Power went out while I was here but staff was super friendly and food is always good. They always make great suggestions and I love breakfast for lunch. I will be back for sure.
During COVID-19, the lobby is closed for dining, but you can order inside. They have the chairs put up with caution tape across them and the bathroom is locked. Fast service. Friendly staff. Cheap prices. Clean environment.

We went late night and the lady who took our order rocked it! We were not exactly the easiest customers at that time and she got our order taken and read back correctly first time. Very impressed.
Awesome fast food with variety.... Their hamburgers are pretty good... I like one with bacon... They have tacos.... Which are just okay... Their egg rolls are pretty good... I normally get the 3 pack.... Fry's come in French cut or curly.... I prefer French cut...
Looked like a 1 man crew by the time I got there late at night. Still got my food to me in a timely manner and everything was correct. Everything was good! Not disappointed with this location at all
They need to bring back the spicy chicken strips and the weekend night staff is slow as he🏒🏒.
A regular Jack In The Box experience. Going through the drive through order, pull forward then check your food before driving off especially If you ordered anything not as- is on the menu. That's just standard at any fast food place though. The food was deliciously hot and fresh, the curly fries are my favorite by far and the wait time was to be expected. The inside of the store was clean and I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. All in all the experience was good.
This jack in the box has been the best. The guy at window tn with dreads was amazing. Gave me the best amount of sauce. This place always has the best customer service
they close at 11pm ** almost 1 year after posting review I just saw the business replied. i believe my review was meant to inform. the fact that they replied and put forth the effort to make contact is proof they care about the customer and that is good business. 5 stars!

This had to be one of the best experiences I've had at a Jack in the Box drive through! Cashier was friendly, made sure the order was correct, and even added a shake after we'd forgotten it. Meal was great!

I don't normally have access to a Jack in the Box where I live, but being here in town I would say I've always had great service at this one. I got the breakfast Jack, two tacos, and a drink. Maybe a strange combination but have you tried their tacos? The food was hot and timely. I plan to come back here again. Please be careful in using the drive-thru, the lane is tight as you go around the corner in a larger vehicle, small cars are okay.
Excellent experience for me. I always have a special order and some locations I have to spell it out or use sign language to get information across. Today at this location I said it one time a the individual on the other side of the mic got it right. All 8 combos were correct.
This is my favorite Jack in the Box. They are consistent .. and they don't smash down the buns on your sandwich. (A pet peeve of mine got anywhere) I like that veterans get a military discount. This store is always clean. I've even ordered from the app and picked it up there.
I give this place high remarks for cleanliness on the inside and quick delivery in the drive thru. Every time I visit restrooms are never dirty and service is quick with a smile while it's still hot enough to burn so good.
Always good food if you're in a hurry. I've never experienced a wrong order. Most I've had to wait is about 10 minutes. One day I was getting close to being late for work, I asked how long it would take they told me "I can get your stuff as soon as it is done" I skipped 2 people. Was at work on time.
I have been to this location twice now and the young man at the counter was there both times. The first time I was a bit iffy because it looked like a few kids in the back but they delivered! The cashier was attentive and explained things without an attitude. My food was also fresh!! Thank you Kameron (I think that’s how you spell it!)

Food was great but I give 5 stars for the crew. The spicy chicken sandwich says thicker chicken and it was but this is still no improvement from the original, they cut the portion down. The chicken does not cover more than half the sandwich. It was a bit bigger than my last. Taste was great! Seriously change it back to the way it was.
Every day for the last 2 months I have ordered the same thing. A number 5. It’s a simple chicken sandwich but I didn’t stop there. I had them remove the tomatoes, I made them put extra extra lettuce. The fries? I made those fries have no salt. Even my drink was modified. I ordered a Dr Pepper with no ice. In two months of religiously ordering every morning this order only twice did I see any error. Both times there were a few grains of salt on the fries. No one had a bad attitude. No one was unpolished. They were very professional and fast.
Jacob was really professional and Friendly at Front, my 7 years old is really picky about food so he was patiently explained to him and took the order. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for being so patience and providing the service
2/20/26 I ordered in the drive thru and the cashier was very kind and helpful, I believe his name was Dante. He gave great customer service, they need more staff members like him.

