The drinks are great and the service is amazing. Everyone who works there is so nice and the positive energy is a great way to start the day :) They get busy during typical coffee hours but if you order ahead you don't have to wait long!

A sweet girl named Ice recommended the Golden Eagle and it was absolutely delicious! I also spoke to a sweet lady named Shania while I was waiting for my drink at the window. So I’ll definitely be coming back.. for the coffee and customer service!!!

I can't speak highly enough about all of the Dutch Bros locations I've ever been to. Every single one (7 different states) has not only had amazing coffee, but the staff is always warm and friendly, which makes me look forward to going. The only negative thing I have to say is that they need locations on the East Coast so I can have some daily!

Pretty awesome place, especially if you order ahead they’re pretty good about having it done within time .They even serve a pup cup with a dog treat on top for the dogs. If asked for a recommendation they will offer one, haven’t been steered wrong by trying something different.

Love the hyperchrome soda and a cranberry orange muffin. Love the stickers too!

I do speak for myself when I say, that Dutch Bros has an awesome variety from which to choose and mix from. From coffees to lemonade to smoothies and rebel drinks and more!! I love that everyday can be my choice of my favorite drink (a blended mocha dreamweaver, add salted caramel, extra sweet) or that I can change it up every visit. Love the rewards program too. Staff is amazing, the Dutch Bros crew here in Midland is always so spunky and cheerful, and that goes a long way. Not everyone has good days but they always try and they do their best. Keep up the great work Dutch Bros!!! Ya'll need to hurry up and open a second location already. 😁 I definitely would recommend trying Dutch Bros if you haven't already. I went to Dutch about a month or two ago and didn’t love the service. Sometimes if there isn’t a line I ask for recommendations and it seems to bother the workers. I went on March 17th and had amazing service! Ashlyn took my order and helped me pick out a new cold brew that I really loved! Ice was working the window and she was also very sweet and helpful! Was happy with my visit this time! Hope that customer service vibe stays!

Beware of foamy drinks! Got my drink and it seemed to 'light' turned out the machine was making it airy. They replaced right away, but they should of known something was wrong vs serving it

I once ordered through the app around 11am, but the estimated time was inaccurate and it took forever, so I will never be doing that again.

Customer service here is great, baristas are always really friendly and I love that! However, as a former barista, the drinks have been very hit or miss ): they tend to lack a lot of flavor even if I order it extra sweet. It’s great if you want more plain coffee but I specifically order those sugary drinks as a once in a while treat and end up disappointed more often than not when it tastes like a plain latte. My main issue is the one in Odessa has never left me wanting, but this store is much closer to my house, so it seems there may be some inconsistently following recipes at this location.

I’m A Matcha drinker and this right here is not it .. Starbucks Lavender Matcha way better doesn’t have that earthy taste .. This Just Didn’t Make My Day Better At All

The drive thru wait was so long our drinks had already started melting. On top of that, by the time we got to the window, they were not done with all the drinks and we had to wait longer.

I have been coming here for quite awhile and never had an issue until today. A car behind me started honking for me to pull up but I had no where to go and the worker completely skipped me in line. I know she didn't forget because I was watching her in the mirror and she never skipped anyone else. I was just going to order at the window but unfortunately people suck and didn't allow me at the window. I did call corporate and filed a complaint and she gave me a free medium drink but it's useless since I won't be going back.

Ordered 2 drinks and waitied in line for nearly 30 minutes. Just drove off once I was able to get out of line becuase there were still multiple cars in front of me waiting for their orders.

Waited 20 minutes when walking up to order. For a single drink. No point to walk up. Clear they prioritize mobile orders and people in drive thru. Why offer the service? Never enjoyed business models with zero common sense. Doesn’t take much effort to prioritize the people who are literally waiting outside than people who aren’t present. —- Waited 20 minutes, went to the counter to request to cancel, turns out: it was already made. Just no one called to name out. Great. Nothing like spending money to have time wasted and to be forgotten about.
