We had a great experience at this Jack in the Box! The food was delicious, and the workers were super friendly. We placed a large order, but everything was brought out quickly and accurately. Since we didn’t go inside, we can’t speak to the atmosphere, but the service and food definitely impressed us. Will be coming back!

The best variety in fast food. The app is easy to Navigate. The staff is always friendly. I have never been inside. I only use the drive through.

My experience here today was alright food was edible the meat on my #4 combo was 1/4" thick practically flat a huge piece of lettuce way too much ketchup and mayo looked like a complete total reject of the burger if put side by side with the photo of what they are selling 100% different.. fries were good the chocolate shake was ok also not winning any prizes.. I feel like if you spend $10 on a combo it should be someone what the picture shows but oh well.. Overall place was ok, Outside of the place definitely needs some work possibly a franchise and you can tell because they don't invest much after the place is 100% completed..

I just went and ordered a burger and fries as well as a chocolate shake to go and the young man and lady working behind the counter acted like they couldn’t care less to be there. The prices are ridiculous, but I am in California because you guys think everything is made of freaking gold out here. I very seldom get out of my hotel room when I’m staying at the Surestay next door l, and when I decide to go get food and I am treated with the kind of disrespect that I received this evening it definitely does not want inspire me want to be a repeat customer for your business. The attitude that I received was unnecessary and people could be a little more friendly and cordial with the customers. I didn’t just spend $23 of my hard earned earn money to be treated like I was some kind of Scum of the earth just because I wanted to order some food. I will not be returning to that particular store.

Ordered via the app. Waited 10 mins to get my order. Go inside they tell me order is not ready. While I'm waiting for my food to be made somome orders in the drive thu. Wouldn't you know it the app order that was put in 10 mins ago was made after the drive through customer. Lame excuses and no accountability or ownership by the staff for the issue of making food out of order. Won't be back .

I see the Cooks do not wear gloves rubbing their noses and plane with the food is Disgusting. No wonder people get sick. They need osha to come in there and Teach them how To prepare food the right way not the unsanitary way. They should have a class on it.

I would give this place negative star if I could. I should have put this review on sooner but I didnt. We went here for a quick brunch before heading to school. First of all, my husband and I are Asian. I know there are not many asians in this Rocklin area. The employee named Carlos treated us differently. I also worked in the f&b industry, I’ve worked in fast food, thai and korean restaurants so I know the pressure. I understand if you are having a bad day, everything is crazy and you still have to show up for work. But never in my life had I treated my customers badly. He didnt even welcome us or smile. He asked my husband in a very cold rude attitude “small or large”. There were combos so it was confusing that “was that about the drinks or fries?”. The story didnt stop there. Then a Caucasian male walked in. This employee CARLOS was happily greeting him, asking how his day has been and took his order. They were talking and laughing. The restrooms are dirty and it seems like they didnt care about the cleanliness either. I always give good reviews, try to understand and sympathize but this one still makes me mad thinking about it. Stop being freaking racist!

My simple jumbo jack looked like it had been sat on. It was cold. Probably sat there for some time and decided just to give it to me. I ordered it without tomatoes and it came with it. I didn’t even attempt to eat it.

POOR SERVICE…Here are 3 reasons why this place is bad and shouldn’t come here.First off they took way too long,to be precise 30 minutes for a 80$ order. Second off they got my lemonade wrong and changed it for a sprite.How do you get that wrong? Third off they got my chicken sandwich wrong and to top it off they gave everyone their food even though I was there first.
