We have a wonderful time at Milo’s Miami. Everything was wonderful from the time we sat down for the time we left. We ended up getting alittle bit of everything. The Alaskan king crab was straight from the sea, the tomato salad was juicy, the crab cake was delicious. We also got a lunch special with octopus and fish which were cooked to perfection. Joshua and Emily our server were amazing and made the experience well worth it. I will be back soon!

This place is worth braving the traffic or whatever else might be in your way. We had an absolutely fantastic experience on a Friday night. Some highlights: a tour of the fresh (some still alive) fish on offer, including explanations of their provenance. We had four people who have been around some great restaurants before but each of us learned something right then and there. The waiter actually brought us over to the iced storage area so we could see these fellas before we ordered em up. The bread with olive oil and fresh oregano cut table-side was a really great start to what proved to be an exceptionally good meal. Highlights: the sashimi. I think my friend JC entered an altered transcendent state with that. The scallops: big and perfectly sautéed, a little crisp on the outside and just right on the inside. The calamari: and don't miss that black ink risotto. Also, we didn't order it but it seemed like everyone else in the place had a giant watermelon/feta/basil salad and were pretty delighted with it. The colors alone made it worth the effort. Finally, while I could go on about the tiger shrimp or the chocolate mousse cake, I want to add that my husband ordered mint tea. No Twinnings tea bag here. Rather a heated cup and a hot pot of boiling water poured over actual mint leaves with a side of honey. A perfect end to a really fantastic dinner experience. No notes. Please go.

I absolutely love this restaurant - I’ve visited countless times, and the food is always consistently amazing. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is beautiful, and Milos has been a longtime favorite of mine in Miami. The octopus is to die for!

Dining at Milos is always a special occasion, and this visit was no exception. We began with a 2015 Biblinos vintage red wine, a fantastic start that paired beautifully with the opening dishes. The Milos Special was, as always, excellent — crisp, delicate, and a true signature of the house. We followed with octopus and vegetables, a mezze platter, and prawns so large they looked like lobster tails, bursting with incredible flavor. It was truly a feast of flavors. For mains, we shared two standouts: the lobster pasta, a must-have at Milos, and the rack of lamb with French fries, tender, flavorful, and exquisitely prepared. Both dishes showcased the kitchen’s ability to combine simplicity with precision. Dessert was equally memorable: a refreshing lemon sorbet, creamy Greek yogurt, and a perfectly executed baklava, all paired with a 2018 Xinomavro sparkling wine — dry, smooth, and elegant. What elevated the evening even further was the service. Miki guided us through the entire menu with expertise, suggesting the perfect pairings and explaining every dish in detail. His warmth and professionalism made the experience truly outstanding. Milos is more than just a restaurant — it’s an experience that blends top-quality ingredients, exceptional preparation, and impeccable service. We will definitely be back.

Milos is an exceptional Greek restaurant that truly stands out. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a beautiful space with a very pleasant atmosphere. It's the kind of place that feels both elegant and comfortable. The food is the star of the show. Milos uses incredibly fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can taste the difference in every dish. While the dinner menu is extraordinary, their lunch menu is also fantastic. It's a great way to sample a variety of options from the full menu without committing to a full dinner. The service is another highlight—the staff is very friendly and welcoming. To complement your meal, Milos offers an excellent wine list and also has great cocktails

I came here for the first time in a Wednesday night. I came with two friends. One had been here before so she knew how good it is. We decided to come try the Miami Spice menu. We were able to park on the street. They have valet for $25. We paid $5 to park on the street. We had reservations and were sat immediately. The dining room is huge! They have a lot of tables, so I imagine it’s difficult to have a wait time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We loved all of the staff. There were at least 3 people who were serving us and refilling our waters. There was a gentleman who brought us bread and cut Fresh oregano onto a platter and then added olive oil to it. Someone else brought us a complimentary dish of ceviche with goat cheese served on endive. For my Miami Spice meal I chose the Meze platter for my appetizer, the Halibut for my entree and the Greek yogurt with honey for my dessert. My friend chose the calamari as an appetizer and also had the halibut. My other friend ordered the grilled octopus with vegetables and the lamb chops. We all had the Greek yogurt for dessert. I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc with my dinner. It said $16 on the menu, but it was $24 on the bill. I didn’t say anything. Altogether our checks were about $85 each before tip. Mine was $103 after tip. Everything was amazing! We’ve been visiting several restaurants over the last two months, trying all of the Miami spice deals. This was definitely one of my favorite, if not THE most favorite place. It may be because I love Mediterranean cuisine, but the entire atmosphere, the service, and the food made it a perfect experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes Mediterranean cuisine. I look forward to returning soon.

