THE BEST TIME @ OLIVE GARDEN I EVER HAD! the food was TOP RATE yesterday on Mother's Day! We didn't even have to wait that long for a table. Everything was so fantastic! They gave me so much food I'll be eating for 2 more days!

This is the best Olive Garden location I’ve ever been to. The place was beautiful and super clean. I went here during lunch time to get the Never-Ending Soup, Salad, & Breadsticks. I also got the Strawberry Cream Cake for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. The best part of it all was the outstanding level of service I received from my waiter, Corey. Corey was very respectful, kind, lively, and just went above and beyond with providing me the best dining experience. I will definitely be coming back here!

Came in for Girls night with my 2 fiends. Host didn’t greet us. we greeted her. I’m big on customer service so I thought that was a bit rude. To make up for that we had the Greatest server! Robert!!! Robert was Welcoming, and had the absolute best customer service. He was kind, attentive, and had a positive attitude. He is the kind of staff that makes me want to go back! Def need a “Robert” for a host as-well!

Unlimited salad and bread! You can’t find any good dining restaurants in LA any more,but olive garden!! I love this eggplant pasta! I can taste that the eggplant was bakes with butter! Creamy and delicious

The food was great! I was out celebrating my Mother’s birthday and everything was on point. Our server Karen was amazing! She was very attentive and checked up on us. The shrimp scampi was delicious. I will definitely come back.

We came here a few nights ago and were served by Riley who was fantastic and she had exceptional customer service ensuring that we had refills on our food and drinks and attended to our needs in a promptly and timely manner in which we were thankful for the food was absolutely delicious. Mum and I shared the parma with the pasta and eating half each was so filling itself. Mum and I had returned a few days later and was served by Anna in which The service wasn’t as good as we had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to attend to our table after me pressing the In order to just have our drinks taken and then had to wait longer for our food to be taken and then had to press the button again to have extra assistance to have Parmesan cheese, I have to say the service was quite slow by this server and I didn’t tip because I didn’t feel like the service was exceptional enough and worthy for my extra money . Riley’s absolute fantastic however Anna isn’t as good. 👍🏼

Ordered the Shrimp Fritto Misto, Pasta e Fagioli soup, Zuppa Toscana soup, Chicken and Gnocchi soup, Shrimp Scampi, Spaghetti with Marinara sauce and 3 meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, and a Tiramisu slice of cake. The Shrimp Fritto Misto came with a half pound of shrimp mixed with onions and bell peppers plus marinara and ranch sauces. This was a good starter plate to start your palate with some decent fried food first. The Pasta e Fagioli soup was a hearty soup with white and red beans, ground beef, tomatoes, and tubetti pasta in a broth.The Zuppa Toscana had spicy italian sausage, kale and potatoes in a creamy broth. The broth was indeed creamy and the spicy italian sausage added a slight kick to the bite size kale and small potato blocks. The Chicken and Gnocchi soup was a creamy soup with roasted chicken, gnocchi and spinach. While the gnocchi seemed to fall apart more easily here, it still tasted pretty good in the soup and the chicken bits were either shredded or small. The shrimp scampi was delicious with medium sized shrimp mixed with asparagus, tomatoes and angel hair pasta. The angel hair pasta here is ideal for a lighter pasta on your palette. The Spaghetti with Marinara sauce and 3 meatballs was a classic spaghetti experience. The meatballs here were quite huge and they packed a lot of good seasoning inside of them. Mixed in with the pasta, this spaghetti was balanced. The Chicken Alfredo with grilled chicken was a thick and creamy pasta experience; the chicken portions were well sized and the use of thicker pasta complements the heaviness of the cream. And finally the Tiramisu slice of cake was still a bit frozen if you like that but overall, this was a nice cake with visible creamy layers. The staff were very patient and kind with helping us take our orders. The interior ambiance has some Italian countryside references to the nature of it and most tables seem to be booth style tables with a few regular tables around. Parking is not an issue here but it does fill up in this plaza.

My son really wanted some bread sticks so the family made our way to the Olive garden. The new location is nice clean and spacious. A little cold but not unbearable. We had good service and the bread sticks didn't disappoint.

