. All delicious. And so many options to top your pizza - meats, cheeses, veggies, drizzles. Employees are nice, service is super quick. Indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely a must-do in Disney Springs.

Blaze is arguably the best value to sit down and have a meal at Disney Springs. The pizza is tasty and served quickly. Think of Blaze as the Chipotle for pizza. Stand in line, pick ingrediants, pizza is prepared, cooked, and you pick it up about 3 minutes later. But this comes with the toll of self-service and a busy feeling atmosphere. Don't expect to relax. With two adults and two kids, I got up to serve our table 5 times during our meal. They don't have extra plates, just the pizza platter it is served on. However, the to-go boxes are readily available and fill the need for an additional plate.

Great idea, but a bit raucous in execution. Walked in with no idea of the theme or options. It was so busy and noisy, and I had to ask a lot of questions to know what to do. The staff only put minimal amount of each toppings, unless you ask for more. Overall, I would give it 5 stars on my next visit, now that I understand how to do it. The pizza and everything is delicious and fairly priced...it's just that my first experience was not the greatest.

I like the options given for dough, sauces and toppings. I'm a vegetarian and I mixed the spicy sauce and the pesto garlic together. It was really good. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they did not top off or finish the pizza with the balsamic vinegar or arugula that was marked. I had to go back after the pizza was delivered to get it finished. The pizza was delicious.

The food is really good and the price is actually very good as well. Customization of the pizza is what makes this place amazing. My son was raving about the marinara sauce and fresh basil leaves. The only problem is that it is extremely busy and very loud inside. Finding a table for 7 people was very difficult we unfortunately had to watch for a table to open up and it was dirty and no one was cleaning tables.

The pizza is good, it's made on spot and its crispy. You also have the choice to build your own or chose a pre build! If you do decide you want to build your own you have up to 3 ingredients you can put on the pizza besides sauce and cheese. I spent $18 for a pizza and a fountain drink. Overall the place was not bad.

You can't beat those Disney Spring views! You can sit inside or on the covered patio over the water. They have some pizza concoction options on the menu or you can build your own from the crust to spices. The build your own is a single price for unlimited toppings, so get all the cheeses if you want! They have vegan options!! They use the same equipment on vegan pizzas as they do meat pizzas so be aware. Unfortunately it's very tight & you're very close to others. I'm unsure how a wheelchair or mobility devices would fit inside. They have alcohol on tap & bottled plus a fountain beverage area.

There was a queue when I visited. It was spring break so that may be the reason, other than that everything was quick! You'll line up, order, pay and after that you prolly just have north of 5mins waiting for your orders. I ordered 4 pizzas and waited for 5-7mins tops. Pizza was thin and delicious! See photos of the actual sizes. We were a party of 6 (relatively small tummies) and 4 pizzas filled us up. Price is just right. Recommend!

Great fire crusted pizza. Thin crust, lots of options and at a great price. They even have cauliflower crust pizza for who wants it. Waiting line was not too long, kept moving and the pizza was baked in record time. Will definitely come again. Just a warning, they will try to direct you to a different secondary line, which often means you have to wait longer.

Cute place. Workers were friendly. Everyone in the group loved their pizzas. I ordered meatballs (not pictured,I forgot) they're pretty good. I partial to fried meatballs, so a baked meatball doesn't have that nice crust on the outside that I was looking for. Other than that, pretty good. Would come back in the future for pizza. :)

This was our first time here in October. There were 6 of us, so we ordered a couple of different pizzas. The order process is easy, and they have pizzas that are classics, and then you can create your own also. We ended up getting a cheese/bbq/carnivore and pepperoni and sausage. The cheesticks were really good and nice and cheesy. My favorite pie was the carnivore. It had pepperoni, ham, and meatball with mozzarella and balsamic glaze. The cheese and other meat pie was also good. The bbq pie had the right amount of chicken to bbq on it, in my opinion. The pies are thin, crust, and and crispy. The place is huge inside and they also have outside seating as well. The staff was very nice and very clean inside

An awesome pizza experience, ordered and served fast. Line up and choose your base, sauce and toppings right in front of you whilst the staff create it. Shortly after paying it is ready. If you like pizza and want a quick service filling and good quality meal, check this place out. To be negative, the staff are not rude but lack personality, adding a bit of charm would give this place top stars all round. That aside, it is recommended. Very good price too. Located very near the Orange parking garage. The lemonade is very nice, refillable and made in store, according to the sign.

I went to this place with high expectations, but I didn't find what I expected. The pizza was very weak, with almost no cheese. And expensive! The place was noisy. The service was very confusing. The electronic waiting devices didn't work, and the employees were like crazy calling the number when they couldn't find the person.

