This location is super friendly and will run whoever the manager is here kudos to you, you're doing it right! Most of the time the airports are lacking in spirit and Starbucks personality but this one typifies division of starbucks, great coffee and good connection with one another!
This was the most friendly, efficient Starbucks experience I’ve ever had in an airport. The cashier (I couldn’t see her name-I should have asked-short pony tail, long lashes, glitter on her cheeks) was SO friendly. A true warm, welcome greet. She asked how I was today, where I’m traveling too, etc. She made a connection! There was no wait. My drink and food were prepared quickly. We need more Starbucks (especially in airports) like this level of service! Thank you, Starbucks near gate C6 at DFW!
Melissa was so sweet! We had an early flight and she was the first smile and welcome at DFW! Oh and by the way the fastest Starbucks line!!
The entire staff from this Starbucks location was top notch and very very fast by taking all orders out to perfection. One of the few Starbucks at airport that is staff is completely helpful and so nice! Highly Recommended! They’re by gate C26
How was the food? I had a blueberry muffin. It tasted pretty good. How was the service? Service seemed pretty rushed but this location is at an airport so not too surprised. How was the atmosphere? The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It has a good color scheme and light is good.
Alex(with locs) works for Starbucks at the DFW Airport is a huge customer service asset. He takes the time to talk and have a conversation with every customer while still being efficient. My flight has been cancelled the previous night and my interaction with Alex made my day better. We spoke about the singer Bjork due to me wear a t-shirt with them on it. As a manager myself I truly believe Alex would be an asset on anyone’s team! Starbucks you are lucky to have Alex.
Healthy long line, but moved along quickly. New register opened to handle to crowd. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved all the space to sit and wait for flights. The merch wall was neat and up-to-date. Had to pick up my favorite momento, a Starbucks mug from my latest visit. Dallas has joined the collection!
Hot fresh very very tasty Focaccia Tomato Mozzarella sandwich. Perfect breakfast before a short flight to Raleigh. Very Friendly service at 5.45 am. Highly recommend this option instead of all the sugary choices. It was light airy fresh and tasty. Made me smile.
Just left there. I get Starbucks Litterally everyday. That was the fastest terminal location I have ever been too and litterally one of the best brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos I have gotten yet. Good job guys. Thanks.
Best Starbucks with good service 👍 impressed with their fast delivery and customer service at its best

Fast and efficient. Made my drink perfectly. This location is conveniently located by one of the Skylink entrance points.

The Cinnamon Carmel Cream Nitro Cold Brew was delish! I will enjoy it again. So yummy. The grilled cheese was a greasy disappointment. It was warmed up and by the time I got on the plane and started eating it was cold and greasy. I will not order that again. The server who took my order was super friendly. The sandwich was prepared quickly but I had to wait for the Cold Brew. Perhaps because it’s made in small batches. It was very convenient to grab a quick bite and delicious drink to take on board my plane at the far end of the D terminal. Highly recommend the Cinnamon Carmel Cream Micro Cold Brew.
The cashiers were awesome but the young lady with the bee pin and no name tag was terrible. No type of customer service skills & should definitely be kept in the back to make food and drinks. Her nasty attitude ruined my whole day. 😑 I don’t expect super friendly at 7:30 am, but not nasty shouldn’t be too much to ask for.
Located adjacent to the security checkpoint makes this location convenient when you don’t want to think about where to get your caffeine fix. The team was friendly, maybe slightly chatty for stressed out travelers dealing with time pressures. The coffee is typical Starbucks…

This Starbucks is OK it's at the airport, so you need to take that into consideration. It's always busy, there's always a line. You can order ahead and do a mobile order...and that is recommended so that you're not waiting in the line. the staff are hit-and-miss some are great...others probably shouldn't be working there.
It’s just kind of average. They messed up half half of our food order. But the mocha was good.

I ordered a Carmel macchiato and half was milk, i asked politely if they can remake it, because the milk was too much, the barista reiterated what i said as if i was saying something wrong, lol! And the so called manager, i assume gets an attitude about how I should've asked in the beginning, i mean i assumed i would get coffee with milk not the other way around.anywho, took the milk with coffee and went on my way because homegirl was acting like i was taking away from her food lol!! Anywho! Not the best place!
