The barista was so very sweet- I was having a really bad day (in and out depending on what thoughts are in the now) and she just stood there listening to my personal drama. And stood as in she genuinely cared, offering understanding and a positive return. It helped (and made me smile). Anyway, don't worry as the line was not held up. In fact no one was behind me but she was still she. Great visit!

Tasty cup of dark roast this morning. Good nitro cold brew the morning before. Only downvote on atmosphere was the sketchy people who walk in. Not sure if Starbucks is able to enforce kicking them out with Cali rules.

I’ve ordered the same drink for a decade and was getting bored. The kind barista, I think her name was Jessica? (Curly hair) suggested I try a blonde ristretto, it changed my life. I’ll be back in ten years for another life changing recommendation

I live right next to this store and have only been in once or twice in the last two years. I came in today to get a very early breakfast and coffee as I had to take my in laws to the airport. As I ate my breakfast sandwich in the car waiting for my coffee to cool down, I realized my drink order wasn’t exactly correct. I went back inside and they promptly fixed my drink. Not only did they fix my drink but they remembered my name when I walked back in about 10 minutes later. I’m blown away that customer service can be this good. Thank you for a delightful visit today!

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and I definitely think this is the most friendly Starbucks out there!!! All of the baristas were super nice from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. Plus, the store is nice and clean throughout. Thank you for a lovely start to my morning!!

Sounds like that customer may have had something else going on…He truly went above and beyond to make my experience great! I went there with kids and I got great service and no issues like describe in the comments. Service was fast and polite. Kid asked more milk and they said just say stop when enough. Place was clean, no code for restroom. Coffee and all drinks were at Starbucks good quality. All drinks were correctly done. Thank you, Starbucks, for the being there when one needs it! This is actually amazing what Starbucks does.

Bathrooms, sinks and mirrors looked like they have not been cleaned in ages. You would think a newer Starbucks would have better cleanliness than truck stop bathroom with hourly checks on sanitation.

I love the new space. But the place is dirty every time we come in. Every table is dirty. When asked to have a table cleaned she came out and kind of wiped it. I had to get a napkin and finish her work. She came out a few minutes, looked at all the dirty tables and walked away. I understand that when it is busy it is hard to get to the tables but all tables were empty and dirty. This is about the 5th time we have been in and every time it is the same story. Last week I stood at the counter for a very long time and was never acknowledged. I was the only one at the counter and there were 4 baristas. Please just say hello and smile. long time

Used to be fast service before they moved now it's a snails pace to get anything. Pretty standard to wait more than 15 minutes for stuff. It's not like that at any other Starbucks.

I was not too happy this time. They took the order and 2 mintes later, they told us to leave because they are closing. They should have told us before they processed the order. I visited this place many times before, and they were always very friendly. I wonder, perhaps new management took over, or a new staff member is too anxious to get out, or a hot date with her boyfriend that evening? Whatever it is, GREEDY, UNFRIENDLY, RUDE ATTITUDE DON'T MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS COME BACK AGAIN.

This location always has plenty of employees, at least 6 I saw today. I stood at the counter for about 3 min while three employees looked directly at me and just continued on with what they were doing. Not one person walked up to the register to help me so I turned around and walked away. This location always takes forever to get through the drive-thru and even simply to get your drink inside the store, it's too long of a wait, especially with the amount of employees they have working at any given time.

I stopped here on a road trip out of state. I the place was empty but no one was at the register. There was some issue with the app that I eventually figured out, the staff engaged with me but seemed totally uninterested. The store is really nice but could use a little pep from the baristas.

I went to get my coffee as usual this morning, my food and drinks were delightful as always. But the lack of customer service from the girl with the long black hair working the drive through window was absolutely atrocious!! She had the absolute worst attitude all the way from the speaker to my checkout. Not a single smile, the most monotone, bland, lifeless, lack of conversation I’ve ever had. I don’t expect fireworks and a party every time I order a coffee, but I do expect AT LEAST a good morning and have a good day! I hope I don’t have to see her again.

This is the first Starbucks I’ve been to where the staff was not very welcoming or friendly. I walked in, nobody acknowledged me, employees were just walking around without even a “hello” “someone will be with you”…nothing. I stood at the counter for a good five minutes or so, still no acknowledgment. Finally an employee walks up, not a smile or friendly greeting, he looked like he didn’t want to be there at all. He says “what can I get you.” He took my order and that was it. I went to sit down and another customer walked, same thing, nobody greeted him and he stood there for a while as well. He ended up leaving. Although the coffee I ordered was good, the poor unfriendly service isn’t making me want to stop by there again.

I hardly ever give a poor rating. This is the Starbucks I have been going to for 15 years. My hubby and I used to go several times a week. We have over the years seen many changes most recently the change in location when they moved across the driveway. Since the move our orders are constantly wrong. We feel like we are bothering them when we request a straw or sugar packets or to fill the drink to the top of cup or to get the order correct. No one seems friendly. The new store feels impersonal. We are tired of the food selection. Nothing new comes on the menu. We now are going to another brand coffee place. Too bad as we used to love our little local Loomis Starbucks store. Perhaps a chain is just a chain.

Unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for a drink, do not go here. This is the third time this has happened. Whoever manages this Starbucks should reconsider. Seriously. There are currently 14 guests in the lobby waiting for drinks and there’s one person on cold bar, one person on hot bar and a drive thru line to the street. The baristas are moving at literal turtle speed, they’re joking, gossiping etc instead of slinging drinks out. They keep acknowledging how busy the restaurant is but continue to move incredibly slow, disregarding the backup on drinks. I’m NEVER going to this awful location again.

I've been to so many starbucks and this has to be my least favorite experience. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was apparently shoved in the bag which caused all of the ingredients to end up at the bottom of the bag when I pulled it out. My latte had zero flavor and tasted like hot water.

I get to Starbucks on loomis (my local store) at 9:55p mind you they close at 10p. As I was placing my order the staff let me know the didn’t have enough product to make my drinks so instead of five I had to take 2. Understood! So, I ordered 3 different kinds. Get to the window and asked the lady if she was mad (due to her attitude) and she said and I quote “is fine we just don’t have enough and we’re about to close”. Someone else handed me my drinks didn’t say a word Very bad customer service. Won’t be coming back :( Drinks weren’t good at all. I’m super sad about the whole thing.

You can't make all the app orders wait while you sit and make every drive thru order first. 30 plus mins to get a mobile order as I watch people just going through the drive through. Katelynn can try to justify why they made 50 drive thru drinks and made us wait but that was horrible service stay away!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for pick up at 2:20, pick up 2:35. It’s now 2:50 and they told me they don’t start making orders until people show up. I waited and watched 3 other people order before me and they got their drinks right away. What’s the point of placing a mobile order? Also the staff has this look on their face that they don’t want to be there and their response is “we can refund you if you don’t want to wait.”

I always go to this store, and they are typically awesome! I recently went and noticed that one of the baristas was not wearing her mask properly. I was bummed to see a food service worked not wearing a mask correctly and preparing food/drinks for others. I think I’ll go to another Starbucks from now on unfortunately.

Multiple times, I’ve had to wait 20 minutes or more for a mobile order while there aren’t even customers waiting in the store. Occasionally, my order will be missing an added shot of espresso or some other specification. Ridiculous. It’s the only coffee place in Loomis, so unfortunately I’ve had to keep coming back. The baristas don’t seem to have a clue what’s going on 🤷‍♀️ sorry guys. I hope the service improves.

If I could give zero stars to this location I would. First off after we ordered, we pulled up to the window and the fan was blowing so hard and loud that my friend wasn't being heard as she was trying to get the ladies attention to ask a question about her order. She immediately had attitude and rolled her eyes when my friend asked to openly toast her sandwich. She then replied that she had already toasted it. Then she continued to hand over drinks and one of them was supposed to be iced and we let her know and she continued with more attitude even grabbing the drink from her hands. On our way out the manager felt the need to reprimand my friend for her tone. While I understand that she came across loud, my friend was Extremely apologetic about it and explained that she wasn't being heard. The manager in not so many words confirmed that the ladies attitude was not "normally like this." we were never rude or disrespectful towards them. It was a simple misunderstanding on their part and it could have all been avoided. While I understand what dealing in the customer service industry means you should still try to handle your customers with grace and a bit of understanding.

This is the closest Starbucks to me and boy every time I go to this one there’s a problem!! I don’t want to say everybody is rude in here because I really haven’t taken names, but the experience has been horrible every single time! There’s a girl who works their name Kaitlyn who only will give you a few ounces of cream in your drink, whether you paid for it or not, and she’ll argue with you over it! I worked for Starbucks for seven years and have been going there for way longer than that and this is not the example of what Starbucks employees should be like this store is just horrible all around Not to mention I have waited extremely long times for my drink. I’m talking 20 minutes to 40 minutes. You will Be late to work if you come on your lunch hour and you’ll probably feel worse than you did before you came in because of the way you treated… Normally, I really try to find the positive and everything and you never know if somebody’s having a really bad day on the other end even the person serving you your drink, and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s been every single time I come to the store!

I went threw the drive-through ordered two cake pops a medium water and a venti iced white mocha, when I got to the window she handed me a medium white mocha. I told her I ordered a large. She said I’m sorry have a great day! Very rude, I will not be returning to this location. If there had been a Dutch Bros I would have gone there for this very reason, bad service.if you don’t like your job this is definitely a way to loose it.

This Starbucks before location moved was our absolutely favorite! As of late they seem to be struggling. I also understand they are trying their best as the location now offers drive thru and gets very busy but my husband is a frequent customer as in he stops and gets a coffee almost everyday and choose to spend our money here as to support local. We have had a few issues in the past but have given them the benefit of the doubt but today was enough. Starbucks has been running a promo all month of December if you get a grande beverage you get a tall hot cocoa for free. We have used this promo all month in the drive thru and in store. Today the barista told us we have to go inside to get our drink even though we were in the drive through and received our other drinks. Like really the drink was made you could’ve handed it to us. Unfortunately we couldn’t get out of the car so our toddler wasn’t able to get his hot cocoa.

