Un sitio muy especial. Espectacular en todos los sentidos. Calidad superior. Muy bien ubicado, pero lo más importante es la calidad de los platos y su exquisitez. Como bien en las fotos se refleja. Recomiendo el solomillo y la ensaladilla. El postre, las fresas y la tarta de queso. Hay que probarlo todo para creerlo. Cena de trabajo. Pero para ir en familia, con amigos o pareja es perfecto.

Excelente cena que tuve con mi pareja, la comida de este lugar es de 10 en prácticamente todos los platos. De aperitivo un huevo relleno ya llevan mucho tiempo poniéndolo, creo que es momento de cambiar. La purrusalda es plato obligado, muy rico equilibrado y elegante. La merluza en su punto con la cococha perfecta también, para rematar pedimos canelones rellenos de ave con foie a la plancha muy bueno y correcto también… el precio es algo elevado, sobretodo las copas sueltas de vino,pero en esta calle todo lo es , sin embargo este restaurante aún conserva buena calidad/precio. De postre helado de queso con crujiente de frambuesa, intenso y rico para culminar. Servicio amable y educado , sin más. Ya es la segunda vez que voy y sigue gustándome, lo seguiré recomendando,
La Bien Parecida es una excelente opción en Madrid, especialmente por su agradable terraza, perfecta para disfrutar sin prisas. La comida destaca por la calidad del producto y una cocina bien ejecutada, con sabores reconocibles y muy bien presentados. Un sitio ideal para disfrutar del buen comer en un ambiente relajado. Sitio altamente recomendable, en plena calle Jorge Juan, tiene tres comedores, todos muy agradables, estuvimos en el piso de abajo, cre que el mas tranquilo, solo 6 mesas de 4. Comimos 4 personas, de entrada Berenjenas asadas con romesco y aceite de café y Alcachofas a la plancha, rabo de vaca y puré de patata, las dos cosas excelentes. De segundo: - Merluza al horno con su pil pil cremoso y su cococha. - Lomo de merluza con salsa de champagne y cola de cigalitas. - Cola de merluza asada, salsa meunière 1981 y patata panadera. - Solomillo de vaca nacional con verduras de temporada y jugo de carne. Los 4 platos muy nuy buenos, calidad optima Postre tarta de queso, muy muy buena Una botella de Mar de Frades, dos cervezas, una copa de tinto y dos whiskys. 4 cafes. 90 € por persona. Postre
Ya conocíamos el restaurante y ayer volvimos para celebrar mi cumpleaños. Pedimos el menú degustación y nos encantó, destacando la Purrusalda, la merluza y como no en los entrantes la croqueta, quizá la mejor que jamás hayamos comido. Además como soy absoluto fan de su ensaladilla rusa pedimos la misma como extra. Para nuestra hija, lo que siempre tomamos cuando vamos a Santander y que le encanta, rabas, croquetas y la riquísima y magnífica tarta de queso. También pedí acompañar el menú con su maridaje, cuya calidad de caldos es excelente. Enhorabuena y felicidades tanto a los responsables de cocina como al Sumiller y por supuesto también al excelente equipo de sala, con un servicio de diez. Muchas gracias
Estuve comiendo y me encanto el sitio. El servicio es excelente, en todo momentos están pendientes y en seguida te van cambiando todos los platos. La decoración es sencilla pero muy elegante y bonita. La comida está muy buena aunque sean platos con poca cantidad son diferentes, y merece la pena ir para una ocasión especial
He estado cenando hoy con mi pareja y nos ha encantado. Me llevó de sorpresa y aparte de que la comida nos encantó nos atendió muy bien Diego. Es un excelente camarero. Volveremos 100%. Lo recomendamos a todo el mundo.
Fuimos a comer el menú degustación y un acierto haber elegido el maridaje. Todo de 10, la comida el servicio. Todo muy rico y muy amables. Y no te quedas con hambre que a veces pasa en menús degustación 😄

La comida es excepcional. El huevo relleno de aperitivo rico, pero un poco fuera de lugar en este ambiente. Las almejas muy buenas. No muy grandes, pero con un sabor excelente. El solomillo fuera de serie. Una carne buenísima y un punto perfecto. Poco hecho es justo esto. Me gustó hasta la salsa de carne, que nunca me gusta. El petit four de postre un detalle, aunque no me gustó especialmente. El servicio muy atento, pero alguien debería decir a los camareros que no es educado retirar el plato mientras el cliente está masticando el último bocado. Las mesas grandes y con separación suficiente. La decoración está conseguida, pero no me gusta la pintura de techo y paredes. Va necesitando un lavado de cara. Quizás se lo hagan ahora, que está cerrado por vacaciones.

Es el primer restaurante que te encuentras en la famosa calle Jorge Juan de Madrid. Un lugar bonito, sencillo en la decoración y muy tranquilo. El ambiente es el más tranquilo de toda la calle JJ. La comida muy buena pedimos ensaladilla, los canelones con foie, que estaban buenísimo , el steak tartar, muy rico, y de postre la tarta de queso. Hay una cosa que hacen que espero muy de agradecer y es que los platos ya te los sirven partidos en dos para que sea más cómodo al comer. Es un gesto que dice mucho de este restaurante. En las fotos son medias ravioles menos la tarta de queso que si es algo pequeña. Salí muy contento del lugar y espero repetir.
Todo excelente. El servicio fue muy atento, especialmente Diego, un gran profesional. La comida toda buenísima, a destacar especialmente las croquetas y la tarta de queso. Ademas hay un ambiente perfecto para ir en pareja o en familia. El único pero que podría poner es que quizás las botellas de vino tienen demasiado sobrecoste. Por ejemplo en la Maruca que es del mismo grupo no tienen esos precios tan altos por los mismos vinos. En resumen, una experiencia magnífica en la que no dudaremos en repetir.
Una experiencia redonda en La Bien Aparecida. Todo fue exquisito, con una cocina cuidada al detalle y producto de gran calidad. Destaca especialmente la excelente relación calidad-precio. Las raciones son muy abundantes, bien presentadas y pensadas para disfrutar sin prisas. El servicio, cercano y profesional, acompaña a la perfección: atentos, rápidos y con buenas recomendaciones que hacen sentir al comensal como en casa. En definitiva, un sitio para disfrutar, repetir y recomendar. Volveremos, sin duda.

