This location is above and beyond the best! Angela, the manager is hard working, kind, welcoming, and cares about serving fresh, high quality food. Great service is hard to find these days and makes such a difference.

I eat here at least 3 times per week. I always order online for pick up. They are always busy, but always deliver and provide good service. You can see every employee engaged and working hard.

The food cover was clean I almost didn't realize it was actually there. They do an amazing job at keeping this place very clean. It feels very welcoming.

Food was above a lot of other Panda Express locations i have been too... especially the walnut shrimp. The shift manager was very kind and courteous to myself and my Mom.

Their sesame chicken was phenomenal. Price point is excellent. Portions are perfect.

I have and always will love this place. I'm never let down, and I love the variety. I miss their Mandarin chicken though. Everything is really good, I wish I got over on that side of town more often, but almost every time I do I get something from Panda.

Don't let the people standing outside scare you away. Due to the restaurant being small, they have to limit the number of people inside the restaurant. To achieve this they make doordash, and online order pickups wait for the food outside the restaurant while carryout customers are able to go inside to order and pay for their orders.

We endure a smaller sit down space, as they do cook is very good. In other places nearby and in larger cities such as Long Beach, our Pandas are large and well known for accommodating families and Pop Culture Foodies with their social media on average 4 times the same set-up. Be sure you ask about side orders for plain entree, and ask how to be sure to avoid getting an appetizer for an entree as there has been a popular trend to eat them on top of carbs and starches. OR, just forget and try it!! You may fall into the novelty FAD and try adding a sauce. In 5 yrs I only had 1 mistake charge which may have been a register error. Yippee!! UPDATE: Hoped this appetizer as entree problem was fixed. Feb 1, 2024 6:08PM But I see it became a FAD. -- Missing Chopsticks -- Where did they go? Online, with delivery you can order a bowl and have a nice treat for a drink there is a lemonade that is worthy of pre-order. Online /App: Be sure to watch the building bowl items. *You can end up with the entree Ala cart or appetizer as the entree in your bowl bundle over the chowmein, fried rice. (I'm still uncertain how power greens are sorted). You may find eating veggies as a therapy to resolve aggression. Broccoli bite regularly improves the look of your mandibular jaw line and tones the neck lifting your face slightly as well as using muscles that you may not normally think to exercise. Let me close by saying that PANDA is the nicest family feeling quick food, the servers are just lovely and always smiling. The game incentives are cute and good for the kids to wrack up Panda Points. Food Grade: 2012-2024 Feb. I have not seen nor heard any food warning nor complaint in 12 years. I LIKE THIS Panda and give it a: MODEL PANDA EXPRESS, Status. Many choices, great location. After we're done, we can always burn our calories taking food to the family, and walking off the calories shopping in the strip mall.

Id have given it five stars, for the quality of the food, however often the line is so long weve stood for 30 minues before getting to the order counter. Additionally, the staff has been impatient, likely due to the heavy flow of patrons as discribed above.

I believe is one of the best fast food eateries. You can see how they cook. Very clean and flavorful food. We usually go with all the family and enjoyed. The prices very reasonable

Ordering online for pickup at 6:30 on a Saturday is a mistake. Instead of selecting ASAP, I selected a time a little later. Got there on time and had to wait outside for 20 minutes. They have you write your name on a board with a clean pen and wait outside. People were coming and going that ordered inside. I will not go at that hour again. Too many people for a small space inside and a small area to wait outside. Clearly, they are doing something right, since soooo many people go there. My experience picking up much later or on an off hour works far more smoothly. Presently, they have a deal online, that if you buy a $30 gift card, you get a free bowl ($6.80 before tax). Also, if you fill out survey (see your receipt) within 2 days, you can get a free entree item on next order with the purchase of a 2 entree plate. Their fried rice was great. We also like the veggie spring rolls. I WISH they would bring back their hot & sour soup.

I have always came here and ordered the family feast. Rarely have any issues but today I asked the lady if everything was in the bag she kept telling me yes trying to rush me to leave. I always check my bag before leaving since I live on the other side of town. Figure hey she packed it and assure me all was in the bag. I even paid the extra $ for the side of fried rice. I got home and of course my side of rice was missing. Now this really upseted me since I could have checked my bag but I know it was busy and she kept assuring me all was in. I called and Chris who answered the phone said all he could do was to make sure that on my NEXT purchase they will assure to have it placed in the bag?! I'm sorry but how does that help me now? I paid for it, but did not receive it!? Honestly I will pay another $50 extra to go to the Chinese restaurant at the premium outlet in napa than going back here! Super disappointed! Will definitely never recommend anymore and will start taking my business elsewhere!

