Service was great! Food was average. Check this out they included the service fee in the bill.

Great tasting Mediterranean Lebanese food, great music, great service. Belly dancers were cute, full bar, hookah, and live band, I love their set menus, it's great for big parties. I recommend to make reservations, as we got a really GOOD deal for my birthday :))))) Nice experience over all, yes I would recommend this place a lot of fun and a night to remember ;)
This was a random mission and so glad to get here! The atmosphere was amazing, good table space, lots of people having a lovely time rocking out to the dj ( which saw the crowd, played upbeat party music and kept the crowd moving). got there about midnight but by 1am it really started to fill up and made it even more enjoyable! Definitely going back on a weekday since they have plenty of events going on!
Not sure what "double trash" is, but if I am "trash" for eating here (according to someone who gives bad reviews on 95% of the places he checks into on Google..including PetCo... ), I'm happy trash and I'm pretty sure the food and the service here are not the issue. They were great. As a traveling foodie, I highly recommend this place. And if I am trash for eating here, at least I had a good experience and I'm capable of happiness. I can't speak for everyone else. But, I , personally, had a fantastic experience and this place is wonderful in my book. :)
This place is so cool. Crazy thing is I'm very familiar with Westwood and I knew there was a restaurant here, but never went until I ordered some late night take out last week. So when you get there you have to walk down a bunch of stairs until you get there. The entrance is on the right at the bottom of the stair case. Before I even enter im already hearing the music and seeing some lights. My curiosity at an all time high I press forward. The place was pretty empty due to it being 5 min until closing. But the few people that were there seemed like they were having a very good time. There was a DJ and he was comin with that hot fire! I wanted to stay but then I remembered I was just there to pick up my mixed combo kebabs and a few baklava to bring back to my lovely lady. So I got the food n bounced. The End
My favorite place to come hang out to hookah and dance also to watch the live belly dancers. What more can I ask for?? Drinks & food also music is all I need. Employers are very respectful and treat you really great! I feel like a celebrity every time I come here . I will definitely come more often and I do recommend the cheese rolls .
I was the dj at this venue a few weeks back. Always heard about it, but it’s my first time there. It’s in a nice area in Westwood. The venue is not too large but has a cool balcony/patio area that opens up. Staff was very cool. They also have different singers to perform. The food was pretty good as well. I was lucky to also get parking on the street which is free after a certain time.
I hosted a huge NYE party and it was over 45 people. , and another Valentine’s Party and was over 25 people. They both were ones of the best events I have ever had. Everyone of my guests was happy and satisfied. The music was perfect, the vibe was perfect, service was more than perfect despite the crowds. I will absolutely host more events back there. The entertainment show was so fun. I go there and I feel that the whole place I reserved for you, which is actually not. But that is how good of a service they provide. One of the most important things, that I liked and respected a lot, was the way they organized these events with class. As they wouldn’t allow anyone into the place unless you have made a reservation with your name on the guests’ list. I was so impressed. My only negative comment is to allow hookah a little bit earlier when it come to these big events.
Came here for hookah with some friends and it was a variety show night. We were unsure about it at first, but the vibes ended up being ELITE and the variety show was actually really fun with some really great performances! 10/10 recommend. The hookah was good too. Will return!

Excellent service, checking our table frequently with smile. Food was good but nothing extraordinary. They have live belly dancing. The place is big enough to hold several parties.

Was here for a birthday party. The food was very good. That said, I could have done without the hookah smoke while eating. Also, for a room that size, the loudness of the music made it impossible to talk to anyone seated next to you without shouting.
Great hookah, atmosphere & service. The couches are very tall, and serve to block the view of the other couches, giving a sense of privacy. I like this. One minor complaint is that there are some lights mounted around the place that go from red to green to blue to yellow, etc; The yellow mucks up the late-night vibe. Additionally, the hours shown on Google are inaccurate. I arrived there at 7PM, thinking it had opened at 6:30. the guy said they weren't open for another 30 minutes(7:30). Regardless, this is probably the best Hookah joint in West LA.

The first time I went it was cool, music and food were good - but its a little overpriced for what it is. 2nd time I went for a date and even though they were supposed to be open at 8, by 8:30 they were still closed and didn't even have the lights on. This place has terrible service and I won't be going back. Too bad, so sad because there really isn't enough hookah + food + drinks + good music places in LA.

