What's not to love about his restaurant? 1) It has a clean and neat atmosphere. 2) The food is tender, succulent, and flavorful. It's one of the top Persian kabob places in Southern CA. Their filet mignon kabob is melt-in-your-mouth good. 3) Attention to detail in food presentation. 4) The waiter is professional, polite, and attentive; customizes your order how you like it. I highly recommend this place.

They did catering for my birthday and the food and team were amazing. The beef koobideh and chicken breast were excellent. Very good pricing too.

First time trying Kababe Grill and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and we will be going again. Our family especially liked that it wasn't busy and the personal touch to the service we received. It was refreshing to have good quality service without a crowd in the restaurant or waistline to be seated. Presentation of food was beautiful and the taste was even better.

This is a great place to eat: the food is king and makes a welcome change to the greater numbers of other cuisines in the valley. Good sized portions and really flavorsome. The staff were super friendly and helpful to members of our party who hadn't tried Persian cuisine before.

Great tasting food and nice atmosphere. It wasn't very busy so the food came out fast and the waiter was really attentive. We ordered the Soltani - the meat skewer could have been charred a bit more for my tasting but the flavor was delicious. We also ordered a Chicken wrap, which also came out great.

A great place visited once, had the soup and some kabob. It was great especially the soup which was delicious. Although it's a little dark inside more lighting would be better. Your casual kabob grill with actually good tasting food.

I usually call in for the lunch special beef kebab takeout, and my order was ready in less than 10 minutes. The portion size is perfect, and the meal is delicious - it comes with 1 lula kebab, plenty of rice, veggies, bread and a delicious little sauce on the side. Friendly and prompt service, reasonable prices ($13.50 for lunch special), and plenty of parking! Highly recommend!

Came to pick up food 2 weeks ago. Loved it. Fresh and delicious and friendly chefs n staff. Great prices too. Highly recommend this food vendor. No dine in sit down space only pick up option. I guess at one point they had indoor dine seating options. Not anymore but that's OK. I bought the chicken and beef lule with rice and a side salad and lavish bread soft and perfect for your chicken n beef. The chicken and beef just perfect not dry tender and juicey and great flavor.. The menu is simple with variety of options like wrap and falafel dishes. Ordered food and it was ready pretty quick in about 10 to 15 minutes ready to pick up.

I’m an Iranian and obviously a kebab lover, as my origin demands. I’ve tasted food in many Iranian restaurants and kebab places in the neighborhood. I really don’t know where to start; the food quality, the service, the friendliness of the team, the interior design, and the vibe were all fantastic. Their Ash Reshteh is delicious. One of the best chicken Kebabs in the Valley area, in my opinion. It’s super soft, juicy, and melt in your mouth. Definitely try it!

Four stars cause I did eat it, but disappointed that the rice didn't smell or taste like authentic basmati rice. Rather it tasted buttery and had a bit of a dirty rag smell. The chicken koob had good spices but the actual meat had a low grade consistency, very greasy. Location wise I love that it's so close so I hope the quality improves as I really hope they stay in business. Will give it a try again when they improve the quality.

The food was delicious. However the menu prices are incorrect. They did apologized, I thank them for that. The amount of rice was ridiculous small compared to various other Persian restaurants and barely beef in the ghormeh sapsi. However we do understand everything is more expensive and probably they need to cut expenses. Thank you.

Sat at a table waited several minutes then a server came didn't take an order and disappeared. We waited over 10 more minutes and left. We had eaten here before and it was outstanding. I think it was just a bad day or maybe the time we came in. Whatever the case we left disappointed. But we will be back to try again...earlier next time!
