Food was great and it was a large amount. I had the bit of everything plate. There was not enough room to dine in as basically every chair was filled with someone waiting for take out. So probably do take out if you want to try.

The atmosphere and service may not be satisfactory,but the food is phenomenal. Usually best if picked up or ordered ahead,the wait is worth it. My favorite is the soup like Saiman,whether it's a summer day or a cold one. One of the best Lubbock restaurants that most people might not no about.

The food is always fantastic, I have been coming here for years their portions do not disappoint. There are times when it is a long wait, but i guarantee it will be worth it. I'm so glad that they have reopened after their long break. 20/10 Would Recommend

Unique and authentic! It's that little hole in the wall place you're looking for! Think pineapples, smokey grilled meats and authentic Hawaiian spam dishes. One of a kind place! It's cooked to order so the wait is definitely worth it or just call ahead and save yourself some time. There are only 4 tables inside so this is kind of a takeout place. Portions are very generous and taste just as good the next day! Top ten in Lubbock for sure!

This place is the best. If it wasn't so good, maybe it wouldn't take quite as long to get your food. Maybe it doesn't and I'm just so excited to have it again, that I'm overly impatient. Anyway, if you want huge portions of wonderful meat dishes, vegetables, rice, and/or macaroni salad, all for a very fair price, this is your place! It isn't your stereotypical Hawaiian atmosphere. It's more like a great mom & pop restaurant you'd likely find around downtown Honolulu. You can't eat atmosphere anyway. Did I already say this place is the best?? Really good food and a great value?? Try it!!

Great food! I always expect a wait but it is always worth it! You won’t be disappointed, I never have been disappointed with the food. I order from here once a week. Some people complain about the service but truthfully the staff is just quick and to the point. Give this place a try you will love it!!!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! I've been coming for years and tried a new spot in town that doesn't hold a candle to this OG of Lubbock. If you want the real deal come and try them out and see the difference family owned really makes.

Delicious food and a great value! I was afraid to try it because I don't much care for sweet food and the name lead me to believe they would all be sweet. Fortunately their dishes have a great flavor! While they still have a sweetness, it is not overpowering and mixes very well with all the other flavors.

Come hungry, leave happy!! Not only is the food delicious, but you get a seriously large portion of food. I can eat a lot in one sitting and I always get two meals from one plate. It can be a bit of a wait if you go in and order, but it's well worth it! Not a whole lot of room inside, but I always get mine to go anyway. They do call in orders as well. The bbq mix plate is amazing. The special maccaroni they make is really tasty. Even if you simply just like chicken and rice, you're gonna get a pound of it. You will not be disappointed if you eat from here!

The food is excellent and the portions are generous. The beef and chicken meals we ordered were tender and sweetly tasty. The cheese macaroni was even pineapple sweet. It takes time for the food to be prepared but the wait is well worth it.

I love this place! Everything they have is delicious. The portions are big and could serve 2 people with one plate. We usually get the BBQ mix plate and chicken bbq plate. I just tried their stir fry noodles Asian style and it is a new favorite. It is a bit of a wait since they cook to order but so worth it!

Updated review: Still the best Hawaiian food out there. My favorite would be the mix bbq plate and love their siopao or steamed bbq pork bun. But really, I’d eat anything in their menu. The food portion is insane! I don’t know how they make a profit still. But just for $17.99 you’ll have food for days or you can share it with the whole family. It’s one of those mom and pop’s restaurants that you would hate to see go because there’s no comparing it to other restaurants. That’s why I made sure to add tip too, it made them feel more rewarded and the service becomes more efficient. The food is savory with or without their special sauce which I like too. You can dine in but most people do take outs. On not so busy days you’ll get in and out in just 5-10mins, I came here Wednesday afternoon. The lady in the front is the very same one since I visited the place 7yrs ago. She may not smile a lot but understand she’s probably exhausted coz she’s the only one taking orders and giving out food. Overall, whether you’re looking to satisfy your taste buds or feed the whole family for cheap, this is a great place to be.

The food here is absolutely delicious!! I want to express my thoughts with the new owners and staff on keeping up with the previous owners recipes. They have not changed the recipes, everything is still delicious! They have added on a few extra items that weren't offered before. Cashier/host could use better customer service skills. Overall I don't stop in this establishment to be treated like royalty, I go in for fresh, delicious Hawaiian BBQ!! And that is what I have gotten every time I visit! Keep up the original recipes staff!!!

