We came here 3 times while in Texas visiting my mother. The drinks were delicious and the staff were so nice. I got the carmelicious frozen and iced with almond milk. My wife got smoothies. I also tried the pretzel sticks with cheese. Highly recommend everything. I put one of their cute little stickers on my water bottle. Can’t wait to come back on my next visit.

I decided to go to Scooter's for the first time this afternoon after having driven past it numerous times in the past. I went inside and the place was clean and comfortable. The large tables and booths look perfect for spreading out and working on larger projects or chilling with friends. Much better than what most coffee shops have. Staff immediately greeted me and were incredibly friendly and kind. I let them know it was my first time here and I was interested in trying the Caramelicious. Without any prompting, the cashier gave me the drink for free and said he's like to see me again! The coffee was delicious and the cute little sticker on the top was adorable. If I don't feel like driving to PJ's and want a more comfortable place to sit and work, Scooter's is where you will find me. I'm absolutely coming back!

The barista (Cass) was working by herself!!! Literally the ONLY PERSON THERE! And she was awesome! She made our drinks perfectly and pretty quick actually. Definitely recommend.

My family and I decided to go out of the normal Starbucks on our Sunday morning. We decided to try Scooters since it was much closer to our home than our regular Starbucks. We went through the drive thru and noticed there wasn't much business that morning. A little nervous trying something new to jump start our day we ordered 2 Mango smoothies, 2 cinnamon rolls and 2 Honey Vanilla ice Lattes. The customer service was very fast and very nice. Service with a smile! The smoothies were creamy and delicious my kids sucked them down before we even made it home! The cinnamon rolls were so amazing and larger than I expected. The Honey Vanilla Lattes were AMAZING! Very delicious! We will come back definitely for our coffees and morning drinks! I was a little surprised the prices were a little steep for the food but we enjoyed it.

My favorite coffee place! Coming from a state where Scooters is prevalent, I was so happy to see one when I moved to McKinney. Their smoothies are my favorite. I wish the staff were a little friendlier, though-- sometimes, they won't even say anything other than the amount you owe. I also wish they were open a bit later. Wonderful coffee and smoothies, though!

The coffee here is so good i took mocha and you can simply taste the strong coffee and the strong chocolate flavor too it’s really good and the service and the people are really friendly

Staff hiding out in back. And this is not the first time experiencing this. Food and drinks always good. They could be present and maybe wiping down tables… Had to yell to get their attention to order and after making our order they disappeared to the back to remain unseen while we ate.

We went in after a morning walk at Bonnie Wenk Park on a chilly morning. We ordered medium coffee and small hot chocolate. Even though we were the only ones in the store,it took them really long to make the hot chocolate, whilst other customers walked in. Then my SO's hot chocolate tasted really weird. They called out for another caramel latte meanwhile. I can't help but think they mixed up our orders. I checked with the barista about what they put in the hot chocolate since it tasted really different, they said it was just chocolate syrup and milk. My SO threw away her $4 hot chocolate because they didn't want to admit they mixed up the orders. Coffee was not good either, not going back!

I’d love to know why your store is closed at 11 AM on a Tuesday morning with no advance notice or warning when all of your hours of operation on your website say that you are open. Taping a piece of paper that says sorry we are closed until further. Notice is incredibly unprofessional and I would expect more from a corporation.

Went all the way there to get a PB Power shake… my go to drink at Scooters… and the guy working there said “no, he’s washing the stuff..” can I order a different drink? So I just left with nothing and had to drive all the way home lol. Won’t go there again.

I’m very disappointed in my experience at this location. I ordered a large redbull with red raspberry, coconut, and heavy cream— which I get every time just at other locations. When I got my drink it instantly tasted off, I circled back around and they told me they are sure they made it right, and that they used a tropical can of redbull. I told them I did not want the tropical redbull, just the regular once, hence the way I ordered it. If I had wanted a tropical redbull I would have said tropical redbull. I said I’m sorry for the inconvenience but I would like this to be remade, as it is not what I paid $8 for. She proceeded to tell me she would have to charge me. I’ve never heard of a place messing up my order and then making me pay for the new one. Mind you, this entire time she seemed extremely inconvenienced and annoyed. This is extremely disappointing, I’ll stick with the other locations.