I have not been in any kind of business weather it be a fast food, grocery or restaurant where the employees were just not rude. Example, we went to this location to get a snack and this young man, named Cameron was the nicest most polite kid I have ever met. He listened, wasn't an Inconvenience if we asked for anything. Very enjoyable experience.
Food was pretty good. First it was fresh and hot. Very good choice of burgers and sandwiches. Love the curly fries. And they make a tasty breakfast, with many choices to choose from.

Your typical jack in the box, has pretty much all the munchies and tasty items you would expect. I haven't had a bad experience here yet which is excellent, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to hit this particular jack in the box up if I am craving some of their tacos and curly fries. Not much else to say really, once you have been to a few you know what to expect, but at least I can say this location has been reliable for me.
I ordered 2 tacos and a junior cheeseburger. And it looked like they just slapped it all together. The tacos were cold and hard took him back the next day they re. Cooked me some more. They were hard and half hot and half cold. So I don't think I'll be going back. For a while
Food is good. Hours in drive thru say 24 hours, but if you go at a certain time in the middle of the night they ignore the intercom.
Went inside, thankfully!so tired of this shutdown stuff. Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and two tacos, the burger had little to no bacon, and the tacos were short on the cheese that makes them good, so a little disappointed, but it is fast food, so yeah. We stood at the counter for a while before anyone served us, the girl at the counter had her back to us playing on her phone, why do places allow their employees to keep their phones on them. Anyhow, i don't go here often, and it will be a long time before I return.

Company needs to update the dining room hours to closing at 9:00 instead of 10:00 since managers are locking the doors at 9:06.
Food used to be good now its just ok. Service on the drive through speaker was amazing but different story when we got to the drive through window. Employee had no personality, no communication to my wife and we had to ask him for everything instead of him asking us.
Normally the drive thru line goes quick, this time though there was some sort of issue and we were such there for quite a while. I'm not sure why they didn't park that car and let the rest go through. I'm sure my food had been ready some time, since the fries were not hot at all.
Ok so tonights visit didn't go very well. The guy at the drive thru was completely rude when taking our order, when i paid the guy decided to just rip my debt card out of the reader really hard and i said something then he was missing my salad and decided that i never ordered it and my daughter and brother in law heard me clear as day order my salad.. Everything was hot and good but 2 out of 3 of my 8count nugget order only got 7. I know it is not much difference one less but I paid for it and it was too late to turn around because I did not notice until I got home and my kids were really hungry and tired.
Like the overall quickness which you get your food. That being said... The order was wrong. When it was corrected the food tasted like they tried to warm up day old food. I dont think ill ever go back.
I had a toco from there for the first time in many years, i went through the drive through. I took a bite while driving and spit it out the window, then in anger I threw the whole bag out, sorry about the litter but it was disgusting.
Put cheese I didn't want on a jumbo jack that tasted terrible. Ordered churros and got tacos instead. Egg rolls were great. It's fast food. It's either a win or lose on the food.

