Never, ever ready when the website or app says they're ready. For those who prefer carryout, do not trust the website or app. The past three orders at this location have all been over 30 minutes late despite the website saying they are ready.

I usually get Domino's but decided to try pizza Hut for the new flatz pizza. Ordered delivery at 8pm and got it at 9:16. They're 4 mins away from me and the food was cold. It was just ok after heating it back up. Back to Domino's I guess

Ordered pick up and order wasn't ready until 40 minutes after the pick up time. One of the pizzas was missing toppings and the replacement was on a different crust. Cheese sticks were different then the ones ordered. Stuffed crust had large section with no sauce or cheese. One of the boneless buffalo bites was raw in the center. I have ordered here before without issue. There were several staff working but several were standing around and one employee was trying to cut all the pizzas and there were over a dozen uncut pizza stacked up by the ovens.

My order from here was incorrect and missing items. They couldn’t do anything about it. Quality of the food was not great and it took longer than what they said. I will not be ordering from here again.

After two hours, wait time and the app is saying my food is ready and it’s still not ready the employee they’re very lazy. They don’t put them self to work. Ridiculous place never come back canceling the order after two hours

We ordered some pizzas from this location. It wasn’t a crazy order and it was placed pretty early. I called after the delivery time was passed. They took some time to check and eventually told me that the pizza order was still there and they could deliver it but it would be another hour or so…. So, roughly a 2+ hour wait from order to delivery… assuming it would happen this time. We declined. Then we had to go back and forth about getting a refund. Making and delivering pizzas is the one objective of Pizza Hut. Total fail from this one. It’s a bummer there aren’t better options in Leander yet.

Got double charged its a week later and my money has not returned! It still shows “pending” a week later!! Picture attached. I called the store multiple times and was told theres nothing they can do about it. I called the bank and was told pizza hut has a hold on the return until the 16th. Today is the 16th, 7 days later and my money has not been returned! Im so disappointed in this location. Ive NEVER had the consistent mistakes this location has shown.

I would give this location negative 5 stars! Overpriced pizza that is just below average quality. Pizza is either over or under cooked! Breadsticks is never fully cut. Also, I get coupons from Pizza Hut, but this location never accepts the online codes! I'm done with this location, more importantly the franchise who owns this!!

We ordered two pizzas for pick up as we were shopping at the grocery store. We had frozen in our car so timing was everything. We followed the tracking of the pizza so when it came down to the last 5 min of cooking time noted through the app. We left, only to get there to pick up the finished pizza (per the app) and they just put the pizzas in the oven as we pulled up. The app said it was finished! So we sat there at the pick up window for 15-20 MIN!!!! With our frozen food in the back seat! I asked why the app said it was done so we could time out the pick up and it was NOT EVEN STARTED...or just started as we drove up for pick up! Also, BOTH PIZZAS MISSING THE MUSHROOMS and missing the extra cheese!!! PLEASE DONT COUNT ON THE APP THAT TELLS YOU PIZZA IS DONE BECAUSE IT MAY NOT BE.

Came in to order June 22 6:18 pm The lady at the counter couldn’t complete our order due to multiple reasons and troubles on pizza huts end , no mushrooms and told us they had no wings. Another women stated they had wings still no mushrooms. It took all of 28 minutes for them to speak on these items missing or not missing. The First Lady at the register had to walk back and forth 6 times to even try to complete one of my orders just for them to state there’s no mushrooms I then came out to my vehicle to wait for the order to be completed and got told they had no wings. It seems to me no one knew how to correctly use the register in a proper manner or let us know specifically if they had certain items available. A personal pizza with wings was in my menu for tonight as for a medium one topping as well and on the menu board of Pizza Hut my pizza was going to be 16. And some change while another pizza the same but only change was cheese pull bites was only 13.99 … we order other things in replacement of the missing items and terrible service but mostly didn’t sit right with me even being that. I’d reconsider when choosing online or in person to choose this Pizza Hut as they seem to have low rated reviews on quality of food and service. May could have been the team they had for the weekend or just in general but this wasn’t an experience I’d like to return to.

To say I was shocked about my food does not even compare to the word I need to use! LOL Ordered ahead of time to be delivered by 6:45 p.m. Got a text from DoorDash around 6:40 p.m. that it would be delivered around 7:05 p.m. Pizza Hut doesn't deliver apparently, they use DoorDash. Pizza shows up about 7:15 p.m. No big deal. Open up the boxes and the pizza is completely dry. Like they cooked it hours ago!! Completely dry, cracker-like. No sauce. The breadsticks were dry and crackery. I have never had a bad pizza experience until this time. Genuinely felt like my pizza and breadsticks were made hours ago. I got a text when my driver picked it up & live 8 minutes away, so this came from the restaurant like this - cold. Was not the drivers fault. Definitely should have listened to the reviews lol so disappointed :( I can't believe they let it leave the building like this honestly

What size are these? I had a disappointing experience at this shop. Despite ordering a large pizza, the lack of ingredients near the edges due to their use of large pizza dough with medium pizza toppings left me unsatisfied. The uneven distribution resulted in nearly a one-inch gap at the outer edges of the pizza.