I've never seen such a gross bathroom setup in my life!! The bathroom sink is between the bathrooms in the open for all to see instead of being in the privacy of the bathrooms. For me, it was a gross and horrible experience with those in the lobby at their tables, watching me wash my hands and tend to my hair and face. I WILL NEVER GO BACK unless they redo this setup! Absolutely sickening!!

I would had given a 0☆ rating but specifically to the shift manager not the staff. Today "Santana" the shift manager told me that alot of people scam them so basically called me a "Scammer". Yesterday we ordered 3 Venti coffee with NO ICE! Well they had ice and by the time we got home they were all watered down on a 90+ degree day. Today when I ordered I felt they should had replaced them as a courtesy considering I spend 15 to 30 dollars every single day and tip in excess of 30% at any Starbucks. "Santana" a young man, young enough to be my grandson doubted me and kept talking about how many people try and scam them. He charged me with no problem and a smug face. I think he treated me poorly. He knew he was wrong cause then he deducted 1 giving me one complimentary but stood his ground on the botched order of yesterday, he is power trip type. The other guy Kemper looked embarassed and apolagized. Kemper said to just call when I get home if it is wrong then they could fix it. Well I was to busy to call and the coffee's were a total watery waste. Kemper tried to smoothe things over. Final comment from me was I would take my business back to Auburn where they have actual customer service. "SANTANA" replied in a sarcastic tone that going to Auburn was fine with him. When I asked for a phone number to coorporate he smugly said to look it up on google. Very unprofessional! Wonder why Loomis Starbucks has such a low rating?? This is one reason why.

No paper towels, not even a dispenser nor hand dryer so I shook dry as I walked back to the counter. Still no acknowledgement let alone anyone asking if Id like to order. Two employees clearly right there who had to have seen me wrapped up in their own thoughts and the drive thru window apparently. Waited a bit more and finally walked out wishing the man walking in better luck than I had. Complete and total waste of my time and energy. Nonexistent customer service. Will definitely not be back.

I really hate to give a bad review. I’ve worked in the service industry all my life. Never been to this location was just passing through. First off the bathrooms are disgusting, what an embarrassment. I don’t know if this is a franchise or owner operated but if this were my place, the bathrooms would be cleaned (and policed regularly) every day not once a month which is what this one looks like. I watched a young lady stand at the counter, turns out all she wanted was a straw, but she waited an eternity. On top of that dude got my drink wrong. I mean, I’ll drink it but it’s not that hard to follow the instructions on the sticker. If you’re the owner or the manager, you need to take a look at what’s going on.

One of the worst Starbucks in Sacramento cheap cups don’t get the mixtures right I had a bunch of lames that show up here. Reminds me why I don’t get coffee at Starbucks. Make your own coffee. It will taste much better.

Two employees clearly right there who had to have seen me wrapped up in their own thoughts and the drive thru window apparently. Waited a bit more and finally walked out wishing the man walking in better luck than I had. Complete and total waste of my time and energy. Nonexistent customer service. Will definitely not be back.

One of the worst Starbucks in Sacramento cheap cups don’t get the mixtures right I had a bunch of lames that show up here. Reminds me why I don’t get coffee at Starbucks. Make your own coffee. It will taste much better.

I really hate to give a bad review. I’ve worked in the service industry all my life. Never been to this location was just passing through. First off the bathrooms are disgusting, what an embarrassment. I don’t know if this is a franchise or owner operated but if this were my place, the bathrooms would be cleaned (and policed regularly) every day not once a month which is what this one looks like. I watched a young lady stand at the counter, turns out all she wanted was a straw, but she waited an eternity. On top of that dude got my drink wrong. I mean, I’ll drink it but it’s not that hard to follow the instructions on the sticker. If you’re the owner or the manager, you need to take a look at what’s going on.

If I could give zero stars to this location I would. First off after we ordered, we pulled up to the window and the fan was blowing so hard and loud that my friend wasn't being heard as she was trying to get the ladies attention to ask a question about her order. She immediately had attitude and rolled her eyes when my friend asked to openly toast her sandwich. She then replied that she had already toasted it. Then she continued to hand over drinks and one of them was supposed to be iced and we let her know and she continued with more attitude even grabbing the drink from her hands. On our way out the manager felt the need to reprimand my friend for her tone. While I understand that she came across loud, my friend was Extremely apologetic about it and explained that she wasn't being heard. The manager in not so many words confirmed that the ladies attitude was not "normally like this." we were never rude or disrespectful towards them. It was a simple misunderstanding on their part and it could have all been avoided. While I understand what dealing in the customer service industry means you should still try to handle your customers with grace and a bit of understanding.
