Food is decent similar to all olive Garden locations, but the service was really lovely. Our waiter Troy was very warm and welcoming and super pleasant when we reached after a tiring day at 10.30pm. His service deserves 5+stars :)

Who wouldn’t Love Olive Garden?! The endless salad and warm, soft and tasty bread sticks alone could make for a happy diner. Add some Raviolis or Fettuccine or other pasta and a nice wine- or milk- and you’re having a wonderful meal

We had a late lunch at this Olive Garden yesterday and it was wonderful. The service was spot on and the food was excellent. The waiter was very friendly, and checked to see if we needed refills at a comfortable pace. Best of all, after getting home, I discovered I'd left my watch on the table. When I called, the waiter, John had found the watch and turned it in to the manager for safe keeping until I can return to claim it. I would highly recommend this restaurant for both the service and the food. I will be returning often for a relaxing, enjoyable meal with family and friends.

Excellent space between tables to allow for distancing. The waiter, Jameson, was genuinely attentive, promptly serving food and drinks as well as refills. Not once did we feel rushed. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed our dinner service. I personally love Olive Garden so the food was spot on as always.

I LOVE Olive Garden. If Olive Garden was a person, I would marry it. I don't go there very often, but when I do, It's a delicious treat. When we go to SLO we almost eat here every time. This time happened to be exceptional. Our server Kai was amazing. Friendly, checked in several times to ensure we were happy with everything. Very attentive to all the tables he was waiting on. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon. Did not have to wait long to be seated, order and receive our delicious food.

Ernesto was our server and we liked him a lot. When I told him I couldn't have gluten, he went the extra mile to check on whether meat balls were gluten free, came back to table and suggested sausage as alternative. Manager came to check on us. I took my grandson there as it's his favorite restaurant and he and I were having a special celebration of his upcoming 10th birthday. It was mid-afternoon, so not very busy. Our waiter was Robbie, and he was so personable that I know we both will have this great memory forever. He engaged with my grandson about his birthday, school and the food. The kid loves simple salads (they have the best lettuce') and Robbie got it perfectly. He brought other staff over to sing Happy Birthday with a candle lit chocolate mousse slice (best cake I ever had') I really cannot say enough about how Robbie's attitude, attention to what we wanted, and overall good nature made our visit so special. Thank you, Robbie!!!!

Standard Olive Garden. They are good with their curbside pick up, which is what we do most often. You can get a good amount of food to go, especially with the large salads and to go add on entrees. Eating inside is an efficient experience usually, but it can get busy.

Our server Jared was great. He checked back with us every few minutes to see if we needed anything more. He knew all the food options and could explain what they were. He was very busy but gave dedicated service. I also noticed that the manager was actively make sure all was going well. Something you don’t often see and it definitely showed in the quickness of our service.

Our server, Jarred O. was the essential ingredient to make this a FANTASTIC dinner. Yes, the food was terrific, but the service was beyond compare. We haven’t encountered that level of professionalism in a server in ages! The restaurant should follow him around with a camera and use him as a training video. Olive Garden food is consistent, but this location has a super star server that made our experience really exceptional! My 14 year old son is starting to express himself more in the adult world and I have to say, Jarred was super responsive. My son was asking questions and Jarred had amazing suggestions and got my son to try some new foods (that he ended up totally loving!) He loves the pasta and bean soup but now has a close second favorite with the Italian sausage soup. He loved the entree Jarred suggested, it's his new go-to order! I liked my food as well but i did just order my classic favorites (chicken gnocchi soup and stuffed shells.) I did try the apple sangria, I'll go back to the berry one next time. It was very tasty and I'm glad I tried it, but the berry one is out of this world good! I'm so glad our local Olive Garden has such amazing staff!

Basically one of our favorite spots. Love the never ending stuffed pasta or the never ending soup and salad. The lemonada drinks are bomb, you need to try it. Of course we love to try the wine. Our food is always really hot and breadsticks are fresh. And of course we all love that cheese they put on top of everything, just load it up. Servers are a bunch of college kids but they definitely do a good job taking care of their guests.