This was our first time visiting this hookah lounge.. When we initially walked in we asked if we could be seated in the booth area, the gentleman told us that he couldn't seat us there because there were only two people in our party. We looked around of course and there you have it there were two white girls a party of two at the same spot we asked to be seated at. After we pointed that out, then he goes "oh I have to ask my manager first". He came back I guess the approval from his manager and seated us. The music was great the hookah was okay. It's truly the service that was very poor. There's about 4 girls walking around, we're trying to get their attention to order some drinks but they ignored us. We finally just went to the bar and asked the bartender if we could get some drinks. Theres definitely a lot more hookah lounges in LA that we'll visit next time on a first impression basis this lounge failed completely! I don't recommend.
My girl friends and I went to this place for dinner and live music around 10:30 pm on Saturday night, the place was basically empty. I saw only one couple with little boy and one single guy who was busy eating the whole 45 minutes we were there. Food was average and extremely expensive. No live music or dancers as they advertised. Waitress wasn't professional and he didn't know what to do next. We just ate our foods and left. Not a good choice of fun what so ever. I can't imagine this place on week days when their Saturday night was like that, only 7 people.
The service was terrible and slow. I specifically told them multiple times what I wanted and even pointed to pictures and they still brought out all the wrong foods. My gf got a falafel plate and they brought out the appetizer and when questioned on this the waiter said “I know what’s in the menu and this is all we have” and “that’s all we can do” 3x until I showed them the exact picture on their menu again where it specially says falafel plate and he just walked off to finally bring it. I also asked for chicken shawarma with fries and they brought it with rice. When I questioned them on this, they asked me 3-4 times if I was sure as if I was trying to lie and give them a hard time. I even got a beer and they gave it to another table as people touched it and took it back and brought it to me. That does not seem sanitary at all. We also had a small table for a decent amount of food and so we were just made to hold a lot of the food and drinks bought which may have been fine but on top of everything else, just adds to the frustration. You also have to grab the waiter yourself to order things or get your check often. They also automatically add a 20% tip no matter what you buy or who is at your table which may be why service is so poor. They also charge your card very fast without explaining this and give you an option to add more tip in hopes that you will. All around a poorly run business and with prices on food that is inconsistent. Mediocre wings for about 2$ each? Nothing here is less than 10-15$ unless you get one beer.
Bar tender didn't know how to make a Moscow mule even after me taking him what's in it so i settled for a redbull and vodka. I got two of them and they came out to 32 dollars which is a rip off. Kitchen wasn't ready to open when we were sat so we were told it would be 30 minutes for our food. Waited almost an hour before asking the server where it was and he admitted the kitchen forgot, not sure how because we were literally the only ones who ordered food. Bathrooms weren't even ready when the doors were opened. None of the stalls had toilet paper. Paper towel wasn't in the dispenser but was damp on he counter
Check out how many 1 star reviews this place has and all the references to hostile service. They will ruin your evening. Dont go here! Firstly, a 20% tip is automatically added to your bill because the service is so bizarrely terrible that they would never be tipped if it was optional. Staff was aggressively incompetent. We were seated at a booth with a coffee table. There was not enough room on the table for plates. We had to put our drinks on the dirty, cockroachy floor and balanced our dinner plates on our laps. Waiter brought me a plate with 4 falafel. I told him I ordered the falafel platter, he says this is the only falafel dish they have - he knows the menu. We show him the menu, it's a $17 falafel meal. He acquiesces. We order tap water. He brings bottled water. We ordered shawarma with fries and he brings shawarma with rice. We tell him we ordered fries. He argues that we are wrong for 5 whole minutes before taking it back. Dont go here. It's like they are actively vying for the title of worst service in LA. Also, the place looks and smells like a garbage high school cafeteria from the 80s.
Absolutely disappointing. I came for the show and dinner on my 47th birthday. Arrived on time per my reservation.. come to find out the show was canceled. They stated ALL the dancers did not show up in which sounded pretty sketchy. The restaurant was empty and so dull. It ruined my whole night and my birthday. The security guard acted like he did not care which I think was rude. I will never return and do not recommend to come to this restaurant for your special occasion.
HI have been to many MANY hookah bars and this one is definitely the WORST by far. The service and hookah was terrible. The people worke there are VERY very rude and know absolutely nothing about customer service. They are always adding gratitude fees in the bill without getting permission from the customer. You should be ready to pay at least 20% more than you are expected to pay. I am really shocked to see you that people actually rated that place more than one star! I am even more surprised that they are still in business.they told us reservation is required but when we arrived only 3 customer were there. They’re in business to rip off customers and cheat the ju system. That’s all they’re good at.
