I had an excellent experience with Domino’s Pizza on Inglewood Ave! A big thank you to Dillon for the outstanding customer service—friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The pizza was cooked to perfection—exactly how it should be, with great flavor and just the right bake. Huge appreciation as well to the delivery driver, who was prompt, courteous, and made the whole experience even better. This location truly goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommend! 🍕
You know how sometimes you order a pizza and by the time you get it you feel like you have to wring it out to eat it? NOT from these folks! You want it crispy its crispy. I was impressed that I can actually get what I ordered. Have the kids come over for dinner NP its pizza baby! Pick and choose its coming the way I want it the first time and on time, simple and fast doesn't get any better then that.

With all of this COVID-19 everything had change you can't really give a good review because everything is call and pick it up whatever you order. They have the door lock and you have to call for the Domino's personal to bring out the pizza. That is the down side but what can we do.

The past 2 times I ordered my pizza for delivery it was burnt , cold and it took alot longer than it said on the tracker. ...( which informed me my pizza had already been delivered) it took another 20 minutes after it claimed to have already been delivered.....now I just order my food for take out and I go pick it up myself......that is an extra hassle for me but at least I get my pizza hot and in a timely manner!!!

I am furious 😡! In all the years I have been ordering food, I have never experienced something like this. I order a pepperoni pizza. My daughter was eating the pizza when she noticed something looked odd on the last three slices. After flipping the slices over this is what she saw. It is Disgusting, looks like something gross was done to the pizza. After reviewing my ring camera to see if maybe the pizza fell, I noticed the delivery person tossing receipts on my lawn from previous deliveries😠. With the customer's name, telephone number, and address. I called Domino's pizza to speak with the manager, and all she said was and I quote "It happens sometimes, that the pizza comes out like that". Very frustrating not knowing what the hell happened to the pizza before it was delivered and the fact that my daughter had already eaten a few slices.
Hey domino's. Read the special instructions. What's the point if you build the pizza how you want to?? I requested no oregano because my sn is allergic and they made with oregano. I asked for no garlic and I get garlic crust. I ordered boneless and I get bone in.

Always check your order. Anytime we order a dipping sauce, they never provide it without a reminder.

If "quality control" time frame actually meant quality control with the manager checking the order before it went out for delivery I think that they would see huge difference in their ratings. Ordered 2 pizzas from here, one pizza was cooked, the other one was not cooked all the way through. They gave me a half baked pizza. The cheese wasn’t melted and the toppings were sliding off. I called and told them, the employee said she’d remake it & I said OK! I was fine until she asked for the pizza back!! WHY would you ask for a pizza back that has already been contaminated during a pandemic?! Like sooo gross!! I don’t want food from here, just want my money back. So I asked for a refund & then she tells me that I won’t be able to get a refund until tomorrow....????? I’ve never had any issues until now. Just completely weird customer service. Most places in South Bay have TERRIBLE customer service anyway so I’m not surprised... just disappointed.

Secondly, my pizza was sooo cold. And lastly, my lava cakes were burnt on the bottom. Overall, very disappointed because I usually am a really big dominos supporter.
I ordered a small pizza; pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. When it arrived, it was a pepperoni, mushroom and sausage. Unfortunately I don’t eat sausage. When I called, Nichole was really awesome and helped me quickly and said she’d get me a new pizza. She then called back to let me know that I cannot have the new pizza unless I return the wrong pizza and it had not been touched, per her manager “Jesus”. Huh? Really? You made a mistake and now your demanding that you won’t make things right unless I return the original pizza. It’s rude and shows a lack of care for the customer. I have to wait another 45-60 minutes for a new pizza and will they will hand it over if I hand over the original. Super janky! Keep in mind, I’m not going to eat it, it’s the principal of it.
Ordering was very easy. The pizza was delivered promptly, however the pizza was not very appetizing and boy that crust was paper thin. I will not order that again and the spinach was very dry and I couldn't find my section and topping at all.
Beware! They do give receipts for your deluvery purchase. Twice, they have shown up with a delivery without a physical receipt after paying over the phone with a credit card. The first time I accepted a photo but the second time after telling them I will contact corporate, me calling them 3 times, someone from their franchise calling back to dissuade me from getting a paper receipt and waiting almost an hour, they are about a 2 blocks away, I FINALLY got one. Very bad business practice. Don't use your credit card here.
I have tried not to leave a bad post, but after several mishaps, I am done with this location. I almost always cook at home, but there are times when I have a family over or hosting friends so I order from dominos. The pizza is usually good most times, but whenever I order amything other than, it is terrible! The pasta is usually burned or lacking the ingredients that I've selected, the chicken wings are always either under cooked or burned and I just tried the sub sandwhich and although the description stated that there would be cheese, sauce peppers, sausage, pepperoni, etc, what I recieved was a few pieces of sausage and a pinch of sauce on a literally burned bun. Unacceptable. This place needs to train it's employees to prepare the food according to the menu and to take pride in their work. I have come to this location for over a decade and a half and I am done with it. I call in to speak with management and I am always told that there is no one available. How do you have a food chain without management?! This is ridiculous. If you want pizza, go with another location or a different brand all together.
Went there tonight to pick up a sandwich and wings. The wings were soft and mushy: very uncharacteristic of chicken to have the aforementioned characteristics. The wings were not fully cooked and therefore inedible. The sandwich was even worse than the wings something I did not think could be possible. The sandwich had no chicken and was mostly cheese with unappetizing buffalo sauce drizzled sporadically through out the sandwich. The sandwich was also inedible. The food here is a waste of money and I would not waste my money here again.
Placed my order an received a confirmation stating that it has been received and being prepared. About 15 minutes later the online tracker said my order was out for delivery. 30 minutes later the food was not here. I tried calling the store but received an automated message stating that my call could not be completed due to a temporary error. My card was charged but I did not receive my order nor could I get in contact with any one at the store! So disappointing!
The delivery drivers are great. But the carryout service is horrible. I've been there to pickup my order and the employees look at me like they have no idea I am waiting for 45 minutes (including wait time BEFORE they tell me my pizza will be ready in 20 minutes.) What a disaster.

Absolute nightmare. Waited an hour and a half for pizza that never came. Called in and they claimed the driver delivered it. They told me they were going to deliver another one amd after 30 minutes called to tell me they weren't delivering. What the hell. 2 hours of fussing around and never got my food. Awful.