Milos is one of my favourite restaurants in Miami and an institution we always come back to. The service is very attentive, friendly and personal. Most of the times it feels absolutely effortless and we never have to wait too long to order or the food and drinks to arrive. Most importantly the food is delicious! The quality of meat and fish, spices, tsatziki are exceptional. I can recommend the lunch menu which has a fair price and the Milo’s Special appetizer! Enjoy.

The summer lunch at $48 per is a must. All the plates are so perfectly prepared & presented. Our server Chris was fantastic as were the rest of their staff. Service is truly on point! The place itself feels so ample with the high ceilings & combination of interior lights/sunlight. Greek salad is so fresh. My salmon perfectly cooked. Cannot fail to mentioned the fresh oysters.

Esoteria Milos in Miami Beach is a must-try for incredible food and a beautiful atmosphere. The fish and seafood are super fresh, and everything is prepared simply but perfectly. Their Miami spice menu is excellent and an affordable way to try some of their popular dishes - drinks are pricey but well worth it. The service is top-notch, and it's a great place for a special occasion.

We went for Valentine’s Day dinner. The atmosphere was elevated. The service was very attentive and friendly, you sit down they ask you if you wanna go to the fresh fish bar to pick your food after that you place your order. The food comes out nice and quickly and it’s very delicious. They didn’t have natural lemonade on menu only bottled but they did offer to make me some and it was awesome and I was very appreciative. They have a sommelier that comes around to the table and offers to select your wine, that’s nice but we don’t drink. I love that they came around with warm towels after every course we finished it off with dessert I wanted to stay true to the Greek so we had loukoumades it’s basically warm donuts with honey on them and walnuts very yummy. I kind of wish I would’ve tried the chocolate mousse so we’re definitely going back! $250 pp

Fantastic dinner at Milos - highly recommend. Food was phenomenal and great ambiance on a busy Saturday night. Order the Milos Special appetizer - it’s a must. The Octopus appetizer was also one of our favorite parts of dinner, as well as the cocktails. Recommend the Mediterranean Gin & Tonic. The main courses of grilled whole fish and lamb chops did not disappoint. Both great. Only one improvement I can think of - a patio for outdoor seating would be amazing. All around - a 5 star dinner experience. Can’t wait for next time.

Best meal I had the whole time in Miami! Incredible seafood. The best stone crab I’ve had. Service was pretty bad… It took us like 3 hours to eat because it was so slow, so prepare to wait. But food was amazing! Be sure to check out what’s fresh and order from there.

After trying many restaurants in Miami, I can confirm that this is by far the best. The real difference, beyond the excellent quality of the seafood, comes especially from the staff—particularly Gustavo. We dined here two nights in a row just to be guided and served by him. He expertly created two tailor-made menus for us, each better than the other, allowing us to enjoy Stone Crab, jumbo prawns, and, most importantly, the lobster spaghetti. This restaurant is highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Again here we are Back to this outstanding serious restaurant always serving top notch food service at Milos Miami south beach The restaurant was full of customers and full of energy orchestrated by the talented team and knowledgeable butler and a manager who was directing the hostess and managing the flow of customers in a full capacity place and making sure that all reservations be respected and guests seated on timely manner The food was outstanding starting by the grilled octopus over hummus and the fresh oysters served the French way with shallot and red vinegar and the tomato salad And for the main course we ordered the Dorada fish and that was super good and we enjoyed the lamp shops meat was perfectly grilled along with the French fries so the whole Meal was delicious and we accompanying it with very good Italian red wine Chianti Classico We ended it with fruits plate, Greek yogurt with honey and chocolate mousse We really enjoyed our meal and the family dinner at Milos and we will definitely comeback here he’s

I went here for my birthday. It is a very fine dining place. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Our waiter Solomon was exceptional. I would recommend this place

Outstanding meal at a $$$$ price. Service was excellent. Loved when they walked us over to the fresh fish bar and walked us through all their available fishes. The food was outstanding but the price was higher than expected. The tomatoes and feta was superb and so very fresh. The grilled octopus was perfectly prepared and the raw fish tasting was great. The Greek olive oil was really incredible as was the fresh baked bread. They are very good about food allergies and dietary preferences. And of course you have to try one of their fresh fish options which typically needs to be shared since some of the fishes are larger than others.