I just left this location 10mins ago. We ordered 8 tacos and 3 stuffed jalapeño. They didn't add the jalapeños so we went back into the drive-through and reorder them and the lady repeated my order and gave the total but once I came home I have a 3 egg rolls😡😡😡😡 I'm very p/o and I had a long day at work and these dumb asses won't even answer there phone😤😤😤😤
Apparently Jack-in-the-Box‘s prices have gone up but the menu reflecting such price hike has not gone up so I was a little bit confused when I was charged like two dollars more than the marquee said I should’ve been but I just tracked that option inflation and thought, OK I’m not to let that ruin my experience, but the lady at the drive-through Has a personality of a turnip her face gives away everything she’s thinking and she’s not happy at her job. She’s not happy answering any questions whatsoever. Not personal information just questions Like, “did you put taco sauce in the bag?” Don’t ask that apparently that’s one sums to highly irritate her!! If it were my franchise,…. first some major damage control and retraining staff as to unacceptable attitudes, and appropriate responses to customers. Looking around and observing for the short time that I was at the drive-through. It look like the entire staff could use some building exercises in employee morale and the value of great customer service! After reading some of these reviews and guarantee, that’s the woman they’re talking about!
Went through the drive through, my order came quick and was correct however when I got home I found a hair in my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting..
This place was awful! Horrible customer service. Extremely rude! We had 2 separate orders and 2 separate coupons and they were not accepting the transaction. I would highly recommend not going here. The food was cold,and the shake was completely melted.
"Open 24 hours" is total BS. This location is NEVER open past 2am. All lights are on and the "24 hours" sign in the window, but nobody taking orders, no cars in the parking lot indicating nobody is even in the building. If you close at 2am then update your hours and take down the 24 hours sign. It's just false advertising at this point, because this location is most certainly NOT open 24hrs. Very annoying when I have to guess if the place is even open because the building doesn't follow its own posted hours.
Everything was uncooked!!! Tacos, curly fries, chicken sandwiches! Usually not one to complain or make a fuss but that was the nastiest meal and I’m usually satisfied with that location!

Dont order ffod from them and expect the condiments. 8 out of last 10 orders for door dash no condiments especially ranch even though it has you pick what you want. Its clearly my fault for expecting a different outcome.

Was in the drive thru for 20 minutes and continue to try to contact staff. He stated that the card machine was froze a n.v d they were only taking cash. We left to go home and order from door dash. I ask him to tell his customers behind me in the drive thru but he was eorried about getting the machine to work. I was worried about the irate customer too many crazy things happening. I hope they got it fixed.

Whole order missing after ordering from Uber eats just got large curly, hash brown, and chick-n-tater melt after ordering 2 large spicy cluck sandwich combos with 3 jumbo egg rolls. The only thing right was one large curly frie.
If I could give no stars I would. My food was cold and stale so that's nice but the real kicker was the fact that there was a HAIR in my taco! Why aren't people wearing hairnets or inspecting what they serve others. 🤔 Disgusting!
Asked for my free curly fry with my $5 combo from the coupons that got mailed to us then when they messed up the order by giving us a cheesecake instead they then said they couldn't switch it. Like what kind of b.s. is that The manager was also very rude didnt give a chance to speak at all
Horrible service. Charged $2.09 substitite a coke for coffee and .60 cents to upgrade to fries from hashbrowns. Have been going there for years and never been charged to substitute. We got cold old fries.charged us for combo and for small coke and fries. We did not get the coffee or hash browns that come with combo.Husbsnd always changes coffee for coke snd fries for hashbrowns and has never ever been charged. Staff was rude and said it has always been that way.
Since when can you not add cheese to curly fries?! I get it it on the munchy meal but we even asked to add it on the other meals and they declined. Normally they are okay but tonight they were extremely rude, horrible customer service!
Nothing but problems when I come to this location. The rude "manager" watered down my ice coffee by half and told me that's just how they make it . I get Jack coffee every day it's my favorite I had to give her back the coffee and argue to get my money back this is just one visit.
Thanks to the rude, mannerless, dour-faced "Manager" named Cassie, and her inept staff, this Jack In The Box is my worst fast food experience so far. I was so disrespected on 10/21/21 @ 2:52pm that I have sworn to never set foot there and I will make sure all my friends and relatives avoid this disgusting restaurant.
The customer service is extremely poor. I go inside to pick up Uber orders. It takes 5 minutes alone to even be acknowledged that I’m standing at the counter. I was there for a small order that took 20 minutes for them to prepare. There was no one else in the lobby. When you can finally speak to an employee they mumble and walk away. Very disappointing.
Spent 10 minutes in the drive thru with no acknowledgement. Finally gave up and drove around to the window. The lady gave me attitude (as if I was inconveniencing her..) and cut me off when I tried to explain how long I’d been waiting. Was just there trying to pick up a mobile order. I see I’m not the only one based on the complaints… unacceptable and terrible service.. I get it’s fast food but come on…
I work near this Jack in the box overnight. At 2 and 3 in the morning when it’s time for me to go on lunch, there’s not many options especially during the week. I go here every so often and usually never have a problem. This time though I go there and sit In the drive through for about 10 minutes with no answer. I roll to the front and see two employees just sitting at the tables on there phone. One of which makes Eye contact with me so i went back through but sat there for another few minutes with nothing. Wasted time and gas going and waiting here
Horrible location went to get a late night meal and clerk forgot to give me my full order I called 3 times and finally got a answer so I pulled around to the door to get my shake that was already made and she said I had to pull back around through the drive through because they are not allowed to come outside after 10 so I had to wait in the long line for a shake they forgot to add to my original order to begin with... this place is full of it. 2 stars on Google maps I wonder why it’s a 4 star here.
They didn’t give me the cheese cake I ordered with the burgers. Wanted to file a complaint but was asked to complete a survey online. After answering a multitude of questions, someone names Alice called and told me to go back to the store and ask for the cream cheese. No apology. Wow! This is not the first time they made a mistake on my order. I will NOT go back to this place ever again.
I have been waiting at the drive thru speaker for 15 min and still have not ordered. The lady inside only said, "I'm very busy, hang on..." and never came back to take my order. The 3 cars behind me left.

