Drove the next town over bought 45 dollars worth of food and they forgot the most expensive item a whopper got everything else for the meal just not the whopper

I came here to get a eggnormous burrito and it was horrible 1. They didn’t put in the eggs 2. They filled it with hash browns and a piece of deli style slice of ham not chunks. I gave it three stars because the guy at the window was great!

Not terrible for fast food, but a little sketchy with several stray dogs in the parking lot.

My Burger was cold, bun was dry and crusty. I ordered a regular whopper. For some reason mine had no tomatoes and my husbands did. The french fries were warm, but left a very weird taste. So the person at window was nice, but food was awful.

The food was good, but they obviously had better things to do than deal with customers. Not one thank you or you're welcome, and they slammed the drive thru window shut before we were done speaking. If you don't like people, don't work with the public or just stay home. They were gossiping very loudly the whole time, and we could hear it through the glass.

Fries & Burger were cold and vegetables were soggy, as if it had been made previously. They also forgot two of my items, I used the drive thru so going back would have resulted in the food i had getting colder. Service is always bad, the employees are uninterested or just don't want to be there.

Y'all are pathetic. Spend 23 dollars on a order to be given 1 ranch for 4 people. They literally sat and argued about making me pay 60 cents for 2 more small ass ranches . I just spent 23 bucks. Y'all hate your jobs and take them way to serious. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 They should have shut this location down instead of Exeter. New employees all suck. Also Forgot my 2 whoppers and 2 fries. Spent 23 bucks to never go back to this location.

If I can give zero stars I would ! I asked for kids meals and they gave me hash browns instead of chicken nuggets one was missing fries and she said they have hash browns like noo I asked for fries . They didn’t want to switch the toy for a cookie? She was giving me attitude like it was my fault? Smh worst customer service ever I hate going to this place always something ! Last time I come here 👎 manager needs to do better ! Worst customer service 💯

wish this store would contact the delivery company get me banned so i dont have a reason to pickup here and dont get orders to pickup here, everytime an order comes in im like ugh and have to explain to customer why their food is late and show them the video of me going to the front windows and knocking and and horn, i snaped to night i said put the fries in the bag bro even called the place to let them know i was there. ( I AM AT YOUR DRIVER THRU WINDOW) they need a wireless door bell. my transportation dosnt always set off the drive thru speaker i really hate picking up here i cant wait to get fired from this delivery company and hope BK gets me banned from picking up here. I do food delivery to BK and Burger King needs a Door Bell outside the window for drivers to press. I watch staff fill the drinks, food not on hot table yet, so not ready, watched both staff talk about the delivery customer ponder 🤔 of the customer was their employee or different person then one leaves to clean ice cream machine completely empties it out wipes it down whole time I'm knocking on the window stops looks over then keeps going knocks on the window again then stops looks over then proceeds The food's already been sitting there for 5 minutes now 10 minutes goes by and I start knocking harder at the window and the guy finally comes and his excuse was I didn't see you there which It's fair enough the window does look tinted maybe he didn't see me All in all they need a doorbell there at least after hours when the lobby closes so I can press it and let them know I'm there And the reason I'm writing this review is as a delivery driver I can't be wasting 10:15 30 minutes picking up food otherwise I could get a contract violation get in trouble and they'll consider it prop 22 fraud thinking I'm just taking my sweet time As much as they probably don't think I'm going to get in trouble I am going to get in trouble we're supposed to cancel and reassign the order to another driver if more than 15 to 20 minutes goes by especially for the amount of pay that we're getting getting in trouble isn't worth it I have the same issue at the Taco Bell down the street as well they just sit there and talk and let the food sit there even though another employee told him it's for me sometimes i think they are working with other drivers to try and force us to cancel the pickup so it goes to their friends so they get a hire pickup amount of money. knowing after 15 to 20 minutes delivery company thinks we are doing fraud for prop 22 and will cancel the order so it goes to anotehr driver as $3 $5 $10 isnt worth a write up. funny thing is ppl outside the drive thru window can hear everything they are saying inside..... lol and they think we cant which makes me ask... why cant they hear me and my horn and yelling and screaming?

Cesaría the supposed manager gave me an attitude for asking for ranch I knew they charge but he got mad because he had to get them from the fridge and after that I asked him for napkins but he kept asking it that all I was like no I need sweet and low for my ice tea he gave me an attitude and said you need to tell me me if that’s all you need cause I’m not going back and forth for you and stared straight at me and said it’s that all I’m like for now I think so I don’t know what else I might need he said I’m not playing games with you I was suprimes when I found out he was the manager really bad service I didn’t went to play games I just wanted a nice burger and a sweet tea Bad service will never go to that restaurant again