Let me start by saying that I almost cancelled my reservation to come here based on some reviews. After deciding to make my own review based on my own experience .... I'm glad I came here. As soon as we arrived we were nicely greeted and promptly escorted to our table. This was going to be my 23rd anniversary dinner so I was hoping for the best but also prepared for the worst since those reviews had me sceptical about the the food and service. It took a couple of minutes for the waiter to bring our menus and introduce himself to us... but that was it... from that moment on it was all perfect. Our waiter offered to take us to the fish market where they keep their fresh fish on display for you to pick your own based on what they have and flavor profile. After selecting our fish for main courses we ordered our appetizers which were delicious. The grill Octopus and an array of wild roasted/grilled mushrooms and grilled bread with olive oil and fresh oregano... OMG. Perfection at its finest. That alone would have made me come back to Estiatorio but there was more to come. For our main course sides we decided to order the baby beets and roasted potatoes. The baby beets were perfectly cooked and slightly sweet and vinegary. The star of the night, the fish, was grill and seasoned to perfection. It is simple but soooo tasty. It needs nothing else. Dessert was a walnut cake topped with vanilla yogurt ice cream. Very good. So, to those who are thinking of coming here, do it. It is expensive but it is worth every penny. Service was excellent as it was the whole experience. Hopefully I can come back soon.

This place is top notch! I’ve eaten at some very nice restaurants in the past, but the service and quality of food here was crazy. From getting to walk up and hand pick your own fresh fish and having it cooked anyway you like, too having the best prepared lamb I’ve ever had. 11/10 in my book. Definitely worth a try if you find yourself in the area for the night. Get a reservation as it fills up quick!

This Miami offshoot is every bit as good as the NYC original, and in many ways feels more appropriate in the tropical environment. The wide selection of whole fish is fresh and delicious and the tomato salad is a classic delight. Service is a pretty formal affair, and everyone performs expertly. The space is light, bright and open, offering a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxed meal and bottle of rose. The lunch special here is an exceptional value.

Excellent attention to detail in ambience, decor and care by staff, manager and table server. We went early at 6pm and interested in trying the miami spice menu offerings as first timers to this beautiful restaurant. We had the salmon tartare, grilled octopus as appetizers. Fresh and delicious. Main course included dorado fish (amazingly fresh and delicately cooked and perfectly moist ) and lamb chops also delicious! Dessert options were ok but it was jmsuch good value for money on Miami Spice menu, we were very happy with the whole experience. I wish I recalled our server's name because she deserves great credit : she is a sharp and equally beautiful Ukrainian who was engaging, took great care of us and presented the menu with great knowledge of product.

JUST GO - you won’t be sad! Loved everything about this place. The atmosphere was classy. The staff was all super pleasant and knowledgeable about everything. But the food stole the show. Milos makes basic Greek food upscale yet keeps all the basic flavors you would expect in Greece. I have never loved octopus before yet theirs wowed me. I told our server I would humor him and try one piece. I had four! The eggplant zucchini app was great. Get the Greek salad which is a true Village salad like in Greece. We split the fish which is flown in from Greece and was dressed simply with lemon and capers yet their was nothing simple about it. The fish melted in our mouths. Great spot for a date and a fresh, delicious meal!

The food is delicious, the service (from the moment you walk in to the time you leave) is fantastic, the decor is clean, fresh, and chic Mediterranean, and the ambiance is just amazing. I love it here, as I’m sure you could tell, and I have 0 complaints. Even the lunch special is divine. Nice portions, fresh food, great price! If you’re going for dinner be prepared to spend minimum $80-$100 per person, but it’s so worth it.

Extraordinary service and food, but a bit noisy for any civilized conversation, just the price you pay for what you get. Go for the food and enjoy yourself. You can always talk AFTER your meal at home.

