This place is so consistent and always so good! What more could I ask for in a restaurant?
I have been going here with my family for years. The food is always superb and the staff wonderful. I recently had a large take out order and it was perfect. Highly recommend!
We went for lunch in this scorching heat with our dog, we sit on the patio and they brought us with our beverages cold water for the dog and turned on the fans. We ordered the mole enchiladas and the mixed fajitas a la mexicana and they were delicious. Service was awesome, we missed the name of our waitress but she was very helpful and kind. Will be back for sure!
Was passing thru with my family on a road trip found this place with a good rating. I didn't have high expectations but as soon as the food hit the table my expectations were changed. The food was delicious and flavorful. The service was great our waitress was extremely nice. I definitely recommend to those who are residents or are just passing thru.
Me and my sweetheart have been eating here and bringing family and friends here since 2008. I can't believe it has taken me so long to write a review for Jardin Corona. We have celebrated our wedding anniversary here, brought treasured friends from out of town here, brought new residents to Leander here. Because the food and service are outstanding. If you look at the parking lot and think, "We'll never get a table here", and consider going somewhere else... don't. If you have to wait you won't wait long. If you go somewhere else, you'll miss something special. Turn around, park wherever, and go in. The food, and I mean ALL the food (I've tried everything on the menu), is excellent. There isn't a single dish you won't like. The margaritas are amazing so bring a designated driver. That is not a public service announcement. Margarita. Fajitas. Flautas. Enchiladas. Tamales. Hungry yet? You should be. Just go there and keep on going there like I do.
Always our favorite. The only thing they have a problem with is putting seasoning in their taco meat. Always bland and I will not order anything with their hamburger meat. My wife can season meat, they can't. Their presentation is not great. Go to DosSalsa for a great presentation. Their pricing is increasing, small, but a lot of family are watching their spending, just saying.Everything else is great. Margarita's are the best!
Good service, food comes quick. Fiance ordered Mexican martini and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Server was excellent. Food great and service was quick even though the place was busy. Server was on top of everything and very sweet.
I have been coming here for soooo many years. One thing that stands out is the food is consistent. I enjoy the carnitas, enchiladas, queso. Their sopapillas are always so good. Breakfast is a quick meal. It's always busy at dinner so that has to tell you something! Service is almost on top of it like 90% of the time. Some of the servers have been there for years!
I've been going to Jardin Del Ray for more than a decade, but started going to Corona for it's generous spacing and quieter environment. It's been excellent every time and we really love the service here. I always try to get Javier to wait on us. He's quite friendly and very responsive. It really helps complete a great dining experience. Already looking forward to our next Friday afternoon here. I love every dish I've had here, but the shrimp cocktail is their real secret weapon.
Excellent tex-mex food! I had the chicken chili relleno. It was HUGE and full of grilled chicken chunks - very tender and super tasty. I asked for a super hot salsa and they brought a green sauce that was really tasty and had a little burn. Tortillas were moist & yummy. This placed is always packed but our service was fast, friendly and attentive. Go!
Have been happy with the food many times. Tonight we had 10 and go seated immediately. Waitress was great. Our food came out very fast, less than 20 minutes. All of our food was excellent.
This is our go to place for Mexican! We have taken many friends and neighbors there and everyone enjoys the food, atmosphere and service!! My wife says the Mexican Martini are excellent and the same goes for the Margaritas! The salsa is so good I swear I could just drink it!! So good with the chips and on most dinners.
The nachos definitely delicious, whoever decided to add chorizo on nachos thank you, that was the best combo I ever had. The meal was delicious, the waiter recommended me to add chicken to my chorizo nachos and I’m glad I did. Friendly helpful staff. It was super busy when we got there but wait time was decent. Cute restaurant and nice atmosphere. Definitely check them out.
