The donuts are SO GOOD! Way cheaper than Shipley's and just as good! Very thrilled to have a good donut shop near by. The woman who was serving us was so very sweet and efficient. We ordered a dozen and they were almost gone before we got home.. Mmm. Worth the visit. Give this place the business they deserves! Stop by when given the chance, soooo worth it. Edit: 3 years later and still my favorite 😍 💕

Outstanding customer service! Some of the friendliest folks I’ve ever met at a donut shop. My 4-year old son has been on a “quest” for green iced donuts for some time and, Lo and behold, he found his Holy Grail at 1st World Donuts! With sprinkles! The smiling and friendly gentleman behind the counter hand-presented the treasure to my son, which totally made his day! There were also some gratis donut holes hidden in his bag for an extra bounty! The gentleman was called away to the drive thru window while I was deciding on what the rest of my order would be, but never fear… the lady of the store was right there to help complete my order with just as many warm smiles for me and my son. The donuts were lovely and fresh. Airy and light. The kolaches (ham and cheese and sausage and cheese) were also quite good! We had a great experience and will definitely return for the Green Grail Donuts for my son, I’m certain!

This place is awesome for a few reasons. 1. It's close by and amazing service. 2. They have old fashioned glazed version. 3. They have amazing spicy boudin klobasnikys (kolaches for those who dont know what a real kolache is) 4. Donuts always seem fresh and always taste amazing. 5. Their bacon egg cheese croissant is good too. Don't be alarmed if the bacon or egg isn't fried or cooked to your exact liking. I love food, especially breakfast. So, as long as its cooked correctly to standards that mean I won't get food poisoning, then it's fine with me. Besides, I give them a little room here because , hey, it's a donut shop. They specialize in donuts, not the other items on their list. They are trying to give a good variety and I am fine with that. Personal opinion. Better than Shipleys, always. Peace!

I’ve been going here for yrs since it first opened and it has always been a pleasant visit everytime. I go atleast once a week. The people working there are always so welcoming and kind. The donuts are so yummy and soft and the kolaches are great! Way better than the big chain donut shops in my opinion. Highly recommend!

This place is AHmazing, I just moved to the area and since I moved, I stop here every morning! They are super nice and have the best Kolache’s and croissants! I switch between getting the Ham and Cheese croissant and the Boudin Kolache, I get one for breakfast and one for lunch! Your missing out if you don’t come here! Plus it has a drive thru!!

Great cake donuts. Kolaches are a little dry and could use more cheese . I had the kountry boy sausage, sausage and cheese, and the ham and cheese. The colorful selection of donuts makes this place worth checking out especially if you have kids.

Currently trying not to puke in my car... Bit into a ham and cheese kolache my hubs just bought for us and the kids along with some donut holes. I swear they used spam for ham. It was a square stick of questionable meat. Ew. And the donut holes tasted funny.

Worst donuts I've had in a while, even the donuts at Walmart are better. Got a dozen donuts, half iced, half glazed, and donuts holes (there were only six in the bag). The total came out to $12, bloody overpriced!

I hate doing this because bad reviews aren't good for business, but in this case I have to. I stopped in this morning Feb 1, 2025. One of the items I ordered was a breakfast sandwich. On the window outside, it says Taco and sandwiches made to order but inside, there is an array of sandwiches already made, so he pulls one out and puts it in the microwave. I paid for my items an went on to my destination. I just arrived and began eating. Within 5 minutes my stomach was hurting and I wanted to puke! I can taste what I can only describe as the aromas of a domicile, a mix of old cooking oil and insence. I used to live next door to a man who owned a Chinese restaurant and he had bought the home and sectioned the inside off into small apartments so his staff could live there. The after taste of this sandwich is EXACTLY like that! I think these are prepared at home in advance...who knows how long in advance. The Chinese restaurant owner used to do the same thing and I saw the inside of that place because I fixed crap in there all the time. No health inspector at your house. You can completely bypass all of those regulations. I'm sorry for this review but you can quite literally kill someone with food poisoning! Make the food fresh like you advertising says! I will never go there again.

We paid $7 for one crappy kolache and a small ‘brisket’ kolache. They were both terrible, tasted like chemicals (especially the ‘bread’). There was about 1 tablespoon of brisket and cheese surrounded by a fluffy bread. For $7 I’d expect way better. Definitely won’t be back here.