Guys this is an airport coffee stop. Just a LITTLE BIT of efficiency would be nice...ordered a sandwich, a drink, a cake pop...all called out separately, AT LEAST 5-7 minutes apart...can't wait 20 minutes for a coffee and breakfast sandwich at an airport...usually...step up the game please
This particular Starbucks apparently just can’t make a salted caramel cold brew. Both times I’ve ordered it here, I’ve been given a cold brew with unflavored foam. At least their toaster oven was actually working today, unlike last time when I was given a cold sandwich and told to take it to 7-11.
Airport terminal location, okay I'm giving it some benefit for the location. I wanted to try the new iced energy drink.. I placed my order at 11:28am there were only 6 people waiting. at 11:43 I watch someone pull a soda can out of a drawer( white, could not see lettering) pour it into a cup, toss ice on it. went of for a minute, came back, grabbed a pitcher of what looked like kool-aid, poured it in. stirred it , got a lid and put it on the pick up line. 11:45. 17 minutes for less than 2 minutes of work. no Wonder I haven't like them. AND while waiting watched a cup of what looked like a milkshake fall on the ground.. no one stopped to clean it up for several minutes,,,
Excruciatingly slow service, had four crew members on site but it took ten minutes to get my americano. The gentleman who took my order was polite but the two visible baristas found quite a lot of down time while the line of customers began to grow. Everyone at this store could’ve used an espresso shot, I felt miserable ordering from here.

Coffee was fine - it usually is very consistent at Starbucks, but my order was taken by a young girl chewing gum open mouthed — really not the image that I think Starbucks wants to portray! Just not pleasant. If the company wants its premier status back it should have higher standards for staff.
If you're in a hurry don't go here. I was just grabbing a water and a bagel before my flight and they gave me someone else's order twice before they realized they hadn't even made mine. And after waiting for a toasted bagel it was pretty much cold. It took about 17 minutes to get a cold bagel and a water. Not the end of the world but I would just go somewhere else next time. The workers seemed friendly enough but they were not paying attention.

The time estimated was totally off and I had to leave without my tea and sandwich.
Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 coffees. We got 2 sandwiches and the coffee. Waiting for the third sandwich asked where it was? My wife was Totally ignored at first then I stepped up they repeatedly said we only have one oven. About 20 more sandwiches were handed out to others. When I raised my voice I got push back but finally he checked. The girl at the oven said she threw the order away because she thought it was a duplicate. 25 minutes after we ordered my wife got her sandwich.
Long line which is expected. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The person preparing my coffee was rude and didn't do my orders right. I asked an extra pump of vanilla which he ignored so it was printed on the label. Then he gave me a half cup of venti cold brew. He told me we don't give full cup for orders with no icesince I will be getting more coffee. I paid 6 dollars, I am not getting it for free. But if that is the policy they need to alert costumers at the registration and we can pay more for no ice drinks or choose to get it with ice. They put a cupful of ice which dilutes the drinks. This is the first time I offered half cup with no ice. I have been a customer of starbucks for 20+years. Very disappointing 😞
I think this is worst starbuks I have ever seen. Located at terminal C8. I wish i could give 0 star. The girl who takes order doesn’t know how to take order . And the one who make the coffee, both are busy with teaching 1 new employees how to make coffee instead of making coffee. Finally after waiting for 35 min for my order I got both my drinks….and guess what the drinks that i got I wasn’t even ordered. They give me wrong drinks. And again they take more than 20 min to make my order and guess what i got mocha frappe chino without ice😂😂😂
Starbucks Terminal D by gate D27 is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff here have the worst attitudes and customer service by far. And the Manager, Mervontee or however it was spelled allows poor service from her staff. No one is welcoming, no smiles, no nothing. As a Flight Attendant, we work ALL times of the day so there is zero excuses as to why they were so stoic, stone faced, and eye rolling at 6am. The lights weren't even on and it looked like that was a plot in hopes that no one would show up but that was very contrary. Drinks were made very slow as well. Customers would ask for their drink status and were blatantly ignored. They would also ask if they were open because it was so dark and they snarkily would reply, "Mobile orders only!" No one is forcing you to work here. Please spew your negative energy elsewhere. Truly sad.
a worker gave my mom attitude when she asked if her black was ready. i work in food service too i get it but absolutely no excuse to treat my elderly mother that way. i would’ve gotten her name but god forbid they wear name tags i guess.