Great place. Amazing g Rita's and staff is super nice
I eat almost every day there very good 😍
I have not eaten here in long time as we have moved from this area. Went in with family for dinner as we were in town for a wedding. The enchiladas were excellent, the drinks were great, and the service was great. There is handicap accessibility and the atmosphere was very good. The food is reasonably priced and well worth it for the great tasting food. This was a great experience for the whole family.
Everything from walking in the door being greeted and seated quickly. To the server being on top of his game going over the top for his tables and the food prepared by the cooks was amazing as well .
Best margaritas and outstanding food. Never disappoints. This particular occasion we had a group of 15 and still got our food within about 10 minutes of ordering these guys are always ridiculously fast. Their salsa also nails it. 10 out of 10 recommend.
Great location and excellent drinks, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Menu has a nice selection and can't go wrong anything you choose.
The food as always was Delicious! Our waiter was Adorable, witty, and great fun to socialize with. He obviously enjoyed what he was doing at this youthful time of life. I imagine this was but one of Many rungs in his career ladder. Very refreshing!
Very friendly. Food was excellent. No complaints from anyone in our group. Our waiter was very attentive. Did a wonderful job. Never ran out of fresh chips either. That was really nice as a lot of places don't keep the chips fresh for you.
My son and his family eat here often and rave about how good it is. They are right! Everything here is great esp the beef fajitas. Great top shelf margaritas. Portions are good and salsa and chips great as well!
We had a group outing here with 20+ people and they were great. Really good service and tasty food.
Just as good as all the other Jardin's I've been to in the Austin area. I don't usually find myself on this side of town but the food is the same as the other locations I've ate at. This location is a bit smaller, but we were served quickly and the waitress was nice and the food was fast and delicious.
I've been eating here for several years. I've brought friends and family. I've never been disappointed. If you like seafood I highly recommend the shrimp stuffed chili relleno
Went for breakfast this morning! You can't beat this beautiful breakfast taco for quality quantity and price! A few months ago...😁.... I wrote this: Always WONDERFUL !!!!! CAESAR IS A FANTASTIC WAITER AND IS SO SUPER FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS TAKE SUCH GOOD CARE OF US! one of my favorite meals of all time is number nine on the lunch menu which you can get any time of day it's fabulous!
Place has had amazing Mexican food for 10 years. Hard to beat it.
I travel alot due to my work and have been to all the Mexican restaurants in the area. I can tell you this is the best one around here by far who serves authentic Mexican food with great salsas. People are very friendly as well. Don't forget to stop when you're in the area! you'll be glad you did!
I had the vegetarian enchiladas. Which I know is not the norm for me . It was great
The atmosphere is really nice the food is excellent and the service is good.
Consistent good food at a good price. Friendly service.
We had a group of maybe 30 people. We ate here after my grandfather's funeral. The waitress was nice and we were served in a timely manner for 30 people. They made sure we didn't run out of chips and salsa and filled our drinks. Food was great!
Very good food , the beef fajitas are the best I have ever had! Nice place n friendly staff👏
We love this place! Great staff, great food, clean and festive dining areas. We have never been let down with any dish. And the salsa and chips.... can't stop!
THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! Got a 5 person emal for 80$ including dessert. Polite and fast service. Free mints are entrance, also TVs if you wanna watch sports. Also a unique bar and environment.
Of all the years living in Liberty Hill, we've never been for breakfast until this last weekend. We've definitely been missing out. It was amazing. Great portions for the price, cooked as expected and excellent service. Can't wait to try again.
Review update... its now 8/25 and we still love this place!! Best food, fastest service and friendly staff+! This is a wonderful restaurant with great food wonderful service and reasonable pricing. It's the best Mexican restaurant in the area. I always have a great experience here! Great margaritas 🍹 too!!!
