My birthday dinner was delicious at Red Lobster! Rene was attentive and a great server! Would definitely recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love Red Lobster! The food is always fresh and delicious, but what truly makes the experience amazing is the service. We’ve had DEB as our server multiple times and she is simply the best! Friendly, attentive, and always makes us feel welcome. She’s a big reason we keep coming back. Thank you, Deb, and thank you Red Lobster!

This location is "MY" favorite Red Lobster restaurant...... On average, I eat here 3 - 4 times per week, yes I said WEEK! I have eaten at many Red Lobsters across the USA over my 70+ years and this is by far the best one. The management staff here is very good and corporate is aware of that since they use it often to train their new managers when they want the trainees to see how a good restaurant is run. The serving staff is second to none! I could go on and on talking about most of the serving staff by name since they all treat me very good, but I will start with Jill since she goes "above and beyond" the call of duty to take good care of me!!! Yes, even the other servers and the managers think she has me spoiled.....and they just might be right! In summary, I view this staff as my extended family since they all call me by name and they treat me well while I am enjoying their excellent food, good service and personalized conversation! This location is excellent and the food was delicious 😋 not to mention the portions were generous. Our server, Karisa, was so wonderful. Will be going back soon. Ordered the shrimp 🍤 combo.

Haven’t gone in awhile and decided on the spot to have dinner here. The food was AMAZING. Deb was our waitress and she was so fun and helpful. I’m pretty sure we went in as they were closing but they still made us feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend🦞❤️

It was our first time going ! Denzel was our waiter he was very attentive and nice! 😊 I did feel like the biscuits were a bit doughy and the end once you bite into them, my boyfriend said the asparagus had no flavor so he added salt. Our meals were the crusted chicken and crab/lobster and shrimp linguine! We rate it a 9/10

We celebrated 2 birthdays. And the experience was great because we had the most amazing and fun server, Deb!! She made our night!! Thanks, Deb!!

"Denzel was our server tonight at Red Lobster and he was absolutely phenomenal! Super friendly, checked on us just the right amount, kept drinks refilled before we even had to ask, and brought extra Cheddar Bay biscuits without us begging (hero status). He made the whole experience fun and easy. Best service we've had in a long time-ask for Denzel, you won't be disappointed!

Great food, great vibes, and Deb absolutely stole the show. Her personality, humor, and top-notch service made our meal unforgettable. 10/10 would come back for her alone.

The service was great and the food was incredible!! Rene did an amazing job at making sure our visit was enjoyable. We had the Lobster Flatbread for the first time and it was absolutely delicious!

Our server Rene was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills are on point , very attentive always kept our glasses full and made sure we were happy. After being gone for awhile it was nice to come back to Redlobster and have such a pleasant experience. Definitely will come back soon and hopefully have Rene again.

Deb was great. She made sure we had everything we needed and were taken care of. The popcorn shrimp is a great appetizer that will be plenty for 2+ people to share and can never go wrong with their famous biscuits.

Rene was a wonderful server. She was friendly, attentive and was very courteous! It is obvious she enjoys your job! She even made a lobster out of a strawberry that was with the ice cream we received for a birthday we were celebrating!

The music was low which is Great to actually have a conversation. The truth is restaurants don't need music at all. Our elder waiter was phenomenal. Everyone from the moment we walked in was kind and helpful. The food was Amazing. I have one kid that is extremely picky and ate almost everything off the plate. Thank you Red Lobster!!!

We had a great time …Deb Our server was a hoot. We had an excellent service. When I was at work, we were talking about our dinner that we had at red lobster and they said they were ready to go in themselves. I told him to ask for Deb because we had such a great experience with her.

Rene was a great server. Went for my birthday and she brought out a nice ice cream dessert. Atmosphere only 2 because there was quite a bit of dust on the wood trim right next to the booth.

Renee was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests she checked in often without being overbearing and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Her service really made our experience enjoyable. If you visit, definitely ask for Renee she’ll take great care of you!

Came in alone on a weekday. Jessica G was absolutely amazing and really made my experience perfect. Most relaxing moment out dining. Food was delicious also. The new mixed butter was a great idea

Deb was incredible! Great service, she kept our drinks full and got the food delivered fast and checked in with us frequently. The food was great as well, nice and hot like it should be! The music was a little weird which is why the atmosphere got 4/5 stars.