I love love love this place. I usually get the BBQ beef - it's my all time favorite but the BBQ chicken is also awesome. The short ribs are pretty good just a bit chewy. This place always has tons of people getting food it's awesome. It's a lot of food for a good price too in my opinion. It's like one of those low-key hole in the walls that puts out phenomenal food.

My beef stir fry noodles were fantastic. The portion size was enormous, so it essentially was two meals worth of food. It’s really more of a take out place. They only have three tables.

Great tasting food, the wait is always a little long but that is because it is so darn good that everyone wants it😂. Prices are excellent, it's definitely one of my family's FAVORITE places to eat. I would definitely recommend ordering an HR in advance though if it's peak times like 12-2pm or 5-7pm. The fluffy white dumplings are 🔥🔥!!

This isn't really a place you want to go for a sit-down, fine dining experience. There are tables, but I suspect they are there more for the people who are just waiting to take out. And when I went on a Thursday night, there were lots of people waiting, which is a good sign. That said, what a great find! I don't know that this constitutes any sort of authentic Hawaiian food, but it is nicely prepared, no nonsense, grilled meat. Got the mixed grill, ate off of it for dinner and lunch the next day--had chicken, beef, and short rib, all marinated in a kind of teriyaki-ish, sweet soy-based sauce. It was 18 dollars, but I think that's pretty reasonable for what I got. Would recommend, will be back!

They have good food!!! Never tried any authentic Hawaiian dish but this one hit the spot all the time. If you like a good chinese fried rice, they have the best here from asian style to bacon fried rice. Cold weather outside? They have the perfect noodle soup with whatever bbq meat of your choice. Just want a normal fried chicken cutlet? You can get the katsu. The mini one is like a portion and you can feed two for regular size. Best way is to order over the phone and then come pick up the food. Less wait on their mostly busy all the time day 😀

I tried Aloha BBQ today for my first time after hearing from multiple people how it is amazingly delicious and what seemed to sound as an addiction for some to great food. I can tell you, they were not wrong! I was delighted with my food and the great, unique flavor that can't be found anywhere else, as this is not your typical Texas BBQ. While the building/establishment is quite small small for dining-in (only seats approx. 12-18 people indoors, with an additional 2 picnic tables outside) they do have call ahead for take-out ability yet do not have a drive-up window. Still, happily satisfied through and through as the service from staff was polite and friendly. I will most definitely be eating Aloha BBQ again in the future! Yummm

It might be a small place, but there's magic in the food. Flavorful steak, super tender combine well with the rice. The spam roll was one of my favorite. (I don't even eat spam) but it was delicious 😋. And last but not least the pillow soft bread dumpling like texture with the sweet sauce... Yes, it was different but good. I'll definitely will return to try the rest of the menu. Recommended to try out!

It’s so great to see that Lubbock has its own little slice of Hawaiian taste! This place is not only delicious, but is extremely generous with their servings. Having lived in Hawaii previously, walking into this restaurant immediately made me feel like I was walking into a local place there. I’ve heard about this place for so long and this is our first time trying it. I’d say that our only regret, would be that we didn’t try it sooner haha

2023: the food and it's volume is still wonderful. But the spotty reliability about when they're open and how LONG of a wait is deterrent. I've read it's is so low staffed and they often go back home for long stretches it makes sense but the last order I had inate 2022 was more than an hour and I just don't want to sit at their shop for that to find in or go home. 😞 2018: Every visit here is on point, everything is always delicious and filling and hot. It's probably the best bang for your buck in Lubbock, outside of your very stereotypical McDonalds. They give you a ton of food for your money. And it's all authentic, according to my family who has lived in Hawaii. The macaroni salad is hands-down my favorite thing to eat there especially with a bite of rice. Everything on the menu is fantastic from the katsu chicken to the musubi to the saimin to the Kahlua pork. It is never a bad choice to eat here. More often than not I call in an order and pick it up for lunch, if you get the opportunity especially on a nice day, dining outside with a box full of their food is a perfect afternoon. Also their fried rice and down beside out anywhere else in town simply because when you order the protein, be it chicken or bacon or another kind, they overload you with that protein. You're not hunting for chicken or bacon, it's slapping you in the face with its flavor and presence. They don't short you in any respect.

