The burgers are always fresh and packed with flavor, the fries are perfectly crispy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, making it a great place to grab a meal with friends or family. Always a fantastic experience—can’t recommend it enough!

Excellent burgers made with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. The patties are juicy, the buns soft but sturdy, and the toppings creative without being overcomplicated. Fries are crisp and addictive, and the shakes and cocktails are just as good as the food. Service is quick and friendly, and the place stays clean and organized even when it’s packed. Prices are fair for the quality, and the overall vibe is upbeat and modern. A go-to spot for a high-quality burger and casual hangout.

I’m not from Midland but I want to rave about the amazing food and staff! Everyone was so welcoming, our waiter/busboy Matthew was amazing. The bartender, Andrew was also amazing. I don’t know if he was also a manager but he was so nice, respectful and would definitely come here just because the staff was great. The food was amazing, The Parmesan fries are Chef kisses the burgers have a great taste. Next time we’re back in Midland, we’re definitely coming back.

Hopdoddy is my favorite “gourmet” burger. This time tried the Nashville Heat chicken sandwich equally as good as the burgers with my favorite Truffle Parmesan fries - DELICIOUS! Spectacular flavor combinations with really quality ingredients. Staff is so pleasant and ambience always makes for a great dining experience.

We are from Lubbock, TX and found this place on google. Rates 4.4 stars so we decided to try it out. Destiny R. took our order and wonderful customer service. She was very nice and helpful and gave us some great suggestions. We went with the Cadillac Wagyu burger, Parmesan truffle fries, El Diablo burger, green chile queso fries, kids burger, and a salted caramel milkshake. Everything was very delicious. We definitely enjoyed everything and recommend this place. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Hop on in here and grab some goodness!!!!! Family of 4 and we get tired of paying 100 + dollars everytime we go eat. We didn’t pay that at Hopdoddy! And the food was incredible! Nice friendly people… and a lickity clean restaurant!!!! The lady even gave me coupons for two free milk shakes! Ohhh yeaaahhhhh! I shall be back!

We really enjoyed hopdoddy! Came on a Saturday afternoon before it got busy. Great atmosphere. We had the BBQ Ranch fries, a classic burger and the Goodnight burger. Absolutely amazing!!! The fries are fire 🔥!! Caffinated BBQ sauce was a huge hit! Meat was seasoned just right and the portion size was spot on.

This is probably gonna be me new go to burger place. The food was great and the whole vibe was very enjoyable. The shareable portions are amazing and an interesting thing is they have caffeinated ketchup. I will need to try their shakes next time I visit which will hopefully be soon!

Ok update. The waitress can get you drinks for the bar area. Other than that you have to walk back the fountain drink area to refill your drink. It's a very neat place with a very nice environment. Parking is horrible because it is in an outlet area. The food is really good and yes pricey but you get what you pay for. The only thing I would suggest is they improve the soft drink areas. If you sit by the door you have to walk all the way back near the cash register to get a drink. Unless, and I didn't ask, you can get refills at the bar area? I'll ask next time and update.

I know other people have some negative ratings but I can only go off my experiences here. Staff is friendly, never had a problem with my order, food was always very decent for a Philly cheese steak that's not from Philadelphia. Place is always noisy and busy around lunch. Hot sandwiches are served in reasonable time. A Little on the pricey side. Worth a stop in for a sub

The sizing is a little odd, but for those that need a quick bite the mini will be good. A hearty appetite and the regular is great. The giant is just huge. The food is looks and tastes very fresh. the meat and cheese is slice very thin, but you get a good serving. They seem to have a lot of people working, which is good in this town. Service is always excellent. The cheese steaks are very good.

I ordered the grilled chicken Parmesan and buffalo fries with drink for about 25.00 The Buffalo fries were large enough to feed three. Can’t go wrong with Buffalo fries. There was buffalo sauce, and the fries were well done. The Grilled Chicken parm was almost bland. It was more of a gourmet take on a chicken parm and the flavors almost canceled each other out. I wouldn’t order it again, but it wasn’t terrible. Could taste the Parmesan. There is a wide variety of burgers to choose from, and I have not tried any of them. I ordered a regular 17 Philly Cheesesteak no peppers on onions, xtra meat xtra cheese mayo, and cherry pepper relish, I got a sandwich with meat and cheese and a couple of green peepers no Cherry pepper relish, the 2nd sandwich was a regular BLT and the kid put mayo on it. Just a bad experience all around wish you giys would pay more attn to detail.

Couple things 37$ for what you see here plus 2 drinks.The way you order here and the service is bad, food is great, but no follow up. Switch this to waiters. Customers will not tip at the counter. Fries came late and salty. Burgers are great. Just fix the ordering and the service and your employees will get more tips.

I would have loved to give a higher rating for service, but after 35 minutes of waiting, we decided to go in and check. The server at the counter stated "oh that's the problem." Sge handed us the wrong salad but stated they would redrop the kids burger. We gave the salad back and awaited another 15 minutes. If you dine recommend you wait inside for your food. Disappointed in this place! The expensive sandwiches you order don’t even come with the chips and drink, that’s $3.50 extra! The kids sandwich is as shown below.... maybe 2 1/2 inches and it was almost $6. Not a fan! Way overrated and definitely wasn’t worth $46 for 2 sandwich meals and 2 kids meals. Won’t be back!

Burgers were extremely dry and lacked flavor. There was absolutely zero sauce on them (ordered classic and cadilac wagyu). The fried onions tasted like stale frenchs fried onions from a can. Got a shareable size fry for a table of 5, and the bowl was maybe 1/4 full with lukewarm fries. 5 burgers, 5 drinks, and 1 fry was $95.

Today was my first time here and it was disappointing. We got the truffle fries and I liked those but when the burger came out it was coated and soaked in grease! The buns were already getting soggy and I asked for no lettuce and that was on there. If you go just ask for things separate if youre trying to stay away from grease so you can pat down the patty first. I had heard years ago that it wasn't good food from an employee and they were right.

service is always good here. we haven't had an issue with jersy mikes except for tonight. my husband took his first bite of his sandwich and found a bundle of hair. the bacon also tasted like bandaids. please do better.

We had always loved jersey mikes however, We went in at 8:10 pm and staff was very upset because they “were about to close at 9” also stating “why do people come in this late.” When asked for a toasted sandwich. The employee stated “we don’t have a toaster” simply being rude about everything. Overall customer service was horrible.
