Cute little local bar and pizza spot. The golden bulgolgi pizza was great and a really unique take! Beef makes it feel healthier and heartier than any other meat pizza topping. But my favorite part is the sweet potato crust! I’m a huge cheese crust person, but this was even better. (And, probably way healthier.) I saw corn cheese on the menu and will definitely be trying that next - completing my ktown corn trinity (corn coffee at about time, corn cheese pocket at cafe pause, and now corn pizza here!)
Best pizza I’ve had, hands down. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend the garlic soy wings they’re next level. Definitely coming back!
Whenever I stay at the Ramada off Wilshire, I always do takeout from Koreatown Pizza. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Food we've ordered is always tasty. We usually do takeout, although the atmosphere is relaxing and casual and welcoming. Highly recommend.
Love Koreatown Pizza Co!! Enjoyed the food here while staying at the Ramada. Cold beer, friendly service, and very good food. There are multiple TVs tuned into sport channels, so the vibe is a casual and tame sports bar atmosphere. Will definitely eat here again when back in town. Did I mention the beer is cold?! Thanks KTP!
Absolutlely wonderful pizza! Perfect if you need to get dinner before a concert at the wiltern down the street. One thing I will warn you is that this place takes it's time with orders. But as long as you have the time it is definitely the best place to eat in Koreatown!
When I feel like pizza this is thr place to come. All the food here is top notch but the pizza is definitely done right. It reminds me of when I traveled to Korea and had pizza there for the first time. Authentic and perfectly cooked. The flavors are amazing and hit your taste buds just right! My recommendation is the golden crust. Service is upbeat and friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile and seated almost instantly. Come here if you are looking for unique pizza flavors and a great variety of beer.
We tried out this korean pizza place that was in the hotel I was staying at for a concert in LA. Definitely a different spin on pizza but very delicious. I had the Surf and Turf pizza that was made on a hash brown crust with beef and shrimp on it. My son had the Chicken Alfredo pizza with cheese stuffed crust. My wife had the Golden Greek pizza that had the delicious golden crust stuffed with sweet potatoes. All were tasty. The inside of the restaurant could use a little work but I would recommend this place if you're ever near Korea Town. 😋
We were able to enjoy our lunch. First time having the sweet potatoes filled bread sticks. Oh, very delicious! Had to get the Golden Potatoes Pizza. Just loved it! Had two different pasta dishes. Wonderful! The service was great and very attentive. ********* This Korean pizza restaurant was originally located across the street on Wilshire Blvd. So glad this restaurant is still around locally so we could continue to get our favorite Korean pizza. The food is always freshly made with the best ingredients. Seasoned perfectly. That is why their foods are so delicious, tasty and great. Never had a bad experience with either their food or service. The staff service have always been awesome. My favorite is the Golden Potato Pizza with the sweet potato stuffed crust. My sister's favorite is the Combination pizza and it's loaded with allot of goodies. Since some of our friends are in Stay at Home situation (cooped up in their homes) due to their age and health condition during the Covid-19, we decided to share the Korean pizza experience with them. Got the Spicy Chicken pizza Level 3 Heat and added Kimchi Level Heat 3 for a family who loves spicy Korean foods. They raved about how incredibly delicious and great this pizza was. They never had anything like it before. It was the BEST pizza they ever had in their life. (This family is originally from Chicago and they really know their pizzas) I was later asked for the address. This family, who lives near the Ventura County line, is willing to drive down to Korean Town Pizza, to get this pizza again. For another family, we got the thin crust Pepperoni pizza for the grandma who just loves Pepperoni pizza and the Farmer's Harvest for the family members who love eatting more vegetables over meat but loves eatting bread. This Farmer's Harvest is unique with roasted zucchini & paprika and fresh greens on top with olive & balsamic dressing. It's like having your salad on your veggie pizza. The grandma had to call us to let us know how much she loved her pizza. The rest of the family told us how the Farmer's Harvest pizza was a very unique pizza but so delicious and very good. So many other great things are available and delicious. My sister also loves their salads and I love their pastas. There is so much other varieties to chose from. We called in our order and did our own pick up. Was given the estimated time when all would be ready for pick up. The orders were ready and hot and we then delivered and dropped off the food personally to our friends. They were all very happy with their pizzas!
