North End Caffe

We’re in from Houston, TX and stopped at this gem. Apparently Guy Fieri visited the joint, nice. We had the Hermana sandwich and Breakfast Tacos, delicious. Better than anything Houston has cooked up. The only thing I would critique is the apathetic way the staff carry themselves. Smile, you’re in paradise :)

I picked that up from some of the reviews and photos and initially that's why I came. But the avocado toast and ginger limeade were fantastic and worth every penny. I'll support business owners like this all day long.

Been coming to North End since 2010. Best gem of the south bay. Some favorites from the lunch menu are the Manhattan, el guapo, Alicia, bolsa chica. The cobb salad. We also get fuego burger or the Jimmy salad. Get the breakfast potatoes too. Pretty awesome place and is right by the strand. My order lately is Bolsa Chica sandwich or old Cobb salad.

Delicious and fresh food. excellent friendly service. The portions are BIG! Yum 😋 I highly recommend the coffee it has an orange peel inside, tastes great! Try the Capri❤️ ☕️

What a vibe. Grom’s menu is for anyone, technically, as long as you accept you’re a grom. Double burrito, solid. Wish I went vegetarian.

Ah! The food was amazing! We had a light breakfast but man were the 2 dishes we had just right! We had the Marco's Huevo with a side of potatoes! GET THE SIDE of potatoes! Thank you Liam for the suggestion and your sweet customer service!! 🙂 Also, a side of beignets for a sweet finish! I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Other dishes looked amazing but we def were feeling a lighter breakfast 🍳

Charming cafe across from Round Willow Yoga offering unique coffee drinks and a diverse menu. I had a decaf Capri with white chocolate and lemon zest. 🍋 That was so good and unique. Paired it with MaeMae's lemon mascarpone crostini. It was a lemony kind of day. 🍋 Loved it all. 💛 Only hiccup: some unwanted fly friends at the patio tables 😊.

I have not been out lately because of obvious reasons. For the first outing I came to North End Caffe. This is an absolute gem of food, courtesy and kindness. The owner (Nacho) went above and beyond serving each and every customer. The repeat customers spoke to him like an old friend, the restaurant was very clean and well kept. This easily will become my go to place each month. I am thankful everyone has started to come out and I hope everyone stays safe.

Excellent breakfast and great coffee/au lait. A HUGE menu with even more options/specials posted around the space. Blueberry bacon pancakes were exactly my style. If you love the fruit, bacon, pancakes, egg yolks and syrup all in the same bite - this is the dish for you!

I had a fantastic experience at North End Caffe! The standout for me was the spectacular potatoes—they were crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection. The strawberry pancake was also incredible, with fresh berries and a light, fluffy texture. The service, especially from Nacho, was exceptional; he was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was clear that all the guests were being well taken care of. The café also has a beautiful view and a cozy atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

What a lovely cafe!! I love that they have half sizes for their bowls because the portions are huge!! Too big for a tiny gal like me so i appreciated that haha. Had the shinto salad and it was delicious. Their fries were also surprisingly good. Service was very friendly and prompt. Will definitely come back.

Stopped for a quick breakfast before heading to Bruce's Beach, then onto LAX. The bright yellow awning, local vibe, and notifications Guy Fieri had eaten here, convinced me this was the right stop. The guy behind the counter quickly took my order for "Eggs From Hell" and I took a seat out front overlooking the ocean. The same guy brought out the breakfast and offered to set up an umbrella. I chose the morning sun to compliment the well flavored eggs and breakfast potatoes. I was glad I popped in as the food was great and certain this place is packed on the evenings and weekends with beachgo'rs.

Don’t worry—they’ll still pile on the salt, because who needs balance? And if you prefer your fries to taste like they're being dry-cured rather than cooked, congratulations—you’ve found your spot. I actually don't like any of the above qualities in a restaurant. I have just forbidden myself to do any one star reviews because it is bad for business.

Like this seemingly cross-culture eatery place: it feels a bit British somehow (maybe the books on the wall, maybe the server wearing the newsboy cap), but in the breezy sea city, with a generous ocean view and beach access. The food portion is huge, normally one dish can serve two adults. Food variety is great: healthy, comfort, vegetarian, meaty. Definitely a wonderful go to place on any early morning after a run on the famed Manhattan Beach!!