First time having Hawaiian food. It was excellent! We arrived not long after they opened so the wait was a little bit long because they were still preparing all the food, but once they finished everything they were able to get food out very quick. I ordered the mixed plate and everything was super flavorful. The Mac salad was excellent. All the meat on the plate was very good! Easily could become one of my favorite spots in Lubbock. We will definitely be back.

The only bad thing about our visit was, NOTHING!!! We got out of the car and could smell how good it was gonna be. Took about 30 minutes for our order, and it was well worth the wait. If the rest of the menu tastes as good as these 4 dishes did, it won’t take long for us to have had everything at least twice. The chicken made me think of my short time on the big island back in the 90’s. This is definitely a must have on your list of places to eat on the regular. I look forward to the next time we come. My wife isn’t a big fan of spam, but if it tastes as good as what she had tonight, she can’t wait to try it next time.

Aloha is back open everyone! I came all the way from ohio to try this and I can confirm this is the best noodles I've ever had. I recommend trying the stir fry beef noodles with 3 eggs and just a heads up it is a busy place.

The amount of food you get for your $ at this place is nothing short of ridiculous. There is sometimes a 10-15 minute wait because the establishment is almost practical-joke small and many people call in their orders ahead but believe me when I say it is WELL WORTH IT. For around $8 you get a to-go box filled to the brim with fried rice and delicious Hawaiian-inspired marinated meat. Seriously, I’m a 220lb guy and I can’t finish this thing in one sitting. The lady that takes your order isn’t exactly the most friendly but this is one of those rare occasions where the food overshadows that.

Food was great once they got my order correct. The new lady they have working the front is extremely rude. I called in my order and when I picked it up she rang up someone else order . When I went back to tell her she started yelling (literally yelling) at me to pick up my order at the other side . When I finally got a word in to tell her she started yelling at me again. Anyways Besides being embarrassed and overcharged it was good. Hopefully the new girl will learn how to handle their customer volume.

Little bit of Hawaii in Lubbock Texas, who would have ever thought of this? Honestly, I was in need of a quick meal when my wife and I spent a day looking at land around Lubbock. We ran across this little place and we were pleased. Great price and good food. They give you a lot of food for the price so be warned.

Ok this place is a hit or miss. Food is delicious and for the price it's really good. I always have leftovers due to a regular plate. What you might dislike is the wait time. Yes, you can call in to place an order but 1. There's no guarantee they'll answer. 2. Somehow they forget that you place an order thus you have to make a new order which involves a longer wait time But due note, it's a small staff and I doubt they're going to hire anyone since it's a small kitchen as well. Also certain food entrees take a while to make, specifically the noodles or the katsu chicken. Fried rice and possible their white/brown rice they always have. So if you got time to waste and enjoy tasty food this is your place. If you hate waiting for at least 20 min to an 1hr, I suggest you go eat somewhere else.

The food from Aloha is absolutely amazing. I had the beef stir fry noodles with no vegetables. We typically order 2 of these, and it will feed our family of 5. The only downside to Aloha BBQ Grill is everything is made to order, and their phone line is spotty at best, so calling ahead does not speed up the process. You can expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get your food on an average day. If they are very busy we typically skip Aloha and come back another day. While the wait can become frustrating, THE FOOD IS WORTH THE WAIT!!!. The restaurant is small so there is not a lot of seating, so I typically order, wait in my car, and pop in every 10 mins or so to check if my order is ready.

This place has great food. Price is fair for the portions. I can't give 5 stars because the wait is always soooo long. Can't even order ahead because they get so busy they let the phone ring off the hook. I am happy they are successful, but they need to expand on order to meet demand.

I want to give this place 5 stars, the food is great. Beef or chicken fried rice is our usual and the portions are large. You just have to be in the mood to wait 45+ minutes for your order. They don't even try to answer the phone for to-go orders any more. I can't blame them for that though, there's usually a line to the door of people waiting to order. Would be great if they considered opening a second location.

The food over here at Aloha BBQ was very good and I'd recommend others who are here in Lubbock to try it out. You get a rather large portion size which is great for students who want to have leftovers. They are always quite busy so I'd suggest going early or plan on waiting a decent bit if it's crowded. They don't seem to answer phone calls so you'll have to go in person. It also is really only meant for takeout since the indoor area is really small. Overall I very much enjoyed it.

