Amazing service, great atmosphere and very friendly people. Leydi was a great server and did a great job attending us and the food was really fresh. I recommend Tuto's Timba Burger it was amazing!

I’m from California and was in Florida for a personal trip. I ordered the Mac and cheese and was blown away. It was so cheesy, and had so much flavor. I literally devoured it. The waitress was super attentive and on top of her stuff! The cool thing was there was a chicken just roaming everywhere outside and it made the environment interesting. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely visit again.

Ampi recommended the Tuto’s Timba Burger which was delicious! We loved the ambiance and how intimate it feels. Service was 10/10 thanks to Ampi’s recommendation and great hospitality. We highly recommend this place! We will be coming back!

Walked in and was warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady. Opting to sit on the inside where we were greeted by every member of the staff. We had fully dressed cheeseburgers. The buns were toasted to perfection. The chicken wings were crispy and the hot honey was my absolute favorite sauce. The food was AMAZING and the service was impeccable. If you are ever in the area, it’s a must to stop by.

I hope Hanks because the next hang out spot for Miami locals in a place where they keep disappearing one by one. Hanks atmosphere makes you feel like ur in the Keys. Their service is friendly, kind, and respecrful. Their prices for food and drinks are great for a cool bar like this one. You don’t have to break bank with their happy hour too 🍻 I come back over and over again

I love this place, it has amazing dishes, the treatment of their employees was fabulous, the prices were great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who enjoys having great family times and loves good food and beverages. The owner is a great person and a hard working man. 100% recommended and definitely will be coming back!

Picked this place because of proximity to the airport Doubletree Hotel. What an amazing find. Food was delicious and the service was incredible. Truly a hidden gem. If you get the opportunity, please give them a try. You won't be disappointed. All food is scratch made and fresh.

After searching Miami for a private place to host a garden birthday party, we came across Hanks and we knew immediately this would be the perfect spot - safe neighborhood, no loud city noise and a beautiful garden (and free parking!) We were able to enjoy our time at Hanks with the help of some of the nicest servers. Kudos to the chef for putting up with those endless fry orders. Aside from the cakes and pastries, Hanks catered some authentic Cuban pizza and top-notch buffalo wings. A few of us had to indulge ourselves with the highly recommended Timba Burger as well - it did not dissappoint. From my party to yours, take these 5 stars, you guys earned them! See you soon!

We had a company party in the Garden and what a blast we had, servers very attentive to all of us and let’s not talk about the food ! Amazing slider, wings, fries, nachos, grits and the beverage!

This place was pretty chill. We tried Tuto Timbas Burger which had bacon, guava , cream cheese, and BBQ sauce. It's was a good combo and enough to share. We also shared the loaded fries which were good. Next door is an ice cream shop that served our table some Rocky Road and Orange Pineapple sherbet. The staff was great and the chickens were good company. The mimosas were a bit flat but we drank them nonetheless.

Went here with coworkers after our meeting . Today As an after work luncheon treat . The place is cute , ducked off and and nice atmosphere, with wings and things that you must try for yourself. The wings are good the sliders are delicious and the shortcake ice cream is divine

Finally! Miami Springs has a new restaurant and it’s amazing! The service was amazing. I had the Tuto’s Timba Burger it was great! My daughter had the steak tacos. I forgot to take a picture she ate it too fast. My son had the chicken and waffles and it looked great! Larger menu on the way! We went back and we had the special French toast it’s was amazing My daughter inhaled it. 😂 the wings were perfect! Garlic parm. Kayli was an amazing waitress ask for her. Saved the bast for last the Cuban ice cream sandwiches were delicious. Cuban pizza is a must !

What a great spot to come eat dinner. In town for business and looking for somewhere relaxed; came across Uncle Hank's. Outdoor Tiki patio bar, great service (Ampi is fantastic!), food is delicious, and just a good vibe overall. I can't speak to the whole menu, but the brisket tacos and flank steak tacos have me wanting to come back to try everything else. If you're in the Miami Springs area you should go give Ampi a visit-- you won't be disappointed.

What a great find! After a long day of traveling, my group of 10 and I were promptly welcomed and seated outside. Our waitress Ampi, was nothing short of fantastic! A large number of us had chicken sandwiches/chicken avocado BLTs and all were juicy and tasted great! The brisket taco special was also a hit! Great little spot if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere, attentive service and a good meal!

Hank's is definitely a new favorite for us! We had an amazing experience here tonight--food was awesome and appropriately-portioned, and our customer service was great! Robert was very nice and conversational--one of the best waiters we've ever had. Atmosphere is lively and comfortable. Would definitely recommend Hank's for both individuals and groups! :)

The Mushroom Burger with Swiss and sweet potato fries (my favorite) was out of this world. The service was a bit slow considering it wasn’t that full, but they only have one server. Yet she was great, we were a large party, so it’s not on her. There was live music, very chill vibes. I will definitely return for their ice creams! Since there’s also an ice cream parlor and a beautiful magical back patio, very cozy. It has a Florida Keys feeling. It’s definitely a nice hideaway in Miami Springs, amazing place for brunch. I plan to go back with my daughter and have the burger AGAIN, but need to make room for the ice cream. Thank you, wonderful food, good vibes. Seems like a place in the Florida Keys 🏝️.