This location has gone downhill! This was the first place I ever had Blaze at. It blew me away all those years ago. And most other locations I've been to were just as good, or close to it. However, this time and this visit, it was not so good. The assembly line where you order your pizza was a mess. They added green peppers which I didn't ask for, and they were skimpy on most of the other ingredients, in fact, I had to ask for more jalapeño peppers because I swear she only put on like 5 total. The food itself after cooking was just okay. Not your typical Blaze product for sure. Very disappointing. Stars would be lower than 3, however, I know what this location has been capable of in the past and I'm willing to hold out hope that management can correct these issues.

You used to have great pizza but you changed the ingredients! The crust is so thin it’s almost nonexistent and less of everything else!! Bring back the original recipe!! I would rather pay an extra dollar or 2 then eat what you served tonight.

They lost my order 30 mins after ordering and seeing many people that ordered way after me getting their food, I told the workers that my order is missing. They kept telling me to look at the pickup shelf, but I told them I’ve been standing in front of the shelf for the last 15 mins and saw nothing come out. Workers did seem genuinely apologetic and tried to rectify the issue. Can’t lie. The pizza was delicious. We were first making fun of people for ordering a pizza for each person, but by the end, we ended up doing to same.

We have been to Blaze in the past, but this was our first experience at Disney Springs. They’ve taken an already speedy process and put it in the pressure cooker of Disney Springs’ lines and crowds. The result, for me, wasn’t awesome. The pizza was create your own so the flavors were what I wanted. I took issue with the crust. It was thinner than usual and didn’t have any taste. It was more of a vehicle to get the toppings to your mouth. It didn’t taste bad, it just didn’t taste. The restaurant, as all at Disney Springs, has a line to get in. There are lots of sauce options as well as many toppings. Finished pizza can have a drizzle of one of several sauces ranging from ranch to pesto. They didn’t have my favorite, balsamic vinegar, this time. Tables are located inside and outside for many seating options. The table are quickly cleaned and turned over for new diners. Half pizza boxes are available around the dining area for any leftovers needing to travel with you. Remarkably average experience.

it’s been five years since I last left a review for blaze and I figured it was time to post an update. We’ve been coming here with some regularity since they opened and always enjoy a good meal. We generally do build your own pizzas as there are food, allergies in the family, which can be accommodated. We’ve tried pretty much every crust style and topping that is available over the years and have never been disappointed with the food. In addition to the pizzas, we have enjoyed the breadsticks, garlic bread, and more recently the cinnamon bread. They have a good amount of indoor seating as well as several outdoor tables. if you sit outside and have the pages they gave you there is a mat on the table that you sent it on which helps them track where you are seated so they can bring you your pizza. The employees are generally quite friendly and accommodating. On this most recent visit we had one of our First real problems with them. I open the app and they had a listing to try their new cinnamon bread for only two dollars with any 11 inch pizza but at the register they said it only worked if you got one of the new specialty pizzas. They were unwilling to budge on this. I paid the full five dollars for the cinnamon bread because we wanted to try it and had already placed the order. It was really good, but it was disappointing that this company wasn’t willing to stand by their ad the way it read. It really feels like false advertising to me. We will be back again in the future, but I will be much more careful with using their app, especially when it pertains any deals they may offer.

Food was good. We got the BBQ Chicken and Pepperoni Pizza and cheese bread. Wasn’t amazing but good. Servers we’re arguing with each other and hard to hear. Had to repeat myself several times because a fellow employee started speaking to another employee. Hard to find a place to sit. Not sure I will be back.

Really good wood-fired pizza. They did lose my cheesy bread and could never find it. I finally got it after all the pizza was gone. So good pizza but not good keeper trackers of cheesy bread. May be just a management issue with this restaurant.

The menu is a bit confusing for first-time visitors, but they do have a good selection. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to be having their best day. I understand that happens, but the cashier came across as a bit unwelcoming and had an attitude, which made the experience less enjoyable.

The line was a wreck, more toppings on the counter and floor then the pizza. Manager should be restrained had no pulse on the line or the fire. Pizza crust burnt and not cut all the way. Sad, other locations blow this away. Feel bad, no leadership at this location.

I have been going to blaze for over 5 years and I truly love it. I ordered a very simple pizza which included original red sauce and ovolini mozzarella. My pizza hardly had any sauce on it as pictured and was very hard to eat due to how dry it was. Most of the time I felt like I was eating straight bread. They threw my pizza and my friends into the oven before we could even ask if we wanted anything else after we picked our cheese. very unhappy with the random burn marks on the cheese as well. This is the first time Blaze has disappointed me.