What I like about Olive Garden is their consistency on the food. Definitely start off with the breadsticks and choice of soup or salad with your entree. Almost always the service is great. I do not order an appetizer or dessert knowing I will be full. Lunch is my choice of going, the prices are good and less crowded.

I suggest the chicken shrimp carbonara, chicken marsala, zuppa toscana soup, and dipping donuts. 👌 The waitress I had this day was loud and distant seeming, but she ended up visiting frequently and getting food to the table quickly. So it was a pretty good visit. 👍

I’ve eaten here a few times, the people that helped us where very nice. Unfortunately i can not give five stars for a couple reasons, one the bathroom was not clean enough for me to feel good about using it, the sink was okay the problem was the toilets. The second reason is the food could be better but I will explain, I had the fried mozzarella as an appetizer with salad, bread sticks and chicken gnocchi soup. I liked all of it, it wasn’t the best thing ever but it was really good and I would get it again. For the main I had the Chicken Margherita and my husband had the tour of Italy. He really liked his food, I tried a bite of his chicken parmigiana and I liked it better than my chicken, I was expecting a little more flavor for me it was a little under seasoned. It said it has a lemon garlic sauce but it didn’t seem like it, It was good but I will try something different next time. The dessert was the chocolate brownie lasagna. It was very yummy but I’m glad I shared I don’t think I could finish it not so much because of the size, it’s a decent size, but because it’s sweet and rich from the chocolate and cream cheese

Unfortunately, as often as I eat here, we were disappointed with the service. (was ya'alls manager off?) Not one service person knew what was happening... from the broken promise of a 10 minute wait by the Hostess (hello 45 minutes) to the speedway disappearing waiter (where did he go?) I am not happy with the service. Our waiter was very slow in understanding. As we order our food I ask for an orange juice for my son. Everyone else at our table gets their drink including the alcohol beverages and my son hasn’t gotten his juice I ordered with our food. So I ask again and still asks my boyfriend whom is not done with his drink would you like a refill and I was pissed and tell her I am still waiting on my sons orange juice and she says I didn’t put in the order. I am pissed and was I did order it and she was even asking my son if he did want orange juice. I was hoping a manager would stop by to check what was going on so I could let them know that their server was not bringing out my son’s drink while everyone has already sipped down almost half their drink. She did horrible as well on service wouldn’t check on if we needed more breadsticks. Worst service with that waiter.

"Never ending salad and breadsticks"....if you were at adjacent tables. They also got refills on their water. We usually have two to three cocktail dinners. One tonight. We got a salad refill in time to leave. We usually tip 20-50%. Not tonight. I think we were lucky to get one breakstick apiece.

It was a sad experience. Our server blew up a non-issue out of proportion. Entrees comes with soup and salad, we told her we got refills for free, and she says that's not a policy. We didn't say anything to her, because in our last visit at this very Olive Garden, that's what happened. And I'm not someone who would shy away from paying whatever is required to be paid. The manager comes next to explain to us the policy and made us feel we did a blunder, then the server comes, I ask her what is the issue, she starts crying. MOST IMP: the policy they were trying to explain to us was clearly mentioned in the menu, which the manager was unaware of and accused us with false information.

They ruined my son’s food by putting soggy wet broccoli all over his pizza. And when I asked if they could make them again and keep them separately they brought out the same nasty soggy pizza BUT picked out the wet broccoli off of it. So gross they were going to give my son food someone had their fingers all over. And also 9 times out of 10 the broccoli has mold on the cut bottoms.