Absolutely a Great Restaurant living up to it's reputation. The Vibe, the Service, the food .....and the Value are just Amazing. It has been a while since I ate here, and today I took advantage of the Miami Spice Menue. I had Feta/tomato salad. And as an Entree the Branzino( they call it dorado royale or seabeam I don't remember oops) and concluded with the Greek Yogurt. This was for lunch... I can see having the same for dinner. Unlike some restaurant part of the miami Spice. The portion are generous and the quality as good as any other day. Thanks & Thanks for the Milos team Going back and screaming to whom would listen to come enjoy it as well :)

One of the greatest restaurants in Miami. Excellent food from entries to desserts. Went 2x and experienced both the fish and meat factions. The fish was fabulous, very well made. The second time I had the meat which was also well cooked and seasoned. It’s hard to make good meat but it’s even harder to make a distinguished fish. The Milos special is a great entry to start with! Especially loved the fried cheese as it was made to perfection. The ribeye was very good and well presented.

Great dining experience at Milos South Beach. The establishment is huge and very tastefully decorated, the vibe is very contemporary, yet warm and welcoming. Very nice and well stocked bar. The fish and seafood are delicious and well presented. Service is superior to 99% of places in Miami.

Best lunch I’ve ever had in Miami. Amazing food and five-star service. Either the chef (or an imposter) asked how our meal was. Fish was perfectly seared and must have been caught that morning.

The ambiance and the food are world class along with the staff’s attention to detail. Mariana, the bartender and Vicky, the manager, were both very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. The miami spice selection is delicious but the other appetizer choices we tried were delectable.

Absolutely impeccable service and hospitality. From the moment I entered, Perry was incredibly kind and welcoming. Each and every waiter and sommelier made me feel like I mattered. Very refreshing experience. Such a classy, family run business. I am so thankful to be invited to this event, and will certainty use Prima VIP to book for friends and clients on the beach, since Dee’s event tonight. No frills, just quality, dedication, and traditional hospitality Miami definitely needs a taste of. Thank you! Octopus was mg favorite!

Where do I even begin, this place is the real deal. I’ve eaten at most fine dinings restaurants in Miami and I will say, lots of them are not worth the cost. Milo’s however, is not the norm. This place is fantastic from the minute you walk in, until the time you leave. Everything that my partner and I ordered was immaculate but the highlight of our night was that ceviche. Hands down the best ceviche we’ve ever had in our entire lives. I will literally drive 3 hours just for that ceviche.

My favorite lunch restaurant in Miami Beach! Service location and food are all as good as can be. At just below 50$ the lunch menu is also a very good deal and I’ve never left hungry. Also recommend taking the Milo’s special as a little extra. One of my favorite dishes worldwide.

The restaurant experience here is truly remarkable. Come and see the waiter Solomon. Why May you ask? The nine year experienced superb waiter, personally chose to work here at Milos and ate here six times before he even applied. He was levitating, inviting, and welcoming. The staff here are very well educated on the history of Greece and the local cuisine of Florida. Even the hostesses Rosario and Maria were monitoring my low wine levels which was quickly replenished with another Greek grape friend. How thoughtful. Milos pulls you in with its contagious atmosphere as waiters want to work here, and the hungry refined adventurer want to dine here. Couples, singles and families, I observed are all most welcome. Save the trip to Greece and dine in at Milos. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant. - Dustin

Wonderful evening dining at Milos. It's a people watching experience, flowing with intermittent Greek music, napkin twirling and cheering. Fun, trendy vibe. It Exceptional, personalized service by multiple servers attending to your every need, despite the possible longer wait given the crowd (we're on a Friday night during a busy Formula1 weekend, might be out of the ordinary). The food is amazing and very fresh. You get to pick out your fish if so desired. A few noteworthy's were the Crab cake (not your traditional Maryland crab cake with breading) and the Black Sea bass. It's a pricey meal, not sure if you can leave spending less than $175++ per person. Cocktails were exceptional!

Best Greek food in Miami. service is A1. The place is beautiful. Gustavo was the best captain ever at service and put a whole spectacular show unveiling my perfectly salt baked Portuguese Ballada fish and extracted every tiny little bone with a surgeon's dexterity. Love this place.

I recently visited this restaurant and was absolutely blown away! The food was incredibly delicious, with each dish offering pure delight. A special thanks to our waiter, Salomon, who was very friendly and made the lunch even more enjoyable. But the highlight of the night was the tartare and sashimi prepared by Roberto—simply the best I've ever had in my life. A true culinary masterpiece! I will definitely be coming back."

We love Milos! Food is phenomenal, and service is great. We came on a Tuesday night and we had an amazing experience. We had the octopus appetizer and the sashimi fish. Everything was spectacular. We got our food relatively quickly, and enjoyed a great dinner. Food 7/10, parking 7/10, Service 6/10, noise 6/10

Everything about this restaurant resembles top end level: the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Our server Gustavo is so enthusiastic, he made our dinner very cheerful. Aside from that he is very knowledgeable about the menu and he gave us great recommendations.