If you like burn pizza, mess up orders this is the place. At least they gave me a free pizza ( not coming)

This is our third trip to blaze in disney springs, the first time was amazing, the second awful (burned pizza) and so we figured we should give it another shot as we haven't been there in a while. Well, it looks like they still haven't mastered their ovens, as some pizzas came out ok, some came out to crispy Dave Portnoy would throw them out. Seriously, at some point you go from crispy to burned, and at this price point, they should be able to produce a decent pie.

Blaze to me is overpriced thin crust pizza. My crust was burnt vs well done. I understand the concept of the restaurant, which is good, but it's not for me. The blood orange lemonade was delightful though. The staff was friendly and helpful while we ordered.

Confusing ordering process but also can’t see the full menu from where you stand to order. Pizza looks like it was made by someone who heard about pizza in the past. I’m about to…enjoy this entire untrimmed garlic clove. The frozen Walmart looking pizza is the plain kids pizza.

Muy mala atención, te gritan los empleados para tomar el pedido, las pizzas son todas iguales solo le cambian algunos toppings. Es un lugar para comer como ultima opción. No hay comida para niños (te ofrecen pan como opción). No lo recomiendo.

When I finally got my pizza and brought it back to my place it honestly looked like it was just warmed up in like a microwave. Like the chicken was not even fully cooked, nothing was fully cooked and it looked very shiny and wet, not like a good normal pizza. I would have to put this in my own oven to have it fully cooked and ready to eat.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There was a big black bug in my salad that I found halfway eating... That’s beyond revolting. Clearly they don’t care about basic food safety. My order was also 20 minutes late. Don’t even bother wasting your time or money here. Go literally anywhere else.

The crew from today 12/16 is a huge no. We placed 2 orders online, one for pizza and another one for drinks. Both suppose to be ready by 9:40. 10:20pm and still no food, had to stop someone to ask for the drinks and she said “if its not in the order pick up area its not ready.” Drinks ? Really ? Even showing her the order information. Another guy came later and told me to go to the register stating “sorry she is new” 4 cashiers turned to the kitchen, not even facing customers all on their phones, laughing at videos. The guy on the kitchen had to call to their attention so they would turn over. This location used to be on point with staffing and promptness. Today was a huge miss.

I ordered a pizza with gluten free crust and vegan cheese. It seems that they had to remake my pizza because they brought it out about 20 minutes later after the other person’s pizza at my table. My pizza usually takes longer because the vegan cheese melts slowly, but I didn’t appreciate them not telling me something had happened to my pizza and when they finally brought it out to me, the person didn’t apologize or anything. As I started seating, it seemed almost raw. The slices were flimsy, and it was just bad. They also did NOT bring it to me with oregano and salt on top which I saw them put as they were preparing it in front on me. Meaning they did remake my pizza and didn’t tell me. It was bad and I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t appreciate not being told something happened with my pizza and left unsatisfied with the service because of this reason.

Tried to blame me for not hearing me say gluten free crust twice and then tried to charge me more to have them remake it correctly after already waiting 20 minutes. Customer service could use a bit of work.

Blaze Pizza en Disney Springs es muy popular. La pizza es rica y por ello hemos ido varias veces. Sin embargo, lamentablemente, las experiencias con su servicio no siempre han sido tan buenas. En una ocasión, tuvimos un problema serio con el tiempo de espera. Habíamos pedido varias pizzas, pero, por más que preguntaba sobre una de ellas, solo me decían que debía esperar. El tiempo pasó y la pizza nunca llegaba. Decidí hablar con un supervisor, quien me informó que, por error, la pizza que pedí fue entregada a otras personas. Así que tuvimos que esperar aún más para que la prepararan de nuevo. Fue frustrante, ya que no solo fue un error de organización, sino que la respuesta del personal no fue tan proactiva ni útil en ese momento. Y de hecho, me pareció que tardaron mucho esa pizza. Siendo que fue su error, esperaba que la hicieron pronto y no fue así. En otra ocasión, me dieron una pizza equivocada. Al explicar que no era lo que había ordenado, la respuesta fue bastante grosera y me dijeron que simplemente esperara a que la hicieran de nuevo. Pasó un buen rato hasta que la nueva pizza estuvo lista, y la actitud de los empleados no fue la más amable ni profesional. En esa misma ocasión pedí que limpiaran la mesa y la chica me ignoró. Les dije en caja y me dijeron que no. Limpié yo misma la mesa. Después de estas dos experiencias, realmente me dejó un mal sabor de boca, tanto por la demora como por la falta de cortesía en el trato.