That ain’t it, chief. Speed devoid of accuracy yields disaster. 3 of the 4 drinks I order were wrong. Was the cashier even listening? Ordering experience was impersonal and rushed. Order line and pick counter was grossly disorganized. Never again. Do better or do nothing at all. This store in trash.
Very poor service. They lost the print order for my drink and make me wait standing until five people behind me served. The manage is clueless when I told her rather than checking what happened continue her routine and didn’t bother to find out where the print out for my drink. Hal’s of the staff giggling at the back while many people waiting. This is the worst experience I had in a Starbucks ever.
An Airport caffe taking over 30 minutes to deliver a simple coffee is absolutely mindblowing. Terrible staff. Real bad manners and bad customer service.
Terminal C Starbucks I was ordering and the cashier was named Feeby . She was bluntly rude to me . She was raised her voice at me in front of the gm . Nothing was properly done . So dissatisfied. I asked for a receipt and she dismissed me . I had to come back and keep asking because she ignored me 2times.
Customer service is zero, they are always in hurry and miss up our coffee. They need to get retrained for their customer services.
I ordered an Iced Carmel Machiatto. When it came up hot I asked if I could please get an iced one, instead of remaking the drink he dumped the hot one in an Iced cup with five small ice cubes and said "well its going to taste different this way" and scoffed at me.
Waiting on line for 20 mins so they open and they take care of app orders first until they are done regardless if how long the line is or how long you waited. They open the line and no one takes the order. All the ladies there ignored me and started fixing their supplies and food. . When they were done after I said good morning, a gentkeman came to take my order… Attitude, lack of cusomer service, just bad experience here on my first stop to grab a bite in texas.
Terrible service. Ordered a large cappuccino and received a drink that had literally nothing in it. Ordered an iced chia and received a hot chia. When we asked for them to remake it every women behind the counter started yelling at my husband saying he didn’t know what he’s talking about and to “know your drink before you order”. The cashier then told me it was my fault because I ordered the drink for him. We asked for a refund and kept getting denied until the manager finally came out and gave a refund. Absolulty terrible service and all the women making the coffee need to fired or retrained because of how horrible they act. They were then speaking badly about us in Spanish not thinking that we understood. Reporting this location.
Wouldn’t give me my birthday drink when I showed them my account that clearly states it. The manager says “we’re not doing anything for you.”
I ordered a ham & Swiss croissant and a matcha green tea latte. Immediately the cashier gave me attitude at 1st interaction. As I’m waiting for my order the Starbucks almost catches on fire & they had to issue refunds for the food. I go up to the cashier because it’s now my turn for refunds and the 1st thing the SAME cashier told me was “what do you want” with her hand raised up. Worst Starbucks location ever. Drink wasn’t even made well either. Cashiers name was Lakota.
“We don’t have cold brew, do you want iced coffee instead?” Starbucks, please train your employees better. Cold brew and iced coffee are not the same product.
Worst starbucks I have been to. I understand its the barista’s birthday — its all happy and what not, but it you are going to be at work. Work. Stop talking to ypur coworkers amongst taking customers orders and cutting them off while they are trying to order. I had to repeat 5x to confirm my order. Waited for my drink and everyone got theres before mine. They just kept talking amongst themselves until they saw how pissed off I was before they made my drink and when they handed it to me, they handed it off with a heavy hand ontl the counter. Worst customer service. My drink was not made like how I asked. They didnt measure it and just kept dumping my drink because they overfilled. Didn’t bother getting it fixed cause they just walked away before I could say anything.
Took 30 minutes to get a single breakfast sandwich, which I did not receive because I had to get on my flight. You would think that 30 minutes is enough to microwave a sandwich but apparently not. Staff were dismissive when i politely asked on the said sandwiches ETA, and the guy in charge of manning the oven seemingly could not understand such advanced technology and also dropped my almost cooked sandwich on the floor, ensuring my breakfasts demise. 0/10.
