This place is a hidden gem! We found this place accidentally and then it became one of the restaurants that we always take our family and friends to! The pasta was AMAZING. go with any pasta and you will never be disappointed! Their pizza was good too. Soup was also good! They are also pet friendly and have wonderful service!

I found this little gem about a year or so ago. I’ve been plenty of times since. I love that they open early (4pm) for dinner and I have never had an issue with making a reservation. Make a reservation…this place gets packed! Parking is easy. I always find parking in the lot right next to the restaurant. What to order… Don’t go without ordering their Arancini di Riso! I know that’s always something I enjoy before my main course. It comes with two so it’s perfect to share with someone else. I have always enjoyed their soups, salads and pasta selection. One of my favorite pastas sounds like something that may make you go “I’m not sure about that”. But trust me…Y-U-M…it’s Fiocchetti Aurora! But any pasta that looks good to you will be tasty!!! I’ve yet to have anything there that wasn’t a treat! Service has always been great! The staff is friendly and pays attention the whole time you are at the table. Perfect to go with friends, family or even a date night. Enjoy!!

I went to La Stanza for dinner with a friend, and the place was packed. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. My friend and I ordered ravioli carbonara. It was super creamy, light, and flavorful. It was a decent serving size, but it was so good that it left me craving for more. They also provide you with complimentary bread. The bread and the dipping sauce (not sure of the name; probably olive oil of some sort) were really good, too. We also got tiramisu at the end, and it was delicious. Overall, it's a great restaurant with reasonable prices, great food and great service.

Amazing Italian food, flavorful and fresh! Love the pear filled pasta, we don’t mind the 30 min drive to get here for their pasta and tiramisu! The seasonal watermelon arugula salad is a delight! StaffI is super friendly warm and helpful!

Food was fantastic! Covid has hit all restaurants hard and La Stanza was new to Menlo Park opening in January 2020. The owner / chef has his Italian cuisine dialed. The cesar salad was dressed to perfection served on a chilled plate w/shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.. Delish! My short rib ravioli special was exactly what I was hoping for. Hand made in house pasta baked to perfection. My wife had the sacchettto vegi pasta pocket stuffed w/vegis . The red sauce had tremendous flavor... and perfect to mop up with the bread. 🤪... This place is a must try!

Cozy Italian restaurant in downtown Menlo Park. Food was good -- we ordered the rigatoni and the pasta pockets. Tiramisu was great. Parking nearby on the street and in a lot.

My mother and I found this place as we were looking for Italian food that was affordable and good, and wow were we happy! This is truly a place that takes pride in their cooking. Everything was delicious and so well balanced with flavor. The service was awesome.

Oh my goodness. The way I TORE UP that Fioccheti Aurora… it is incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever had a pasta filled with pear/cheese like that? Wonderful combo. I look forward to my next visit and, trying other dishes!

Today my girlfriend and I came to this restaurant not expecting much but we had a great experience! We accidentally ordered something we didn’t want and they gave us the other dish and let us keep the first dish on the house. The food was pretty decent we liked the ricotta balls. Next time we’d like to try pasta because we’re assuming that’s the best here. Thought the service stood out a lot and the vibes of the restaurant were just really great. We were very impressed with service and atmosphere, go dine here!

Beet salad and all the pastas were delicious - Pear pasta (fioccheti Aurora), Mezzelune di ricotta, ravioli carbonara. Kids loved the pollo milanese. Tiramisu heavenly and must get.

The ambience is great. The food was okayish. The pasta was half hooked and chicken was over cooked. Made for an interesting combo that I might give a try again for the flavors. The creamy tomato sauce was excellent.

The food is okay. The instalata was really good, actually my favorite, but pasta was something that you can cook at home. It didn't have that taste of eating at a restaurant. The baguette that was served was defrosted and I would not be so sure about the home made pasta. I think there's some space for improvement. Good service and there's a parking lot behind the restaurant.