Stopped in on Friday for lunch. We had a group of approximately 20 people. Service was prompt and attentive and we enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa. Several of us enjoyed adult beverages including margaritas and a pina colada. The menu is extensive with many different kinds of Mexican foods, also there are weekday luncheon specials. I enjoyed the fajita salad, others had the lunch specials, and more... We were all pleased with our food which was provided promptly and served hot. The service was very good including getting us our checks in an organized and effective fashion. The restaurant offers indoor dining as well as dining outside, so there are plenty of choices.
We’ ve been in so many Mexican places that I can't even remember them all.As a very picky eater, we loved “Jardin Corona”. Food tasted so good, veggies were fresh, service was excellent. It felt like eating at someone's home, food was so delicious! I can't wait to come back to try other things with my family.

I went to taco Bell to get a Double Decker taco and after standing at the order counter for a bit over 12 Minutes and never having any of the employees even acknowledge my existence I then left, …
Service and food are amazing! They're SUPER fast to get food out, and they have knowledgeable, friendly staff. No other restaurant in the area has this authentic mexican food.

Delicious food and fun atmosphere as always, Jardin remains an Austin classic after all these years!
After 20 years eating mexican food while living in SoCal, I recently ate here with a friend who lives in town. He had a Chile Relleno the size of his head and got a few good meals out of it. I had …
Coldest beer in Central Texas. Food was good, service excellent and the price was right. Can't ask for more.
Delicious Mexican food. Great atmosphere and I eat here at least once a week. Either dining in or take out!
So good. Really nice portions. The flavor is so good. They were busy, but we were seated pretty fast. (8 of us on a Friday night at 6:30.) The only drawback is where we sat. We were in the back room, and the noise level was crazy! It sounded more like a bar than a restaurant.
We decided to go to this location in Liberty Hill because the location in Leander seemed to get a lot of bad reviews. I've been going to Jardin Corona for a very long time. We're right in the middle of both locations, so we went to LibertyHill. The food was fresh and hot. The service was very good. We sat in the patio area. The patio has fans so it wasn't hot. Oh...the frozen mango margarita was really fresh and good. We'll definitely go back.
The food & Margaritas are as good as the other locations. Service was sweet & fun, though seemed to be very rushed. The atmosphere felt a bit off compared to the other locations. Not sure exactly what that was, just different. We will go back though.
I've been going here for a long time. Had countless birthdays and some beautiful baby showers! But beware of under the tables. There are broken staples under some of the tables, and it scratched me pretty well. Other than that, I've always had a wonderful experience!
Party of 4. Margaritas were great. Server was friendly and efficient. Place was packed for 5:30 on a Tuesday. The guys said their food was good. The ladies shared a order of bean and cheese nachos and was disappointed, hardly had any beans or cheese. Will try something different next time.
We typically eat there most weekends. Last weekend we had a party of nine and were seated immediately. Service was great and food was served really quickly. Several of our meals were lukewarm. We have had that problem the last three times we were there. Food and service are great, they just need to get things to the table piping hot, then they earn that 5th star!
Very fast service. The food was good but bland for our taste. The tortill chips were fresh and warn. The salsa was bland with no heat, but the prices at lunch were awesome. We will return as we hear the margaritas are great
After 20 years eating Mexican food while living in SoCal, I recently ate here with a friend who lives in town. He had a Chile Relleno the size of his head and got a few good meals out of it. I had the three-pack of Tacos Al Pastor which were really good. Add a couple of iced teas and fast service, and it was a good quick meal at a good price. Sorry, no pics of my empty plate. :) The atmosphere was compromised by sports on giant TVs, but that's pretty much everywhere these days. (That's a shame.)
Had a table of 5 and they adds a 20% gratuity. Good food but not for the 20% gratuity.
Food is always good, service is excellent and prices remain very reasonable. This is one of my regular go-to lunch spots in Liberty Hill. - update: they added pineapple back into the Al Pastor tacos and they carry the manzana soda from Sidral Mundet!
Love breakfast here. Fajitas were good
We (4) had dinner recently. 3of us had great meals, 1 not so much. We all had great service. Not sure what made the 1 sick but he was the only one who had the shrimp tacos. He did say it tasted very good when he ate it.