For Ktown this pizza hits just right! It’s harder than you think to get a decent pizza in this part of town. Prices were reasonable. The service was extremely slow I will say. But I came for the pizza this night not for the royal treatment. I am not a king that need be worshiped and adored. So I waited and had to ask a couple times about my order and then the pizza was warm and not hot by the time they remembered I was waiting. Who am I to complain about it! I’d come back for sure and I’d pop the pizza in the oven at home to remedy my only issue with the place. Also should be noted it’s not a traditional pizza parlor atmosphere but has more of a basic sports bar feel and vibe to it. Thank you for the heartburn. It was well worth it.
Was on Google looking for a blooming onion and saw one on top of a pizza here so I decided to try it out. The pizza was called the Kingsley and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect combination of sweet and savory. The bulgogi was really tasty… I was not expecting corn on the pizza but it worked. The fried onion was a great addition… the cheese pull was impressive… it had a sweet potato crust with sweet potato filling which was like having a little dessert after every slice. This was the most unique pizza I have ever had and I thoroughly enjoyed all of the elements. I also tried their pepperoni because you can’t go to a pizza place without seeing how they do a classic. They know what they’re doing here. That pepperoni pizza was on point. Highly recommend the food. The space itself was a bit awkward toward the back but overall, it’s a nice lounge/bar vibe and service was great. Definitely recommend this place if you wanna try something different or just have a solid classic pizza.
It was my first time trying bulgogi pizza, and I was blown away! I personally don't like sweet pizza. However, this was extremely well done. The crust was an amazing second surprise. I also ordered the Kimchos, and it was better than what was described in the menu. They have a bar and nice atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will bring all my out of town friends here! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Tucked away in the heart of LA, this place is like a pizza lover's paradise. I'm telling you, these guys know their stuff. From the dough to the toppings, they're on point. And don't get me started on that wood-fired oven straight from Italy – it's like a flavor boost on steroids. The menu is where the real magic happens. You've got your classic Margherita and Pepperoni for the purists, but let's be real, the specials are where it's at. Truffle oil, artichokes, and fresh, locally-sourced produce – they're not playing around with flavors. There's something for everyone here, and it's all drool-worthy. The vibe inside is cozy and welcoming, with an open kitchen where you can watch the pizza-making action. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, the crew is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. In a city known for its food scene, this place is like a shining star in the pizza galaxy. Whether you're an LA native or just passing through, don't sleep on this spot – you've gotta try their mouthwatering pizza. It's legit the best in town, and that's no cap, my friends. So, grab a slice (or a whole pie), and thank me later!
EDIT: 7/6/23 Came back here seven months later… wanted to emphasize how amazing this place is! Second time here, my friends and I got the pasta and salad along with a big sized pizza with stuffed sweet potatoe crust. The food quality was amazing it just took forever to come out which makes sense because the sweet potatoe crust probably needs more time to make than regular pizza crust. Also, they messed up one of our orders and gave us a free small shrimp pizza instead! This is one of my favorite pizza joints in LA ~ The service was good would highly recommend pizza here! This place is a gem! So good! The first time trying korean pizza with the sweet potatoe crust. It was incredible. This pizza restaurant has unique untraditional flavors and insanely good taste — I went here with a friend and we got two small pizzas (8 inches each, personal size) and shared both. We got the sweet and savory pizza and the golden bulgogi. It was filling for the two of us. The other items on their menu looked really good as well, will definitely be back to try! I highly recommend if you’re craving pizza, or don’t know what to get for lunch / dinner! Come stop by
This place is the best!!! Pizza crust stuffed with sweet potato puree and some topped with hash brown. It's a unique experience and one to be pursued at some point in life if you've never had it. The setup is a basic sports bar atmosphere. Pennant flags if local teams line the walls above the flat screen televisions ecircling the main floor. There a lot of choice options on the menu, and some interesting twists on some classic favorites. You won't be disappointed! Five Stars, period.
