My favorite coffee shop in Brickell! The best coffee and they also have a wide variety of food. My go to is a caramel latte with oat milk. I have also tried breakfast and lunch from ITSI and each time I’m extremely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Just discovered a new favorite ITSI Coffee where every sip feels like a hug in a cup! From the bold aroma to the smooth finish, this place knows how to brew perfection. Highly recommend their açaí bowls it’s pure magic. 🌿💛

Great coffee shop experience! The staff were all welcoming, helpful and friendly. I did ask for an iced drink, and received it hot, but didn’t say anything because it was still good and I don’t mind hot drinks. They have a few sugar free options and a decent food menu! Pastries look really good too. I got the açaí bowl and SO happy I did! It was pricey ~$15 but still very good. I was going to sit outside, but there aren’t outlets for laptops, there are plenty inside.

Couldn't ask for better service and better food and drink. I love my espresso based drinks and very few places have their machines calibrated so well. The drink is creamy and smooth. When away from home who wouldn't want to find a place that makes some of their food options homemade. Thank you I think she is, you are a gem and an example of passion you strive to provide your customers.

absolutely wonderful coffee shop with great food and friendly staff! itsi is a unique shop with local decor and patio seating in a convenient location. the owner and employees are helpful and personable, lovely people to chat with. i highly recommend a vanilla matcha latte and the guava and cheese empanadas are to die for!! as a bonus, they sell bags of coffee, alternative milks, healthy snacks, and other knickknacks:)

My favorite coffee shop in Miami, incredible food and drinks. They have the only delicious iced chai in Miami. We also had the Coral Way which included a whole delicious fresh avocado. Lastly, the service stands out! Friendly atmosphere with vibes that hit just right.

Always an amazing time at itsi 🫶🏼 I generally come here for their fire cold brew but today I tried their ESPRESS UR LOVE smoothie with oat milk and dates #YUM, along with their BANANA DREAM & AÇAÍ BOWL. I confirm, everything was 🔥. Lastly and most importantly the vibe - the vibe is perfect whether you wanna be more/relax on their comfy couch, or sitting on their bar stools or getting a table outside - super cozy and always a good mix of music, including Shakria’s old school SI TE VAS this morning.

Awesome food awesome service, great coffee reasonable prices. If you just want a cup of coffee you can get one for $2. Their meals are nothing like your typical coffee shop. I recommend the break the fast sandwich if your super hungry. Everything else is awesome though. They have boba and stuff.

Oscar and his staff are amazing. We stopped in while on our Anniversary getaway. They are very friendly and the food and coffee was fresh and very tasty. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back whenever we are in town.

Itsy is a gem! The coffee is spectacular, the best I’ve had in a long time. The food was also very good. We had quiches and they were so good as well as the croissant breakfast sandwich and other breakfast sandwich. Just delicious. The service was fantastic as well, very attentive and kind. The ambiance is very chill, a great place to hang out with friends or read a good book with a nice cup of coffee. Just come here! You won’t regret it.

Great Pet-Friendly Café with Amazing Coffee! We were looking for a pet-friendly place to enjoy a good meal, and this café was a great find! They have outdoor seating where we could sit with our furry friend, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The space outside is a bit small, but it was still comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight for us was definitely the coffee—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. It was one of the best we’ve had! The food was also fresh and delicious, making the experience even better. This place is hidden to the left of the sushi spot - head up the stairs and you’ll find it! I got a lavender latte and a cheese and guava danish. They were both great!

Stopped here during a short stay in Miami and the food was sooo good. I like that their ordering kiosk allows for so many modifications/customizations. The iced matcha latte was great too. Things Al were little pricey for my general taste but definitely worth it for a nice treat.

Coffee 10/10 Service 10/10 My wife and I were staying at a nearby hotel for a week, and the hotel bfast and coffee is always garbage and cost $25/pp... But this place was across the street and served up great coffee and smiles. It took my wife a few seconds to find it since the door is around the corner of the vacant shop next door, but well worth the visit. Will be visiting every morning until we leave.

This is such a relief to find an actual specialty coffee place in Miami. The coffee has a unique flavor that you don’t find in the franchise chain coffee shops like Starbucks. The chocolate chip cookie was also delicious. This place reminds me of my favorite cafes in Madrid. Service is also great and I love the cool artwork and vibe of the cafe.

Wonderful hole in the wall coffee shop with great food options. You can tell things are actually made fresh and with care. I’ve been there numerous times and it has never disappointed. One of my favorite places to go when in the area.

Food was nice, staff friendly, bathrooms are clean, nice place to stop by and have a nice cup of coffee, the music was a little bit of, sometimes really hardcore rock, which is fine but not for so long, although is a personal opinion, the vibe was good and the location is very convenient.

I travel all over the country for work this is easily one of the most creative and comfortable coffee shops I've visited. It's artistic and beautiful and the staff is not only friendly and conversational, but the drinks and food are top notch and perfectly made. After flying into Miami on a red-eye, I think she is was the perfect stop to hang out.

