Steak & Lobster Marble Arch

Came on Saturday afternoon for lunch and the restaurant was empty! Despite that I would like to comment the food served. The steak was absolutely mind blowing with the juiciness and size of it. Lobster meat was good although portion was slightly smaller for my preference. The lime cheesecake was divine with the portion of cheese on it. Absolutely delicious. Would recommend people to come here for sure. Price yes on the higher end.

Incredible food, everything was fresh and full of flavour. On top of that, Mr. Swyam was just fantastic. He was calm, kind, super fast, and really seemed to care. Made the whole experience so much better. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for better service. Big thanks to him!

The T-bone steak was unreal, 20oz of perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour beef. The lobster roll was good also although there wasn’t much lobster compared to previous lobster rolls I have tried. It was buttery and fresh on a lovely toasted brioche. Proper comfort food done right and wonderful service.

We really enjoyed our dinner from start to finish. Greeted by Laxmi who looked after us very well. Nice suggestions and recommendations about the food and drinks. The food? It was delicious, peferclty cooked, just the way I wanted it. We had the Mason jar for dessert and that also was satisfying. Thank you Stefan for the "Congratulations platter" that was thoughtful of you and it was a pleasant surprise. We weren't expecting it as it was last minute booking but ... You made it happen! Hey! I had an amazing experience at this restaurant thanks to our waiter Janvi. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal and even recommended some great dishes that we absolutely loved. her warm smile and positive attitude made us feel so welcome. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

I had the fillet steak, rosemary, garlic, and Parmesan fries, and the blue cheese sauce. Everything tasted great. A big thank you to Bernisha for going above and beyond with her service and making my dinner experience really special.

I cannot recommend this place enough! We went there for date night and we were only in London for 24hrs and were so glad we chose to eat here! We both had the surf and turf and upgraded our steaks and we wouldn’t be able to fault it if we tried! A massive thanks to our server Herena!!

Finished work and was really hungry. I literally couldn’t pick between the ribeye or lobster and was recommended to have surf&turf by the by the beautiful Stephan :) he was amazing and so was everyone else including the chef as my steak was exactly how I like it, thank you.. been here many times and will obviously be back again xx

Delightful lobster roll with endless fries and salad accompaniment. Portion of fries was significant, so only refilled the salad with it's refreshing lemony dressing. Lobster was tasty and as always, just wished for more lobster! Enjoyed the cocktail, Passionate, which was yummy with my favorite passion fruit included. Waitstaff was attentive, but not intrusive, which I appreciate! Will return when I have more time and have the full lobster experience.

Arrived and was promptly asked if we require any drinks, added one starter to that and arrived very quickly. Ordered mains and again arrived very quickly, waitor also asked if we require any still or sparking water. When the mains arrived steak was cooked medium as requested pepper corn sauce was nice. Lobster with garlic was nice and cooked well. Like the unlimited leaf salad and chips. Dressing on the salad was tasty. Will recommend this place, just letting you know it's connected to a hotel.

Great food in a great location! We were surprised to find this place just off Oxford Street with no wait time on a Friday evening. The lobster and lobster roll were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. They even offer unlimited fries and salad with your meal!

Tucked away in the Radisson Blu hotel, Steak & Lobster is a real treat. Their wine selection is top-notch, and the staff knows their stuff – they'll help you find the perfect pairing for your steak. I went for the sirloin steak, and boy, was it good! Cooked just how I like it, juicy and flavorful. And don't even get me started on the starters – from the Smoked Beef flat tacos to the Crispy steak rolls with special bourbon maple glaze, everything was spot on. Oh, and heads up: the lobster prices change daily based on the market, so keep that in mind if you're in the mood for some seafood. Overall, Steak & Lobster is a winner in my book. Great food, great vibes – definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for a delicious meal.

Amazing breakfast I have been here for last 2 months and I have been fabulously taken care of by. A very special thanks to Janvi from the restaurant,she is amazing at what she does and she is very caring and attentive.Really very good.

