Very elegant service and a smooth check-in process, even though I made the reservation only five minutes before arriving. Our waiter Anthony was excellent — he explained the dishes clearly and helped us choose. Prices are very high, mainly because of the restaurant’s famous location inside the Galleria and its well-known name. Portions are quite small since this is a fine-dining experience, so they’re not ideal for sharing. I really liked the idea of serving desserts after the meal a nice way to end the experience.

The restaurant was conveniently located. The food and service were satisfactory. A few small improvements could enhance the experience — stabilizing guest tables and replacing the pepper and salt mills, which were not working properly and quite heavy to use. Additionally, serving an extra slice of toast with the fried eggs would be generous.

The 4 stars for the ambience is because of the beautiful location. The ice cream is mediocre at best. The price for 2 flavors is €6,-. That's twice as expensive as in the rest of Italy but that's what to expect at this location.

Tried their caesar salad, saffron risotto and tarragon ravioli. The ravioli was good but the other two were a disapointment. Noted they gave us the risotto without a spoon until we asked for it and service was generally smile-less. For a pricey restaurant we expected better service. Will not recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the prices. I ordered pasta and it was not properly cooked and extremely salty, to the point that it was hard to eat. When I mentioned this to the staff, their response was rude and unprofessional, with no effort to apologize or fix the issue. For a restaurant charging these prices, I expected much better food quality and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, neither the food nor the service met even basic expectations. I would not recommend this place.

We ordered while the waiter stared at us in a discontented way, maybe it’s because of race? I don’t know but their food was fine, wasn’t super spectacular, presentation was nice but that’s all. ALSO DO NOT ORDER THE ORANGE JUICE. it was not sweet at all, neither did it have any good flavor. Our waiter, the female, does not deliver good service. Very expensive, and not worth it at all.

*It was really bad experience and felt kinda racist to Asian customer!* I was there to have dinner with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. At first we were looking the Menu out from the outside menu stand near the Gelato counter as we were interested in one of the choice of Pizza. The Salmon Pizza. As we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the host, and right away felt the host was not that really happy to show us the seat. Then when the server came with the Menu and we were wondering where is the Pizza selection from the menu, then the server just simply said we don’t serve Pizza. But I was showing the picture of the pizza selection from menu outside then the server replying it was from old menu. From this moment we already felt, okay this is not a good restaurant. And towards there felt kinda racist and not really good service to us as we are from Asian country. The server are really nice when another customer came if they are not asian, as we were sitting next by the entrance door. Since we having the kind of experience we just decide to have simple food from the menu it was Ratatouille. Another thing was, the server did not even asking us if we were finish with our starter as we still enjoying it and suddenly take it out from our table. It was shocked that the server took it without asking us if we were finish or still enjoying the food. I thought the main course was about to come that is why took out our starter. As it feels not worth to spend too much in this restaurant. I really felt this restaurant should improve their server attitude towards customer. I like to share my experience and review for this restaurant, hope that other customer won’t experience the same thing like we did.

Horrible service. Completely unhygienic, the server grabbed the waffle cookie with his bare hands and put it in the icecream. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. Would NEVER recommend such place.

The female server at the takeout gelato stand should be re-trained for better attitude and customer service. I wanted to get gelato for dessert after dinner. As I was picking which flavor to buy, she told me that I could only try one. I politely asked her if I could try another flavor so I can decide which flavor to get. She sarcastically told me that there are around 20 flavors there, does that mean she has to let me try all? I respect house rules, however these should be expressed professionally to customers.