Honestly, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Madrid. We went with the tasting menu and wine pairings. Seven courses of decadence. I can’t speak highly enough of the culinary excellence in the sequencing of the dishes and accompaniments. Absolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone.

A sophisticated restaurant offering an imaginative way of preparing and presenting traditional Spanish cuisine. The cold Tomato Soup & the foie gras were excellent. The Solomillo and the Veal Carretillas were superb. Make sure you don’t miss the Vasca Cheesecake. The waitstaff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

It was a dinner with a tasting menu: appetizers, two soups, fish, meat, and dessert, with a wine pairing for each course. There was really a lot of food, so if you are planning to come for the tasting menu as well, it’s better to arrive very hungry! Overall, everything was at the highest level. The service was excellent — the waiters were extremely friendly. The only thing is that few of the waiters spoke English, and it would have been nice to have an explanation of each dish in English.

Excellent food combined with cosy atmosphere is a recipe for good times and long lasting memories. La Bien Aparecida did not disappoint. I was very happy to find this great restaurant, close to where I was staying. Friday night is always challenging to find a table, but hey, these guys accommodated yours truly (others couldn’t). Highly recommended! P.S. The hake with lobster tail was delicious. The freshly baked bread too.

What a treat! The food, the service, everything. The fish soup was exceptional, as was the oxtail cannelloni. We wanted something new so took the squid and fish balls which were lovely. The rice with clams was also delish, although would have preferred with slightly less sauce. Must visit!
This place was recommended to us by our hotel concierge. I recommend attire befitting a fine dining restaurant (no shorts, flip-flops - jeans are fine though). My husband and I both had the tasting menu with wine pairings. Everything was amazing and worth the expense. We had a lovely time. Servicio: Muy bueno. Camareros atentos y muy amables. Ambiente: Sitio bastante agradable y tranquilo. Ideal para una comida familiar o en pareja. Comida: Muy rica, pero creo que excesiva en precio. Sí, hay calidad, pero creo que 60€/persona una comida con agua y una cerveza no lo vale. El entrante de Cachón en su tinta estaba delicioso y muy bien preparado. Quizás lo mejor de la comida. El solomillo rico y bien de cantidad, pero lo de "con verduras de temporada" se lo podían ahorrar porque venían dos judías verdes. No fue un solomillo que destacara sobre otros muchos que he comido por 10€ menos el plato. Quizás lo que me dejó más frío fue la ración de arroz con pollo de corral. Muy rica, bien de porción, pero no me parece que justifique los más de 30€ que cuesta. Un plato de arroz rico sin más. El postre ... Lo típico. 12 eurazos por unas fresas con una bola de helado muy pequeña. Puede que haya sido muy crítico y en absoluto comí mal, pero creo que Madrid está lleno (y cada vez más) de restaurantes notables que por apariencia parecen sobresalientes. Este para mí entraría aquí. Muy bueno, pero inflado.

We ate inside on a Friday evening. The food and ambience are wonderful. I particularly recommend the Russian Salad. The service could be improved. On arrival our first greeting was “we need the table back by 9:45” and that set the tone for the rest of the meal. Ordinarily we appreciate prompt service, but this was different levels with plates being taken away while you were finishing your last mouthful. Some staff members were friendly, others a little terse I recommend going for the food but hope you have a better service experience than we did
High end restaurant. Way too pricey. Got here late so we only got coffee and desert so I can’t review the food. Delicious cheese tart, though. Beautiful indoor setting , also have outdoor terrace.
So torn in giving this review, I'd say 3.5 stars, but gave them the half point to give them the benefit of the doubt perhaps they were having an off night. The staff was not attentive and quite short with us, nothing like the quality of attentiveness that other reviewers seem to have received. They also had the heater way up which really wasn't a pleasant eating atmosphere especially when you're busy distracted trying to remove as much clothing as you can. Stars all given towards quality of the food. The clams, hake fish (which was my favorite out of all the dishes), and steak tartare were all delicious. The cheese cake was melt in your mouth delicate and flavorful, I'd say don't miss ordering this. The restaurant itself has a classy look, dim lighting for those romantic style or a celebratory dinner. Definitely on the pricey side, so take that into consideration when dining here.
Lovely restaurant but outdoors sitting is limited and we ended up inside. In an almost empty restaurant they seated us by the toilet where it was extremely cold. We asked to be moved elsewhere and got a better high seating table in a much nicer temperature room and with the street view. For some reason we waited some 10-15' to order. The food was excellent and well presented. All recommendations but book your place early to make sure you can sit outside.

Pretty atmosphere, but having a cramped genre-mixed bathroom is an indignity in a restaurant of this supposed cache. Food is good but menu is too similar to Cañadio / La Maruca, where you can eat roughly the same at a 20% cheaper price.
