Great place for bagel sandwiches! A wide variety of flavor types...very good service!

Location - On the main road so easy to find. Parking - Limited plaza parking but normal for all plaza businesses. Price - Competitive and very well prices for what you get. Food - Bagels here are great with fresh flavors, soft when you bite into it, and a good taste. Service - Staff here is very nice, know the menu well and very helpful. Venue - Has a cool unique touch and is very clean. Overall I had a good experience, will be back and highly recommend checking it out.

Love their desi bagel sandwich. Always fresh ingredients, friendly service. And they triple toast my bagels, Making then crispy and slightly burnt to my liking. Come early and get the widest variety of fresh bagels.

Ordering situation is a bit confusing if you're not a regular. There are no signs or actual line, but super fast service nonetheless. Bigger than the Bixby Knolls location. Coffee was amazing as usual, as was my bagel.

Warm friendly staff. Bagels are always fresh and delicious. They make your order right while you wait or you can phone it in earlier. Good sandwich selection too. Only negative if you want to call it that is they're popular.

Everything we ordered was up to our liking!! We did like the bagels the most. We had desi bagel wich, joe’s special bagel wich, iced 421 coffee and caramel ice blended. All were delish! The bagels can be had to share too! When you’re craving for great tasting bagels and you happen to be in the area, swing by Cassidy’s.

I grew up in Brooklyn. Surrounded by bagel factories. My father had my brothers and I pick up a bakers dozen every Sunday. Excellent bagels and bread. Always ate one on the way home, they were so fresh. Cassidy's bagels reminds me of home. I have lived in s.cal for a long time. Buy your bagels here. Best bagels in town

The bagels are fresh and amazing! The cream cheese flavors were amazing. The frozen ice coffee mix was delicious (but not very heavily caffeinated...). The service was great and friendly!!!!

I ordered a sprinkled cake donut and an Americano. The cake donut here is a level of quality above your typical donut shop. Very moist. My coffee knowledge is worse than a child's so I can't comment on the Americano. I look forward to their bagels that everybody is raving about.

They have really good bagels! I always get the Joe's special: choice of bagel with lemon cream cheese, jalapeno and bacon. That with the 4-2-1 Iced coffee is my go to order. Everyone is nice and efficient.

Service was friendly, clean, and I ask if I can have glass cups they were so nice and say yes they usually give it to go in cups to go but the orange juice is fresh squeezed and mini bagels are good I got 2 they were warm. I matcha to my taste is to sweet I am just to the matcha that is Japanese and doesn’t have sugar.maybe next time I will get coffee. I had good experience on this coffee shop.

Came in this morning, First time, My bagel was amazing!! The bread itself was very soft and not hard and chewy like most bagels i’ve had. Very fresh! Also, Sweet young lady working the front was a big bonus! Loved this place! Wish i wasn’t visiting i’d come more often! :)

Writing this review as I am eating a BLT on Asiago bread! If I can give it 10 stars I would! The bread is so soft yet has the delicious cheesy crust! The bacon is perfect! Paired with their iced coffee! Wowser!

It's a very basic bagel sandwich menu. I always have the sausage and egg bagel sandwich and it's really good. They have a small section with toys, a TV, and books for kids so that they can leave their parents alone for a quick minute while they eat or order. The staff isn't always friendly. It's a clean looking place and their bathrooms were clean too.

I had a sandwich from here and it was not only delicious but huge. They build v their sandwiches on their bagels and there is no denying they use fresh ingredients. My family got sandwiches as well and everyone was happy with their order.

The everything bagel is delicious as is the jalapeno cream cheese. If you do choose to get cream cheese on your bagel I would say the amount is the only thing that is lacking. If there was a larger helping out cream cheese this is easily 5 stars.

Cute little quick breakfast stop with delicious aromas right when you walk in the door. You can immediately feel that it's a cozy neighborhood joint. I think it's neat that they have a little area for small kids equipped with toys and a large T.V. that was playing cartoons when we were there. The guys had the egg, cheese and ham bagel sandwiches and I had a bacon & cheese bagel sandwich. We all thought the food was delicious and the husband and I appreciated the low prices. The menu has many breakfast options. The ladies working the counter were super nice--with welcoming happy smiles. We'll be back!

Excellent chewy, soft, fresh bagels. We just got back from NY and we were craving a bagel. Such a good spot! They also have a kids corner :-) a major plus for people with kids. I really loved the kids corner.

Came here for an iced matcha latte and the lady at the counter was basically taking on more than she could handle. She rushed my order and basically gave me the most sugary iced matcha latte, it wasn’t enjoyable at all.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Long Beach location - way better consistency and customer service. Lady taking orders decides to juggle multiple things at once while taking your order and in results gets your order all mixed up. Instead of hiring/letting one single person take orders. I don’t know what they’re putting in their coffee and matcha, but they both tasted extremely sweet when I told them only two pumps. Didn’t even finish the drinks.

Thought I found a good place to get breakfast close to work, but nope. My food had mold in it and I didnt notice until i was almost done with half the sandwich :/
