I've been visiting this Cane's location for a few months now, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The staff here are incredibly sweet and always go above and beyond to assist you. Even on the busiest days, the quality of the food remains top-notch and fresh. I usually dine in, and I appreciate how the staff consistently check in on me to ensure everything is to my satisfaction. It really adds a personal touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the dining area is always clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. If you're looking for great food and exceptional service, I highly recommend this Cane's location!
We had a great experience at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers thanks to Adrian. He was very kind, friendly, and welcoming from the start. What really stood out was how attentive he was. After we finished eating, he came and picked up our trays and made sure everything was taken care of. He also took the time to check on us and said he hoped we were enjoying our meal, which is something you do not usually see in fast food places. It made the experience feel more personal and comfortable. Adrian’s attitude and customer service truly made a difference. He was polite, respectful, and went above what is expected. Thank you, Adrian, for making our visit such a positive one.
Raising Cane’s never disappoints! We’re always greeted with a warm, friendly welcome, and I love how they take orders right at the car to help speed up the drive-thru time. The food is always fresh and cooked to order — you can taste the quality every time. Inside, the restaurant feels bright, vibrant, and super welcoming. My kids love it, and honestly, so do we! We’ve visited multiple Cane’s locations, and the service and quality have been consistently great across the board. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fast, fresh, and family-friendly!
We go to Raising Cane's about 2 times a week. We love their food as well as their jug of sweet tea to take home. Their Texas toast is so good. Their sandwich is also great. Highly recommend.
Last year, the site of the Zen Buffet in Monrovia on Huntington Dr. was bulldozed and I was wondering what are they going to build here. Then a few months ago I saw a sign of Raising Cane’s on this newly built building. I had no idea what the restaurant is about. Today we visited Raising Cane's, and I must say, it left an indelible impression on my taste buds. As one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in America, Raising Cane's lives up to its reputation by delivering some of the most tantalizing chicken fingers I've ever had the pleasure of devouring. To begin with, let's delve into the backstory of this incredible establishment. Named after the founder's Labrador, Raising Cane's has a heartfelt and personal touch that is reflected in every aspect of the restaurant. This attention to detail and passion shines through in the exceptional quality of their food. For their famous chicken fingers. Oh my, they are simply sublime. Tender, succulent, and bursting with flavor, each bite is a celebration of juiciness. The chicken is always cooked to perfection, with a crispy golden coating that adds a delightful crunch to each mouthwatering morsel. Whether you opt for the classic combo meal or go all-in with a finger plate, you're in for a treat that will leave you craving more. What truly sets Raising Cane's apart from the competition, though, is their legendary sauce. It's no exaggeration to say that this sauce is out of this world. Creamy, tangy, and with just the right balance of spices, it takes the chicken fingers to a whole new level of deliciousness. I found myself dipping everything in it, from the perfectly seasoned crinkle-cut fries to the buttery Texas toast. It's a taste sensation that elevates the entire meal and leaves you wanting to savor every last drop. Aside from the phenomenal food, Raising Cane's also excels in creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Whether you choose to dine in or take your meal to go, you can expect efficient service and a warm ambiance. In conclusion, Raising Cane's is a culinary gem that lives up to its growing popularity. With their delectable chicken fingers that are nothing short of perfection and a sauce that is the stuff of legends, they have undoubtedly mastered the art of finger-licking goodness. Add to that the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere, and you have a winning combination that keeps customers coming back for more. If you haven't experienced the magic of Raising Cane's yet, I implore you to pay them a visit and indulge in their delightful offerings. Be prepared to fall in love with their chicken fingers and sauce, and get ready for a taste experience that will leave you eagerly anticipating your next visit.
we’ve gone to different raising canes chicken fingers and so far, none have disappoint. The server outside, taking our order was very polite, food in general is really good. Chickens really good, love the fries, sweet tea and my partner loves the coleslaw but I’m not really into it so we always substitute it for another piece of bread. And it’s always good. We got the Box Combo
Raising Cane's has very fresh and juicy chicken. It was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised. Fries and cole slaw were fresh and tasty as well. Reasonable price and friendly staff are the cherry on top.

Good as usual but...... Hurry up and open a location in Southern Oregon!😓

Being from the deep south, I’m very particular about my chicken fingers. Even though they don’t have ranch, they have chicken sauce (what we call it in the south), which I suppose is their sauce. The food is always fresh, and the chicken fingers are made high quality chicken, and are breaded and seasoned just right. They have a very affordable menu as well.
Ordered the big box 4 tenders supposedly but I guess two had been cold counted as one I guess the weather shrink chicken strips, but at least the toast was normal size and the coleslaw was like always delicious that made for it
The food is always amazing would recommend it to everyone the chickens are always fresh and tender and amazing taste. If you go with a big group i would recommend that you get the trays of chicken way more worth it 👌

Young man at cash register working late last night and had excellent customer service. Food was delicious place was clean.

When it's freshly cooked which is 4 out of 5 times Im here, it's a 10/10 score for me. Even when it's not at it's best I would still rate it 8/10. Affordable fresh food, if you like chicken strips, this is the place you can consider
The food was good, satisfied our fried chicken craving. Would go back again!
This location is newly opened. They did a great job with the parking and signage. I Love the misters in the drive through. We ordered and the line didn’t take that long. The food was hot and delicious A little disappointed in the soda. It was flat, so we got unsweetened iced tea. Normally we don’t get soda but the canes in in Azusa has the best soda I think they used filtered water, which really makes a difference The food is good The service was great. 10 out of 10 totally recommend we got the cainiac box and we shared it. The chicken was fresh and crispy. Need a little bit of salt. The fries were good crunchy piping hot and the bread was nice and crispy on the top And soft on the bottom with lots of yummy flavor. Love the Cane sauce it’s always delicious. I wish they gave you a little bit more.

