Clean and so friendly! I have been twice recently and the first time Marie (I believe her name) was funny and so welcoming and this time today Kyrin was nice, professional and made sure I got fresh food! I appreciate it so much!
The workers need a raise. I love Panda but lately all the ones I have went to are extremely busy. Workers seem very rushed and busy but are very friendly and the food is like always amazing. Hope the workers take it easy people can be rude as hell. Thank you Erika and everyone else with her on the shift on October 15th.

First time at this location, i’m a frequent Panda express customer and have it at least 3-4 times a week. From the first bite I noticed the food tasted different, it was extremely tasty and I could tell this place definitely has a great cook that cooks the food with love!! The portions were awesome and very satisfactory!! Very nice employees and greeted me as soon as I walked in with a smile and also when I was leaving!! Great location and great team!! Thank you guys! I totally recommend this location!! ❤️🙏

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jade at Panda Express! She was absolutely on top of it — handling both to-go orders and customers waiting in line all by herself at the front. Despite being the only one up front, she moved quickly, kept the line flowing, and did it all with an amazing attitude. Jade showed incredible professionalism, efficiency, and customer service skills that any business would be lucky to have. I highly recommend she be considered for a raise or promotion if she’s not already in a leadership position. Employees like Jade are what make a business truly stand out!

Finally a Panda Express that makes the food right and made me remember why I use to like it. I haven’t been to one in awhile since the ones by my house are not good. So when the birthday girl suggested it I was very hesitant but birthday girl gets what she wants. The food looked better than most other Panda Express I’ve been to lately and the taste was great. Definitely will drive a little longer to this location when I’m wanting Panda.

I've visited twice now and the location is nice, small, and because it's new, its still well maintained and updated. I like that they have 2 parking spaces out front dedicated to curbside pick up (mobile orders).
It’s alright. It’s a regular Panda Express without tea bar. Seating doesn’t have anymore social distancing. Portion is alright and better than the one in Artesia Blvd, Gardena. No drive through. Too much noise (not sure if it’s the music or what) … it’s hard to listen and talk to the cashier. Otherwise great customer service. There’s a lot of parking spot so no need to worry about that. Great place to eat at overall. Nearby a dental clinic, subway and a nail spa!

Tried half and half chowmein and fried rice along with mushroom chicken and hot orange chicken(one bowl with half and half side with 2 entrees) for $11. I really love the mushroom chicken and a must try. They brought hot orange chicken recently for limited time that contains additional red chilies, honestly I didn’t like the flavor.

Staff had trouble with not having enough food at hand. After waiting more than usual they finally completed my order. When I got home; opened the order, it was incorrect after all that time waiting only to get things wrong takes away from the dining expectation I had!

I had pre-ordered a family pack and simply stood in the line for where the mobile orders are given, as I am waiting in the line like everyone else, their was a lady that came after me that got in the line behind me. I don’t want to believe that I was treated differently because I’m a woman of color but as soon as Miriam (Cashier) was done serving the two customers before me she simply looked past me to help the lady that was behind me. At first I wanted to believe that maybe I’m thinking to deep into it but as she did it I had two to three different people look at me to see if I was going to react and say something. ( I didn’t because I feel like the best thing for me to do is to write a review on my experience and take my money else where.) I’ve been to this location previously and haven’t had any issues before and this use to be my favorite location to go to but because of the disrespect that I received from Miriam I don’t even want to consider coming back if this is the type of standard that Panda Express allows their employees to treat their customers.
This particular Panda Express has just recently opened. I was really excited to finally have one in my neighborhood! But what a disappointment. As far as friendliness, they were very friendly and I was greeted with a smile. Now the food. It looked good, a little short on most things but they had probably just served a lunch crowd since this was about 1:30 pm. I Ordered two bowls and one three entree' plate. I was not paying too much attention as they were filling my order, I wish I would have. But I was busy taking in the new building and getting up in line to pay. When I got home, I opened up one of the bowls to give to my grandson, he had noodles and orange chicken. He had 4 Small pieces of orange chicken. He was very hungry so I gave it to him. I opened up my husband's 3 entree plate which was really 2 entrees with one on the side which was just fine. He had half and half on the noodles and rice which was an average amount. His orange chicken was 3 pieces, and the spicy shrimp 2 pieces. So I then i opened the small container that was his broccoli beef, 2 small pieces of beef.....the rest all broccoli. Big chunks of broccoli. My husband looked at it and was more than just a little disappointed. I heard about it all through our meal. My bowl which was to be noodles and Beijing Beef, had one piece of beef! The one piece was about the size of a 50 cent piece, so not real small but that was the ONLY piece of meat. I was so so disappointed! What a shame! Before this one opened up so close to my house, I was going to the one in Long Beach on Spring st. close to Millikan High School. Looks like I will be going there before I go back to this place again! It may be further to drive but I can always count on the food portions being of a good balance between veggie and protein ratio. I gave it 2 stars for the hospitality. If I were judging simply on food I would have given it 1 star because it really wasn't all that flavorful either.

