The restaurant is great and the people even better but when it comes to Panda the food must remain constantly consistent. The chicken seemed like rubber or crunchy similar to the chicken breast I used to purchase from Sam’s club years ago. This restaurants chicken teryaki is the first time I debated not eating it but that day I was hungry enough to push through. Everything else is exactly how I expect Panda. I arrived around 11 and the place was empty but within the hour the line was at the door and down the window so if you pan on a quick bite between 1130-1 I’d call or order online.

Food was a small portion but tasted good . The workers are happy here and it has an upbeat vibe.

The noodles where really good but the green bean chicken and beef and broccoli not so much, it needed flavor i think they forgot to season it..

So I was here at 7:30 today. There was only one person in front of me. It still took me 5 to 8 minutes to get my order. The cash register had a full conversation with the customer about her last visit here for some reason, once I finally finish paying the girl just hands me my stuff To me without a tray So I had to juggle all my stuff to the table including my drink the last upsetting thing here was a food I actually had to spit.Some out because it was too hard for me to chew 👎

Had a weird experience yesterday where I used my reward points to get a medium drink. I wanted to pay extra to get a crafted drink but was told I would need to pay for another drink. Its almost like they didn't want to accommodate and get me a drink I wanted to try. I got here all the time for lunch and its disappointing when I get service like this. Maybe I'll try the newer location...

The drive-thru intercom here is either busted or the workers are just not listening when you talk; maybe it is a combination of the two. In either case, the person who took my order was really dismissive and vacant almost like they stopped caring about their job. If that is the case, find something else and get people that care about the customers. Also the food was really dry and disappointing.

I come for my food already paid for, I don't come to ask for free and they serve you in a very bad way, they make the food have a bitter taste, they should be more friendly

Nothing good needs better options Everything dead animal meat just gross not eating that. I guess I'll order chow mein again hopefully there no cross contamination because that just unsanitary to cook the food with meat.

Came to pick up a doordash order here at this location Panda Express on Vandalia. But the workers and manager were so rude. They said my order had been picked up already. The Asian manager told me that to my face and then she walked away. She looked at me like what am i still doing here (wide eye contact) I contacted doordash support to help me in this situation because I was stuck on the screen of the order. They told me they would contact the store to remake it because it was an active order. As I sat Waiting patiently I heard one of the workers on the phone with customer suppot telling him, Are you sure you're with doordash? They told customer support that they would have to send another ticket though. For them to remake it. Going back to when I asked The manager, "Did they show you confirmation the other person that picked up the order?" Manager asked the worker and she kinda stumbled and was unsure saying uh.. yes. Moral of this bad experience is.. if you don't like your job quit.

Just went to run threw and get some yummy honey walnut shrimp. And I went to open it and well I kinda new by the way she was putting it in the Box, but untile I seen it I was little upset. They had no problem charging almost 15 bucks

They didn't have food prepared. It was horribly put together. The lady who was serving had a bad attitude to her coworkers. We had to run back up a fee times for things we expected to be in the bag but were not. Didn't have and lids to the cups or any straws. The food wasn't fresh and they were empty on a few items. I watched them put the remainder of one dish in and then a fresh dish on top and the bottom just wasn't edible.