Everything seemed nice. I think we misunderstood what type of restaurant Raising Cane's was? It is not really a sit down kind of place. More like a rival of Chick-fil-A there didn't appear to be any salads or vegetables on the menu. This may have been our misunderstanding? We left to find dinner else where. Maybe we will try this for a quick chicken sandwich at lunch?
I decided to try Raising Cane's for the first time the other day when I didn't feel like and I was pretty surprised. I had never eaten at one before or even heard of them until recently and all they have is chicken fingers so I wasn't immediately drawn to the idea because I'm used to pretty lousy chicken fingers and Nuggets that most fast food places. However I decided to give him a shot and their chicken was quite good, the sauce was amazing and very unusual, the bread was pretty good but it would be better if it had some cheese or garlic on it, the coleslaw was pretty good, the french fries seemed almost like frozen french fries but didn't have that freezer burn taste, they definitely needed to be cooked longer. I ordered the four chicken finger box which cost approximately $14. Which included the coleslaw and the drink. Ask somebody who primarily eats chicken when it's available I would definitely come here again especially to enjoy the interesting seasoned sauce. But I would ask them to cook the french fries a lot longer if they're able to do that, because they were on the mushy side. The employee who his sister knee was very helpful pet friendly. The wait time was very short. This is the first chicken fast food place that I've eaten at in years. If you're in the chicken and you're in a chicken mood this might be someplace you'd want to try if you're in the area. It's located next to the Extended Stay America in Monrovia, two blocks away from the Extended Stay America in Arcadia, about a 10-minute walk away from the Resident Inn hotels in Arcadia, about a 10-minute walk away from the Courtyard Marriott in Monrovia, and about a 15-minute walk away from Spring Hills Hotel and the Hilton hotel in Arcadia. It's also a 15-minute walk away from the metro line Light Rail Gold Line also called the a line in Arcadia so if you're hungry and you're traveling you could definitely jump off here and grab a bite to eat.

Good but portion sizes are tiny. They have shrunk the amount of fries and tenders are tiny now
Limited menu here. Basically, everything revolves around their combo. There 4 of them. They range from 3 to 5 chicken fingers or a chicken sandwich (made with chicken fingers). The combo comes with fries, Texas toast and a drink. The only sauce they have is their version of a pink sauce. You can order these items separately too.

I always encounter some issue with the service at this location, whether it's them being late with my order, them letting someone else take my order (multiple times), slow to bring my order to curbside pickup, etc. Not sure if it's the staff themselves, or management not providing the right training, or whatever. The service is just consistently subpar. The food is good though.
We ordered ahead of time over 65$ worth of food. Not only was it not ready in time, the worker also denied giving us cups for the entire gallon of lemonade we just bought from them? Thanks for ruining my family picnic. Now we’re gonna have to waterfall it.
I’ve been coming to this location for about a year. I usually get a 25 pc tailgate and they send me over to the side to wait. I think about 25 times I’ve been here they actually had the food ready when I pulled up. This last time was different and it cost me a couple of extra dollars to pull over. Why? Well, it turns out the local homeless population has caught on to a sure way to make some money. Just hang out at that “pull over spot” and you’re guaranteed to make a few bucks. So now I’m a bit conflicted. The odds are high that I will be asked to pull over the next time I order a Tailgate. I imaging it’s going to go something like this: Server: Do you mind pulling over to that spot over there? Me: You mean the homeless encampment? Server: What? Me: Yeah, the last time you asked me to pull over to that spot, a homeless guy asks me for money. I think he’s renting that spot out. I’m guessing it’s like $1 a minute. Cost me $5 last time. Server: Sorry to hear that, but the food won’t be ready for another 5 minutes and you’re holding up the line. Me: No thanks, I’ll wait here, unless you want to give me a $5 discount which I will use to pay for that space you’re asking me to pull into.

terrible! i knew something was up when I got handed my food a little too quick 🤔. As i’m eating it I notice the chicken isn’t even cooked properly. Don’t waste your appetite coming to this location.
Extremely disappointed with this location. Just left with 2 caniac combos, opened to up to see the “tenders” are the size of nuggets. This for 18 is highway robbery I wasn’t even given full tenders. Truly unacceptable will not be returning to this location. Very poor representation of the Canes name. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have a lot to say about this place. What a racket. A 3 piece meal or a 4 piece meal only comes with one sauce. Ridiculous. These are not really chicken fingers or chicken tenders. These are really small, not much larger than chicken nuggets. The fact that they charge 45 cents for an extra sauce when the meal should come with 2 again is a racket. My 2 pieces of chicken didn't even look completely cooked. This was my second time going there. And I can honestly say that I won't be going back. It was a waste of $20.45. Chick-fil-A is right down the street. And that would be my choice. Better variety and quite frankly you get more for your money.. they are real pieces of chicken and are Get her cooked through and you get more for your money. And I don't know what all of the excitement is about the sauce. It's quite frankly. It's just so so San. When I asked if they had ranch, they said no. You should at least have it as an option for people. Enter top and all off. I get home with my food. The little small pieces of chicken. I ordered 2 extra sauces. I got 3 extra sauces and was charged for 3. And I never even wanted 3. Teach your people how to take orders and listen.