Came here just to chill and eat with my husband and was so amazed with how Rene treated us since the moment she greeted us. We weren’t even at the table for 30 seconds before she came and said her hellos. She was such a friendly person ❤️ she made sure we got what we paid for. I can’t get over how amazing the hospitality is here. Thank you again Rene! You deserve the best with this company and I really hope they see your hardwork and dedication!

Christine was our server and she was very good. She was kind and attentive. It was very busy for Valentines Day and she handled it extremely well.

Our server Rene was amazing! Best service we have ever had. And Josiah the baker (our server Rene told us he is the best baker) made us the freshest most delicious biscuits we have had. Cannot say enough good things about our experience and Rene & Josiah!!!

We like going to Red Lobster every once in a while and this location is always good. Today we had Rene serving our table and she went above and beyond to make us have a great experience. I even saw the level of attention and care she put into her other tables and this restaurant is lucky to have her. She sang a solo happy birthday for another person!

Had a wonderful dining experience on valentines evening! The place was PACKED but we got in right when our reservation scheduled. Nothing seemed to take very long as we ordered drinks and then our entrees. But the real star of the show was Deb! She was phenomenal! Had a wonderful wit and very engaging! She not only served us perfectly, but she made the entire experience better with her great attitude and of course, the aforementioned wit and charm! Job well done by the entire staff, but especially Deb!

I took my husband there for his birthday tonight jan 1st 2026, Deb was our waitress she was awesome, explained the menu, as it was our first time there. Everything was excellent! Even at the end when Deb brought out an ice cream Sunday with happy birthday written in chocolate syrup and a strawberry with 2 chocolate eyes it was perfect, thank you so much, it made my husband's birthday very special. Absolutely wonderful, after a last minute change to our Christmas plans we did an online order at Red Lobster. The staff was brilliant, they were working so hard to accommodate all the difficult customers walking in. When we opened our order at home, it was beautiful and so delicious. Thank you for making our holiday wonderful!! You guys are the best ❤️

Came here for our anniversary & it was a great experience. Deb was our waitress & she did phenomenal! Made sure we were always well taken care of, drinks & bread were always full, plus she was super friendly. We will definitely be back & requesting her in the future :)

René, our server, was both professional and delightful! She made a birthday celebration very special by bringing an ice cream sunday complete with an extra cherry for each person at our table, leading in a Happy Birthday song and best of all, created a red lobster’s on the plate with a strawberry, little eyes and red claws. Huge plates small servings. For a $60 meal, it didn't not look like the picture either.

Red Lobster sure has changed. I got the ultimate feast and now a salad with it is an extra 5 dollars. To get Brussel sprouts instead of broccoli is an extra 5 dollars. I used to get 2 Walt shrimps in the feast for the same price. Tonight it was an extra 5 dollars. I kept hearing the waitresses say to everyone else "there is an up charge with that" .Red Lobster has never been a cheap place to eat and the meal prices went up again. Then my crab and lobster were over cooked. If thr up charges are to save them from going under, I don't think it will work. I feel like I'm getting gouged there and I think I am not alone. At least the,waitress was attentive and friendly.

I have never had this poor of an experience at any restaurant. My family and I were here on Friday night, after the wake of a family member. We waited 90 minutes for our food and not given any updates along the way, as we watched the table next to us get their served quickly, when they were seated after us. Once the food finally came, half of it was missing and we had to keep flagging down the waitress. She only came and checked on us once our mom got there, then she was asking if we needed anything every 2 min. It felt like she thought we wouldn't tip well bc we were young, so we got ignored until our mom arrived. Finally, the food itself was disgusting. But I wouldn't be surprised if it was just sitting there getting cold forever before it came to us. The lobster tail was inedible, the shrimps were rubbery and someone said they didn't look deveined, and now those of us who ate shrimp have been extremely sick ever since, which caused huge problems among the funeral and burial services the next day. Have you ever had to RUN out of a funeral service for someone you cared about bc you were about to projectile vomit? It's humiliating. This was a really delicate time for our family and we tried to make the best of it, but it is absolutely ridiculous the way we were treated ON TOP of paying $50 per person to get food poisoning. We are in so much stomach pain while we are also mourning. None of the 6 of us or anyone we know know will ever patron another Red Lobster again. Shut the place down if this is what it's come to.

I tried Red Lobster again after 3 years and the biscuits taste different and are not the same taste. I ordered $56 worth of food and the portions were small. You should not be overcharging customers for food and not giving good portions