I had a Door Dash order at 1:30am and they did not want to come to the window to serve me. One lady looked at me and continued cleaning without informing others that I was waiting, I had to knock on the window while a guy was cleaning to let him know I’ve been waiting for my order, which was ready on the counter.
PLEASEE STOP sending out stale fries with a DoorDash order. This is TWICE in two days half my food is fresh made and the other is tossed in the trash. DoorDash isnt cheap and you literally have me throwing money away. SMH
So placed online pickup order. Got to work and it's wrong. Gave feedback and DM asked if I would stop by and they remake order. Said he spoke to manager. I get there and manager says I know nothing of it. I show her the email and she says what was it. I told her and she says we dont sell that. I said it was on the app and she says you got the right location. I told her I wasn't gonna argue with her and leave. Jack in box corporation gets involved and sends me 2 complimentary combo coupons. I stop by the store and order combo told cashier about coupon. Get to window. Cashier says I dont know how to do that. I ssid can I speak to manager he says I am the manager. Tells me he has been there for 2 weeks. I ask can you take the coupon and he says today is my first day in charge and I'm only 17. I said i do not care how old you are just make my order and leave a note for your manager to deal with it later he hands me the coupon closes the window and was done with me I guess. Just stood there looking at me.No customer service day or night. Poor judgement and no accountability.
The staff at this establishment were quite impolite. We arrived at 9 p.m. and were greeted by an employee named "Monique" in an unfriendly manner. Before we could finish saying "hello," she snapped, "Yes, I know you're here. I hear the beep when you pull up," with an irritated tone. I was taken aback, and even my 10-year-old child remarked, "Mom, why is she being mean?" Regrettably, we will no longer be visiting this location.

I went and ordered my food around 10:40pm and I am missing a whole meal and I’m calling to notify them about my situation and they don’t answer. They should do there work better and pay attention to the orders