I did not have a good experience here. I can't even say that I got to try the food. I got there around 12:45 on a Saturday, it wasn't very busy at the time. I was there with just my 18 month old son, and the host sat us relatively quickly. We were taken to our seat, and the host said our server would be with us right away. Then, for the next 8+ minutes, we waited and no one even came up to us, nor did it seem like anyone was going to come help us. We weren't offered water, and servers/other employees just walked on by without looking at us. My son wasn't even offered crayons or anything to do while we waited. I decided we weren't going to wait anymore and walked out after informing the host that no one had helped us. She said, "sorry." There were 4 employees standing up at the host's counter when we walked out, but apparently there wasn't enough employees to offer us drinks or take our order. I don't think I'll be coming back to this olive garden again. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you like waiting, even during non-busy times.

horrible experience idk what went on but my party and i had the hostess to put our names down so we could wait for an available seat. 20 minutes later, we went to check up only to find out they didn’t bother putting us down! they ended up taking our party to a booth at the very back corner where the bathrooms are, and we barely had tables around us. we didn’t get introduced to our server until 15 min in. we were literally watching a bunch of servers walk by without a glance in our direction as we sat in a booth without anything. the wait time for our food felt like forever! i tried to ask for a refill with a simple “excuse me”, but one of the servers brushed me off by saying “wait” with an annoyed look and never came back. our server did give us our refills……by leaving the pitcher there. there was also no questions from her if we wanted more breadsticks because everytime we saw her it was quick and short, no care whatsoever. when our pasta came out, our server didn’t ask us if we wanted cheese, and when she checked up on us which was literally once, that’s when we asked her for cheese only for her to just leave the entire cheese grater at our table, basically hinting us to do it ourselves! we weren’t even halfway through eating and she already brought the check like we were being kicked out already :// keep in mind it was sunset so barely dinner.

Won’t be ordering from SLO Olive Garden anymore. Food quality and service have been consistently worse and worse every time we have ordered food. Today was the last straw. My husband picked up our order, they brought out half of it, they said they needed him to sign a paper receipt (even though we paid online) and would bring out the rest after he signed it. They brought out a receipt and made him add another TIP and sign it, and then went back in to get our kids milk. Absolutely unacceptable. Oh and there was a dark hair in my soup. Thanks Olive Garden!

Doesn’t disappoint in portion size. Looks cleaner and well maintained than most olive gardens in the Bay Area. But that’s about all the good things I can say about this place. Service was beyond pathetic. Wasn’t sure if that’s really the norm or they treat people differently based on how they look. We were left seating in the bench by this bald dude who did not take our name saying we would be next. Except that we just sat there waiting to be called. And thankfully there was this kind lady who noticed us staring at the desk and asked if we were waiting for someone. When we mentioned we were waiting to be seated she was surprised and suggested we should have checked in with somebody and when we said we did with this guy she was shocked and couldn’t explain what happened. Anyways once we were seated no one approached us to take our order for a good 15 mins or so. Had to send my daughter to the front desk for someone to help us. Apparently there was some confusion about where we were seated and we could not be found!! Thankfully someone took our order and food arrived on time. BTW we ordered for a bottle of wine which came already open. The waiter just left the bottle and the glasses on the table. Did not bother to pour or anything. As for the food it’s Olive Garden. No better or worse than any other one out there.

Picture it, worked all day caring for the community and excited to not have to cook for one night. Happily seated rather quickly and patiently waited for our Server, Katie G. She had an attitude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. She was very rude when ordering drinks. So we ordered entrees & appetizer immediately, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. She did not ask about sides and took off. She then came back and asked us 30 min later which delayed our food. Entrees didn’t come out for another 40 min after that. Asked for wine, but she kept forgetting it. I gave up on the wine. Then she finally brought it at the same time the entrees came, but it was so late by the time our dinner came we asked for boxes to go. To make matters worse, I needed to use the restroom before heading home. Women’s bathroom was dirty and had toilet paper all over the floor.

Didn't know how to rate this because the servers were nice. However, when informed of my wife's gluten allergy, she was assured that the dish was gluten free. She got very sick after eating the meal. It was not a slight reaction due to a little cross contamination. It was full on glutenous food. Obviously OG doesn't take allergies seriously.

I ordered cater for a small office gathering. They called me less than an hour before pick up to tell me they did not have the soup I had ordered. The chicken parmesan was burnt and did not look the picture at all (picture added from website for reference). Overall I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food for the price of $300 ($25 tip included). I would not recommend and I would not order catering again.