This place seems to have a cult like following as people began pouring in as soon as it opened. Took 40 minutes for me to get my order which I wasn't too excited about. I also noticed potential phone orders were being ignored. They also seemed to be having some point of sale issues. Anyway, surprisingly despite the wait I wasn't too disappointed as the huge portions and flavorful food made it worth the wait. Definitely get the chicken fried rice.

Great food and pretty close to actual Hawaii BBQ. Ribs are good but a little fatty. Chicken is chicken thighs so if you like white meat you might change. The beef is excellent. I got the mixed BBQ and when I go again I would get the beef plate with rice.

First time visiting, came with a coworker because he loved it. I was very surprised. The food taste just like Hawaii. The Mac Salad was my favorite. The BbQ meat is awesome and plentiful. I’m a big eater and I didn’t finish it. The place is small and a bit run down but it is definitely worth a trip to try it. Potstickers seemed out of place with a Hawaiian menu but they were very very good.

Visited this place again - ordered on food 7/28 - ordered one dish, took 40 minutes to be ready. We noticed the chicken fried rice comes out quickly, must be something they make ahead of time. The ordering process leaves something to be desired. People were getting food before us and they ordered way after us ? Food was delish-IOUs - but the wait is insane. You can eat in, and have a few seats there. ------- Good food, expect a wait, one cashier and one cook...The cashier does the cooking as well. We ordered a mini BBQ beef with white rice and macaroni salad. Plus an order of fried noodles with chicken. Both were huge portions. Only gave 4 stars because mine was not hot after waiting a bit to get food I was kinda expecting hot food. Still very delicious and worth the wait. Don't call and try to order the phone ...just rings and rings ....they are too busy cooking to take the phone orders. They do have his and her bathroom as well. Seating is available inside and out.

I got the beef with noodles and it tasted amazing. Lots of food for the price. The only reason for 4 stars is that they do get pretty busy and your order can take a long while to be ready. We stopped in to find a very distracted worker taking orders, she wasn't very explicit on the process of ordering and signing the receipt. She kept getting upset at customers who didn't understand her as she spoke very low or were unable to understand her motions to sign. She continually spoke to her kitchen staff and threw to go containers at the stack waiting to be filled. The wait was long and crowded. Customer Service needs a lot of work but food was ok.

The food is great. Just the lady up front is scary. Every time I order i feel like she is beating people with her eyes and attitude. No smile, no thank you, nothing. They need more presentable and customer oriented staff.

It’s was ok. Macaroni salad was flavorless and so was the chicken Katsu. The chicken was ok but the only flavor would come from the sauce. The bbq beef was tender and flavorful (our favorite out of all we got). It was hot inside but not too bad. The TV was loud though. The cashier was nice. Overall, I wouldn’t mind going again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

I ordered the seafood combo and was pleased with it. My rating is based on the service, I called the restaurant 6 times, they never answered the phone. I was in the area and could see cars parked so I decided the go in. I waited in line for 10 (I was the only person in line) the lady finally acknowledged me then I wait 5 more minutes. Meanwhile, the phone is ringing nonstop and no one is answering it. I placed my order and waited another 20 minutes before my order was ready.

Very tasty with generous portions. I ordered the stir fried noodles Asian style. The problem I had was that the online menu and photos of the menu show that it's priced at $8.99 with your choice of BBQ chicken, BBQ beef or Spam. But the beef turned out to be $2.00 extra. That's not mentioned on the menu and they don't say that when you order it. The menu says "WITH your choice" like the meat is included.

Well I found out that Aloha BBQ is definitely open even though it says online closed permanently. I had to drive across town to find out since they don't answer the phone! Food is still good but my chicken was cold and noodles were fresh and hot after waiting for 40 minutes for my food, bummer but nothing a microwave couldn't fix! Some people said they waited for over an hour and prices have increased by about $7 since my last visit 2 years ago, I always get the same thing chicken stir fried noodles

We LOVE this place. The food is amazing and the portions are quite large and definitely worth the price. The only downside is I have never waited less than an hour for food. Last time I went we were sixth in line for lunch (got there as the doors opened) and didn't get our food till over an hour and 45 minutes later. Don't try calling because they don't answer the phone and even if they do your food won't be ready in the time you were quoted and it's not even close to the time quoted😅. They don't particularly seem to care about the time it takes so just go prepared to wait. Maybe bring some board games or a book or even some liquor to pass the time while you're waiting. Oh and DO NOT order this through Door Dash or Uber or anything like that. I have talked to so many drivers during my wait that were waiting over an hour and the person who ordered was upset with them and didn't tip them. Give these guys a break, it's DEFINITELY the restaurant's fault. New management with same recipes is definitely needed. Definitely would say the food is a must have though if you have time to kill!