This is a fine dining place with a great priced lobster (cheaper than most places in London). The meat can be requested for halal, 48h prior. The service was excellent, but they were undermanned when I was there. However, we still get a great and friendly service. Best part: Unlimited chips and salad for every meal and rolls!! The rolls are better in Burger & Lobster, though. I was a bit disappointed. It was great in general.

Very delicious food and nice vibe. The service was good, the waitress recommended what food and drink I should order, which I liked. it is because this was my first time I had been here. Not many people, so I felt relaxing while eating alone.

Great atmosphere and service. But the food is quite average. The two of us ordered a rib eye (medium cooked) and a whole lobster. None of them was really impressive considering the price. Overall not an awful experience but more likely than not wouldn’t come back.

Amazing service from Stephan, who made set a new level of customer friendly service! I had the surf and turf which was good but as it was a rib eye, I would have liked to see it cooked a bit more towards a medium rare (as the ribeye needs the fat rendered) also side-note for the company and just my opinion, thicker steaks would make for better eating and cooking, I don't mind paying some more or even having it smaller in size but thicker for the same weight. Overall, I had a great evening and 100% worth the visit!!

While the Surf and Turf Steak had a bit of dry lobster and didn’t quite meet my expectations, the overall dining experience was still enjoyable. Well what a fine , we were shown our table by the window , ordered wine first , then the starter well that was just fab , the the main that was just fantastic , and the staff was just fantastic they looked after us , well last the afters was fab , we had a great lunch , big thanks to chefs and staffs . Steak & Lobster ,19-25 ,Granville Pl , London W1H 6PA , Just off Oxford Street and only 300 metres from Marble Arc, last time we was here was one year ago , got a table by the window inside still the same , the food is great , for a Saturday lunch not very busy , well it's ok for us , and staff great , will be back again

I had the sirloin and blue cheese sauce which was excellent. Our host Vivek was very helpful and attentive. Thought it was a touch pricey - 50 pounds for a beer and steak. But it does come with fries and some sides. Also not much of a view - looks out over a parking garage. Overall a good experience and if I was after a good steak I would go again.

Nice steak and delicious Lobster Soup! We got 3 course meal option and the food were all great. Service was polite and helpful. Atmosphere not what I expected for that high price tag. Also didn’t not expect the menus to be on just a A4 paper or that chairs. Overall though good restaurant

Got to the restaurant for an 8pm booking, was almost empty. Straight we were greeted by Stephan. He did a wonderful job the entire night, made sure we had everything we needed - a great hire choice from the company :) The service was fast, the food came quite quickly. The only reason I’m saying 4 stars is due to portions. The food was lovely, however, for instance for the steak rolls you’re paying over £10 - but they give you 2 spring rolls cut into 4. And the half a lobster in the surf and turf literally had about 3 bites to it. I understand it’s half a lobster, but for £50 for a 8oz steak I’d expect a better half lobster. Other than that for me it was the service that made the night more enjoyable. We got a lovely anniversary plate with macaroons as we were celebrating the occasion- which I think was lovely of the restaurant!

The steak was superb. The lobster tiny and I didn't enjoy as you need to open up. Half of a very small lobster is basically nothing. The chips very good and crispy. The waitor was very professional. What I didn't like is that for a restaurant like this we were eating next to the net's day buffet.

Good atmosphere and good service by our waiter, Vamsi. The food was good, but as others have commented previously, it was a bit salty. Especially the fries. It spoiled the taste experience a bit. The entrecote was very good. All in all a good experience.

Visited the restaurant for a second time. My partner loves this place because of their unlimited salad and chip offer. More for the salad as she loves the dressing and the leaves in it. The steak and lobster is always good and fresh. The service of good as well. They loose one star because when we asked for more lemon and garlic sauce they wanted to charge us £2 per pot. I think with the pricing in this restaurant they can afford to give extra lemon and garlic sauce with no charge.

Our waiter Stephan was very friendly and made excellent drinks. The food was also very good.