Very expensive restaurant that delivers superb service and top meals. Special touch was that we were taken to the beautiful table display of fresh seafood to choose what we want to order. My favorite part of the dinner was tomato salad with feta cheese. I felt like famous zucchini chips were too bland, soft and not that interesting. On the other hand octopus was very good and so was the fish and crab. There was plethora of staff taking care of our needs. It’s pretty big restaurant that seats many. We paid about $600 for three people dinner.

FIRST CLASS RESTAURANT tonight you want to eat a great fish, look no further, you're already there, and trust me. This restaurant is located in the most exclusive area of south beach, reservations are appreciated. Find a fairly varied menu. The wines are also at the top like the cocktails and I don't tell you the high level attendance. Staff quite attentive to the customer. My evaluation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Expensive $$$$

Excellent service. Great presentation and delicious food. This was my second time to Milos and they gave us a table last minute on a very busy Friday night of Art Basel when the placed was packed. Get the starter dips with bread. The tomato salad tastes of tomatoes from Greece ! The filet mignon was like butter, so soft. Would go again definitely.

I had the pleasure of dining at Milos, and as always, the service was exceptional. My special thanks go to Neoni and her team for their outstanding hospitality. The dorado I ordered was perfectly cooked - tender and full of flavor. I also appreciate that most of the fish is sourced from the Mediterranean Sea, which is a detail I value as someone particular about seafood.

It would be hard to leave a review that does this place justice. We ate there last Friday night, and it was one of the most enjoyable meals I've had. The staff is amazing and attentive. The food is exquisitely prepared. Obviously their big draw is the freshness of their Mediterranean fish and, wow, can you taste it! The fish available for purchase is displayed for all to see, similarly to a fish market. Your waiter takes you over to see the fish, answer any questions, and discuss your preferences. It was quite enjoyable and it was nice to be able to see how healthy and nice looking your fish is. Now I must also say that our appetizers, saganaki, octopus, and calamari were all amazing. The saganaki was some of the best I've ever had. It's prepared a little differently than you traditionally get on the states and I thought it was pretty awesome. The octopus and calamari were perfect. The price tag is not cheap. But if you can afford it, this place is definitely worth it.

The trick is in the ingredients. And this place uses some of the best. They have an outstanding everyday lunch special. You can have the same elsewhere except you will taste their salads, appetizers and even their pita bread and you will find out how much better they can be. This is an outstanding restaurant. Expensive, yes. It will not let you down and will probably change your standards.

Enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend the grilled octopus and and the Milos special as an appetizer. Milena, in our journey exploring Miami we were fortunate enough to find estiatorio. The ambience is high end and it was the perfect setting for an intimate Xmas dinner. We want to thank you for meticulously guiding us through the menu and showing us the fish selection beautifully displayed on beds of crushed ice. The service was impeccable and the experience was simply unforgettable. Thank you

Situated a couple of blocks from South Beach, this Greek restaurant features a fish market for preview. As you listen to the waiter, the selections are fresh and just in. Food wise, yes extremely well presented. Atmosphere is airy and relaxing. Service when busy can be challenging but came in as a long group.

I’ll get the obvious out of the way: this place is insanely expensive. We’re talking $45 salads and appetizers, which is wild even by Miami standards. That said, the atmosphere, service, and food are truly exceptional. Everything we had was fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. Standouts included the zucchini chips, grilled octopus, grilled vegetables, and the Greek salad. The fish mains were also excellent. Service was outstanding. Our waiter brought us to the fresh fish counter and walked us through each option, explaining the texture, flavor, and best preparation. For a group of six, we selected two different fish, and both were cooked perfectly. There are plenty of overpriced restaurants in Miami that don’t deliver. This isn’t one of them. Yes, it’s very expensive, but when the check comes, you don’t feel disappointed.

Best meal I had the whole time in Miami! Incredible seafood. The best stone crab I’ve had. Service was pretty bad… It took us like 3 hours to eat because it was so slow, so prepare to wait. But food was amazing! Be sure to check out what’s fresh and order from there.