Any review, to be credible must be critical, yet fair. To update this review let me say my wife and I eat at many Mexican food restaurants throughout the region. This review is appropriate for this restaurant. 1. They have come up in the last two years. Service is excellent and attentive. 2. The food is both quality and quantity. We have tried several dishes and give five stars to the enchiladas and the fajitas and the nachos. 3. This restaurant has the best hot sauce in four counties. 4. so far, the only restaurant we have found that properly prepares nachos this side of Weatherford, TX (best tasting also) My personal drawbacks here are Fajita meat not sliced thin enough and the absence of enough grilled onions to go with them. We drive 38 miles to frequent this restaurant while there are many much closer to attend. Keep up the good work
Food was great and fajitas for 2 is plenty of meat. Need 6 tortillas, my opinion, not 4. Service was ok, had a while before our drinks were refilled. Atmosphere was good, a little noisy for some, but I thought it was a good place. Recommend it and will be back. Note a little pricey, be ready. We checked menu and prices on line. First time there, but not our last. Good anniversary dinner. A little slower getting our bill this evening
The queso is fabulous and service is fast and friendly. You can't go wrong with just about anything here, it's all very tasty and served up hot.
After having authentic tortilla soup at a restaurant in Taylor, I have to say this one was definitely not as good. I didn't realize carrots were in tortilla soup! Corn either. And these carrots were very hard. They ruined the taste for me a bit, but everything else in the soup was good. It is a big portion for just one person.
Stopped here for dinner. Great food and cool atmosphere. Good service as well. Worth stopping at if in the area
We enjoy going to Jardin. The service is great and the food is pretty good. It is hit or miss but mostly it’s a good meal. The outside seating is quiet and more private than the main dining rooms. They’ve got lots of seating so there’s never a wait. Sitting at the bar, you can catch games and they’ll change the channel to whatever game you’d like to see.
When we lived in Austin the I ne on 183 and Anderson Mill was amazing so we took a chance on this location. First time we went here to the Liberty Hill location it was decent at best but we went back and food was great again, like the Jardins we already knew. Just a bit of a wait about 15 minutes not bad for a Friday night
The service is on point here. Our server was very personable. The food came out hot and fresh. The quality of the food was great but the flavors are not spectacularly different from any other tex-mex. This is not to say the food wasn't good, everything was seasoned well and not too salty. I would definitely come here again.
Stopped by JC in Liberty Hill, TX after a Saturday winery tour in the area. Even with a large party, we were seated in about 10 minutes. We've been to other JC locations (assuming they are all related), and this location was as good as the rest. Service was good, attentive but not intrusive. The complimentary chips and salsa were good, the chips hot and the salsa a bit spicy. We started the meal off with a double (small) order of the queso compuesto, queso with beef and guacamole added... terrific! The skinny margherita was delicious. Dinner included the tortilla soup, fish tacos and the mole enchiladas... all were very good. The entire table shared the entrees and all concurred that all the food was very good. We'll be back ... and suggest you try Jardin Corona if you're the neighborhood.
The food is homemade excellent. The staff is always on top of your food and drinks. The restaurant has a laid back feel
Tex Mex but pretty good. Nice ambience. Friendly staff and delicious salsa. Good selection of drinks and full bar

Food is just ok. Service is slow and the drinks are not that great. I had breakfast tacos and they were just average. Lots of other Mexican Food places that are better.

The place was not at all busy maybe 4 customers yet it took the servers almost 10 minutes just to ask us what we wanted to drink. Then she proceeded to have an attitude because she took forever to ask us what we wanted to drink as if we were an inconvenience. Food was good again I got eyes rolled at me when asking for a Togo box. Must say the food was my only good experience.
For this being an authentically Mexican place, unfortunately the Carne Asada is subpar. The staff was nice and the service was good, but the Carne Asada is pretty darn bad.
