Domino's

It depends on the staff on shift, this Domino’s location could leave a different impression. Most staff are very kind and friendly though. The quality of the food is pretty much controlled by corporate so you probably wouldn’t notice a big difference than other locations. They do have a $4 delivery fee that goes to the store (not the driver) - Domino’s drivers receive only 99cents per delivery (not sure what the other $3 is for)

We ordered three pizzas. They actually came out really good. They were really fresh and great timing. Whatever extra that we requested like the marinara sauce they put it on the pizza. Which we paid for of course. But still some places don’t give u what u pay for. So it really made the pizza taste great. The only downfall is we asked for the whole pizza pineapple and half of it pepperoni other half of it jelapeno I only got five jalapeno.- and that side had little Pineapple 🤷🏼. The pizza had a lot of bubble in the bread. 🤷🏼. The wings were just perfect!! Soft and tender, and enough buffalo sauce. Now the guy who brought us the pizza. Was nice!! And attentive as I asked some questions.

Of all Domino's in this area this is easily the best one. They are a generous with the cheese and toppings. I wish they were more attentive to specific instructions such as extra tomato sauce and well done. But they're still okay. And even know it's not the closest to us, this one is always our location of choice because the other ones are kind of lame.

It’s been a while since I’ve ordered them but I assumed they would still look like they are advertised on the website. You know; thick, gooey, cookie decently marbled with the brownie. Instead I was met with these thin things with cookie dough just plopped in the center. Flavor was okay, different than it use to be. I guess the only upside to a thinner brownie is less calories so not a total loss.

It always takes so long for delivery. I know I could go get it myself but there are times when you don’t want to have to go out…so you order pizza. Then it takes over an hour because they drop off the furthest away orders first it seems. And the we got our order squished and cold.

Go to a different Domino's if you can, the food is your normal Domino's pizza, but aside from one pleasant guy (who's name is Christopher, I believe) the entire staff is rude at worst, cold at best

I have been using Uber for a year and a half. The worst experience was today. I ordered Dominos in the United States. It was a normal order. After waiting, I did not receive the result. I did not hear any phone notifications in the room. On the Ubet platform I didn’t see the delivery information notification on my phone, and then it automatically confirmed the delivery. I went out to check and there was nothing left at the door. After asking the landlord, I found out that the delivery person took it away after arriving at the door. The landlord once said that it was okay. Leave it at the door and we will come out to get it, but the delivery person disagrees and insists on taking the pizza away. I was surprised when I found out, what kind of service is this? I'm going to be hungry tonight. Very bad feeling. I already paid the tip on the Uber platform. Do I need another tip? Can this Dominos delivery person take away the food I purchased at will? Because I paid on the platform, as a payment collection platform, you should have the responsibility to protect your customers' food, even though you later refunded me. But I think this Dominos is too barbaric. Worst feeling, worst night.

I don’t remember when some stores get started to reduce the quality of tops, I felt like I’m eating the bread itself. It seems like I should chose “extra” to touch the “regular” size next time in other stores.....

They just send they’re delivery drivers around with no change to give back. Had to cancel my order because the driver has no change to give like how are you sending your drivers around with no change it makes no sense.

Mary Carson is always rude on the phone when ever I place an order. Always blaming other workers for her mistake. Gets upset and hangs up the phone instead of being respectful and helping customers out….

Horrible customer service by Mary Carson. Made a mistake and tried blaming her driver. Said my pizza was going to get delivered and made up another lie. Why do we pay for these services to have to argue with horrible Managers….

Hire some friendlier people. The big guy in particular seems to hate his life and brings that energy to the store. It makes the customers feel unwelcome and the atmosphere is dreary. How hard is it to smile?

Ordered through ap using PayPal. Got call saying one item not available so authorized substitution. Got call back saying they cancelled it out and had to pay cash contrary to what was told previously. Unacceptable service as they were the one's who said they could substitute and then they screwed up by cancelling the original order out. Will not do business (Domino's in general) with a place that believes what they did was ok