I had a lovely experience at Milo’s Miami. The servers were very warm and welcoming! I’ve been trying so hard to remember their names lol. They are really an asset to the restaurant. I went for an early dinner and the food was absolutely amazing. The octopus was perfect and don’t get me started on the Halibut! Love, love, love their fingerling potatoes and one of my servers recommended the perfect champagne to pair with my entreè. Overall a lovely experience. I am a huge foodie and one of my favorite things to do is to go out once or twice a week for an opulent fine dining experience. Milo’s you’ll definitely be seeing me again! 🤍

Wow! I don’t often write reviews but my sister and I had an amazing dinner last night. Our server Vrigggie and team were top notch and ensured we had a great time. And the food!! I really enjoy Milo's in Miami and NYC. You get very consistent, excellent quality food. Of course, octopus apperizer is great, I pretty much get it every single time. Whole grilled fish is fantastic, and their vegetable side dishes are yum. Lamb chops are one of the best I have tried, cooked so well. And deserts are really, really good as well. Greek yogurt is satisfying without being overly sweet, and Greek orange cake is just superb.

Wonderful evening! We’ve decided to return in December when we’re back in Miami for the Andrea Bocelli concert. Excellent service! The tomato salad was truly incredible! I have to have this again!!! So simple, but so delicious. The zucchini eggplant appetizer was so creative. I didn’t get a picture before a server (not our main server) took a spoon and toppled the tower to describe to us how to eat it☹️. We didn’t even get to look at it and enjoy the presentation. It was quite something. The two types of fish we had were scrumptious. The little pink one was lightly fried in a very thin light batter and highly recommended by our server. Very sweet and flaky. The balada fish, which our main server assisted my husband in choosing, was wonderful. As a side, we ordered the fingerling potatoes at the suggestion of our server. This dish was simply prepared with thinly sliced red onions, olive oil and salt. Simply wonderful meal and experience. We were flanked with servers all evening taking care of every request. Very attentive service and enjoyed the interior.

Romantic setting for dates and lovely for family dinners. Their service, atmosphere, and food represent fine dining. I love that we get to look at their raw display of all their fresh seafood to pick out our dinner. It reminds me of Morton Steakhouse where they showcase their raw steak cuts when presenting their menu. Our servers were personal and knowledgeable. You will be greeted coming in and leaving the restaurant, like most fine dining restaurants, however, this one feels more personal. It was expensive as expected, yet worth it.

An amazing dining experience and a wonderful display of food. I went to Estiatorio Milos for a birthday party. They graciously attended us and gave us superb service. We had several appetizers such as the calamari, octopus and a variety of dips with peta slices. All of which were delicious. I had ordered the fish of the day along with potatoes and asparagus, we had our own selection of cocktails as well. The fish was amazing, fresh and soft. A delicious main entree. A wonderful restaurant, highly recommended to anyone !

Very good an nice ambient perfect for a romantic dinner. We have been there during Miami spice week. After one week in Miami Beach this one was for me probably the best restaurant in town. The quality of the food was awesome and the vegetables are grown locally by them and very fresh. The taste and quality of the vegetables were comparable to our country (Spain). I would suggest to experience once this restaurant if you are in Miami Beach. Thanks also to the service, they were very kind with us.

Took my wife to Milo’s for her birthday dinner, and I’ll cut to the chase: the fish here is legitimately exceptional. Not “good for Miami” fresh—actually fresh. The kind of quality that reminds you what proper sourcing and handling can do. We worked through several dishes, and every piece of fish that hit our table was pristine. No masking with heavy sauces or over-complication, just impeccably fresh seafood prepared with the confidence that comes from starting with superior product. The kitchen, which was adjacent to our table, clearly understands that when your fish is this good, your job is simply not to ruin it. The team treated my wife wonderfully throughout the evening, making her feel genuinely celebrated without the performative fuss that often accompanies birthday dinners at high-end establishments. Attentive, warm, and professional. We’ve been to Milo’s in Montreal, NYC and now Miami. Milo’s does what every great restaurant should: sources the best ingredients available and executes with precision and restraint. In a city with no shortage of seafood options, they’ve set themselves apart.

Milo's Fish Restaurant, is an overall, good experience! The ambiance is upscale sheik hosts were welcoming, making it a great spot for seafood lovers. The quality of the food was great --each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The grilled fish we chose branzino was definitely a highlight, and the sides tomato salad , lightly fried zucchini and eggplant chips were delicious and complemented it perfectly. However, I did feel that the service was a bit rushed. While I appreciate prompt attention, it felt like we were hurried through the meal, which slightly took away from the overall experience. When we asked about certain fish we were told oh that takes too long! Also, be prepared for the prices; it's on the higher end. Stone crab one pound $167 that includes the shell you pay for. That said, the food makes it worth it for a special occasion or a treat. I would definitely recommend Milo's if you're looking for top-notch seafood.

