Kiosks suck. Staff forgets your drink and then you stand at the counter like a dummy trying to get an employee’s attention just for a drink cup. Bring back social skills! Also, bring back real restaurants Mayor truck stop Gonzales. No more fast food, truck stops or data centers.

Y'all suck can't make a order right for nothing and you call and she gose that is how you ordered it and i said no it's not and whoever was on the phone said I don't know what to tell you Y'all need to get your stuff together and make the right food and customers are always right and your supposed to keep them happy not upset

If I could give this store negative ratings I would. Worst customer service. Rudest employees. Came here January 21st at 10 pm and the staff is god awful. No one wants to work. Will never return and will not recommend this place to anyone. Cashiers wearing a black mask and thin eyebrows is the rudest of them all.

It has to be the WORST TB I have ever visited! Idk whats wrong with this place! I order a chicken burrito you do expect as its name is to have CHICKEN well guess what? They forgot to add it! It was just a tortilla with rice and that was it, also they seems to always run out of napkins and forks! Unbelievable. Just avoid this place at all cost, save yourself some money 😡

Taco shells all broken. I was wondering why girls were laughing among each other. Now why would the person preparing the tacos do this, my first time at this location, the last cameras don't work no manager on site.

This place is a joke, I place an online order around 2 and I wanted it to be ready by the time my husband got out of work. Turns out my ready was ready by 3 o clock. Why in hell would you make an order that early, it just sat there for over 2 hours. I am do pissed off. Never order from them again. 😡🤬

After no one being at counter I attempted to use the kiosk after waiting 5 minutes. I was having trouble placing order meanwhile someone else walked in and the drive thru cashier came to take their order. I tried to let her know I was having a hard time on the kiosk to no acknowledgement at all. Finally got order in and received no text with receipt. 15 to 20 minutes later got the order in a to go bag and received some 1/2 inch taco supremes.Won't stop there again.

I ordered a cheesy roll up with chicken and instead of chicken to reduce costs. They put fries! I never even ordered fries What kind of establishment is this! Disgusting dirty. Garbage everywhere. No staff in site except the back Took 25 mins for two cheesy roll ups with chicken and two bean burritos.

The manager on duty recently is terrible. Makes you feel intimidated, won't accept cash, and I'd very rude. My fiance and I used to love taco bell and after 2 bad experiences we will not be returning for a while. Go to another location.

Food was as I expected. My problem is with the service. The restaurant was completely empty when I came in; no other costumers. No friendly greeting when I came in, just computer ordering stations. I get it. TB just trying to more efficient, I guess. Except it wasn't more efficient. Placed my order and requested a text receipt. Did not get the receipt. Sat and waited for ten minutes, which felt like a long time as there were no other customers except a few at the Drive-thru. Two other guys came in and also placed orders. After a few minutes, their order was ready. So now I know something is definitely up. Annoying, but it happens. I go up to the counter and finally get to speak to an actual employee. I explain that I've been waiting a long time. She asks me if I placed an order. I tell her that I did, but something must have gone wrong. She walks away. I wait some more. Another employee asks me if I need something. While I try to explain the situation to him, he just looks at me blankly, like he can't quite comprehend what I'm saying. Turns out the fist employee has gone and found my order and is putting it together. Obviously, they completely overlooked it. I got no apologies, no "Sorry, about that.", nothing. Twenty minutes after ordering, she brings my tray of food. I have to ask for a cup for the drink I paid for. Again, no apology. The two employees that I interacted with just seem so dazed and confused.

I spent $4 on a taco shell with not even a quarter of the bottom of the shell filled.. I've never seen such poor quality and I'm disgusted to have paid money for this garbage

DONT COME HERE Every taco from a 12 pack Ever time I come here they get my order wrong. This time they forgot tacos for my combos. The tacos from the 12 pack have almost nothing in them. I live near by. Locals don't come here!

Horrible service, not friendly at all.... went through drive thru, did not receive my complete order. Came back to restaurant to get rest of order, never received apology. On top of all that they didn't have any hot sauce. The guy on the intercom didn't even look or sound like he wanted to be there. NEVER going there again!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Didn't even get a taco bell bag for my food.