I order from here regularly and my kids love it. The low rating isn't for the food. The management and crew do not correct mistakes. I ordered through the mobile app, and got my confirmation. 20 minutes later my order was canceled. To get anyone on the phone is almost impossible. I had to call 12 times to speak with someone a total of 3 times that day. The first call they told me everything was fixed and my order would be delivered. That didn't happen. After 2 hours of waiting they finally offered to refund my money if I just came and picked up my meal. It may seem petty but when you spend $15 on delivery fees and tip, you want your $13 worth of food delivered. So we settled on the food and a refund. Of course there was no refund. The charge went through. They took my information in case there was an issue and said call if I didn't get my money. So today I have called 6 times and no one will answer. I know this is just fast food, but its a horrible way to run any business. Accidents happen, but at least answer the phone, try to fix it, and have some clue what you are talking about. People are paying for a service. Update: After 5 days they did refund my money. So I added another star
Well it's official, fast food isn't FAST food anymore. It's literally taking more and more time to get your food nowadays. You would think older people would be more efficient but most times there's either a language barrier or people who literally just don't want to be there. Then there's the food prep. Little to no care as to how you food is put together and presented. I won't be recommending this place anytime soon. Definitely 2 thumbs down 👎 👎
Every time I try to stop by in the morning around 6 am they're never open and theirs lights on and a truck outside so what's going on? UPDATE: went for a kids meal with chicken nuggets at 2 in the afternoon and only got fries. EDIT: 3 YEARSS LATER still a bad spot ordered a muchie meal curly fries were cold n soggy tacos were filled w lettuce n burger patty was half eaten. 3 years later and still just as bad. Ridiculous
Didn't get to order anything because the girl server saw us walking in and she went hide in the back. We waited for 3 minutes and no one came out. The place had a very strong smell of bleach. Killed our appetite instantly. Not sure what is going on with this place.
At 7:15 am this morning. No long line in drive -thru. I ordered a Breakfast combo of Breakfast. Jack w/ hashbrown with a small kids meal sprite zero. I got to the window. The lady proceeds to give me a larger coke zero. I said No ma'am . I ordered the kids meal sprite zero. She told me NO! I said you already have my money for the larger drink. But I want the smaller one. She continues to argue with me. I work in customer service industry you never argue with a customer. I didnt want anything for free. I was just wanting a smaller drink and a sprite zero NOT A COKE WHICH SHE WAS TELLING ME I WANTED. "REALLY" This is not the first time this happened with her. I order this every Friday for my special sister. So, I know what I want . I don't have problems with any other people at the window. They're friendly. This one at the end of it all she shut the window. When I told her listen to the customer. You should never argue with a customer if they are paying. Especially if they are paying more for the what they got!! AT THE END OF THIS. I TRY NOT TO LET PEOPLE RUIN MY DAY! BUT THIS PERSON DID! I WOULD CALL HER A LADY. BUT ...NOT!!!! She is not customer service material!
When we showed up at 4 pm and no one took our order for 5 minutes, then we used the kiosk to order. Only when someone else came in did they even acknowledge us and asked if they could help us. The food took longer than expected. The WHOLE atmosphere was trash. Will NEVER come back inside! Do better!
First my munchy meal was with curly fries they gave me half/half but they fixed that. Got churros extra sugar. got no sugar. My tacos got no cheese... i wouldve let this slide but the the jack in the crack on cooper was close had to drive to mansfield and go thru the drive thru twice. Jack your burgers got my smaller and u have raised ur prices.
My girlfriend came to order a breakfast sandwich this morning. The lady taking her order was a heavy set hispanic woman, we've come to learn is a Team lead. My Gf ordered a particular sandwich and when she was handed the bag it wasn't what she ordered. Also, it wasn't cooked properly. Two pieces of toast, egg and an nonmelted piece of cheese put together without any organization, just thrown in the bag. (disgusting food handling practices) Then when my girlfriend backed up and told her about it she argued with her saying that's what she ordered. No it wasn't. That couldn't possibly be something on the menu. The employee hesitated to rectify the situation but when she did, she left the window cracked and was saying disgusting, inappropriate things about her. The lady was horrible and due to the way she acted my gf decided not to eat it as it was probably messed with. We never eat fast food and my gf was feeling like just grabbing something she used to enjoy but this is what she gets for eating garbage. Ran by garbage people. That's the last time.
I had pull up and asked for a number 4 and I said I wanted a large fry with it . She placed the order individually. So I said to her I wanted the combo . She ignored me twice . So I repeated myself twice nicely bc I don’t want anyone spitting on my food . She answered very rude saying that well you need to say combo . Which is what I was saying nicely . I cancel my order because she was rude unprovoked . I do think she was there maybe alone idk . Maybe she needed more help .but I was the only car at the drive-through . Anyways . I do hope she re-evaluates her attitude .