Great sashimi plate and most amazing grilled octopus 😍😍😍 truly good white wine! Salad was meh. We were the last seat of the day and i believe that changed a bit the service. They used to bring you the fish to the table for the sashimi and they didn’t do that today.

Mixed feelings. The place is spacious, but not very cozy. Plates, tables, chairs - everything is very simple. Grilled salmon was so so, but as soon as they found out that - made a new one, better. Octopus was very salty, but delicious. Wouldn’t want to go back.

The food is really good, fresh fish. The service is wonderful and very helpful. The place is too loud and noisy, the place is like a dining and this is the reason that I don’t give the 5 stars. I didn’t like the atmosphere. The prices are very high and they don’t match with the atmosphere and the simple decoration of the restaurant.

Fresh Mediterranean fish sashimi, grilled whole fish & Greek classics shine in an elegant South Beach setting. 🍋🍷 Service is polished and the vibe is upscale — but expect premium prices and occasional noise at peak times. Milos Miami Beach is outstanding. The quality is top tier across the board, especially the sashimi, and the fish baked in salt is unreal. It’s also fun getting to pick your own fish and having it prepared exactly how you want. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the price. It’s very expensive, so just go in knowing what you’re signing up for. If you’re celebrating or want a special seafood night, it delivers.

Estiatorio Milos is a beautiful fine-dining establishment where they clearly pay attention to every detail—from the stunning decor to the pristine bathrooms. However, considering the price point, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The Food: If you prefer lighter, simple flavors, you will enjoy it here. However, if you are looking for a "wow" factor or unique culinary adventure, this might not be the place. * Seafood is the specialty: Stick to the fish. * The Lamb Chops: While delicious, the flavor was very common and something you could find at many other restaurants. Advice for the Restaurant / Owners: * Mosquito Control: The patio had a significant mosquito problem. I suggest using candles or repellent devices. Additionally, the host should ask guests if they prefer indoor or outdoor seating; we were seated outside without being asked and would have preferred staying inside. * Wait Times: Our reservation was at 5:00 PM. We arrived 5 minutes early to a completely empty restaurant, yet we were told to wait for our table to be "ready." This was confusing and unnecessary. * Service/Water: We requested regular water, but our waiter brought a $9 bottle instead. I noticed this happening at other tables as well, which felt like an intentional up-sell rather than a mistake. Tips for Future Guests: * Parking: Use the parking garage nearby. Street parking has a 2-hour limit, and dinner here will take at least 2 hours. * Seating: Be very clear if you want to sit indoors to avoid mosquito bites. * Reservations: The restaurant is large but gets very busy, so book in advance. Final Verdict: It is a good restaurant, but it doesn't make my "Top List" of fine dining. For a truly perfect experience, I recommend Smith & Wollensky (Miami/Chicago) or Bha! Bha! Persian Bistro in Naples for flavors that are truly out of this world.

#MiamiSpice2017 Review 3.5 Stars The lofty and elegant interiors set the stage for grand expectations at this SOFI location on Miami Beach. The vibe unmistakenly classified as SOBE chic. Milos claims to serve the finest Mediterranean seafood. That might be the case, but I felt underwhelmed during my visit. What I tried: CHARCOAL GRILLED OCTOPUS sushi quality mediterranean octopus, grilled Holland peppers and wild mushrooms. SALMON TARTARE micro-basil, serrano chili, shallot, cilantro COLORADO (or maybe AUSTRALIAN) FRESH LAMB CHOPS charbroiled and served with steamed vegetables and fries. DORADO ROYALE mediterranean sea bream grilled and served with steamed vegetables. BAKLAVA layered phyllo with almonds Loukoumades (Not on the Miami Spice menu, but very good) Fried traditional Greek beignets, served with thyme honey From the Island of Kythira, walnuts and cinnamon “THE REAL GREEK YOGURT” spoon sweets HIT: Listed as Colorado Lamb Chops, but presented as Australian (which is it?). These weren’t the meatiest, but delivered big on flavor. I ate every last bit. The Real Greek Yogurt could have used a significant amount of honey on the side for my taste, but I enjoyed it regardless. A true delight. The Baklava was equally well done. MISS: - The Dorado Royale. Not necessarily bad, but just too simple and underseasoned for my taste. - The waiter, while very nice, must have insisted at least four times that “even” if our party went with the Miami Spice menu, “…it was a good idea to get an a la carte appetizer for the table. ” We got it the first time, thanks. No need to keep repeating it. He even mentioned it as they served the entrees. No, just no. - No corkage fee as an option. Outside bottles not allowed. I paid $140 for a $38 OK bottle of wine. Ouch. As an avid diner, I often use Miami Spice to visit restaurants that have been on my list for a long time and I’ve somehow overlooked. The way I see it, if they can hook me during Spice, I’ll return often throughout the year (as was the case with Los Fuegos and Byblos last year). Although I liked several of the items I tried, I don’t foresee this happening with Milos. PASS. That said, perhaps Milo is for you. Know that the menu offers a nice variety and the portions do not disappoint. If all else fails, maybe they can interest you in an additional appetizer outside of the Spice menu? #justsaying