We didn’t really know what to get for dinner on our first night in LA today, and wandered The Main Street in Korea town where we’re staying, came across this gem. It’s quaint and has decent tables and room. Lots of selection, and walkable from Hampton Street. The staff were so nice and polite, helpful as we didn’t know what pizza would be best, helped us pick out some decent craft beer and gave us the best suggestions. We had the Surf & Turf and the Golden Shrimp - medium size is really filling and two people did not need two pizzas - but now we have snacks. The Crust is unique as it’s stuffed with a sweet potatoes mix - but super fluffy/flakey. Prompt service, great value, would recommend if visiting LA and Korea Town.
Let's get this straight. You are in the middle of Koreatown and you have a pizza place that is a sports bar, craft beer and comfort food galore with a Korean flavor. What more do you need here. This place is simply amazing. Very down to earth. Amazing food. Great beers. Kid friendly. The mozzarella sticks are to die for! Also for those that wonder, yes this used to be where Mr. Pizza was.
Surf and turf pizza is 3/5. (bulgogi and shrimp) I had better pizza elsewhere. Stevenson in Canada has a seafood pizza . For L.A I guess this is decent pizza. The pizza was soft, didn't fold too well. This pizza was drowning in sauce on top. The pizza had a lot of flavors going on. I wasn't a fan of the sweet potato in the crust. It is a mushy texture. This place has a bar vibe to it with plenty of seating and is good for large groups. I liked that you can order online and pick up. The estimated time is not accurate. My food was done way faster. The entrance of koreatown pizza is on Wilshire. It is the same building as the hotel. Parking in the area is street. Mostly timed parking but free.
Today the very young man that took my order was rude and petulant. He got upset because he had to slightly go out of his way by helping me with a pricing question. This kind of thing loses customers for sure. He was very sparing with words and showed no gratitude. My previous review is below. Read below and you’ll see service tends to be subpar. Best pizza in Koreatown. It’s not fancy or anything but it’s very well made. Always. Tonight was my first time ever in the restaurant, after many times of ordering their pizza from home. The first visit was underwhelming because I like to drink a lot of water but my glass was empty most of the time. They came close to our table once and asked if everything was ok but no water. It’s too bad, if they would have picked up on my need for water the review would have been a five star review. The pizza was pepperoni, mushroom and olive. Good as always. The crust is good, the toppings are good, the sauce is good and the cheese is good. Always know you can count on their pizza! Inside it’s a typical pizza joint with screens to watch games. I don’t like sports so this is not my thing. The pizza justified my presence. I would go through hell for such a good pizza. Alas, why do pizza and sports go hand in hand? Do you think people in Napoli envisioned such a horrid fate? They also serve all kinds of salads and burgers. Wings too. Why are wings so popular? All kinds of hassle for so little meat? Boggles my mind. The salads here look very interesting. Many of the food items have a distinct Ktown influence which further justifies coming here. Things like bulgogi pizza. Meter parking outside and tonight I noticed they have a lot nearby.
My goodness, I felt so bad for the girl server (black hair) tonight. She was running around and handling all the customers, while the other girl (light hair) was just standing around in the back. At one point, a customer was yelling to the girl in the back, and the girl calls the black-haired server over and tells her to handle it and walks away. We were eating here for over an hour and that girl in the back only talks to Korean customers and she’s constantly on her phone…service and food was great from one of them but I’m giving one star because I hope management is aware of this.
They couldn't charge me for a pellegrino bottle because they were out of stock so they charged me soda water on the gun? They didnt even have a button for it so she charged for me ginger ale. Not even the fast food vegan places charge for that or really anywhere. Margherita only comes in one size - large thin curst and what was really odd was that they drizzled pesto sauce on top of it. Not a traditional Margherita pizza. In addition, it smelled like it had old cheese that's been sitting out for awhile mixed with fresh mozzarella. Just horrible. The "beertenders" mainly focused on the folks that are drinking. There was two of them and they could barely handle their bar top along with to go orders as someone that used to work in the hospitality industry for 10+ years you can tell they were inexperienced. Unfortunately this is my first and last time at this location. Next time I'll just order papa John's. I came in on 10/22/2025 around 7:30pm-ish