First time at this location. This place is the Chuckee Cheese of Olive Gardens - loads of screaming kids. They were out of breadsticks!! Food is decent enough that I continue to return to order. Atmosphere is fine but I have not eaten in. My complaint is the service. Maybe around 80% my order is correct. The order be incorrect is because I know I asked for some extra salad dressing or croutons for salad. That minor extra stuff is not given is bad service to me. A time or two the order is sort of more incorrect, for example meatballs on my spaghetti when I asked for meat sauce. 1 star rating is not because staff per se did horrible but more that I feel businesses need to work for hard for customers.

I was there for a pickup at 4pm for dinner. The server recommended the new special. It was the worst dry tasteless pasta with odd shaped pieces of meat that was supposed to be steak. I spoke to the manager and asked if this is how the dish was normally served. He stated that it may have been on the stove too long and the sauce dried. I was told I would be refunded for that item $28.00 (bill total $79.00) when I spoke to the manager. Never happened. It's been 3 weeks and no refund.

I recently visited this location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food looked poorly presented. When we tried to express our concerns, no staff member took responsibility. Everyone kept referring us to the manager. After a long wait, the manager finally came to our table, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, we were told that if we were unhappy, we could go to another branch and not return to this one. After explaining our concerns for quite some time, the response we received was basically, “It is what it is.” This level of customer service and lack of accountability was extremely disappointing. We expected much better in terms of both food quality and management behavior.

In all honesty, this establishment is a favorite among my family and I would always visit if we were in the mood for Olive Garden. However, due to the negative experience we had on December 7, 2025, I do not believe we would be attending here again. Firstly, we were a party of eleven people, and the manager, Julian, attempted to seat us at a table of two on the back by the stairs (which had an unpleasant odor). This resulted in us being crammed together, so we requested to be seated again at a table of three. They informed us that it was acceptable, but it would take an additional 15 minutes, which I found to be significantly longer. Upon being seated, we were placed at two tables that were not connected. I informed the manager, Julian, that we wanted to sit together and requested three tables, as we were there to eat together, not spread out. Julian’s response was that he had already seated us twice, so he was unwilling to seat us all together. However, I could see that they could have made some space. So at the end of the day we ended up waiting 1:30 minutes and we didn’t even eat there we ended up going to Yard House were we were sat as soon as we arrived on a big round table. In my opinion, Julian exhibited poor customer service, poor management of the restaurant, and a negative attitude. While there have been no issues in the past, this was the first time I encountered him here.

I have been to this location multiple times and they have always treated me and my family so good, with such an amazing attitude. EXCEPT today 12/6/25 the day of my little sisters birthday, me and my family decided to take her to Olive Garden we got sat down and everything but when it started to go wrong was when our server came, she did not introduce her self to begin with so we didn't know her name, when we were ordering she had no patience she would try to finish our sentences. No smile what so ever in the entire process. Whatever then comes our food which would first be the soup and stuff. When my mom and aunt finished their soup, she came back like 30min later asking if we wanted refills on the soup, the food had not arrived yet so they said yes. Then 20min later the food comes and guess what we started eating and the soup never came to our table not only that but our server was no where to be found, we had to ask for straws from another server. And more cheese from another server as well. As well as our refills for drinks because she never once came to check on us. Apart from that as soon as we ordered I had let her know hey once we finish our food I'd like to sing happy birthday to my sister she said okay. After finishing our food AND asking for boxes we waited 20min for her to come and bring 4 others servers this was so sad because there were like 5 other people celebrating their birthday and their server was so excited shouted out their name and even brought some instrument that they swing around. Mind you we heard it 5 times from 5 different tables. When it was my little sisters turn she barley spoke loud enough and had my family sing and the other serves she didn't even smile and didn't even applaud she just walked away after. This was so sad because I have never experienced this and for this to happen on my little sisters birthday was horrible. She didn't even enjoy her food because of the woman's attitude. When everything finished we wanted the check. The tablet wasn't working so we were waiting for her another 30min went by and she was nowhere so we had to ask a guy cleaning the table to find our server. He couldn't find her either. So we played around with the tablet until it showed us our check. That's when she decided to come back and I said it's fine we payed we're leaving. I am never rude but this really upset me. As we're leaving she didn't even give us chocolate I had to ask for them and I also asked for her name on the way out because it was horrible. I have also never written a review but like I said I'm very upset. Her name is Karina, she has red lipstick and wears glasses. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager as well. But when we had told her it was fine we got the tablet to give us the check she rolled her eyes and said it was there the whole time, my older sister replied to her that yes it was but it wasn't giving the option to pay, she replied with whatever and walks away. JUST HORRIBLE, KARINA IS HER NAME!!!
