Typical McDonald’s experience here in LA. The food is what you’d expect—quick, cheap, and consistent. Got a Big Mac and fries, and they were fine, though the fries could’ve been fresher. Service was pretty fast, but the drive-thru line was long, as usual for this spot. Place is clean enough, but it’s nothing special. Good for a quick bite when you’re in a rush around town.

Ordered on app for pick up via drive through. This McDonald’s is on the rough edge neighborhood and has it own parking w/ few homeless walked around. The place is well lite and somewhat clean. The only thing that I didn’t like is customer service is suck. Got through the drive through and no greeting just “what you want to order”, after told that ordered on app w/ code..”go to last window” then off. Once got to window waited, then the shift manager open the window and gave you foods while taking order..then the window closed and that was it. Just wow, what happened to the manners? I did say “hi” both times but receipt nothing. Oh well, the foods are fine…understandable that this is simi rough area but it doesn’t mean you don’t have some decent manner to the customers. Glad that this is 1st and last time to go here.

Fast service! Visited in May 2019. Nobody there! I realized why. I ordered a "Quarter Pounder w Cheese, Medium Fries & a Medium Coke." Close to $10-‼️ Quarter Pounder was the size of a regular Cheeseburger! With NO CUSTOMERS, the 8+ staff were very loud, laughing loudly & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL‼️ I took pics & videos. Will NEVER go back! Burger King puts McDonald's to SHAME‼️

I just sent to this McDonald’s and I was shocked by how rude all the staff are. The guy taking the orders at the drive through kept rushing our group to order. The young lady who handed us our food basically through the food in the car without asking if we needed any sauce or to verify that our bag contained everything we ordered. We also asked for a cup of iced water and it was not given. We tried to get the girls attention but she purposefully ignored us. Not only did she avoid us but when she finally came back to the window she threw another bag of food in my car (that I didn’t order) walked away realized what she did and asked for the bag back without ever asking us is we needed anything. To top everything off the manager was there watching tho whole situation and never said a word. After we left and started to distribute our food to the group we found our burgers wrapped unprofessional. The picture I have attached is how I pulled out the burger. It was not mishandled by me or anyone in my car. Over all it kinda grossed me out. 10/10 would not recommend.

Wish this wasn’t my local McDonald’s!, I’ve never been charged for a sweet & sour sauce AT ANY MCDONALDS I’ve been to and the only response I got was “ we are like Jack in the box” I’ve also never been to a Jack in the box that charged for sauce , maybe I’ll just go there instead my fries usually aren’t cold when I get them maybe I don’t know what a strawberry banana smoothie is suppose to taste like but it shouldn’t be unflavored ice water 0/5 stars Edit 2/9/26 Why is it that when ask for extra anything they do the opposite, are the extra ingredients coming out of the employees pay?

Worst place i have ever been to. Under staff and they have a new cashier helping everyone wile the other employees are ignoring costumers that have been waiting for 30 pluss min for the orders they placed online. They do not doble check to see if the order is correct and they do not clean there store as often as they should. I feel bad for the few employees that actually would do good at a well managed store.

WARNING: They are not in tuned with there team work dont come here. Girl dont even know what shes doing in front. They gave my order to the wrong person, forgot my drink, gave me cold food, and the burger was drenched so soggy.

My entire meal was messed up. Very dissatisfied. I spent over $20 bucks for food I wasn't happy with. And I don't even live near that McDonald's. One thing that was wrong is I asked for extra Mayo on my McChicken and it had light mayo and they added extra Mayo to my Mcdouble. I didn't ask them to do that. The bread was so wet from the mayo and the burger was cold. My kids meals were all done wrong and chicken nuggets were cold and tasted old.

This McDonald’s always takes forever, they didn’t answer the phone multiple times (and possibly hung up on me because I heard a click and then silence) and they messed up our order so horrifically this morning. They gave us 2 random McGriddles instead of our sausage egg McMuffin sandwiches. If you’ve ever had a McGriddle you would understand my disappointment because they are genuinely disgusting. Hopefully this review makes the restaurant notice what they did wrong since they won’t answer the phone.

I was going to drive up and order then I saw how poorly the outside of the restaurant if you want to call it that was maintained then I read the reviews there's no way I would ever eat there

The most pathetic McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, waited in one of the parking spots for 20 mins for my food, everything was cold when they FINALLY brought it out, rude on top of that!

It’s so unprofessional to have a cashier with hickies all over her neck in the drive through giving orders out. She should put makeup on or cover that. That is so disgusting.

Was nice at first but then I had gotten pregnant and they fired me staff be having attitude, had went inside to use the restroom because I was pregnant and had to pee really bad they said I had to buy something to use the bathroom but they let someone else use it right before me when they didn’t buy anything.

On Friday August 1st I made a purchase for about 48$ my daughter got food poisoning and so did my husband, they had nausea, vomiting, headache and diarrhea. Today they are still having diarrhea. This is so unacceptable!!!

Why are employees sooooo rude in this store? Starting for shift managers, its frustrating how some of these enployees traet costumers with such impunity like we’re worthless. The fact that shift managers cover each other is ridiculous.