My fiancé took me here for my birthday because she knew I had my eyes set on a vaca frita dish, so that's what I ordered, I could have not been more satisfied with the delicious taste of my meal, never mind the chicken wings we had for appetizer, they were big and juicy. Everything was delicious and fresh, service was impeccable and the experience one of a kind. In 52 birthdays that I've had and as far as I can remember, this is one of the best eating experiences I've had. Thank you to the staff and the owner Justo for the amazing time. This place was such a great find! From the second we walked into Uncle Hank’s Hideaway, we felt welcome. The atmosphere is cozy but fun, with good music playing in the background and a chill vibe overall. Chef Adonis came out to our table himself, made us cafecito con leche, and even took the time to chat for a minute. That personal touch made the whole experience feel special. The food was incredible — full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The drinks were spot-on too. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again soon.

Uncle Hank’s Hideaway is honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. The vibe is super relaxed — the kind of place where you actually want to sit and stay awhile. The music was perfect, not too loud, just right for a nice conversation. The servers were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The food was absolutely incredible — every single dish had so much flavor, and you could tell it was made with care. The drinks were just as good, perfectly balanced and refreshing. The food was not a good representation of the quality I expected. We attended a free event, which I was grateful for, but as first-timers I felt they should have shown better quality. They served one slider, fries, and mac & cheese — unfortunately, the flavor was not good, and everything was cold. I understand it was free, but this was the chance to show their best. Customer service was also lacking. After getting our plates and sitting on the deck, not a single server came by to offer water or check in on us, even though the place wasn’t busy. Overall, it was a disappointing first impression.

As you know I always say be your own judge and use your own judgment...so I haven't seen my bestie lil sis in about a month we both been traveling ... we decided to catch up and grab a bite to eat and we had been here before and it was good actually good... So what happed Uncle Hank?? Seriously time to get the abuela up in here cooking .... food was better when they first opened; today we had the fried biscuits starter they were burnt and overdone... and then we tried the chicken and waffle and the waffle was in the well cooked side... To say the water was honestly the nicest thing is an understatement but a true one.... Get it together Uncle Hanks... I may be back and checking to see if you've improved. ... if your kitchen person is too heavy handed then they shouldn't be cooking... it reminds me me of that thingy my dad used to say "if it's bad it'll be covered in a butter, sauce or burnt" ... lets not go down that route... Everyone y'all know I say it as I see and taste it ... you be the judge ... peace out be safe…

OK so let’s start at the beginning. We have eaten here 3 times now. First time was when they first opened. They didn’t have a full menu There was only a few items available. OK no problem. We ordered a couple timba burgers and chicken tenders for my son. Burgers were pretty damn good. But the tenders came out raw. Talked with the chef who I think is also the owner and he took them back and recooked them. Was very nice about it. The service was terrible though. OK so they just opened, there are going to be some kinks to iron out. Then we went back maybe a couple weeks later waiting for things to get worked out. Food was fine when we finally got it. Service was definitely better than the first time. But the food took a long time and we were just hearing excuses about it being busy. It wasn’t that busy. I have been in way busier places with faster service. Menu was still only a few things to order. But ok still not the worst we have dealt with. This time we hadn’t been back in over 5 months and we decided to try out Hank’s again to see how it is now. Unfortunately it was the worst we have had yet at this place. I say unfortunately because we like to try and support our local businesses. But this time they lost a would-be decent customer for good. We sat down and waited for a bit before we got any service. Finally when she comes we order drinks, an appetizer special and our food all at once. So we wait and wait and wait for the food. It wasn’t that busy, there were only 3 tables occupied when we arrived, one already eating. More tables did start to come in but our food order was in. Finally one of the burgers comes out to the table but it was another table’s food. They went to take it away but since it was put down in front of us they decided to leave it (it was the same burger we had ordered). Our appetizer still hadn’t arrived and we were missing the other 3 dinners. A while after the first plate came out ( fries were cold coming out of the kitchen) 2 other plates and the appetizer show up. But 1 burger is still missing. Overall the food is pretty good with a few issues. The appetizer was missing the aioli it was supposed to have and the kids grilled cheese - burnt and inedible. Everyone at the table was pretty much finished eating and the last burger had still not arrived. One server came by multiple times throughout saying it was almost ready and how they were busy and giving excuses, never acknowledging their shortcomings. What tipped me from patient to pissed is 2 separate tables that came after us got their food before I did. NOT HAPPY AT ALL at this point. I told the server to keep the burger because I don’t want it. Instead of an apology or trying to make it right, she responds “well it’s already done.” I don’t care if it’s done, it’s not on the table and everyone is done eating. It’s not in front of me so it isn’t done. Don’t try to argue about the burger that has taken almost an hour to arrive. I pay the check. They comped the burger and still gave it to us and we left. It seems every time we have come here there are a lot of excuses about everything but no one accountable for anything. Some people will have good experiences here (like the 2 tables that came after us),some won’t. You can read other reviews that touch on some of the same topics. SERVICE will be and is the biggest problem for this place. I hope they get their stuff together to give their customers a better experience but I doubt it. It’s a shame because the food really is good. But between the consistently long wait for food and bad service, it’s not worth spending my money here.

Ordered for delivery. Mac and cheese was burnt. Chicken and waffles reheated and old. Ordered chocolate cake got a lemon cheesecake upside down. Ordered a coke got a water. Called and got a machine to complain to: worst food ever.

i ordered a swiss mushroom burger well done and it was medium rare and hardly any mushroom. i have been there in the past but uncle hanks you must get it together with your food . also, your quality of food is not worth the price expensive and lame.
