Heirloom Pizzeria is absolutely amazing. The owners are so kind and the atmosphere is really nice. The pizza is delicious- I got the burrata with hot honey and fresh basil, and last time I got the bbq chicken and both were phenomenal!! I also got a cookie fresh out of the oven which was huge and divine. Definitely recommend Heirloom if you’re on Melrose, it’s a pizza you won’t forget!
Way elevated pizza game, home ground wheat flour imported from Italy and such. The perfect thin crisp crust and near perfect texture. All high quality ingredients. Great service by Zoey. Warm inviting atmosphere. First time in after moving a block away. BUT all of that said, $55 freaking dollars for a large 18” cheese pizza? With tip I walked out thinking $60 for a pizza is where we are at in LA these days? The prices are outlandish. But if you know that going in and don’t mind dropping that kind of dough on dough cheese and sauce then you’ll love it hard! And long! And hard, again.
Cool little spot tucked away on melrose close to la brea. while i’ve never been i was immediately greeted by Zoey and her husband (owners) like a long time customer and was uplifted by their authentic hospitality. MUST try the spicy vodka burrata style.
Great pizza and slices come quick. It’s on the pricey end, but not disappointing in any way. Definitely recommend trying.
The best pizza I have ever had! The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the Jerusalem pizza with a dash of sesame seeds on the crust was great touch. Also the Margarita pizza was awesome has a little kick to it so so good. The owner Osher is also very friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back for more.
I randomly decided to check this place out, and thankfully it's wasn't busy. I was immediately greeted my someone, he was a friendly man and he assisted me in my decision. He even told me I can have an espresso that was free, the coffee was also delicious as the Pizza. I got the pepperoni and the spicy margarita. I can definitely see myself coming back often to this place. So definitely stop by if you're near the area.
Great Margherita no pic cause it was the crowd favorite! Pepperoni was a delight! Would visit again.
One of the best pizzas I’ve had in LA! Heirloom Pizzeria serves both individual slices and full size pies. I recommend ordering the 12’ inch pizzas because they are made to order and taste better! Overall, everything we ate was delicious and high quality. My favorite was the burrata pizza, but they also have really good salads too. This place has lovely owners and I can’t wait to come back to try more from the menu.
So yummy!! Some of the best pizza ever. The crust is super thin which I love, and they have a ton of different “flavors”. You can buy by the slice or a whole pizza. The crust also has a delicious salt layer on it 👌🏻. The employees were friendly too. It’s a cute cozy little space with nice views for people watching.
Let me begin by saying it's small and welcoming. I loved the spicy Margherita pizza. Perfect size. The crust is tasty and crunchy! I fell in love ❤️ oh n let me not forget the house ranch delicious!!! The owners are so cute. Our pizza was ready so fast we waited like 6 min. Insane! Thank you for a great dinner, @heirloompizzeria.com
WOW! This pizza is delicious. It had the perfect thin crust and everything is extremely fresh. The homemade “ranch” was to die for! I tried the burrata pizza with hot honey and it was seriously 10/10. I recommend any pizza lover to try it.
This is the best pizza in LA! I am Italian and I feel at home every time I am here. Zoey and her husband are such great and kind people you are gonna feel loved! The place is clean and comfortable!
This place had excellent pizza and service. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining area was clean with four tables to sit at and a bar style sitting area looking out the front window. The pizza had a delicious and crispy crust, but the highlight was the crusted cheese around the edges. So good!
We came here on a Tuesday night and it was dead, so we had the place to ourselves. The pizza was mid sized and pretty good, not out of this world but delicious nonetheless. What I appreciate is how I didn't feel bloated or gross after, and the pizza was nice and flavorful with cool ingredients. Would I come back, yes I would and tbh I want another one rn.

This is one of the best in LA. The slices are five stars. The owners are so nice it’s always awesome spending time there. And definitely try the hot honey burrata—just writing this is making me crave it
Im a NYer whos tried most of the great slices out there. This pizza is top of the line. Dough, sauce and cheese are all on point! The chefs and owners are very nice. Heirloom is my go to when I need a consistent and great slice!

Visiting from London, by chance we walked past Heirloom Pizzeria in the day. The smells were that incredible, that we decided to head back in the evening for dinner. When we returned, we found a hidden gem, with this being the best pizza we have ever had. The crust alone, is amazing. The Melrose pizza toppings, in particular, were superb. The two owners chatted to us the entire time, which felt like a private dining experiance, chatting like old friends. If you happen to be passing, make sure you stop and try this place out. You will not be left disappointed.
Pepperoni is made of meat-end of story- So in this area you’ll find options, on the surface they all look good and comparable. choose this one. See a-lot of the other places decided we should as a society be ok with tofuroni or no meat at all on pizza because they think thats ok. Its not. So Heirloom put the customer first and it shows. Incredible pizza and incredible service and the commitment they made shows. That perfect pepperoni sheen from what they used combine with the in house ranch and some pepper flakes on anything they have its the key. Cant fail so get anything or everything.
I just had what I can honestly say is the best pizza of my life. You can order by the slice or grab a whole pie, and every option is incredible. So far, I’ve tried the Spicy Margherita, Corn, Burrata, and BBQ Chicken pizzas—and each one was a masterpiece. As someone who considers themselves a bit of a pizza connoisseur, I never thought true pizza perfection existed… until now. A friend who works at a Hollywood studio swore this was the best pizza he’s ever had, and after finally visiting, I have to agree. While I was there, I overheard other guests saying the same thing—it wasn’t hype, it was the real deal. What sets this place apart is the quality. They use Italian sourdough, no seed oils, and only organic ingredients, and you can taste that freshness and care in every single bite. If you’re even thinking about pizza, don’t bother going anywhere else. This place doesn’t just serve pizza—it serves perfection.
I was seriously blown away by this place, some of the best pizza I’ve had in LA! They use high quality ingredients - sourdough crust made with Italian flour, beef pepperoni and unique toppings. Their ranch dressing was so good too. They do pizza by the slice. Will be coming back whenever I need my pizza fix!!
Just frickin good pizza. Perfectly balanced and the cookies are nuts. Definitely coming back. Worth the drive.
Best pizza by the slice I’ve had in a long time. Better vegetarian options than many places The chocolate chip cookies are ridiculous! Yum

This place is the real deal! I own a pizza restaurant in Austin and this is one of the best pizzas I've tasted in LA. You can taste the quality ingredients and the sophistication in how it is crafted. The pair running it are both trained chefs and you can tell. Go get some before the word gets out and the lines are long!
Nice people. Amazing pizza. You can taste the freshness, quality ingredients. They’ve refined their craft! The dough tastes great, the sauce is wonderful and the crust has a perfectly thin crunch with just enough to bite and chew.
Pizzas were absolutely fantastic but the prices are outrageous. An 18” vodka pizza (margherita) for almost $50. No toppings or anything. If you want extra toppings they range from $5-$10 for each topping like onion or garlic.

Alright, a few takeaways from the pizz I had. I ordered a beef peperoni slice and a classic cheese slice. The good: It had a great crisp to it. The Bad: The pizza overall just lacked flavor, the dough tasted super basic and looked pretty basic, the sauce had an odd bitterness to it and the peperoni slice was the same. Also for the price it's definitely not worth it imo.
I ordered an order for delivery 3.7 miles away due to being in the area for vacation. It took over an hour and a half to get my pizza and it was ice cold when it arrived. My kids had to warm the pizza up in the microwave to make it eatable. By the the way the 18” pizza cost me $65 before delivery costs. I would not recommend.