Parking was kind of weird. Good atmosphere and service, but the food could have been better. The food at Jardin Corona in Cedar Park is much better.
Food was brought out 3 minutes after ordered. Quesadillas were not cooked all the way. Might have been microwaved. Steak ala mexicana was a thin, tough piece of cheap steak. Not worth $20. Drinks were good. Beer ice cold.
Would give five out of five stars if my waiter wasn’t very, very rude she ran out the wrong thing cause she wasn’t listening. Then when I asked her to change it, she got very angry.
First off it’s quite dark inside and it just felt sticky, the food was sub/par for Mexican food in the area and service was just ok.. never checked to see if food was ok or if we needed anything. I had a very weak margarita that looked like water, salsa had good flavor but the beef hard shell taco was plain ground beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese..again no flavor. It came with cheese queso that tasted like cheese out of a jar! The beef enchilada was ok, but I was hungry. I definitely would not go back or recommend it!
We have been loyal Jardin customers since day 1! Understanding the economy and inflation, it’s gotten hard to justify the new prices. Love our longtime waiters and waitresses, but keeping it affordable is also a key ingredient to long term success in a small town!
I thought the food was just OK. I had the beef tacos and didn't think they had much flavor.
Disappointed with our to go order. They forgot the charro beans with my tacos. The beef was covered in pepper and the flour tortillas were not homemade. The child's chicken tender plate was prett…
The frozen margarita was real good. Service was good, food was out quickly. But, the food was not good. It had almost no flavor and was very bland tasting. We finished what we could but it was barely edible. Waiter was very quick to take away the plates (without asking if you were done) and they seemed to want to rush out the door. Overall it was quite disappointing.
All of our neighbors love coming here, but both times we were disappointed. The second time we came I had to change my meal because the chicken tasted so off. I appreciate them changing my meal out to something edible free of charge but it’s quite disappointing. Service is great though and everyone is nice.
Food is okay for the price but it was not that great. Beef taco was good. Refried beans look and taste like they came from the can. Taco bell has better food and I can get more food than this place. The server looked like she really didn't want to be there and after a few minutes looked like she was high. Do what you want outside of work, not at work. It's like someone told a story about Mexican food and then someone else tried to make it.
We were traveling through and stopped by here on a recommendation. I ordered the chicken tacos, and it was like eating chicken boiled in water with no salt, pepper, or any kind of seasoning whatsoever. 2 stars because the salsa was good and saved the meal, but I couldn't finish it. Outside of that, the staff was nice and the location was cool. My friend ordered the fajitas and had the same comments. Especially the rice. I suppose if you are hyper sensitive to flavor and spice, then this place may work for you, but generally speaking, if you fall into that category, you should probably avoid Mexican food. Next time I'm in the area, I will be exploring other options.
I’m not sure what has changed over the past few months - but the food was not great tonight during our visit. 2 out of 3 people were physically ill within an hour of leaving the restaurant. The beef tasted and smelled weird. It had no seasoning at all. “Marinated steak” was grey slimy beef. A few months ago it was bursting with so much flavor that I raved about it to my friends and family.
I don't see how this place has 4 stars. The food was gross. The queso was like water, the guacomole tasted weird, the food I got the meat looked grey and was not edible. I don't ever spit food out but that I did. The waiter paced by several times but didn't really check in on us. My husband complained about the meal while he payed and the waiter didn't seem to care or offer any kind of compensation. I don't understand why the parking lot is always full. Just a warning to future diners steer clear and go somewhere else.
Thought this would be a good place to get some food since the reviews were good. Ordered the enchilada Blanca and they were some of the worst enchiladas I’ve ever had. The cream on top of enchiladas looked curdled and was reallllly weird looking. I decided to try them anyways only to find them to be the most unseasoned and bland enchiladas ever. The chicken inside was dry and completely bland, not sure how you can make enchiladas almost flavorless. The beans and rice also just bad. Not good flavor at all. Wish I could have complained right away and gotten a refund as the food felt inedible. This was an order I called in and picked up, still shouldn’t make a difference.