I work at a coffee shop myself, so I understand how busy things can get — but this Starbucks was so unorganized. I wasn’t acknowledged when I came in, and after they finally called me over to order, someone walked right in front of me and made a scene. The staff didn’t say anything or handle it, and the customers were rude. I ended up walking out without even getting my order taken. Honestly it’s embarrassing!
App was not up to date. Out of many syrup flavors. Made order without adding any syrup. Staff was rude when asked to remedy issue. Regular coffee was disgusting and burnt tasting.
This spot needs help. Is very busy and the staff does not seem to be about to accommodate. Received the wrong food after waiting 30 minutes. Didn’t have enough time to wait for anything else and even to get a refund because they asked me to make the line again. Not worth it
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but I’m beyond angry about my recent experiences. For the past week, every single drink I’ve ordered through the app with the "no ice" option has tasted watery and weak. Today, I finally caught the issue in action: the barista filled half the cup with water before adding my drink. Seriously, what’s going on? When I customize my order to skip the ice, I expect a full-strength drink not some diluted mess.PSA I drink my drinks slowly and the ice ruins my drink if I don’t drink it fast enough. Anyways …I’m paying full price( $8) for my refresher lemonade , not water! It’s ridiculous that I have to deal with this consistently, and seeing it happen today just confirmed my suspicions. The app customization feels pointless if the store can’t get it right. Starbucks needs to sort this out or train the baristas better or make the "no ice" policy clearer. The lady said because the cashier didn’t charge me for the ice when he supposed to that’s there supposed to give me more water than drink mixture. And because of us (I’m guessing the customers) ordering no ice drinks are the reasons the employees cant order the drinks ?! I was confused to why she made that statement to me ! Very unprofessional! Over all I’m tired of second-guessing every order. This has seriously let me down, and it’s making me rethink my loyalty to the brand. And I hope this never happens to another customer.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a grande drink and specifically asked for no ice — not as a personal preference, but for health reasons, since ice machines aren’t always clean and can harbor mold and bacteria. Instead of simply honoring the request, the barista handed me a cup that was barely half full. When I asked for the rest of the drink to be topped off — since I paid for a grande, not a tall — I was told that this was “standard” and that the ice usually fills it to the top. But if I’m not getting ice, I should be receiving the full amount of the beverage I paid for. I asked for the rest to be added, and the manager on duty actually tried to charge me extra to fill up the rest of the cup — even though I had already paid for a full drink. When I declined to pay again, he flat-out said there was nothing he could do, refusing to provide the full drink I ordered. To make matters worse, as I was walking away, he loudly and sarcastically yelled, “Have a great day!” in front of everyone — clearly trying to make a point and embarrass me. He then continued talking trash as he walked back outside to sit at a table, where he had been chatting and laughing earlier instead of helping his overwhelmed team inside. That’s not management — that’s someone avoiding responsibility and escalating a situation that could’ve been easily resolved with basic professionalism. If Starbucks expects customers to pay premium prices, the least they can offer is respectful service and the product as advertised. This experience was not only frustrating — it was flat-out disrespectful.
I don’t know who she was, but young barista with short hair looked at me in my face knowing the components of my drink were ready for her to put together (prepared by another lovely barista) and instead focused on doing anything but putting together my drink. In the end she did not even acknowledge my presence until someone else asked what I was waiting for and even then did not make a move to make my drink. I understand that it was the end of your shift, and I understand that you may have had a bad day, but that does not mean that you should treat people in such an inhumane way - like I didn’t even exist. I ended having to abandon my drink because my plane was about to leave. Not only was my money thrown away unnecessarily but also left the worst feeling in my chest. Truly horrible experience. To that barista, whatever you’re going through, I hope you figure out.
I had a deeply troubling experience at this Starbucks location. After reporting that a woman hit me and knocked me to the floor—something that wasn’t the first time I had been physically harmed there—I was suspended without warning or explanation. This felt like clear discrimination and retaliation for speaking up. To make matters worse, they forcibly removed my badge from my neck, nearly taking my clothes off in the process, which was humiliating and unprofessional. I had just received vaccines and was already feeling unwell, making this situation even more distressing. The police they called seemed more focused on protecting the airport’s reputation than addressing my legitimate concerns. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