After searching for a London steak house, I decided to book the Steak & Lobster Marble Arch but was a little shocked when we arrived to find it's practically the breakfast room of a hotel. Maybe I should done some more digging and known this but arriving for an evening meal (semi dressed up) it felt a little underwhelming being sat in a breakfast room of a hotel. The service was a little slow but we cracked on with it anyway, the food was nice, steak cooked perfectly, nice starters - we had the steak rolls and a lovely desert to finish. I would eat there again if i was staying at the hotel but probably wouldnt make the uBer for an evening meal again, my mistake.

Me and my brother came here for a business meal. Been to a couple different places around London and thought we’d try this place. No problem at all with the wine and beers but the steak was horrific. The truth is that the steak was chewy and in our opinion we thought it was undercooked. My brother asked for his to be done medium-rare and it looked raw when he cut into it. I asked for mine to be done medium and I had to ask the waitress to take it back to the kitchen. When reading the other reviews before coming to this place I thought there may have been some exaggeration, however the steaks were actually quite undercooked when we were served. Long story short, for the price point of this restaurant we thought the food deeply disappointed. We won’t be dining here again.

The turf and serve we got was disappointing as the lobster was tiny, I mean 2 bites and it was done, steak was good but can't recommend of it's suppose to be a lobster restaurant. We used a voucher for the meal and we wanted to order a kids meal pasta and we were told we cannot use 2 offers at once and we were baffled. Surely a kids meal for kid shouldn't be considered as an "offer"? Anyhow they did rectified it but the experience wasn't too good.

Looks nice but tastes ok. I asked for the meat to come medium-rare but it was almost well done, the centre was just about pink while the edges were very dry. The waiter said with the surf and turf we could choose any type of meat but only at the bill we realised that for certain meat the price goes up, which is fair but it was never mentioned and this is not correct. The salad dressing is the nicest thing. But would not go back.

A Birthday Treat 26/08/25 my family member treated me to Lobster. The service was very slow. We waited a long time for bread. My lobster was warm so I asked the waiter if it could be heated up. The lobster was returned hot. My family member’s ribeye steak was bloody so the waiter was told to make it well done but it was returned with parts cooked and parts bloody. The Birthday plate was decorated with a strawberry.

Don’t even need to say much — the picture says it all. £28 for a lobster roll that’s 80% bread, 15% mayo, and maybe 5% lobster. Zero flavour. T-bone was supposed to be medium rare — came out blue and raw with no sear at all. Who cooked it, a child? Ribeye looked a bit better but was tiny and basically blue too. No sear, no flavour. Waiters were nice and friendly, but they kept disappearing — probably short-staffed. Got the meal through The Fork with 50% off, so I didn’t kick up a fuss, but if I’d paid full price, I’d have sent the lot back and walked out. No way this is a professional setup

£100 spent and I left hungry. The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is nice, but the waiting time was long and the portions were shockingly small. I ordered fillet steak with pepper sauce, a Philly cheesesteak and chips. Even accounting for fillet being a lean cut, the steak was tiny and the sides were minimal. The pepper sauce tasted and looked like gravy rather than a proper creamy pepper sauce. This is marketed and priced as premium dining, but the value and quality just aren’t there. The photo speaks for itself.

The service was pitiful, without going into details. The steak was at most 10 oz instead of the 20 oz advertised. The dessert cost £12 for three scoops of ice cream in a glass. I still left a £15 tip, but I will not be returning, as there are far better restaurants in the area than this hotel restaurant.

I had gone for dinner with my cousin during Ramadan (she is Muslim), when entering we asked about the halal options and the manager had told the waiters “this is a halal table”. We further asked questions to the waiter about which meat was halal and then proceeded to order the only two mock tails on the menu. When the drinks had arrived one was served in a coupe (this was my cousins), I didn’t think anything of it as I had never been there before. I was enjoying mine so I asked her is she liked hers she responded with “it tastes funny”, bear in mind she had never tried alcohol so she wasn’t aware and could’ve carried on drinking it. After I tried it I was certain it was alcoholic, after asking the waiter he kept running back and forth saying he doesn’t know (the ONLY two mock tails come in the same glass) so he was well aware! My cousin was so upset and felt terrible afterwards. Some wouldn’t take this lightly, a clear lack of attention. After complaining the staff members were just trying to convince us not to write a bad review and only took the drinks off of the bill.