Great food, but the prices have skyrocketed! We paid $25 MORE today than what we normally pay for the same dishes we usually order for our family. One dish literally went from $9 to $15! Same plate as always… I understand prices are going up, but this is unreasonably high compared to what it used to be. I guess we’ll probably have to stop eating here for that reason.

First time to visit. I had Chicken Noodle Stir Fry. It was hot and made fresh. Very generous portion for the money. I told the lady I liked lots of vegetables and this it what she recommended. It was cabbage and onions. The chicken was burned, which made the whole dish taste burned. There was plenty left for another meal, but it went in the trash. The place was clean and they were busy after just opening. This place is mostly take out, but they don't offer a printed menu to take with you nor is there one online I was told. Tried to make conversation with the lady at the counter, she was less than friendly. I might try them again later and order something else.

First of all, we LOVE the food. The price is right and portions very large. HOWEVER, don’t waste time calling in an order ahead of time. I called in our order 30 minutes ahead of going to pick it up. After I paid, the very unfriendly woman put it at the END of the line of orders on the counter!!! I asked her why my order was placed at the end and I had called it in 30 minutes ago. She told me because all of the other people were ahead of me!! I waited another 30 minutes before my food was ready. I said, “Just so I understand, it doesn’t help to call ahead?” She said no. I was fuming, but will eat there again because the food is so delicious. I would suggest for them to put a message on their answering machine that they do not accept phone orders. I’ve never had this happen with any other restaurant! I’m sure they have had people call in orders and never pickup, but if they choose to do business like this, the customer needs to know their order will be placed at the end of the line when they pay, or accept payment over the phone. The lady at the front also needs some lessons on customer service. It’s a good thing they have delicious food; they would have been out of business a long time ago.

I've heard lots of good things about this place , but once I got here it was so small inside and super hot. The place inside looks run down . The side of town it's located on I would have expected it to look better inside . As for the food the bbq short rib plate looked amazing and the short ribs were really good . The Rice and the macaroni salad were very bland . Even with adding salt the flavor slightly improved . $17 for the bbq short ribs plate is alot , I wouldn't recommend getting this plate.

Today I tried calling several times to place an order but they NEVER answered the phone. I drove there to place my order. The food is delicious and reasonably priced but to wait an hour before I received my food. If my son hadn't been in town, I wouldn't have gone.

I used to love coming to this place but since they have reopened they have raised their prices by a lot. The food was really greasy and not as good as well. I also had to wait a little over an hour for my food. I will no longer be coming back because of these reasons.

I don't really know why people are saying this place is really good. The short ribs and spam masubi was all it had going for it. The Mac salad I've had and made significantly better myself. Rice was kinda dry and not moist. Overall. Something you would expect from panda express but for more money and they had rice balls. Not particularly impressed with this one chief. I feel like it wasn't Hawaiian more Chinese inspired really. Which isn't bad. But not the best you know. I'd rather take my 25$ elsewhere until they get a bit bigger and hire a couple more heads.

Food is amazing, but the way they run their to go orders is really irritating. You call ahead and they don't even start on your food until you get there...which can take a while. They put you behind all of their orders. I waited for over an hour after waiting 20 minutes to get there since it was a to go order. And the lady usually at the front is so rude. EDIT: because I'm knocking down a star after our last 2 times going. First of all, the cashier is SO RUDE. Second of all, the last 2 times I've tried to order the pork they were out it was 6 this time....they were also out of beef...so only chicken I guess? I don't know though because she hung up after I asked for beef and she said they were out. After yelling at the other employees while on the phone with me. How I wish this place had decent customer service because the food is so so good. But the customer service keeps me from them more and more

Food is really good, do not answer phone and are very rude. The food is good but plan to spend at least an hour there because they do not answer phone or take orders. I am from out of town so I prefer to order to go and take food for my family but am never able to because.