Wish I could give their fajita nachos a negative 10 that was mystery meat not beef. The margaritas was good service okay but not recommending the food at all

AWFUL. Was served undercooked chicken, then when I brought it to the servers attention, he argued with me over the color of the chicken. Would not return.
Tips are earned, not entitled. Automatic 20% Gratuity and signs are not plainly visible.
This was a hard pass for me, ate two bites, and pushed the plate away . The server wasn't kind and messed up an order and never came back to refill drinks or see if we needed anything else . The rest of the table enjoyed I asked for arroz con pollo. And the waiter said they didn't sell that....que(what). 🙄
I have been coming to Liberty Hill and Leander Location since 2000. The food is absolutely amazing most of the staff is nice these days. My experience lately hasn’t been very good. As a few of the employees decided they want to profile me in a way that has been very uncomfortable. The things said is horrific and very ugly. One claims to be a manager and when I placed my complaint he blatantly refused to listen to me and stated I Don’t HAVE TIME TO TALK TO YOU. Is this the way Management works with the Customers. Absolutely absurd!! I’m Livid with a few other concerns! The customer service between these few are awful and should never be allowed in a work place. So if this is the owner of the company. Your Manager is absolutely a horrible person and his customer service is horrible. The fact he doesn’t have time to listen to your customers walks away and rolls their eyes and says I do not have time to talk to you. Absolutely uncalled for!! I will not stop coming in to these location. My money is very good and I tip very well and evenly to all employees who have waited on. Wednesday I came in and sat at the bar. One lady brings me chips and salsa. One guy brings me drink. Two people husband and wife work the bar we’re I’m sitting at. No waiter after this. Husband and wife says your waiter is in the back working tables. They go get someone and by this time my chips are gone my drink was empty and was asked if I need anything else. And this point I was ready to go. No tacos nothing. So to the owners of this place. Please reach out as I have so much more to say about this situation. This is something that needs to be dealt with before their are legal problems.
This is the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. The horchata tasted like cleaner. The tempiquena tasted rancid undercooked, the guacamole has the taste and consistency of what you get out of a tostitos guacamole sauce jar. The service was fine. The food came to us fast. Their front of house is fine. The back however, severely needs work. Unless something changes drastically, we won't be back. It seemed popular. I'm not sure why.
The music is so loud. After we got sat down we were trying to keep a fly from landing on our drinks and did. My mother are her food and had to rush to the bathroom to throw up and she can't stop throwing up. SO WE ENDED UP TAKING MOM TO THE HOSPITAL AFTER WE LEFT. SHE DID IN FACT GET HAVE FOOD POISONING. SO I WAS THINKING OF WHAT SHE HAD DIFFERENT THEN EVERYONE ELSE. AND THAT WAS THE TAMALE. THIS MAKES ME SO ANGRY BECAUSE MY MOM DOESN'T HAVE THE BEST HEALTH TO BEGIN WITH. SO BECAUSE SHE WAS SO WEAK AFTER THROWING UP SO MUCH. SHE HAD TO STAY IN THE HOSPITAL. THE GUY SAID IS SHE WAS SICK FROM THE FOOD THAT HE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY.
Sorry, but did not like this place. The staff never came by, good was very very bland. My entree's sauce tasted like "chef boy r dee" tomato sauce. Chicken was frozen, then thawed, then Frozen, then thawed because it " snapped" when you bit into it. My wife's meal was also very very bland, dry, and cold. Like they drained the meat juices and pressed hamburger under a ten ton vice. Portions were huge, but not worth it in my opinion.