This is such a hidden gem! The food is phenomenal, coffee is delicious and their juices are super refreshing- I am enjoying one of their green juices right now and it’s so good. :) This vibes are very chill, beachy and lovely. Best coffee shop in Miami, come for the coffee and fall in love with the rest of the menu. Portions could be a little bigger…like 2 piece of avo toast, maybe an option for 1.5x cost if people are hungrier. Açaí bowls are fire and all the smoothies slap. I've been here now a few times and it quickly become one of my favorite cafes! Great cold brew (I like black with ice), one of the best avocado toasts! Salmon is melts in your mouth, generous and Happy color avocado. I also ordered a hard boiled egg on a side. Thank you for adding just a touch of cream cheese to tase and keeping it healthy. Friendly stuff and clean space.

This is nice spot when you need your morning fix, afternoon break, and evening pick me up. Tons of delicious snacks as well as drinks. The environment is friendly and vibrant. It's definitely a nice change of pace if your coming from out of town like me (Cali). Additionally, it's within a block of the Marriott hotel.

This place is amazing. We had the banana dream and the Coral way. Both were absolutely amazing. The coral way was the best avocado toast I’ve ever had. We also had the chai tea and the iced late which were great. Only downfall was there were several flies outside once our food arrived. Not their fault but might want to think about eating inside instead. Overall I’d highly recommend this shop.

This place is just phenomenal!! All the food taste so good and so fresh! The staff is very kind and makes the place feel like home! Definitely would recommend if you’re in the brickell area and want to eat good food, sit in a place with amazing vibes, and just chill out for a few hours! Truly an amazing cafe to go to!!!

Good drinks and and food choices. I enjoyed the muscle beach breakfast, it was rather filling. I always love a salad, omelette protein combo. The drip coffee is good as well. The food itself wasn’t super flavorful but I enjoyed this meal on the patio.

Nice place for Breakfast . My wife had Bagels and I ordered French toast. The one star minus is for the Pork in the french toast which we made it clear that we don’t eat Pork, I guess it is a language barrier. I understand that majority are Spanish speakers, but employee’s need to understand better English.

Portion sizes were massive and the avocado toast was pretty good. However, the vanilla flavoring I got in my matcha latte was a bit nauseatingly sweet and was very hard to drink.

I read all the reviews and was expecting a lot. But to be honest this coffee shop is nothing special. Sorry to say that, but Matcha latte wasn't mixed properly, felt the powder, and waiting was quite long. Not bad, but not the best.

My daughter and I flew to Miami in the coldest day ever. We had to wait a few hours before checking in so i proposed to have some coffee. Reviews, website showed me this is the place!! Unfortunately that cold windy morning we were greeted with cold metal chairs and way over salted sandwiches. I didn’t care about coffee as well. Sorry… but its a truth…

Full disclosure: I am from Europe so that’s what I’ll compare it to. The coffee was good, but a little bit too roasted, the toast is not sourdough but it is indeed not sweet, but the portion is not big (given the price).

Cozy amazing place to grab a coffee, however the food was a bit disappointing. Overly seasoned and small portions! The bread was hard as a rock and when they changed it, it had no flavor at all. Just get the drink and go

WAY overpriced. $7.40 for a small cup of coffee that honestly tasted just like McDonalds. First coffee shop I’ve ever been where they charge for creamer. An extra buck for half & half. Would not recommend.

I don't know if was a bad day or what, but the food my wife and I ordered was, blah, although our lattes were excellent. However, what made things worse was the way our orders were delivered. One at a time. Meaning each one of us ate on our own.

Service and atmosphere is great, nothing wrong there. Tried their cold brew which tasted sour and indicates that it’s under brewed. Also tried their filter coffee which tasted very watered down and just not good in general. I haven’t tried the food so maybe that’s decent but I do not recommend the coffee here.

Lemme start by saying the coffee & aesthetics are great. There are NO outlets - which the barista (heavier guy) very rudely let me know was the case. Mind you the shop was not busy. I also did find a space to plug into & stayed to finish my work. I then thought maybe he's having a bad day but following the shift change when I went up to purchase my second drink the cashier also had a bad attitude. True bummer as I currently live only a few blocks away and would frequent if I didn't have such a poor experience with the service. $5 coffees are a luxury that in my opinion should be met with a Smile. For a quick brew yes. For a let's get some work done and hang do not recommend.

Stopped by this morning for coffee, and we didn’t like it at all.. we had espresso and cortados and the taste was just bad, very sour tasting. The croissant was really good but wouldn’t go back.

New to the area and decided to check out ITSI, super cute place and vibe. Ordered a flat white, express your love shake and two shakshukas. It took literally 40 minutes for the food to come out and it wasn’t even packed. EXPECT EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! Overall, flat white was good, shake was okay and shakshuras were not worth the 40 minute wait. There are far better places nearby minus the long wait times. I’ve been to fine dining steakhouses, where the wait for a tomahawk isn’t even 40 minutes.

Avoid this place to save time and money. Unfortunately, the food is subpar. As a shakshuka connoisseur, I was disappointed to find that the chef lacked mastery of this dish. Additionally, our egg avocado toast arrived with an unsettling blue-colored egg, indicating it was past its prime. We left without eating, but the iced lattes were a redeeming quality.