Everytime I've come here I've been given a wait time for my order, and everytime it takes at least three times as long as said it would (even if I call it in before I get there). The people working there were unprofessional and rude when asked simple questions. The food is decent, but not worth the 1-2 hours you have to wait for it when they tell you it will only be 15-20 minutes. I'm usually a pretty forgiving person, but when they purposely let my food sit in the window and ignore me while I'm trying to ask how much longer, that's not ok.

Food is great!! Place is dirty, needs to be cleaned, cobwebs on the wall are not very inviting. Woman at register has no people skills. She never smiles to greet customers or thank you for your business. They really need to invest in a good heating system. It's not comfortable to wait there for your food, much less to sit and eat. Never going back!!

Been going since it opened and it just gets worse. The food is good but the workers there are incompetent. When you call in while not busy and show up 30mins later and still have to wait for food there is something wrong. And it happened 2 out of the last 3 times I went. The last straw was after 25mins and a trip across town I was told sorry we should have called you back we're out of this. The kicker was they took my number when I ordered and oh the thing they were out of? Wasn't even what I ordered. I will spend my money at local businesses that actually care about their customers time and experience. I won't spend another dollar at this flop house of a business

Food is amazing but the wait time and customer service is NOT worth the prices they are charging. Was told the wait would be 20 minutes but it was almost an hour, with people who ordered more food after us getting their orders first. Way too overpriced for what it is and we will not be back.

Food is amazing but the service was horrible. I called a order in at 8:35 so it would be ready by the time I got there. The lady on the phone kept repeat we close at 9 and I told her I understood and would be there before closing time. From then on her attitude was rude and impatience I kept my cool and I understand it’s annoying to get orders before closing. But the repeated rudeness was uncalled for. When my father arrived to pick up the order they did not have the order. She deliberately did not place the order and now it’s closing time and my father had to reorder and now has to wait.

How are they still in business? Seriously. So, the food is really good. I won’t deny that. But the service is the worst. We hadn’t ordered it in about a year after multiple experiences of doing telephone orders, arriving at appropriate pick-up time, waiting for 20-30 minutes only to be told they were out of items. Today we gave it a try through DoorDash which is our most frequently used delivery service. My dasher waited for over an hour at Aloha. In that time she was told they were out of 2 of our entrees. I spoke to the employee at Aloha via my Dasher’s phone. The employee said she would substitute items. This was about 30 minutes into the Dasher’s wait at the restaurant. Another 40 minutes later the order was finally ready with our food headed our way. Upon arrival both the agreed upon substitutions were not present. The food is really good but this will be the last time we eat it. Also, the main reason I made this review is to encourage you not to get Aloha through meal delivery services as it is a really unkind thing to do as your driver will miss multiple fares as they just sit and wait at Aloha. Likely for an order that will be missing key items.

I would recommend going to Hawaiian Bros instead. The prices are now quite steep ranging form $17 to $20 dollars a plate not including the drink. The food is good but not worth the rude service lady who hangs up the phone on you when you make call in orders. Only to have you order in person and wait for ten thousand years. Go to Hawaiian Bros. It’s on slide across from the mall.

I don't know what changed since the last time I was there but it went downhill. I ordered there a few days ago. Spent a good chunk of change. $24 give or take well, the food tasted old. It wasn't fresh the very next day. I had an upset stomach, eat at your own risk. 03/27/25 10/25/2020- Expect a 30 minute or longer wait. They are temporarily out of pork, also instead of calling it is best you show up. Staff is great, prices are reasonable, great portions

They close whenever they want with no telling how long they'll be gone. They never tell anybody and leaves people wondering when they'll be open. Not to mention they never answer the phone for orders and they take forever.

The cashier was VERY RUDE to us when ordering. We had a question about the menu & she YELLED AT US In front of everyone!!! She gave everyone else attitude who came in to order food after us! She needs an attitude adjustment! She definitely did not make us feel welcome! Clearly she is a miserable person & she shows hate towards each customer coming in! We won’t be back because of her. Also the food wasn’t that great and the wait was near 45 minutes. Not worth it!!!

I'm so very disappointed with my 2 bacon fried rice orders.... I love this place so much. It's always amazing, but today was different. I received my order and got home only to find my rice was burnt. Not just a little bit, but my entire box of rice! I don't see how it wasn't caught before placing into the box? It strongly smelt burnt! Two orders of burnt rice was very costly!