Food is good but they couldn't remember to give you teriyaki sauce for your teriyaki chicken if their life depended on it. Why would someone want teriyaki chicken without the sauce?? They will simply not answer their phone either. So if you order teriyaki chicken on door dash or some other delivery, prepare to have no sauce.

Girl at the register would not give me an extra packet of teriyaki sauce. First she said they don't make anymore and all they have are the packets. When I went back and asked for another packet she said they only give it to people who buy teriyaki chicken, which I did. Then she said they can only give one because they were running out. The packet contains less then half what they used to serve. I will not be returning to this Panda Express

placed an online order at 6pm and pick up at at 630 just to wait and get my order at 650 i get it they where busy but to get home an see my order was missing 2 items on 2 plats. and no one answers the phone terrible customer service

Gotten from bad to worse so.update on this they used to have some really fast people working here but now 40 minutes wating to get some .5 minute food they are so focus on online orders they take.only one client in persln every 4 or 5 minutes while getting a bunch of onli e orders prepared so much faster it so crazy to think that a line can be out the door and they will be preparing food for people.that is not here yet really th worst place to be now days may not be ordering food much longer because even when we try to order on line their system is not alway in good working conditions I got here at 5 45 pm is now 6:25 and im still about 6 people fron the food line ridículos

So happy to see that added new drink options. Unfortunately, when I asked for a large Lychee peach with no ice they proceeded to say I could only get half of the cup filled if I didn’t want ice. Their excuse was “it’s too sweet”. How ridiculous, as a customer, I shouldn’t have to get half of a drink I’m paying for only because I don’t want ice added. It’s already a cold drink.

This location is severely under staffed. There is no where to sit with all the delivery drivers waiting for orders. It has taken an hour and 15 minutes to get our online order. It is honestly faster to wait in line then to pick up an online order. The store should either hire more people or limit the amount of online orders they are accepting. On another note, opening another store would be a fantastic idea.

I picked up my $54 order and the employee read down the list and pointed out containers for each item. When I got home one of my full sized entrees was missing. Tried to call for refund twice, no answer, went o. Website and there is no option to contact them. I guess we are expected to drive back to restaurant in commute traffic and wait in a long line just to have it made right!! Very disappointed in the extremely poor customer service.

The Food was awful. I haven’t been to this location in about a year for the same reason. It is worse there now. Horrible food and dirty tables,floors.

I was just there to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch, there was an employee at the door blocking the entrance. She saw me and my friend and waved 4 fingers at us. We tried to figure out what was going on. Customers were walking out and she said were doing something. I then stated so your closed and she said yes and looked annoyed at us. We informed her will go else where. She should of been nicer and a little more specific of what was going on.

I walked in on my phone. No one was in line but I was standing back in case customers came in. I ended my call quickly and walked up to counter. I was never greeted or acknowledged. A customer walks in and heads to other end and was greeted immediately because he had phone/Uber ears or something. I’m still standing at counter while an employee looks att me & proceeds to make a takeout plate. Now another customer walks in and another employee greets him and ask what would he like to order. I say excuse me am I invisible! She says oh you’re ready because you start over here. I’m a few feet over. I say you guys didn’t acknowledge or greet me! It’s obvious I’m ready to order. She says I can help you & I say no continue with his order. I ended up walking out!

Staff can't even get your order correct! Bad enough chowmin is more cabbage min than chowmin. We ordered the family feast and an additional large side of begin beef. We got charged for it but when we got home our additional order was not there. Bad enough you have to wait than they can't even get your entire order correct! Seriously never going their again if I could do a negative star I would cause one star is being to nice!

I honestly can't fathom why I'm still coming to this place. They precut their teriyaki chicken to speed up their serving process. Every time I've ate here the chicken is cold and unappetizing. The staff working the front counter tried to give me this chicken again today I refused to eat it and walked out. Not only that but made me sit there and watch her precut 5 pieces of chicken and stick them in a tray of old juice an old chicken. That can't be sanitary nor can it be acceptable, absolutely horrible experience. Lesson learned won't be back.

Super slow I order online thinking it was faster arrived for my order right ontime and I had to wait 40 minutes to actually get my order. I asked for my order several times and was just told their working on it and never got it until 40 min later. I See no point of ordering online if their still going to make you wait so long.

Standing in line watching the cook use his bare hands to throw food into the wok. He had a bandaid & tape around his finger.He reached into a bucket of water and vegetables to throw into the wok. Not today , NOT ME !

Worst online pickup service ever since the pandemic. The whole point of ordering online is to not have to wait in line at restaurant. I ordered at 7pm and said order will be ready at 7:25pm it's been 1 hour and still not ready!

I wish that photo could show you how little food was on the plate. The third entree wasn’t even touching the top of the box. Why will almost no one here make eye contact with you, let alone smile at you?