This is not one of my favorite Panda Express locations I go to a lot of the them around the area. I understand that panda is popular and it gets crowded around noon time but I always felt that the workers here have kind of an attitude. I generally don't get a friendly vibe that makes me want to come back I only go here because I shopped at the Walmart next door and it's lunch time and I'm hungry. My main complaint is this and it's happened at several pandas the customer ahead of me wanted chow mein but they were out so when they came time to take my order I chose rice and everything that I wanted was ready to go, but I had to sit there and wait for almost 10 minutes behind the customer ahead of me while he got his chow mein? And I asked the cashier is it pandas policy that if the customer ahead of me ordered something that was out that I have to wait until he gets his order filled? So I'm standing there for like almost 10 minutes waiting for this guy to get his chow mein and my food is just sitting there on the counter??? She said yes that's the way we do it here so that we can charge him at the time she didn't charge him until he had the chow mein fulfilled!!!!!! That's a bad policy in my opinion for panda to have. I mean if you eat there a lot say more than two times a week you start to notice that the food's salty and it's not really a very healthy choice it's just something quick and better than eating a frozen Burger.

I must advise against consuming this type of food. Although it was previously my favorite place, I can no longer recommend Panda Express. The experience of eating there is unpleasant, especially when a mouse appears in your food.

The sever Madison C , needs an attitude adjustment! She was rushing me to pick my food. Had to tell her to slow down. Rolling her eyes like she had a fly buzzing over her head. Do better next time Madison C ! Or go work somewhere else.

I got a bowl with rice and orange chicken. 11 dollars for a bowl of all white rice and five pieces of orange chicken(not exaggerating) and did the same to another bowl with bejing beef. NEVER COMING BACK

Food was horrible by the way waste of money they over charged me because I ask for more food when she only gave 1 scoop of rice! Will never spend money here again I wish I can dispute this matter with manager ! You have been warned !
Went for two bowls. The change came out to $7.13. The cashier was forced to give me $7.10. I simply asked. Where’s my 3 cents? She said they didn’t have pennies. I told her. You should tell your customers that. It’s not panda’s decision to make. To keep my money. Even though it only 3 cents. It’s my 3 cents. It’s stealing. If you tell me from beginning. Sorry no pennies. I would understand. This is the third time I’ve been short changed here. So I said something. Going to have to go somewhere else.
Really disappointing service from the weekend staff here. I placed a mobile order via the Panda Express app and went for pickup. When verifying, I gave the last 4 digits of my phone number (a common method), but the employee insisted it wasn't sufficient. Fair enough—I then offered to show the confirmation screen on my phone while I held it. Instead of just looking, the employee reached over and touched/grabbed my phone without asking permission. That was completely inappropriate, invasive, and made me feel very uncomfortable—personal boundaries matter, especially with devices. The overall attitude felt disrespectful and inflexible, turning a quick pickup into a stressful ordeal. Mobile orders are supposed to be convenient, but poor training on verification and customer respect ruined it. I've had solid experiences at other Panda locations, so this seems specific to this store's weekend crew.

The food is good but the last time we went the server seemed unhappy to be working there. Her name tag said Ruby. No smile and seemed irritated with the customers 🙄. She just kept saying "anything else, anything else" oooh and she was very greedy on the portions.