If you like hot garage the chicken Enchiladas Verde are just for you. it was one of the worst meals of my life. The chicken was way too shredded and the green sauce had no flavor and probably was Walmart brand green chile sauce. . Definitely would never recommend even if it was free and you are about to die from starvation. Enjoy at your own risk the water was fine.
Unpleasant experience tonight. When asking for manager or ownership information to provide my feedback i was direcred to the front desk, told i would get info there. After being dismissed by this person, i am then told her name is amanda and she was the manager on duty. I was refused GM, or Ownership contact information by amanda. I will make sure I do not return following this terrible service experience and I now better understand why the parking lot is no longer full on a Saturday evening. Seriously disappointed in my date night experience at my PRIOR favorite restaurant. EDIT: reduced from 2 stars down to 1 following the highly unprofessional response from the establishment leadership. Ownership and GMs should always attempt to contact any upset customer or client to get the full details of the unsatisfactory experience, but that didnt happen. My unsatisfied experience was due to multiple factors, however the gift card for Jardin Corona not being accepted was the cherry on top. So, once the server updated me that my giftcard would not be taken thats when I asked for leadership contact info and was misled into believing I would get that information from the front desk. The front desk woman asked if I was in the booth along the wall when I came up and asked for ownership information, once I confirmed where I sat, this front desk girl "amanda" then told me I want the CP location ownership, I told her I would like this location ownership or management to discuss my experience tonight. She kept insisting that I should call cp owners repeatedly, again assuming my only concern was their gift card not being accepted. So after 3 times of being told to call the other locations owner, I directly asked if she was refusing to provide leadership contact information for this location, at which time your other staff member (male) came up to the front desk and raised his voice to me saying that your owners will tell me the same thing. AGAIN, NEVER WAS I ASKED IF THE GIFT CARD WAS THE SOLE REASON OF CONCERN, IT WAS NOT. The experience: Once we were seated - my husband recently out of the hospital (less than 48 hours prior) only wanted water to drink, we both ordered water. I then ordered a pina colada. We ordered queso and beef fajitas for 2. My husband ran out of water, we couldn't see the server anywhere for a good length of time, so I gave him my water since I had another drink I ordered from the bar. My husband drank that water too and got no offer for refill or table check at all for him to get NOT EVEN ONE drink refill during our dining experience. Our beef was either cut too thin this time or cooked too long, because our beef was crunchy!! So where we usually finish our fajitas and we ate less than half due to the crunchy over cooked fajitas filling. Once asking for the check I asked for a to go bowl for the queso, then had to ask another 2 times to get the to go bowl. Then to be told the jardin corona gift card that we brought not being able to be accepted only at this one location, but I could go to the other surrounding locations in CP or marble falls to use it. I wanted to share this full experience with leadership and was not able to obtain that information from the staff after multiple direct requests and had to turn to Google reviews. To then have the business leadership reply dismissing me, not asking to contact for clarification of my concerns regarding my experience and stating that your staff (the staff that refused leadership information and the male that raised his voice at female customer asking for leadership contact information) said I didn't have the tone of someone looking to give feedback. This is the most unprofessional response I've ever seen in all of my years building, developing and growing businesses in the metroplex. This was BY FAR THE WORST dining experience and LEADERSHIP I have experienced for as far back as I can recall.
Ordered a chicken tortilla soup and salad. Only I was surprised to see I was given a soup with no tortila pieces in the the soup but with large pieces of chicken, lots of carrots, whole pieces of corn on the cob, and mushrooms. This is not the first time I've eaten here and I know what their chicken tortilla soup looks like, clearly what I was given was a caldo de pollo (the other soup on the menu). It's a fine soup, just not what I ordered. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, she insisted that it was the chicken tortilla soup. I requested that she check with the kitchen to make sure that I was actually served chicken tortilla soup, only to have her come back and gaslight me insisting that I had a chicken tortilla soup. To the owners: if either the kitchen or the waitstaff do not know what a chicken tortilla soup looks like then train them. This was a very disappointing experience.