I've been to Milos about 20 times & this time specifically, it feels as though the prices have almost doubled, while they are serving smaller portions. I have always valued the excellent and high quality food, and in the past felt that it was worth the price. However now, we felt ripped off. Unfortunately, although the food is excellent, I don't see returning to Milos in the future because of the smaller portions and a sense that it is overpriced for what it is.

First off, I have dined at many Milos including Montreal, Vegas, and NYC - Hudson Yards and this was the first disappointing experience I’ve had at a Milos restaurant. I would also like to preface my review by saying I’m judging this restaurant against other Milos which have been near perfect experiences, as one would expect for the price. To start when we first seated I informed our “captain” that this was my boyfriend’s first time at Milos, expecting a walkthrough of the concept. I don’t know if this waiter has just finished his shift at IHOP and was still in character, but he basically just proceeded to ask us to order with no walkthrough of the menu or recommendations or anything. We ordered a bottle of wine and oysters which were brought by the waiter’s helper, who needed being far more attentive and useful than the waiter himself. The Oysters were good but not as good as the ones we had at Smith and Wollensky the day before. We ended up ordering two entrees, halibut for my boyfriend, big eye tuna for me. They were delicious. I would have probably at this point said it was a 4/5 star experience with the service needing improvement but not being awful enough to prevent me from returning. But then I was given something to compare it to. The couple at the table next to us (also tables at this Milos are far too close together) was seated as we were dining and their waiter gave them such a beautiful walkthrough, took them up to the fish market, offered them the option of having shrimp with their oysters, they were visited by the sommelier for wine pairing. Basically all of the things one would expect from a Milos and a restaurant at this price point. It just highlighted what a lackluster service we received especially seeing as how we ordered multiple courses and a bottle of wine and paid just as much as this couple did $$$. While I have spent many thousands of dollars at Milos over the years and it remains among my favorites (the only reason this is getting two stars instead of one) I would not return to this location or recommend it, and I don’t think it’s up to par for the brand.

What a mistake. I went here to celebrate my birthday. We were seated at a table under an AC duct. The duct intermittently dripped on me (on my head, my leg, my arm, my face, etc) the ENTIRE dinner. They knew this because they had help with 5ft wands with a towel on the end to wipe the duct, but that isn't even a solution. The choices of red wines were terrible. The roar/volume of the dining room was insane and it was difficult to hear the help without them essentially nearly yelling. NOT recommended.

Overhyped!! Came here for my bf’s birthday dinner and it was incredibly disappointing. The people working there were very nice, maybe overbearingly nice but the food was not what it should have been for the price. Spending hundreds of dollars for a meal that tasted like it should be worth around $10. The zucchini fries (Milo special) was actually pretty great and also the crab but that’s about it.

The minute we entered the restaurant, the experience was already uncomfortable. The host was constantly playing with and flipping her hair the entire time we were seated. Her hair was loose and all over the place, which was extremely unpleasant—especially in a restaurant of this caliber. This is a very expensive, five-star restaurant, and basic hygiene and professionalism should be a given. Watching this behavior for over an hour and a half made me feel nauseous. I completely lost my appetite and could not bring myself to eat the food. In the end, I paid my bill and left hungry without eating. This was, without question, one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, and absolutely not what you expect from a high-end restaurant
