Excelente atún de almadraba. Nos ha encantado. Íbamos con idea de tomar el menú degustación pero en Agosto no lo trabajan. Pedimos la sinfonía y el combo para poder probar lomo negro y lomo blanco. Los aliños son bastante similares en varios tipos pero nos pareció riquísimo. Rematamos con un burrito de tarantelo y de postre una tartita de queso. Volveremos a probar el menú degustación (chef acuérdate de nosotros y de tu oferta! :)) comida y personal perfectos, ambiente un poco ruidoso.

Hemos ido a comer y no podemos estar más contentos. La calidad del producto es muy bueno y el servicio de 10. Lo recomendamos sin luegar a dudas. Volveremos para el ronqueo.

Buscando algún sitio para almorzar en Madrid, nos salió este restaurante y no falló. El auténtico atún rojo en Madrid. Todos sus cortes, sus diferentes partes, diferentes cocciones. Para mí gusto fue un espectáculo. A parte de la carta, puedes decantarte por el menu degustacion, yo elegi esa opcion. Trato exquisito nada que objetar. Deseando volver.

Nos animamos a probar el menú degustación en **Deatun**, el restaurante de atún en la calle Ponzano. Los platos estaban ricos, aunque notamos que en algunos se repetían sabores similares. El atún es caro, pero estaría bien que algunos platos tuvieran un poco más de cantidad. El tomatun me encantó, ¡una auténtica delicia! El postre de mascarpone fue una sorpresa agradable, original y delicioso. El chef, un gaditano de Zahara, era muy simpático y añadió un toque personal a la experiencia. El restaurante utiliza atún en todos sus platos y la calidad del atún es excelente. El local es algo sobrio, pero a la vez elegante. En general, ¡una experiencia interesante! 🐟🍰🍽️

Restaurante especializado en atún rojo. La calidad del producto y su elaboración es insuperable. Probamos distintas partes del atún elaboradas de distinta forma. El dueño del restaurante fue muy atento explicandonos cada parte del atún que habíamos pedido y sus características, mejorando aun más la experiencia. Agradecidos también por el buen trato, una de las personas que íbamos era celíaca y se preocupó mucho en adaptar cada plato para que todos lo podamos comer igual.

El morrillo a la sal es espectacular. De entrante pedimos un surtido de crudos fuera de carta, muy recomendable para probar diferentes formas de preparar el atún en crudo. El servicio muy atento y amable. Volveremos a probar el resto de platos ya que tienen una carta bastante extensa con la que te quedas con ganas de probar todo lo demás.

Pues eso.. atún en todas sus modalidades. Lo que pedimos estaba muy bueno. Buen servicio y gran calidad de producto..en agosto y casi lleno… en otro mes… yo reservaría antes de ir.

The first surprise of the evening was that the restaurant had been completely renovated since our last visit in October 2022. The decor is now soft and welcoming and gives the impression that the evening ahead is something to look forward to. The second surprise is the "Irish bread." Being an Irish woman who makes soda bread regularly, it wasn't a bad attempt. A little more salt and a little less sugar would be good. On to the food, we had the burrata and zamborina starter and ordered the Symphony main. The food was as we remembered it, absolutely wonderful. We had a dessert, just to be greedy!! 😂 We had a bottle of white wine which paired excellent with our food. DeAtún is not in a tourist area, but it is well worth a visit.

Had our last dinner in Madrid here. As the name of the restaurant tells you it is all about tuna. If you like tuna and sashimi you are in for a treat. It’s pricey but the fish is super fresh and tasty. Make sure you order something classic mode so you get eggs and potatoes. It is a real nice meal.

We got the tuna trio and the tuna burritos, this was the perfect amount for a not too heavy lunch (although we had a couple of tapa with our pre dinner drinks first, if you hadn't done that maybe get 1 or 2 more things). It was also good to try the tuna served different ways so felt like we had good variety. I love tuna, which is why we came, and the food was honestly amazing. I love seafood of all kinds but still was surprised at how the tuna of this quality tastes. It's hard to get this kind of thing in the UK so was a great experience to try it here. The staff were friendly and seemed passionate about the tuna and were speaking to us about where it was from and the research we'd done beforehand. We also had a lovely wine which paired well and they helpfully corked it up for us to take the rest home. We shared chocolate cake for dessert which was delicious. The prices aren't cheap but I think reasonable for the quality you get. Thank you for a lovely meal!

Best place to have proper Tuna 🍣 One of the best places I know in madrid for a high quality dinner in a warm and delicious environment. It is not a cheap place, so get there ready for that, but the prices are in perfect agreement with the quality offer. I don’t think there is any equivalent counterpart in Spain. Fresh tuna in an unbeatable location, and with an amazing presentation and taste.

Specialized restaurant on tuna! You get what you want 90% of the dish are centered around tuna! Really interesting flavors with asian, spanish touch! I really recommend the mileojas! Very good quality food for the price!

Lovely staff and amazing tuna! The best things we ordered were the trio (tartar, sashimi & tataki) and the tuna with quail eggs and truffle. We also tried the warm salad but I'm sure there are nicer things as starter than that.

The best Tuna place I have tried in Madrid. Tuna from Barbara and a chef from Zahara de los Atunes. It is not that big so it is better to book. You can book dinning tables, high tables and a reserves room. A must if you want to dinne in the Ponzano area

I really like the restaurants with a sharp focus on a specific product or a theme. As the name of the restaurant indicates (Tuna fish), they are obsessed with Tuna. They serve cooked, raw, cured every type of tuna and different cuts from each section of the fish. I tried grilled tuna on some type of potato salad and tuna tartare. Grilled tuna was cooked properly and the salad was very well seasoned and mix. The tuna could have been a bit juicier but might be because of the cut that I ordered. Tartare was top notch, I especially ordered the collar (parpatana) since it's one of the most fatty parts of the fish. Again nicely prepared, fish was delicious, seasoning was also good but a bit sesame oil forward.

good location, quality of food good but the price is too much. We took a trio of tuna and the fish was frozen without any taste and all people in the room complained for the same thing and nobody did nothing. Portion was very little. good place if the prize was half (maybe 1/3).
